Objective: To explore parents knowledge, vaccination attitude, and willingness influencing factors of human papillomavirus (HPV) and its vaccine for male primary and secondary school students, so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating targeted health education strategies and promoting the popularization of boys HPV vaccination. Methods: From March 3 to 14, 2025, a stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 912 parents of boys in primary and secondary school in Bao an District, Shenzhen for a questionnaire survey. Data on their demographic characteristics, HPV related knowledge and its vaccine, vaccination attitude, and willingness were collected. Univariate analysis was performed by using the χ 2 test or t-test, and binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze related factors of HPV vaccine vaccination willingness. Results: The total awareness rate of parents knowledge related to HPV and its vaccine was 35.75%, among which the awareness rates of boys vaccine types ( 6.36% ), optimal age (21.16%), and optimal vaccination period (31.25%) were the lowest. The scores of parents knowledge and attitude related to HPV and its vaccine were (4.31±2.66) and (3.82±0.63). About 64.25% of parents expressed willingness to have boys vaccinated against HPV. The scores of knowledge and attitude related to HPV and its vaccine of parents with vaccination willingness (4.86±2.55, 4.02±0.58) were higher than those of parents without vaccination willingness (3.34±2.57, 3.46±0.55), and the differences were statistically significant ( t =8.59,13.96, both P <0.01). Logistic analysis showed that parents without raising daughters had a lower willingness to vaccinate boys against HPV ( OR=0.49, 95%CI =0.35-0.70); for each 1 increase in parents knowledge score related to HPV and its vaccine, the vaccination willingness increased by 9.0% ( OR=1.09, 95%CI =1.01-1.17); parents who were worried about boys infection risk ( OR=1.50, 95%CI =1.08-2.08) and parents who had their children vaccinated against HPV even if their classmates were not vaccinated ( OR=3.68, 95%CI =2.73-4.94) had higher willingness to vaccinate boys against HPV(all P <0.05). Conclusions Parents of boys in primary and secondary schools of Bao an District, Shenzhen have low scores of knowledge related to HPV and its vaccine.While parents show strong willingness to vaccinate boys against HPV, limited knowledge may hinder both the sustained growth of vaccination intentions and the actual implementation of vaccination practices.

Background A prominent feature of endemic arsenic poisoning is severe liver damage. Studies have found that liver injury is closely related to oxidative stress, lysosomes, and autophagy. Objective Through establishing a liver injury model of rats by sodium arsenite (NaAsO₂)administration in drinking water, this experiment is designed to explore the roles of oxidative stress, lysosomes, and AMP activated protein kinase (AMPK)/Unc-51 like kinase 1 (ULK1) pathway in this model. Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups with six rats in each group (half male and half female), including control group and 25, 50, 100 mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ groups. A rat liver injury model was established by drinking water containing NaAsO₂ freely for 24 weeks. Then liver of rats was dissected after sacrificed, and the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and total bile acid (TBA), catalase (CAT), lipid peroxidation (LPO), and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in liver tissues were detected by assay kits. The levels of lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2), cathepsin B (CTSB), and acid phosphatase (ACP2) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The mRNA transcriptional expressions of AMPK, ULK1, microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC3), and sequestosome 1 (p62) were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). The protein expressions of p-AMPK, p-ULK1, LC3, and p62 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Following the NaAsO₂ administration, significant differences were found in the levels of ALT, ALP, and TBA among the designed groups (F=12.09, 72.11, and 23.58, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of ALT in the 50mg·L⁻¹ and 100 mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ groups were increased (P<0.05); the levels of ALP and TBA in the 25, 50, and 100 mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ groups were increased (P<0.05); the level of LPO in the 100 mg·L⁻¹ group was increased (P<0.05); the levels of CAT and T-AOC in the 25, 50, and 100 mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ groups were decreased (P<0.05). According to the results of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the levels of ACP2 in the 25, 50, and 100 mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ groups, the level of CTSB in the 100 mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ group, and the levels of LAMP2 in the 50 and 100 mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ groups were decreased compared with the control group (P<0.05). Based on the results of RT-qPCR and immunohistochemistry, the mRNA transcriptional and protein expressions of AMPK, ULK1, and LC3 in some arsenic groups were elevated to varying degrees compared with the control group, and the increment in the 100 mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ group was significant for all the indicators (P<0.05); the mRNA transcriptional expressions of p62 in the three arsenic groups and the protein expressions of p62 in the 50 and 100mg·L⁻¹ NaAsO₂ groups also increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). Besides, the results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation of T-AOC with LAMP2, CTSB, and ACP2 (r=0.651, 0.673, 0.626; P<0.05), a negative correlation of LPO with CTSB and ACP2 (r=−0468, −0.482; P<0.05), a negative correlation of p62 with LAMP2, CTSB, and ACP2 (r=−0.57, −0.626, −0.591; P<0.05), and a positive correlation of p62 with ALT, ALP, and TBA (r=0.709, 0.897, and 0.857, P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term arsenic exposure may induce oxidative stress, damage lysosomes, and activate the AMPK/ULK1 pathway, which can lead to the blockage of autophagy process, and eventually result in liver damage.

Objective To explore the relationship among peer relationship,self-consciousness and social anxiety in HIV-infected children. Methods Peer Relationship Scale,Piers-Harris Children's Self-con-cept Scale and Social Anxiety Scale for Children were applied to 126 HIV-infected children. Results The score of peer relationship was 53. 0(45. 0,62. 0),the score of self-concept was 52. 0(42. 0,60. 0),and the score of social anxiety was 6. 0(2. 0,9. 0). Peer relationship was positively correlated with social anxiety( r=0. 196,P=0. 029) and negatively correlated with self-consciousness(r=-0. 628,P<0. 01). Self-conscious-ness was negatively correlated with social anxiety(r=-0. 504,P<0. 01). Bootstrap analysis showed that self-consciousness played a complete mediating role between peer relationship and social anxiety,and the media-ting effect value was 0. 377. Conclusion Peer relationship,self-consciousness and social anxiety are closely related. Furthermore,self-consciousness plays a complete mediating role between peer relationship and social anxiety in HIV-infected children.

Objective To explore the interaction between tryptophan hydroxylase 2(TPH2) gene polymorphisms (rs4570625,rs11178997) and serotonin 1A receptor (5-HT1A) gene polymorpbisms (rs878567,rs1364043,rs6265) and the association with major depressive disorder (MDD) in a Chinese Han population.Methods The DNA isolated from peripheral blood samples of 288 MDD patients 288 healthy subjects was detected by single base primer extension assay (Snapshot).The generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction (GMDR) method was used to analyze the gene-gene interaction.Results Significant differences were found in the genotype (patients (TT:27,TA:152,AA:109),controls (TT:82,TA:105,AA:101),P＜0.01) and allele(patients (T:206,A:370),controls (T:269,A:307),P＜0.01) frequencies of rs1 1178997 within TPH2 between MDD patients and controls.Statistically,a greater risk of developing MDD was found in individuals with an rs1 1178997 A-allele(OR=1.574,95％CI=1.243-1.993).The interaction between TPH2 (rs4570625,rs1 1178997) and 5-HT1A (rs878567,rs1364043,rs6265) was considered as the best multi-locus model,and this showed a testing accuracy of 57.67％ and a CV consistency of 10/10.And this interaction had a significant effect on the risk of MDD (P=0.0107).Conclusion There may be an association between the interaction of TPH2 and 5-HT1A polymorphisms and MDD.

Objective To verify the interaction between single nucleotide polymorphism of trypto-phan hydroxylase 2 (TPH2) (rs4570625,rs11178997,rs120074175) and negative life events and the asso-ciation with major depressive disorder (MDD) in a Chinese population.Methods Totally 300 cases of pa-tients with major depressive disorder and 300 healthy controls in northern China were enrolled and the ge-nomic DNA were extracted. PCR was used to detect the polymorphisms of rs4570625, rs11178997, rs120074175.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the case group and the control group.Chi-square test was used to compare the differences in the frequency distribution of alleles and genotype between two groups. The generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction ( GMDR) method was used to analyze the interaction between gene and environment.Binary logistic regression was used to verify the optimal model.Results After adjusting the factors of sex and age,the GMDR analysis showed rs4570625,rs11178997,rs120074175 and negative life events were the optimal model.In this model, the testing balanced accuracy was 0.7838 and cross-validation consistency value was 10/10.There was statistically significant effect on the risk of major de-pressive disorder ( P ＝ 0.001 ). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that individuals, who had rs11178997 A+ genotype (AA,AT),rs120074175 A+genotype (AA,AG) and negative life events,had sig-nificant OR values of 24.307(95%CI＝13.007-45.427) and 38.2502(95%CI＝1.148-69.181),showing a higher risk of depression.Conclusion The interaction between TPH2 gene (rs11178997,rs120074175) and negative life events plays an important role in depression.

Objective To investigate the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of 5-HT1BR(rs6298),5-HT2AR(rs6311,rs6313) and 5-HT2BR(rs765458) gene,and their gene-gene interactions on suicidal behavior in major depressive disorder.Methods The blood samples were taken from 281 depression patients with impulsive suicide attempt and 281 age-matched healthy controls from a hospital in Harbin city,Heilongjiang province.The DNA isolated from blood samples and was genotyped using TapMan SNP genotyping probe.χ2 test was used to compare differences in the distribution of gene alleles between cases and controls.Haplotype and linkage disequilibrium(LD) analysis was performed using Haploview 4.0 software.GMDR was used to analyze the gene-gene interaction.Results The rs6313 and rs6311 of the 5-HT2AR gene were in strong linkage disequilibrium (D=0.756,r2=0.375).There was a significant gene-gene interaction of 5-HT1BR (rs6298),5-HT2AR (rs6311,rs6313) and 5-HT2BR(rs765458) on suicidal behavior(P<0.05).In this model,the test accuracy was 0.6182 and CV value was 10/10.Conclusion A haplotype containing rs6311 and rs6313 of 5-HT2AR gene is associated with suicidal behavior.The interaction of 5-HT1BR gene (rs6298),5-HT2AR gene (rs6311,rs6313) and 5-HT2BR gene (rs765458) are associated with depression suicidal behavior.

Objective To explore the association between GNβ3 gene and depression,and to investigate the interaction of gene-environment(negative life events and childhood trauma) and potential possible pathogenesis of depression.Methods The sample of peripheral blood was collected from Chinese Northern patients(n=500) and controls(n=500).Snapshot technique was used to detect the genotype frequency and allele frequency of GNβ3 rs5443 polymorphism in cases and controls.The genotype and allele frequencies were analyzed by Chi-square test,the interactions of gene-environment were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results GNβ3 rs5443 genotype and allele frequencies were observed between patients and controls (x2 =20.249,P＜0.01;x2 =4.803,P＜0.05).There were genotype CC 102 and 158,genotype CT 280 and 217,genotype TT 118 and 125;allele C 484 and 533,allele T 516 and 467 between patients and controls,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that the interaction between rs5443 T+ and negative life events was associated with depression (P＜0.05,OR=1.957).In addition,individual carrying rs5443T+ genotypes and negative life events could increase risk of depression.Conclusion GNβ3 rs5443 is a possible susceptibility gene of depression.The interaction between rs5443 and negative life events is associated with depression.

Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and personality characteristics of prison police,and provide a basis for prevention and intervention of prison police burnout.Methods Using Maslach burnout inventory general survey(MBI-GS) and Catteii the sixteen factor questionnaire(16PF) to investigate 217 prison police in Beijing.Results The overall prevalence of burnout syndrome among prison police was 64.7％.The prevalence of emotional exhaustion(11.09±5.86),depersonalization(6.38±4.81) and diminished personal accomplishment(17.96± 2.07) was 46.5％,25.6％,33％ respectively.Compared with the national norm of 16PF,the 10 factors of warmth(t=-2.01,P=0.007),reasoning(t=9.22,P=0.000),dominance(t=6.46,P=0.000),liveliness(t=4.01,P=0.000),social boldness(t=-2.00,P=0.047),sensitivity(t=-7.80,P=0.000),abstractedness (t=-2.89,P=0.004),privateness (t=4.35,P=0.000),perfectionism(t=3.19,P=0.002) were significant differences.The emotional exhaustion was significantly related to emotional stability,dominance,liveliness,social boldness and tension.The depersonalization was significantly related to emotional stability,abstractedness and tension.The diminished personal accomplishment was significantly related to self-reliance.Conclusion Prison police burnout situation is more serious,and personality characteristics has a significant impact on job burnout.

AIM:To evaluate the effect of mycoplasma on the rRNA composition of mature ribosomes in human cell lines.METHODS:We isolated ribosome nascent-chain complex ( RNC) from multiple mycoplasma-positive-negative human cell lines.RNC-RNA was acquired from each cell line through RNA extraction, followed by agarose gel separation, fluorescent visualization and gray-scale value measurements on the rRNA bands.Western blot analysis was performed to in-vestigate the MAPK pathway alterations.RESULTS:In various human cell lines derived from different tissues, we found that as compared with mycoplasma-negative cells, mycoplasma-positive cells showed aberrant RNC-rRNA band patterns, featured by the decreases in 28S and 18S eukaryotic rRNAs and the increases in 16S and other unknown prokaryotic rRNAs.When cultured without ciprofloxacin, mycoplasma-negative HBE cells acquired mycoplasma contamination as ob-served with such characteristic abnormal rRNA bands.The ciprofloxacin treatment was able to recover the RNC-rRNA bands of the mycoplasma-contaminated cells to the normal pattern.The results of Western blot analysis on total and phos-phorylated proteins indicated that p38 pathway was significantly deactivated in mycoplasma-infected A549 cells, while ERK1/2 pathway was not significantly altered.CONCLUSION:Mycoplasma contamination severely alters the RNC-rRNA composition via p38 MAPK pathway, thus seriously impacting on the host cell translational behaviors.

OBJECTIVE: To study the radition injury of tracheal mucous membrane tissue after interstitial implanted radioactive 125I in normal rabbit,improve the safety of clinical application. METHOD: Sixty New Zealand rabbits, weighing 2.15-2.30 kg, were randomly divided into 1 w, 1 m, 2 m, 4 m and the control group, the control group was further divided into four subgroups. The 0.8mCi 125I seeds were implanted into the tissue by the first tracheal ring in the treatment groups and nonradioactive seeds were implanted in the control group. Taking the tracheal mucous membrane tissue for pathological examination by HE staining to observe the mucosal injury and VEGF, Pan-Cadherin immunohistochemical staining to observe the expression in differernt time. RESULT: Immunohistochemical staining: VEGF and Pan-Cadherin have statistically significant differences in the expression on different time, the expression is dynamic. CONCLUSION The expression of VEGF and Pan-Cadherin reflect the radioactive 125I seed has little influence on normal trachea tissue and the damage can be repaired by the regeneration of the basal cell.
