Post-stroke affective disorders (PSTD) are common complications, which significantly affect neurological function recovery and quality of life in stroke patients. Common PSTD includes post-stroke depression, post-stroke anxiety or post-stroke depression-anxiety co-morbidity, post-stroke apathy, post-stroke mania, and post-stroke anger proneness, with post-stroke depression being the most commonly concerned. PSTD is not easily recognized and intervened clinically due to its hidden nature. At present, clinical identification mainly relies on clinical assessment and psychological scale tests; PTSD intervention mainly includes drug treatment, psychological treatment and physical treatment. This review summarizes the recent advances in these 5 major PSTD subtypes, encompassing their pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical identification criteria, diagnostic approaches, and evidence-based intervention strategies, aiming to provide practical references for optimizing clinical management of PSTD.

Objective: To explore the long term trend of forced vital capacity to weight index (FWI) among Chinese Han students aged 7-18 from 2000 to 2019, and to predict its changes over the next decade, so as to provide scientific evidences for targeted health interventions and school health policies. Methods: Based on the data of the five Chinese National Surveys on Students Constitution and Health conducted from 2000 to 2019, a total of 216 500, 233 565, 215 267, 214 256 and 212 632 Han students aged 7-18 were included, respectively. The long term trend of FWI among students was analyzed, and the GM (1,1) grey model was used to predict FWI changes over the next decade. Subgroup analyses were conducted by sex, age, and urban-rural residence. Results: The FWI levels of Chinese Han students aged 7-18 were (55.30±11.47)(47.43±11.92)(48.11±12.46)(48.75±12.81)(50.93±13.11)mL/kg in 2000, 2005, 2010, 2014, and 2019, respectively. The FWI of Chinese Han students showed a decreasing then increasing trend from 2000 to 2019, reaching the lowest point of approximately 47.03 mL/kg around 2006, and was projected to recover to 52.88 mL/kg by 2029. Boys had higher FWI for each year and the total level than girls from 2000 to 2019( t =72.58-304.66), and the decline between 2000 and 2005 was smaller in boys (13.1%) than in girls (15.4%). However, the gender gap gradually narrowed and was projected to reduce to 5.36 mL/kg by 2029. FWI increased with age, with the largest difference observed in 2014 between the 7-9 and 16-18 age groups (8.62 mL/kg). Before 2014, urban boys had slightly lower FWI than rural boys; the gap narrowed thereafter, and their FWI levels were expected to become similar by 2029. Urban girls generally had higher FWI than rural girls, and the urban-rural gap showed an increasing trend. By 2029, the largest difference was projected to occur in the 13-15 age group, reaching 7.74 mL/kg. Conclusions The FWI of Chinese Han students showed a trend of initial decline followed by a gradual increase from 2000 to 2019, with notable differences across sex, age, and urban-rural residence. Greater attention should be paid to the respiratory health of rural girls, and effective measures should be taken to reduce urban-rural disparities.

Objective To analyze the prevalence, annual trends, and co-morbidity trends of common chronic diseases among workers in a large automotive industry from 2019 to 2021, and to provide a scientific basis for the health management of workers in the automotive industry. Methods The health examination data of workers in a large automotive industry from 2019-2021 were analyzed. Trends in the prevalence of chronic diseases and co-morbidities were analyzed using Join Point software and trend χ² test. Results The prevalence of metabolic syndrome, hyperuricemia, and fatty liver in the 2019 – 2021 health checkups of workers in this enterprise increased at an average rate of 9.27%, 11.35%, and 3.99% per year, respectively. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome, hyperuricemia, and fatty liver in male workers showed an increasing trend at an average rate of 7.05%, 9.25%, and 2.91% per year, respectively. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in female workers showed an increasing trend at an average rate of 20.76% per year. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome, hyperuricemia and fatty liver was on the rise in the age groups ≤ 29 years old and 40 – 49 years old. The proportion of metabolic syndrome and its co-morbidity with one or two common chronic diseases showed an increasing trend. Conclusion The prevalence and co-morbidity of common chronic diseases in this enterprise are generally on the rise. The enterprise should focus on health education and preventive care for chronic diseases among workers aged ≤ 29 and 40 – 49 years old and male workers and control the annual increasing trend of metabolic syndrome among female workers and workers in the age group ≤ 29 years.

Objective: To explore trends in the asthma burden among Chinese children and adolescents 1-19 years old during 1990-2019. Methods: Based on data from the 2019 Global Burden of Disease Study, joinpoint regression was used to analyze the dynamic changes in the gender and age specific asthma burden, and the asthma burden in China was compared with countries that have different socio demographic indices(SDI). In addition, trends in asthma burden attributed to different risk factors were also investigated. Results: The asthma burden decreased slightly from 1990 to 1996 [annual percent change (APC)=-1.7%], then rapidly decreased from 1996 to 2005 (APC=-5.7%). The age standardized disability adjusted life years (DALYs) rate decreased from 158.55/100 000 to 88.59/100 000 in patients 1-19 years of age. From 2005 to 2017, the DALYs rate for asthma increased slowly, then rapidly. In 2017, the DALYs rate peaked at 176.18/100 000, then decreased to 126.79/100 000 in 2019. The burden of asthma in boys was higher than girls, and the DALYs rate for asthma in the group 5-9 years of age was higher than the remaining age groups. Furthermore, the age standardized DALYs rate for asthma among Chinese children and adolescents was relatively low among countries with a different SDI. In addition, the DALYs rate attributed to high body mass index increased in all age groups in China. Specifically, the average APC (AAPC) was 2.9% in group 1-4 years of age and the AAPC was 4.2% in the remaining age groups. The DALYs rate attributed to occupational asthmagens in the group 15-19 years of age decreased from 1990 to 2019 and the AAPC was -2.5%. Conclusion The asthma burden was relatively low among Chinese children and adolescents, and there were gender and age differences. The gender and age specific DALYs rate for asthma had a tendency to decrease, increase, then decrease. More attention should be paid to boys and the group 5-9 years of age, and strengthen the intervention of obesity and occupational asthmagens.

Objective:To analyze the modifiable risk factors for early-onset Alzheimer's disease (EOAD), and provide evidence for primary prevention of EOAD.Methods:Forty patients with EOAD, admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to April 2020, were selected as EOAD group, and 120 healthy controls accepted physical examination and matched with EOAD patients in age, gender and education level were selected. Demographic characteristics and clinical data of patients from the EOAD group and subjects from the control group were compared retrospectively, and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors for onset of EOAD.Results:As compared with the control group, the EOAD group had significantly higher proportion of patients with hypertension, non-traumatic tooth loosening or loss, history of traumatic brain injury, hearing impairment, chronic stress and/or anxiety, and sleep disorder ( P<0.05). The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension ( OR=4.559, 95%CI=1.523-13.643, P=0.007), non-traumatic loss or loosing of tooth ( OR=5.345, 95%CI=1.989-14.346, P=0.001), hearing impairment ( OR=9.336, 95%CI=2.033-27.850, P=0.000), chronic stress and/or anxiety ( OR=7.375, 95%CI=2.612-20.822, P=0.000), and sleep disorder ( OR=4.875, 95%CI=1.520-15.625, P=0.002) were independent risk factors for onset of EOAD. Conclusion:Hypertension, non-traumatic loss or loosing of tooth, hearing impairment, chronic stress and/or anxiety, and sleep disorders are risk factors for onset of EOAD; the screening and intervention of these risk factors can be used as a primary prevention strategy for EOAD.

Objective: To investigate whether cancer-associated- fibroblasts (CAF), the key component of tumor microenvironment, regulate the chemoresistant capacity of lung cancer cell line A549 through SDF-1 secretion. Methods: Primary cell isolation techniques was used to isolate cancer-associated-fibroblasts from lung cancer patients. MTT assay was applied to determine the proliferation and chemoresistance of A549 cells. Quantative PCR was used to detect the mRNA changes of Bcl-xL. Western blotting was used to detect the protein expression of Bcl-xL. ELISA was applied to detect the SDF-1 secretion from normal fibroblasts (NF) and CAF. Results: CAF promoted the proliferation of A549 cells, while NF had no significant effect on them. After 72 hrs incubation, the absorbance value of A549+ CAF medium group was 0.814±0.006, significantly different from the 0.753±0.006 of the A549+ NF medium group (P<0.05). The Q-PCR assay indicated that mRNA expressions of Bcl-xL in the A549 group, A549+ NF medium group and A549+ CAF medium group were 1.00±0.11, 1.10±0.09 and 3.50±0.30, respectively, showing a significant difference between the A549+ NF medium group and A549+ CAF medium group (P<0.05). The Western blot showed that protein expressions of Bcl-xL in the A549 group, A549+ NF medium group and A549+ CAF medium group were 1.00±0.08, 1.10±0.12 and 3.10±0.25, respectively, with a significant difference between the A549+ NF medium group and A549+ CAF medium group (P<0.05). The ELISA results showed that the SDF-1 concentrations in the A549+ NF medium group and A549+ CAF medium group were 3.23±0.02 and 9.53±0.10, respectively, significantly different from each other (P<0.05). The MTT assay indicated that the absorbance values of OD of A549 group, A549+ AMD3100 group, A549+ NF medium group, A549+ NF medium+ AMD3100 group, A549+ CAF medium and A549+ CA Fmedium+ AMD3100 group were 0.43±0.03, 0.25±0.02, 0.48±0.03, 0.31±0.03, 0.72±0.06 and 0.45±0.03, respectively. The data of A549+ NF medium group was significantly different from that of A549+ CAF medium group (P<0.05). Conclusions Cancer-associated-fibroblasts enhance the drug resistance of A549 cells through SDF-1 secretion, upregulating the expression level of Bcl-xL through interaction with CXCR4. Our study not only illustrates that tumor microenvironment is able to enhance drug resistance of tumor, but also provides experimental evidence for the cancer-associated-fibroblasts as a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of lung cancer.

Objective To investigate the inhibition mechanism of tetramethylpyrazine combined with cisplatin on angiogenesis in Lewis lung cancer mice and to observe the mechanism of Arresten on angiogenesis in lung cancer. Methods The model of Lewis lung adenocarcinoma mouse xenograft was established in this work, and 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: 0.9% sodium chloride solution group(NS group), tetramethylpyrazine group(TMP group), cisplatin group(DDP group), tetramethylpyrazine plus cisplatin group(TMP + DDP group), 10 mice in each group.Mice in NS group were given 0.2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, mice in DDP group were given 0.2 mL of 2 mg.kg-1 of cisplatin, mice in TMP group were given 0.2 mL of 100 mg.kg-1 of tetramethylpyrazine, mice in TMP+DDP group were given 2 mg.kg-1 of cisplatin and 100 mg.kg-1 of tetramethylpyrazine, each 0.1 mL .Tumor size was measured every day to calculate the tumor volume.The mice were sacrificed to stripp the subcutaneous tumor after continuous medication. The expressions of Arresten, integrin α1β1 and VEGF were determinated by immunhistochemistry and Western blotting. Results The tumor growth of NS group was the fastest and TMP+DDP group was the slowest. Compared with NS group, the expression of Arresten in the other three groups was increased( P<0.01) , and the TMP+DDP group exhibited the highest expression;at the same time, integrin α1β1 , VEGF in the other three groups was decreased(P<0.01), and the TMP+DDP group exhibited the lowest expression.The expression of integrinα1β1 and VEGF was negatively related to Arresten, and the expression of integrin α1β1 was positively correlated with VEGF. Conclusion TMP can inhibited the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma and angiogenesis. Moreover, in combination with cisplatin, TMP can also improved the effect of chemotherapy and then the survival state of mice. The mechanism of action, which TMP suppress tumor angiogenesis may be through improving Arresten and inhibiting integrin α1β1 and VEGF. And the action mechanism of Arresten may be implemented by inhibiting the expression of VEGF by incorporation with integrinα1β1 or by itself to inhibit the expression of VEGF.

Objective To investigate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) combined with cisplatin(DDP) on the expression of Mac2-binding protein(Mac2-BP) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in mice with lung cancer. Methods C57 BL/6 mice were subcutaneously inoculated with Lewis lung adenocarcinoma cells , and Lewis lung adenocarcinoma mouse xenograft model was established .Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups:normal saline group(NS group,0.9%NaCl,0.2 ml), TMP group (TMP 100 mg/kg,0.2 ml), DDP group (DDP 2 mg/kg,0.2 ml), TMP plus DDP group (doses as above,0.2 ml totally) with 10 mice in each group.After 2 drug intervention,following 14 days of inoculation , the tumor diameter was measured every two days to calculate the tumor volume .The mice were sacrificed after 14 days of continuous medication , and the subcutaneous tumors were weighed after stripping to calculate the inhibitory rate.The expressions of Mac2-BP and VEGF was detected by Western blot and immunhistochemistry .Results Compared with NS group, the tumor growth rate of TMP group , DDP group and TMP+DDP group was slowed down , and the tumor growth rate in the TMP+DDP group was decreased most significantly .The inhibitory rate of TMP group , DDP group and TMP+DDP group was 25.57%, 45.24% and 66.5%,respectively.Kim, s formula was used to evaluate the synergy of the combined treatment .The q values for TMP +DDP group was 0.85

Objective To observe the efficiency of clopidogrel combined with emergency corona interventional therapy for non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 112 patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who were admitted in our hospital from February 2004 to November 2007 were divided into 2 groups at random with 56 patients in each,the experimental group and the control group.All patients were treated with emergency corona interventional therapy and the other routine standard therapies.The experimental group was treated with clopidogrel(75 mg,once per day for 8 weeks),and the control group administered ticlopidine(250 mg,twice per day for 8 weeks).The two group were followed up for a time of half a year.Results The TIMI(thrombolysis in myocardial infarction) myocardial-perfusion grade 3 angiographic flow was achieved in 91.1% of the experimental group,higher than that of the control group(87.5%),but there was no significant difference between them.What's more,there was no obvious difference between the 2 group in cardiac functional grading and life-threatening bleeding.The experimental group had significantly lesser hyporrhea,and lower platelet degradation and total white blood cells counts in comparison to the control group.After the followed-up of half a year,there was significant difference between them in combination-end point.Conclusion Addition of clopidogrel is effective in emergency corona interventional therapy for non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,which can degrade the risk of emergency corona interventional therapy.
