Objective To investigate the proactive coping of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 240 schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations hospitalized in Shandong Mental Health Center from February to October 2023 were selected as subjects.General information questionnaire,simplified coping style questionnaire,perceived social support scale,insight and treatment attitude questionnaire were used to conduct the survey.Results A total of 236 valid questionnaires were collected,and effective questionnaire response rate was 98.33％.The proactive coping score of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations was(18.55±7.74)points,which was at a moderate level.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,perceived of social support,and self-awareness were the influencing factors of proactive coping to schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations(P＜0.05).Conclusion The proactive coping of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations needs to be further improved,and nursing staff can focus on patients with low education level,low ability to perceive social support and poor self-awareness,and formulate targeted interventions to improve their proactive coping to auditory hallucinations.

Objective To analyze the law of acupoint selection and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion and the application law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lactational mastitis using complex network technology.Methods The clinical research literature about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lactational mastitis was retrieved from CNKI,CBM,Wanfang Data,VIP and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to March 15,2025.The literature was screened according to the standards to build a prescription database of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lactational mastitis.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze association rules,and Gephi 0.9 software was used for complex network analysis.Results A total of 108 articles were included.141 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions were extracted,involving 74 acupoints,with a total use frequency of 677 times.The high-frequency acupoints were Jianjing,Danzhong,Rugen,Zusanli,Neiguan,etc.Specific acupoints were mainly composed of Wushu acupoints(169 times,21.10%);the acupoints were mainly distributed in the limbs(36);the most frequently used meridian was stomach meridian(168 times,24.82%).The combination of acupoints with the highest correlation was Jianjing-Neiguan-Rugen.Complex network analysis identified 22 core acupoints,with the most commonly used acupuncture method being filiform needle acupuncture(79 times).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lactational mastitis pays special attention to the selection of stomach meridian.The compatibility mode is mainly from top to bottom,and the corresponding acupoints are selected according to syndrome differentiation.

Objective To investigate the thalamus and thalamic subnucleus volume changes in patients with trigeminal neuralgia(TN)and to preliminarily investigate whether there is a pain processing lateralization advantage in the thalamus.Methods The three-dimensional T1WI images of 56 TN patients and 56 matched healthy controls(HC)were collected,and thalamus and thalamic subnucleus volumes were extracted by automated segmentation via a region of interest(ROI)-based morphological analysis method.Results There was no significant difference in the whole thalamus volume between TN and HC groups.Compared with HC,the bilateral ventral lateral(VL)of the thalamus were significantly smaller in patients with right-sided trigeminal neuralgia(RTN),and no significant thalamic subnucleus volume changes were found in patients with left-sided trigeminal neuralgia(LTN).After mirror-flipping the whole-brain images of the LTN,it was found that the volume of ipsilateral thalamic VL of TN group was significantly reduced than that of HC group.The volume of ipsilateral mediodorsal lateral parvocellular(MD1)of TN group was significantly smaller than that of HC group.There was no significant difference in the volume of ipsilateral and contralateral thalamic subnucleus.Conclusion The thalamic subnucleus are exclusively reduced in volume in patients with TN,and there is no significant change in whole thalamus volume,suggesting no lateralization advantage for pain processing.

Endometrial cancer is a common malignant tumor in women, and timely diagnosis and treatment are crucial to reduce its mortality. Radiomics is a new technology for quantitative analysis of image features, which has important value for the research and diagnosis of endometrial cancer. This article will retrospectively review the application of radiomics in endometrial cancer from ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) and other imaging modalities, as well as the challenges faced, in order to provide more accurate and reliable guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective:To screen high risk children for lysosomal storage diseases (LSD) in southern China and analyze the spectrum characteristics of LSD in this region.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted. A total of 7 435 children at high risk of LSD were screened at Guangzhou Women and Children′s Medical Center, Guangzhou Medical University from January 2009 to December 2024. The activities of 22 lysosomal enzymes from peripheral blood leukocytes or plasma were measured by fluorescence or colorimetric assays with synthetic substrates to screen for 24 LSD subtypes.Results:Among the 7 435 high risk children, 759 children were diagnosed with LSD (10.2%). The diagnosed cases included 506 males and 253 females, with an age at diagnosis of 3.0 (2.5, 5.5) years. The common disease types were mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS) (390 cases (51.4%)), sphingolipidoses (269 cases (35.4%)), glycogen storage disease (62 cases (8.2%)), and mucolipidosis types Ⅱ and Ⅲ (29 cases (3.8%)). Among the positive cases, 21 disease subtypes were identified. The 5 frequent subtypes, in descending order, were MPS type Ⅱ (197 cases (26.0%)), Gaucher disease (111 cases (14.6%)), MPS type ⅣA (87 cases (11.5%)), glycogen storage disease type Ⅱ (62 cases (8.2%)), and metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD) (49 cases (6.5%)). The rarest subtypes were mannosidosis, multiple sulfatase deficiency and Wolman disease, each with 1 case (0.1%).Conclusions:Enzyme activity screening is essential for diagnosing high risk children with LSD. In Southern China, the most common LSD subtypes are MPS Ⅱ, Gaucher disease, MPS ⅣA, glycogen storage disease type Ⅱ, and MLD, while mannosidosis, multiple sulfatase deficiency and Wolman disease are the rarest.

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of p38 on stem cell maintenance of pancreatic cancer. Methods Human pancreatic cancer cells PANC-1 were treated with different concentrations of 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)(0.5×IC₅₀, IC₅₀, and 2×IC₅₀) for 24 hours, and VX-702 (p38 phosphorylation inhibitor) was added, and the cells were inoculated in 6-well culture dishes with ultra-low adhesion to observe the changes of sphere tumors. The expression levels of cyclin-dependent kinase 2(CDK2), cyclin B1 and D1, Octamer-binding transcription factor 4(OCT4), SRY-box transcription factor 2(SOX2), Nanog and p38 were measured by Western blot. The mRNA expression levels of p38, OCT4, Nanog and SOX2 were tested by RT-PCR. Cell cycle, apoptosis, and the proportion of CD44⁺CD133⁺PANC-1 cells were evaluated by flow cytometry. Results The results showed that 5-FU inhibited the formation of tumor spheres in PANC-1 cells, increased CD44⁺CD133⁺cell fragments, down-regulated the expression of OCT4, Nanog and SOX2, and inhibited the stemness maintenance of PANC-1 tumor stem cells. Phosphorylation of PANC-1 cells was inhibited by a highly selective p38 MAPK inhibitor, VX-702(p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase inhibitor), which had the same effect as 5-FU treatment. When VX-702 combined with 5-FU was used to treat PANC-1 cells, the therapeutic effect was enhanced. Conclusion p38 inhibitors decreased PANC-1 cell activity and increased cell apoptosis. p38 inhibitors inhibit the stemness maintenance of pancreatic cancer stem cells.

Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological features, immunophenotype and prognosis of SWI/SNF complex-deficient sinonasal carcinomas.Methods:The clinicopathological, immunohistochemical profiles of 13 SWI/SNF complex-deficient sinonasal carcinomas diagnosed at Xuanwu Hospital, Beijing, China between Januay 2019 and December 2024 were reviewed and followed up.Results:The patients′ ages ranged from 33-81 years, median 59.0 (41.5, 64.5) years, including 10 males and 3 females. Imaging findings showed space-occupying lesions in the nasal cavity and sinuses. Microscopically, tumors predominantly exhibited invasive growth in medium-to-large nests or sheets, with relatively uniform morphology, mainly basaloid and/or small cells, while one recurrent case displayed epithelioid morphology. Focal necrosis was observed in 7 cases. Immunohistochemical results showed loss of SMARCA4/BRG1 in 7 cases, loss of SMARCB1/INI1 in 6 cases, and concurrent loss of SMARCA2 in 5 cases. CKpan was expressed to varying extent in all cases, 10 cases were EMA positive, and 5 cases were partially positive for p63/p40. Among neuroendocrine markers, 10 cases showed focal expression of syn or CgA. The Ki-67 proliferation index ranged from 40% to 90%. PD-L1 staining showed combined positive score (CPS) was ≥1 in 3 SMARCB1-deficient cases (CPS ranging from 2 to 3) and CPS <1 in the other 10 cases. Among the 13 patients, 2 were lost to follow-up, 6 died (postoperative survival: 1-25 months), and 5 remained alive, with the longest survival time of 130 months (follow-up range, 8-130 months).Conclusions:SWI/SNF complex-deficient sinonasal carcinoma is a rare undifferentiated malignancy in the head and neck, characterized by distinct pathological and molecular genetic features. SMARCA4-deficient and SMARCB1-deficient carcinomas both exhibit basaloid or small cell-like morphology. Compared to SMARCB1-deficient carcinomas, SMARCA4-deficient carcinomas show reduced expression of squamous cell markers but increased expression of neuroendocrine markers. The positive PD-L1 staining is more likely present in SMARCB1-deficient carcinomas than SMARCB4-dificient ones. Co-loss of SWI/SNF and SMARCA2 correlates with poorer prognosis. Comprehensive evaluation of histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and molecular genetics is critical for accurately diagnosing this rare entity.
