Objective:To explore the potential profile characteristics of family health in patients with chronic diseases, analyze the influencing factors of different family health categories, and further investigate the relationship between family health categories and the quality of life in patients with chronic diseases, providing a scientific basis for targeted intervention strategies. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional survey. The data for the study were obtained from the Chinese Residents' Psychology and Behavior Survey Research Database. A multistage sampling method was employed to select 1 808 patients with chronic diseases as survey respondents from July to September 2021. Data were collected using the General Information Questionnaire, the Family Health Scale, and the European 5-Dimensional 5-Level Health Scale(EQ-5D-5L). Potential profiles of family health in patients with chronic diseases were identified using latent profile analysis. Univariate analysis and multiple Logistic regression were used to examine influencing factors, and generalized linear regression was performed to analyze the impact of different family health categories on quality of life. Results:A total of 1 808 chronic disease patients were enrolled, comprising 986 males and 822 females, with a age of (55.23 ± 7.02) years. The scores of family health, EQ-5D-5L, EuroQol Visual Analogue Scale were 38(34, 43), 0.94(0.84, 1.00), and 78(63, 87) points. The family health of patients with chronic diseases were categorized into three potential profiles: the low family health group (418 cases accounting for 23.1%), the medium family health group (747 cases accounting for 41.3%), and the high family health group (643 cases accounting for 35.6%). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family type, marital status, nature of household, education level, number of siblings and type of health insurance were significant factors influencing family health categories ( OR values were 0.464-2.503, all P<0.05). The family health was an important factor influencing quality of life ( χ2 values were 4.05-100.68, all P<0.05). Conclusions:There is significant heterogeneity in the family health of patients with chronic diseases, which can be divided into three distinct categories. Patients with higher family health levels have better quality of life. Medical professionals should develop precise intervention programs tailored to the characteristics of each category to improve family health levels and enhance the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.

Objective:To understand nurses' experiences providing discharge preparation services for elderly patients with multiple chronic diseases and offer references for developing intervention strategies for discharge preparation services for these patients. Methods:A purposive sampling method was used to select 24 nurses from the cardiovascular departments, geriatrics wards, and other internal medicine departments of three Grade A tertiary hospitals, four Grade B hospitals, and one community health service center in Guilin City between March and April 2024. An interview outline was developed based on the social-ecological system theory, and semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data. A directed content analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results:A total of three themes were identified: micro-level (nurses have a positive attitude but face shortcomings in age-appropriate discharge preparation services), meso-level (team collaboration mechanisms are weak), and macro-level (there is a desire to link social resources) .Conclusions:Nurses' discharge preparation services for elderly patients with multiple chronic diseases are inadequate. It is recommended to enhance nurses' discharge preparation skills through core competency-based training, improve the development of innovative healthcare platforms, and promote establishing of a multi-dimensional social care support system to improve the quality of discharge preparation services for elderly patients with multiple chronic diseases.

Interactions between brain-resident and peripheral infiltrated immune cells are thought to contribute to neuroplasticity after cerebral ischemia. However, conventional bulk sequencing makes it challenging to depict this complex immune network. Using single-cell RNA sequencing, we mapped compositional and transcriptional features of peri-infarct immune cells. Microglia were the predominant cell type in the peri-infarct region, displaying a more diverse activation pattern than the typical pro- and anti-inflammatory state, with axon tract-associated microglia (ATMs) being associated with neuronal regeneration. Trajectory inference suggested that infiltrated monocyte-derived macrophages (MDMs) exhibited a gradual fate trajectory transition to activated MDMs. Inter-cellular crosstalk between MDMs and microglia orchestrated anti-inflammatory and repair-promoting microglia phenotypes and promoted post-stroke neurogenesis, with SOX2 and related Akt/CREB signaling as the underlying mechanisms. This description of the brain's immune landscape and its relationship with neurogenesis provides new insight into promoting neural repair by regulating neuroinflammatory responses.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2019;28(3):296-299
Objective To evaluate the application effect of standardized communication mode, which was based on the situation, background, assessment and recommendation (SBAR communication mode), in interventional ward. Methods SBAR communication mode was implemented in interventional ward. Through the discussion of doctors and nurses, the SBAR communication template of common symptoms of specialized diseases was revised. The training, examination, utilization and evaluation of the SBAR communication template were conducted for all nurses. The medical adverse events caused by poor medical and nursing communication, the patients' recognition of the professional abilities of medical teams and the doctors' satisfaction with nurses were recorded before and after the implement of SBAR communication mode, and the results were compared. Results After the implementation of SBAR communication mode, both the patients' recognition of the professional abilities of medical teams and the doctors' satisfaction degree with nurses were significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); and the incidence of medical adverse events caused by poor medical and nursing communication was remarkably decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion The implementation of SBAR communication mode in the intervention ward can significantly improve the patients' recognition of the professional abilities of medical teams and the doctors' satisfaction degree with nurses, and decrease the incidence of medical adverse events caused by poor medical and nursing communication, thus, the safety of patients can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the establishment of a harmonious medical and nursing team is promoted.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2018;27(2):178-180
Objective To make a further recognition of the real quality of life of post-discharge patients who carry a percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) tube due to malignant obstructive jaundice in order to formulate the corresponding scheme of health education and continued nursing. Methods By using qualitative research with phenomenological method, the interventional specialized nurse made a indepth interview with the post-discharge patients who carried a PTBD tube due to malignant obstructive jaundice. Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was adopted to collate and analyze the clinical data. Results A total of 10 patients were finally enrolled in this study. The main considerations of patients carrying a PTBD tube in daily life included the changes of self-care ability in daily life, intensification or absence of a patient's role; worrying about prolapse and infection of the tube; disordered self-image and social phobia; different degrees of physical discomfort and negative emotion with psychological pressure; hoping improvement of the drainage bag and fixed materials and way; hoping more convenient way of dressing, etc. Conclusion The post-discharge patients carrying a PTBD tube live in different levels of stress. The medical staff should carry out targeted health education and extension care to help them and make research to improve equipment, so as to improve self-care ability, reduce complications as well as psychological pressure, thus, to improve the quality of life.
