Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2026;67(1):111-116
This paper systematically reviews the current status of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection, as well as recent progress in clinical and basic research both in China and internationally. It summarizes the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Hp infection management, including improving Hp eradication rates, enhancing antibiotic sensitivity, reducing antimicrobial resistance, decreasing drug-related adverse effects, and ameliorating gastric mucosal lesions. These advantages are particularly evident in patients who are intolerant to bismuth-containing regimens, those with refractory Hp infection, and individuals with precancerous gastric lesions. An integrated, whole-process management approach and individualized, staged comprehensive treatment strategies combining TCM and western medicine are proposed for Hp infection. Future prevention and control of Hp infection should adopt an integrative Chinese-western medical strategy, emphasizing prevention, strengthening primary care, implementing proactive long-term monitoring, optimizing screening strategies, and advancing the development of novel technologies and mechanistic studies of Chinese herbal interventions. These efforts aim to provide a theoretical basis and practical pathways for the establishment and improvement of Hp infection prevention and control systems.

In 2025, the European League Against Rheumatism(EULAR) and the European Respiratory Society(ERS) jointly released the first clinical practice guidelines for the management of connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD), with a particular focus on systemic sclerosis-associated ILD(SSc-ILD). Based on evidence-based principles, the guidelines provide a comprehensive framework encompassing screening, progression assessment, therapeutic strategies, and follow-up. Notably, the guidelines emphasize the clinical value of combination therapy for patients at high risk or with rapidly progressive disease. This article summarizes and interprets the key recommendations, including HRCT-based screening, multi-dimensional assessment tools, stratified pharmacological strategies, classification of drug mechanisms, and risk-duration-based follow-up protocols. It aims to provide up-to-date international guidance for clinical decision-making and research in the management of SSc-ILD.

Objective:To strengthen the management of low-value consumables in public hospitals by introducing the Supply Processing Distribution(SPD)management model, and to explore refined operational management strategies and path optimization for low-value consumables. Methods:The SPD management model was introduced, and the entire process of hospital consumables was refinedly managed using third-party supply chain information management platforms, visualized tertiary department warehouses,Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology and intelligent cabinet systems,Unique Device Identification(UDI)coding,"four-code integration"and other supporting technologies. Results:Based on the analysis of the current situation in the target Hospital, specific measures related to the management of low-value consumables were introduced after the introduction of the SPD model. Conclusion:It provides a reference and guidance for the hospital's medical consumables management department to promote refined management of medical consumables under the SPD model.

Resource-oriented,reconstruct hospital operation and management based on"budget, cost, performance",analyze key difficulties in the process of hospital operation and management practice, and introduce research audit into public hospital operation and management practice. The audit process of hospital operation management needs to strengthen the top-level design, innovate the audit paradigm, cultivate research-oriented audit talents, take"resource"audit as the core, integrate research thinking into the whole audit process, refine and apply audit results, help public hospitals improve quality and efficiency, and realize refined operation and management.

Objective To analyze the characteristics and evolution path of resources in different development stages of specialties, and to study the construction of the operation strategy of clinical specialties in public hospitals that match the development stage. Methods According to the organizational life cycle theory, the hospital specialty development in-terpretation model was constructed from three aspects:clinical, scientific research and teaching, and its operation strategy was analyzed. Results The development stage of the specialty was divided into initial stage, growth stage, promotion stage and plateau stage, and the progressive operation strategy was used to promote the development of the specialty to a higher stage. Conclusion It is necessary to design strategies according to local conditions, and ex-plore the resource development characteristics of public hospital specialties and the corresponding operation manage-ment strategies according to the explanatory model.

Chinese Health Economics 2024;43(2):10-15
Objective:To study the impact of financial compensation on the competitive strategy selection of public hospitals. Methods:Based on the quality and cost strategy selection framework of public hospitals, the evolutionary game model of strategy selection of secondary and tertiary public hospitals was established, and the influence of different financial compensation methods on the competitive strategy selection of public hospitals was analyzed by matlab simulation. Results:The more public hospitals choose the optimal strategy, the faster they reach the evolutionary stable state of the optimal strategy. The financial compensation of the same unit can change the competitive strategy choice tendency of the secondary hospitals.Regardless of the tertiary or secondary public hospitals, the impact of the compensation quality strategy is greater than the compensation cost policy, but the over-compensation quality strategy will cause the secondary hospitals to deviate from the optimal strategy. The impact of hospital competition costs on secondary public hospitals is much greater than that of tertiary public hospitals. Conclusion:To clarify the positioning and strategy of secondary and tertiary hospitals from the policy;financially increase the investment in the quality construction of tertiary public hospitals and increase the investment in the management level of secondary hospitals;strengthen supervision and management, guide the hospital reasonable competition.
