Objective:To investigate the quality status and problems of pharmaceutical excipient soluble starch,and to evaluate its quality attributes.Methods:A total of 28 batches of samples from 5 manufacturers were tested accord-ing the current quality standard.Exploratory research were carried out and the quality differences of soluble starch were evaluated.Results:According to the current standard,2 batches of samples were unqualified,accounting for 7.1％of the total.The exploratory research have found that some differences in soluble starch were due to the differ-ent plant sources.The contents of mycotoxin were higher in soluble starch derived from the maize.Attention should be paid to its risk.The powder flowability was related to the particle sizes of soluble starch.The particle sizes of solu-ble starch derived from the potatoes were bigger and the flowability was better than soluble starch from maize and tapi-oca.The dynamic moisture adsorption of potato derived soluble starch was higher.Conclusion:The quality of soluble starch was evaluated as general.A example has been set for the follow-up preparation research through the quality evaluation and research.It is significance for the development of traditional Chinese medicine preparation.

ObjectiveTo investigate effect of conducting training of autism spectrum disorder （ASD） early screening skill on improving the ability to early identify ASD of medical staffs in primary care hospitals. MethodsIn September 2021， the training of ASD early screening skills was carried out for medical staffs from 20 primary care hospitals in Chengdu. After training， the training effect was evaluated. The numbers of referrals from primary care hospitals to superior hospitals， confirmed ASD as well as their average diagnostic age of children with ASD before and after training were used as evaluation indicators. ResultsAfter training， the number of children with suspected ASD referred by primary care hospitals was more than that before training ［（16.65±11.60） vs. （3.40±2.23）， t=5.431， P<0.01］， the number of children diagnosed with ASD was more than that before training［（6.85±4.93） vs. （2.45±1.67）， t=4.171， P<0.01］， and the differences were statistically significant. As for the diagnosed age of ASD children， after training， the average age was lower than that before training ［（34.95±11.67） vs. （42.2±14.64）， t=-2.553， P=0.019］. ConclusionTraining of ASD early screening skills for medical staffs in primary care hospitals may help to improve their ability to early screening ASD children.

Objective: To analyze the prognostic value of CD7 expression in newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients, and to further explore the correlation between CD7 expression and CEBPA mutation, and to clarify the prognostic value of CD7⁺ in AML patients with wild-type (WT) or mutant-type (MT) CEBPA. Methods: The clinical data of 298 newly diagnosed non-M₃ AML patients between January 2010 and December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics and prognosis of CD7⁺ and CD7^- patients were respectively compared in all patients, and in patients with WT and MT CEBPA. The relationship between CD7 expression and CEBPA mutation was determined by chi-square, and the effects of CEBPA mutation on survival and prognosis in CD7⁺ group by Kaplan-Meier method. Results: In CD7⁺ group, the frequencies of CEBPA mutation were 10.1% (single site) and 33.9% (double site) , significantly higher than those of the CD7^- group (5.3% and 4.2%) (P=0.000) . Subgroup prognostic analysis showed a lower CR rate (P=0.001) and a higher RR (P=0.023) in CD7⁺ group comparing to those of CD7^- group in AML patients with wild type CEBPA. There were no statistical difference between CD7⁺ group and CD7^- group in overall survival (OS) and disease free survival (P>0.05) , while in the CEBPA mutant group the CD7⁺ group has higher OS (P=0.019) and DFS (P=0.010) . Based on the CD7 expression and CEBPA mutation, 298 cases were divided into 3 subgroups, named as CD7⁺-CEBPA MT group, CD7^- and CD7⁺-CEBPA WT group. The 3-year OS of the 3 groups were 80.2%, 48.0% and 30.6%, respectively (P<0.001) , and the 3-year DFS were 74.1%, 37.4% and 22.2%, respectively (P<0.001) . Conclusion The CEBPA mutation rate was higher in CD7⁺ AML patients then that of CD7^- patients. CD7 expression has opposite prognostic significance in AML patients carrying the wild-type or mutant-type CEBPA. Based on CD7 expression and CEBPA mutation, a new risk stratification model can be established, which is helpful to guide the clinical individualized treatment for AML patients.

Objective: To determine the value of hyperextension MRI evaluation in determining whether to perform decompression therapy after reduction of reducible atlantoaxial dislocation as well as assess the decompression effect. Methods: A retrospective case series study was conducted to analyze 24 patients with atlantoaxial dislocation admitted to Honghui Hospital affiliated to Xi'an Jiaotong University from May 2015 to May 2017. There were 10 males and 14 females, aged 40-74 years, with an average age of 52 years. There were 14 patients with os odontoideum, four patients with odontoid fracture, and six patients with transverse atlantal ligament rupture. Hyperextension MRI was performed to assess spinal cord compression for all patients. Eight patients with anterior spinal cord compression (Group A) underwent posterior atlantoaxial arch decompression plus atlantoaxial internal fixation reduction and bone graft fusion; 16 patients without anterior compression of the spinal cord (Group B) underwent only atlantoaxial internal fixation reduction and bone graft fusion. Intraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded. Spinal cord compression index and improvement rate of spinal cord decompression were evaluated by routine cervical spine MRI. Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) score was used to evaluate the clinical effect. Results: All patients were followed up for 3-24 months, with an average of 9.3 months. There was no nerve or vertebral artery injury during the operation, and no screw loosening occurred after surgery. The spinal cord compression index (0.37±0.18) in Group A at the last follow-up was significantly lower than that before operation (0.73±0.22) (P<0.05), while the index in Group B (0.19±0.20) at the last follow-up was also lower than that before operation (0.61±0.25) (P<0.05). The improvement rate of spinal cord decompression was 67.11% in Group A and 70.61% in Group B. The final JOA score of Group A was (13.29±3.68)points, which was significantly better than the preoperative JOA [(5.61±2.74)points] (P<0.05). The final JOA score in Group B [(14.13±3.45)points] was also significantly better than the preoperative JOA [(7.32±2.90)points] (P<0.05). Improvement rate of JOA was 57.31% in Group A and 59.91% in Group B. Conclusions Hyperextension MRI of cervical vertebra can effectively judge whether the anterior spinal cord is compressed after reduction of atlantoaxial dislocation. It has important clinical significance for decompression treatment during reduction and internal fixation of reducible atlantoaxial dislocation. At the same time, posterior atlantoaxial arch resection and decompression can effectively relieve the compression of the spinal cord after reduction of atlantoaxial dislocation.

Objective:To investigate the prognostic significance of high sensitivity-C reactive protein (Hs-CRP) in patients with peripher-al T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). Methods:A total of 234 newly diagnosed PTCL patients with a median age of 48 years were analyzed retro-spectively. Serum Hs-CRP levels and other factors, including tumor stage and international prognostic index (IPI), were determined. Af-ter a median follow-up of 23 months, the relationship between Hs-CRP and overall survival (OS) was observed. Results:Serum Hs-CRP level positively correlated with IPI score (r=0.132, P<0.001), tumor stage (r=0.183, P=0.005), B symptoms (r=0.225, P=0.001), and lactic dehydrogenase (r=0.169, P=0.009), but negatively correlated with plasma albumin levels (r=?0.343, P<0.001), hemoglobin concentra-tion (r=?0.239, P<0.001), and platelet count (r=0.131, P=0.045), and is uncorrelated with age (P>0.05), gender (P>0.05), fitness score (P>0.05), and leukocyte count (P>0.05). Patients with serum Hs-CRP levels≤10 mg/L had better OS than patients with serum Hs-CRP levels>10 mg/L. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression models showed that platelet count, Hs-CRP, albumin levels, and IPI score were independent adverse prognostic factors. Conclusion:The baseline Hs-CRP level can serve as a major indicator of prognosis in PT-CL patients.

Objective:To research on the immune recognition mechanism of synthetic pyrethroids and generic specific antibody.Methods:We studied on quantitative structure-activity relationship ( QSAR ) of synthetic pyrethroids and their analogs as well as antibody activity ( IC50:fifty percent inhibition concentration ) using stepwise multiple linear regression method.Based on calculating structure descriptors of synthetic pyrethroids and their analogs , two-demensional QSAR ( 2D-QSAR ) model was established.The main factors affecting antibody activity were screened using 2D-QSAR,and predictive ability of QSAR models were evaluated by the method of leave-one-out( LOO) cross-validation.Meanwhile, the structure parameters of synthetic pyrethroid fragments were calculated and then analyzed using partial least squares ( PLS) assay.And then hologram QSAR ( H-QSAR) model was constructed on molecular substructure and antibody activity.The fragments contribution to antibody activity were illustrated by encoding different colors.Results:Decision coefficent (R2) of 2D-QSAR model and HQSAR model were 0.920 and 0.917 individually,cross-validation coefficient ( Q2 ) of two QSAR models were 0.875 and 0.660 respectively ,which showed two models had good predictive abil-ity.The result from 2D-QSAR model was also obtained that smaller was hydrophobicity of pyrethroids , easier was recognized by antibody.In addition,the optimum HQSAR model was constructed after we tried many combinations of these parameters .The fragment size in optimum HQSAR model was between 4 to 10,a hologram length was 61,optimum principle component was 4,and the fragment type of B/C/Ch was selected.However ,the fingerprint encoded results of synthetic pyrethroids weren′t consistent completely with exper-imental IC50 values.Conclusion:Hydrophobicity of synthetic pyrethroids is the largest correlation factors in antibody recognization .

Objective To study severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) in rats model method improvement ,these rates were given uni-form and multi-point injecting with 3 .5% of the taurocholic acid sodium in pancreas capsule .Methods 96 healthy SD rats randomly divided into SAP group (n=42) and sham-operated group (n=42) ,blank control group (n=12) .SAP group was given uniform multi-point injection of 3 .5% sodium taurocholic acid in the pancreas capsule ,Sham-operated group was injected with 0 .9% saline injection ,two groups were recorded the measurement of serum amylase values by killing 7 rats in 2 ,4 ,6 ,12 ,24 and 48 h respective-ly ,and observed pancreas in form and then pathological changes .The whole rates of control group were killed before the experiment to measure normal values of serum amylase and make normal pancreas tissue specimen as a reference .Results Each time point of the serum amylase values of SAP group were obviously increased compared with the corresponding time points sham-operated group and blank control group(P<0 .000 1) ,no difference between sham-operated group and blank control group ;Pancreas gross tissue and then observed pathological changes of SAP group are more obvious than the sham-operated group and blank control group's . Conclusion The improved injection in the pancreas capsule is an ideal method of moulding ,which can make typical SAP model and have simple operation ,induced by a high success rate ,and have the stability and low mortality rate .

Objective To explore the methods of auditory enlightenment and whole ability training in severe hearing impaired children with inner ear malformations and growth retardation .Methods Eleven severe hearing impaired children with inner ear malformations were chosen , and received the methods of multiple stimuli including auditory, vision, tactile sensation, large and fine motor and so on in order to train their skills including the response and discrimination of sounds , language , and cognition and so on .Results The abilities of hearing and sense were gradually establishment in children 3 months after the training .Seven children could perceive clearly sound , and finish the hearing examination after training 6-13 months so as to lay the foundation for behavioral responses after the cochlear implantation surgery .Two children finished the hearing assessment after the hearing compensation through the audiphone .Conclusions The methods of multiple stimuli in the different sense at the same time can promote the formation of auditory consciousness and auditory nerve loop in infants with inner ear malformations .

Objective To explore children with audition symptom as normal but heterophthongia impacting on the process of their growth , and try to find out the symptom of abnormal speech and hearing to prevent and cure early .Methods Fifty six children were selected at the age of 6 months to 8 years old whose development of audition and speech had not reached the normal norm and known their information relative growth factors such as medical history , present illness , family medical history and environment of growth inside out .We assessed the speech and audition of all cases by clinical objective and subjective audition test and they shown different level of audition damage .We provided different methods to prevent and cure disorders according to inducing factors .Results The characteristic of children , whose right and/or left ear had different damage ( earshot:35 -120 dB ) , usually could not arouse attention especially at early linguistic stage because of inapparent hearing and speech disorders .The delayed diagnosed audition problem already leaded that sixteen children from 4 -8 years old acquired the problems of inappropriate response to voice , simple and vague language and restricted study and twenty cases obtained no response to voice , delayed development of audition comparing with peers , and expressed their demand by body language until 2 to 4 years old until they sought medical advice .Neonatal audition had not passed first and second screen and the level of audition damage were at range of 20-90 dB; however , parents believed neonate could develop naturally when neonate grown up so that they attended training without consistency and worn hearing aid incontinuity .These kind of behavior leaded that neonate acquired medical treatment until 1.5 to 2 years and some reflections had been built up or delayed . Conclusions Children with a similar audition as normal children but heterophthongia are unapparent at early stage, but it will slight show out when they grow up .Parent should comprehend the children ’ s process of hearing and language development and try to find out language and hearing problem as earlier as possible .Early detection could decrease growth gab between children with audition problems and normal children .

The hemodynamical features of artificial heart valve can influence the life span of the valve in the host, and is highly correlated with its biocompatibility. This paper introduced the methods and indexes to measure hemodynamics of artificial heart valve, and factors that influence the hemodynamics. In addition, the problems in this field were discussed to aid the selection of appropriate artificial heart valves for patients.
