Clinical blood transfusion has long faced challenges such as blood resource shortages and blood type incompatibility. Macaques, as core animal models for preclinical trials, require precise ABO blood group typing, which is crucial for transplantation immunology, disease modeling, and xenogeneic blood transfusion research. However, identifying macaque ABO blood types presents complex challenges, including weak expression of surface antigens on erythrocytes, abnormal plasma proteins, and interference from heterophilic antibodies. This article systematically reviews the development of ABO blood group detection technologies for macaques—from early serological methods to modern molecular biology techniques and immunohistochemistry—and analyzes the applicable scenarios of each technique in transfusion medicine research. Through comparative evaluation of serology, genotyping, and emerging integrated technologies, it reveals quantitative differences in accuracy, operational complexity, and resource consumption among different methods, and elaborates on the application value of precise blood group typing in cutting-edge fields such as xenogeneic transfusion, universal red blood cell development, and cell therapy.

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic detection of carotid artery as well as LDH,FA and IL-6 levels in evaluating the progress of acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and six patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI group) and 110 patients without cerebral infarction in the control group were collected from January 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital.The results of LDH,FA,IL-6 and carotid ultrasound were collected for statistical analysis.Results The levels of serum LDH,FA and IL-6 in ACI group were (254.56±62.87)U/L,(7.63±4.13)ng/ml,(88.35±13.56)ng/L,the levels of serum LDH and IL-6 were higher than those in control group (P<0.05),the levels of serum FA were lower than those in control group (P<0.05),the incidence of plaque and carotid stenosis in ACI group was significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of carotid artery stenosis in ACI group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The most common type of atherosclerotic plaque was heterogeneous echo plaque,the incidence of which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of low echo plaque was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the control group,the serum levels of LDH,FA,and IL-6 were abnormal in the ACI group.Carotid artery ultrasonography showed carotid intima thickening,unevenness,reduced inner diameter,and plaque formation,indicating that the carotid artery was detected by ultrasound.The combination of performance characteristics combined with blood LDH,FA,IL-6 levels has a certain clinical value in the evaluation of the progression of acute cerebral infarction.

Objective\ To further clarify the biological effects of TGF?1 on blastocyst implantation. Methods We used female adult Kunming mice to mate with male for observing the distribution of TGF?1 and its receptor at different stages of implantation with immunohistochemical method. Results\ Compared with nonpregnancy,TGF?1 and its receptor immunostaining markedly increased in epithelial and glandual cells on day 4 of pregnancy.The moderate extracellular staining of TGF?1 was present around the fibroblasts.On day 5\|6 of pregnancy,strong immunostaining in intensity of TGF?1 and its receptor was noted in primary decidual zone.With blastocyst invasion,TGF?1 and its receptor immunostaining diffused in decidual cells. Conclusion\ TGF?1 might play an important role via its receptor during blastocyst implantation.\;
