Objective To investigate the expression changes of serum long non-coding RNA rhabdomyosarcoma associated transcript-2 (LncRNA RMST) and miR-582-5p in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS),and their correlation with early neurological deterioration (END) and prognosis. Methods A total of 129 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Chengde Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were gathered, according to diagnostic criteria and patients were divided into END group (n=42) and non END group (n=87) besed on whether END occurred within one week. In addition,59 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in the hospital were regarded as the health group. The real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction method was applied to detect serum LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p levels in each group. The Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p levels in END patients. ROC curve was applied to evaluate further the levels of blood LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p,and the efficacy analysis of their combination in predicting the prognosis of AIS patients. Results Serum LncRNA RMST(1.01±0.28,2.10±0.41,3.99±0.52) levels gradually increased in the healthy,non-END and END groups, and miR-582-5p(1.02±0.23,0.86±0.16,0.73±0.15) levels gradually decreased, and the differences were statistically significant (F=672.974,31.907,all P<0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between serum LncRNA RMST levels were significantly negatively correlated with miR-582-5p levels (r=-0.451,P<0.001). The AUC(95%CI) of the combined diagnosis of serum LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p levels in AIS patients was 0.961(0.912~0.987),which was better than the independent prediction (Z=2.280,4.515,all P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum LncRNA RMST and miR-582-5p were closely related to END,and they are expected to become predictive factors for the prognosis of AIS patients.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the correlation between 5-HTR1A gene C- 1019G polymorphism and the efficacy of antidepressants. METHODS PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library ,CNKI,Wanfang database ,CBM and VIP database were searched for domestic and foreign literatures on the correlation between 5-HTR1A gene C- 1019G polymorphism and antidepressant efficacy. The retrieval time limit was from the inception to February 2022. According to different outcome measures of drug response,Stata 14.0 and RevMan 5.4 software were used for meta-analysis of efficacy group and remission group ,respectively. RESULTS A total of 18 literature were included. The combined results showed that among recessive gene model in valid group , the correlation of 5-HTR1A gene C- 1019G polymorphism with the efficacy of antidepressants had statistically significance in Asian population(GG vs. CG+CC ,OR=0.751,95%CI=0.585-0.964,P=0.024). There was statistical significance in the correlation of 5-HTR1A gene C- 1019G polymorphism and the efficacy of antidepressants in China (GG vs. CG+CC ,OR=0.677,95%CI= 0.508-0.901,P=0.007). There was no statistical significance in the correlation of 5-HTR1A gene C- 1019G polymorphism and the efficacy of antidepressants in remission group (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS In the effective group ,5-HTR1A gene C- 1019G polymorphism is correlated with the efficacy of antidepressants in the Asian population and the Chinese population ;while in the remission group ,it is not proved that this polymorphism is correlated with the efficacy of antidepressants.

Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of hyperuricemia(HUA) and explore early intervention of metabolic diseases. Methods:A total of 70 523 participants were selected from the database of check-ups in 2016. Univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to identify related factors of HUA. Correspondence analysis was performed for the aggregation of different levels of uric acid(UA) and related factors. The mediating effect of mean blood pressure(MBP) between abnormal metabolic indicators and abnormal renal function was tested. Results:The age, sex, occupation, body mass index(BMI), systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine(Cr), estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), total cholesterol(TC), triacylglycerol(TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, plasma viscosity were significantly related to HUA( P<0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed that youth, male, hypertension, TC, TG, and Cr were risk factors for HUA, while HDL-C was a protective factor for HUA( P<0.001). Correspondence analysis showed that during the gradual increase of UA, TC was the first to appear abnormal, followed by hypertension and TG, and the increase of Cr appeared last. Mediating effect showed that in changes of UA, the mediating effects of MBP on TC, TG, and HDL-C were 36.35%, 12.63%, and 9.41%, respectively. In changes of eGFR, the mediating effects of MBP on TC, TG and HDL-C were 30.20%, 27.70%, and 6.13%, respectively. Conclusions:UA is positively correlated with blood pressure, TC, and TG, and inversely with HDL-C. TC and TG have an impact on renal impairment, in which MBP plays a mediating role.

In recent years, "Internet+" medical treatment has gradually become an important form of medical care in China. Especially affected by the COVID-19, China′s maternal and child health care institutions have closely integrated "Internet+" technology with maternal health care to meet maternal health needs and reduce maternal risk. Based on a comprehensive analysis of Chinese literature on "Internet+" maternal health care in CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP, CBM in recent five years, this paper introduces the main forms, contents and effects of " Internet+" maternal health care in China, and points out the direction of clinical practice and scientific research in the future, which can be used for reference by the general colleagues.

Women′s health is the cornerstone of national health. During the 70 years since the founding of New China, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, a legal system and related policies including more than 100 laws and regulations have been established to fully protect women′s rights and health, and women′s rights and health throughout their life cycle have been effectively protected. The health status of Chinese women has been significantly improved, the form and accessibility of women′s health care services have been continuously improved, and the building of women′s health care teams has been continuously strengthened. All of these achievements demonstrate the original intention of the Communist Party of China to put people′s health first and action of forging ahead.

The genus Dehalogenimonas (Dhgm) is a recently discovered taxonomic group within the class Dehalococcoidia of the phylum Chloroflexi. To date, Dhgm consists of three formally described species including Dehalogenimonas lykanthroporepellens, Dehalogenimonas alkenigignens and Dehalogenimonas formicexedens. All isolates of these three Dhgm species are obligate organohalide-respiring bacteria. They use hydrogen and formate as electron donors and chlorinated ethanes (e.g., 1,2,3-trichloropropane, 1,2-dichloropropane, 1,2-dichloroethane) as electron acceptors in energy-conserving reductive dechlorination reaction. Chlorinated ethanes are common groundwater contaminants in China. The unique metabolic capacities of Dhgm strains implicate it may play important roles in site remediation. The recently reported Dhgm sp. strain WBC-2 and 'Candidatus Dehalogenimonas etheniformans' strain GP are capable of dechlorinating certain chlorinated ethenes. More importantly, strain GP can completely detoxify the carcinogenic vinyl chloride (VC) to ethene. These findings expand the diversity of microorganisms involved in the respiratory VC reductive dechlorination and improve the understanding of Dhgm's ecological functions. Here, we summarize the advances in physiological and biochemical characteristics, ecological functions and genomic features of Dhgm, with the aim to develop effective and sustainable strategies to facilitate the bioremediation of chlorinated compounds contaminated sites.
