Objective:To develop the Sense of Gain from Ideological and Political Elements in Nursing Undergraduate Practice Courses Scale and to examine its reliability and validity. Methods:From December 2023 to March 2025, guided by the theoretical framework of ideological and political education gain, and considering the characteristics of nursing practice courses, the scale was preliminarily developed through literature review, focus group interviews, and expert consultations. From April to May 2025, a convenience sample of 368 nursing undergraduate interns from seven affiliated teaching hospitals of Guangzhou Medical University was surveyed to test the psychometric properties of the scale. Results:The finalized scale contained 4 dimensions and 13 items. Exploratory factor analysis revealed that the four factors explained 76.359% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated good model fit indices. The scale-level content validity index ( S- CVI) was 0.964, and the item-level content validity index ( I- CVI) ranged from 0.875 to 1.000. The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.855, and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.717. Conclusions:The Sense of Gain from Ideological and Political Elements in Nursing Undergraduate Practice Courses Scale demonstrates good reliability and validity. It can serve as a valid and reliable instrument for nursing educators and administrators to evaluate and monitor the quality of ideological and political education in nursing practice courses.

Objective To study the dynamic changes in the secretion of neurotransmitters glutamic acid(Glu)and γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in the central auditory brain area,in order to explore the effects of sodium salicy-late on different locations of the auditory pathway. Methods A total of 126 SD rats were injected intraperitoneally with salicylate, and were divided into 10 groups including injection groups for 1,2,4,8,and 24 hours, chronic in-jection groups for 3,7,and 14 days, and chronic recovery groups for 21 and 28 days with 6 rats in each group,as well as their corresponding blank control groups.Rats in each group were anesthetized and materials were collected for further use.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was performed to detect and compare the dynam-ic changes in the levels of Glu and GABA in the auditory cortex, inferior colliculus, cochlear nucleus, and hippocam-pus of the auditory center of rats in each group at different time points. Results Compared with the control group, within 24 hours of acute injection of salicylate, the Glu content in the auditory cortex reached the peak in 1 hour, and the hippocampus reached the peak at the 4th hour after injection, and then decreased slowly. The GABA con-tent in the four brain regions showed a slow upward trend in the chronic injection period, reached the peak on the 7th day, decreased and approached normal level on the 14th day,and basically returned to the normal level in the re-covery period. Conclusion These findings indicate that salicylate has a certain short-term excitatory and stimulating effect on the central auditory system.Under the mechanism of central plasticity, after long-term injection of salicy-late,the release of neurotransmitters reaches a new excitation/inhibition balance in the central area.Glu and GABA may each play a different role that may ultimately lead to the development of tinnitus.

Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum of professional master's degree nursing programs, providing an evaluation tool for objectively assessing the teaching quality of ideological and political education in these programs. Methods:The initial draft of the index system was designed based on a review of domestic and international literature. From October 2022 to January 2023, 15 experts were selected using convenience sampling for three rounds of Delphi expert consultation, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of the indicators. Results:The positive response rate from the 15 experts in all three rounds of consultation was 100% (15/15), and the expert authority coefficient was 0.813. The Kendall's coefficient of concordance for the overall indicators in the third round was 0.116 ( P<0.01). The constructed evaluation index system includes 5 first-level indicators (goal and concept, faculty, course resources, teaching implementation, teaching effectiveness), 12 second-level indicators, and 49 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The evaluation index system for the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum of professional master's degree nursing programs demonstrates good scientific validity and reliability. It can provide objective and quantitative evaluation criteria for the development of ideological and political education in these programs.

ABSRACT The development of hepatocellular car-cinoma(HCC)is closely related to the formation of tumour blood vessels.VEGF-mediated angiogenesis is a major driver of the immune escape response in tumours.VEGF binds to vascular endothelial growth factor receptor2(VEGFR2)on endothelial cells, promoting endothelial cell proliferation and migration, inducing vascular changes in HCC,and thus promote the growth of hepatocellular carcino-ma cells.Anti-VEGF and its receptor-targeted mo-lecular drugs are currently effective new treat-ments for HCC.Monoclonal antibodies against VEGF and small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors targeting VEGF have been shown to block its angio-genic activity, alleviate the inhibitory effect of the tumour microenvironment, and ultimately achieve tumour regression. This article provides a review of the research progress of VEGF/VEGFR inhibitors in HCC treatment.

ObjectiveBy observing the effect of Qianyang Yuyin granules on the phenotype of renal tubule epithelial cells, the intervention of Qianyang Yuyin granule on renal interstitial fibrosis was investigated. MethodThe renal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2) were treated with different concentrations of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 μg·L-1) for 24 hours, and cell morphology and growth state were observed with an inverted phase contrast microscope. The 20 μg·L-1 was selected as the most appropriate concentration of TGF-β1 according to Western blot results for subsequent experiments. HK-2 cells were divided into six groups: blank group, TGF-β1 group (concentration of 20 μg·L-1), low, medium, and high dose Qianyang Yuyin granule groups (concentration of 0.5, 1, 2 g·L-1), and valsartan group (1 × 10-5 mol·L-1). The cell activity was measured by cell proliferation and cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8). The cell migration ability was detected by scratch test. The Transwell method was used to detect the invasiveness of cells. Western blot was used to detect levels of fibronectin (FN), E-cadherin, α-smooth muscle activator (α-SMA), Vimentin, collagen type Ⅰ(Col Ⅰ), collagen type Ⅳ(Col Ⅳ), and other related proteins. ResultTGF-β1 stimulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in renal tubular epithelial cells was time- and concentration-dependent. Compared with the blank group, higher concentration in the TGF-β1 group indicates longer intervention time and more obvious long spindle change of cells, and the migration and invasion ability of the cells was significantly enhanced. The protein expression level of FN, α-SMA, Vimentin, Col Ⅰ, and Col Ⅳ increased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01), while the expression level of E-cadherin protein decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the TGF-β1 group, Qianyang Yuyin granule groups could maintain normal cell morphology, and the migration and invasion ability of the cells was inhibited. The protein expression level of FN, α-SMA, Vimentin, Col Ⅰ, and Col Ⅳ decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the expression of E-cadherin protein was significantly restored (P<0.05). ConclusionQianyang Yuyin granule can reverse TGF-β1-induced interstitial transformation of renal tubular epithelial cells by reducing the phenotypic expression of mesenchymal cells and increasing the phenotypic expression of epithelial cells.
