ObjectiveTo explore effect of the ankle soft robotic exosuits (ASRE) on gait function in stroke patients. MethodsDatabases including PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP were searched for researches evaluating the impact of ASRE on gait function in stroke patients with hemiplegia, covering the period from January 1st, 2020 to May 1st, 2025. The PEDro scale and the Risk of Bias in Non-randomized Studies of Interventions tool were used to assess the quality of the included researches, and data were extracted for a scoping review. ResultsA total of twelve researches were finally included, consisting of three randomized controlled trials (RCT), three cross-over controlled trials and six pre-post controlled trials, which came from three countries of China, the United States and South Korea, involving 256 patients. The three RCT were rated as high-quality, while the remaining researches were presented moderate to serious risk of bias. Five researches employed a single-session intervention; and seven used multiple-session intervention, with 30 to 60 minutes a session, two to five sessions a week, for five to 20 sessions. ASRE was effective on walking speed, walking distance, propulsive force of the hemiplegic side, gait parameters and spatiotemporal symmetry, joint range of motion, as well as the scores of scales related to lower limb motor function, balance and gait, with favorable safety and reliability. ConclusionASRE may improve the gait function in stroke patients.

Objective Toevaluatetheinterventionaltherapeuticefficacyoflowerureteralstricturesandobstructionbyimplantation of"doubleGJ"stentsbytheguidewiretrackwithtwowaysjointofpercutaneousnephrocentesisandurethra.Methods 45caseswith malignanttumoroflowerureteralstrictureorobstructionweretreatedwithballooncatheterdilatation,andthenthe"doubleJ"tube wasimplantedusingpercutaneousnephrostomyandurethradoublepathguidedwireorbit.Postoperativeurinevolume,renalfunction, colordopplerultrasoundandCTfollowGupwereobservedandreviewedfor3－12monthsaftersurgery.Results Thesuccessfulrate oftheoperationwas100%(45/45),withtheureteralobstructionrelievedandtheclinicalsymptomsimproved.After7days,renal functionfullyrecoveredtonormalin39patients,andsignificantlyimprovedin6patients.Conclusion Implantationof "doubleGJ"stentsbytheguidewiretrackwithpercutaneousnephrocentesisandtransurethraldoublepathisasimple,effectiveandminimallyinvasive treatmentformalignantureteralstrictureandobstruction.

Objective To explore the reaction time and attention bias characteristics of patients with first-episode depressive disorder.MethodsTotally 32 patients with first-episode depressive disorder (MD group) and 24 non-depression control participants(NC group) matched with MD group on age,gender and education level were enrolled in the study.The clinical symptoms were assessed by Beck Depression Inventory(BDI).All participants completed a dot-probe task to assess attentional preference for facial stimuli with varying valence (happy,sad and neutral facial expressions).ResultsThe reaction times(RTs) of MD group was longer than that of NC group in the dot-probe task ((468.6±87.7)ms,(451.7±82.5)ms,P<0.01).The four-way ANOVA revealed a significant main effect of prime duration,indicating overall shorter RTs on primes with longer duration ((476.9±88.4)ms vs (456.2±82.7)ms vs (447.7±83.9)ms,P<0.01).Compared with NC group,the scores of attention bias for sad faces were decreased in MD group ((7.43±26.4)ms vs (-4.97±19.5)ms,P<0.05).With the longer duration of presentation,the score of attention maintenance of emotional facies for MD group were increased (happy faces: (-11.0±4.8)ms,(2.2±6.9)ms,(6.1±8.5)ms;angry faces:(-1.6±7.5)ms,(6.5±8.6)ms,(14.9±6.7)ms).The adherence score of attention to happy faces were decreased ((1.8±5.6)ms,(-8.2±6.7)ms,(-8.7±7.1)ms),while the score of adherence score towards sad faces were increased ((-7.6±7.2)ms,(-2.6±8.5)ms,(1.5±6.2)ms) with increasing prime duration.ConclusionPatients with first-episode depressive disorder have slower response to emotional faces and associated with attentional bias for sad faces.With the increasing prime duration,it is more and more obvious to attentional bias in the two aspects of allocation and adherence.

Objective To explore the efficacy of endovascular treatment for closed articular artery injuries.Methods The clinical data of 13 patients from Jan 2010 to Dec 2014 treated for closed articular artery injuries were analyzed retrospectively.The location,severity and extent of arterial injury were confirmed by intraoperative arteriography.The diameter and length of the injured arteries were measured.The guidewire was sent to the lesion site and working wire pathway was established.When the guidewire was difficult to pass through the lesion site,femoral and posterior tibial or radial artery may be used to establish working wire pathway.The stent or stent-graft was implanted through the contralateral femoral artery or distal end of ipsilateral artery.Results Intraoperative angiography confirmed intimal injury (n =2),partial transection (n =5),complete transection (n =5) and arteriovenous fistula (n =1).Eighteen stents or stent-grafts were implanted.Treatment was successful in all patients without peiropeartive death and procedure-related complications.All were followed up for 15 to 48 months and the mean follow-up was (30 ± 11) months.Three patients with stent lumen stenosis less than 50％ as showed by angiography.There was no stent fracture,displacement,or deformation.Conclusions Endovascular treatment for closed articular artery injuries is of less invasion,shorter operative time and quick postoperative recovery.

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 17 (ADAM17) on high-glucose mediated permeability,proliferation and migration in human retinal microvascular endothelial cells (HRMECs).Methods HRMECs were divided into 4 groups:normal group (5 mmol · L-1 glucose),high glucose group (25 mmol · L-1 glucose),NC (Negative control for siRNA) + high glucose group and siADAM17 (ADAM17 siRNA) + high glucose group.The expression of ADAM17 was detected using real time PCR and Western blot.Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) was used to detect the permeability of HRMECs.Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8)and BrdU were used to evaluate cell proliferation.Cell migration was determined using Transwell assay.In addition,the expression of p-EGFR,p-ERK and MMP9 was assayed using Western blot.Results Compared with normal group,the mRNA and protein levels of ADAM17 were increased in high glucose group (P ＜ 0.01).ADAM17 expression of siADAM17 + high glucose group was markedly reduced compared with NC + high glucose group.High glucose increased the permeability of HRP comparison to normal group,whereas in siADAM17 + high glucose group the permeability of HRP was reduced compared with NC + high glucose group.The optical density of HRMECs was decreased in siADAM17 + high glucose group 1.53 ± 0.29 in comparison with NC + high glucose group 2.43 ± 0.25,as well as the content of BrdU-incorporation(P ＜ 0.05).The number of migrated cells in high glucose group,NC + high glucose group,siADAM17 + high glucose group and normal group were 157.00 ± 7.93,169.00 ± 10.12,121.00 ± 9.28,110.00 ±8.25,respectively.Moreover,the expression of p-EGFR,p-ERK and MMP9 in siADAM17 +high glucose group was decreased compared with NC + high glucose group (all P ＜0.01).Conclusion SiADAM17 can reduce the cell permeability,suppressed and migration induced by high glucose via EGFR/ERK/MMP9 signaling pathway.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of endovascular repair for blunt popliteal arterial injuries. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A retrospective analysis of seven patients with clinical suspicion of popliteal arterial injuries that were confirmed by arteriography was performed from September 2009 to July 2014. Clinical data included demographics, mechanism of injury, type of injury, location of injury, concomitant injuries, time of endovascular procedures, time interval from trauma to blood flow restoration, instrument utilized, and follow-up. All patients were male (mean age of 35.9 ± 10.3 years). The type of lesion involved intimal injury (n = 1), partial transection (n = 2), complete transection (n = 2), arteriovenous fistula (n = 1), and pseudoaneurysm (n = 1). All patients underwent endovascular repair of blunt popliteal arterial injuries. RESULTS: Technical success rate was 100%. Intimal injury was treated with a bare-metal stent. Pseudoaneurysm and popliteal artery transections were treated with bare-metal stents. Arteriovenous fistula was treated with bare-metal stent and coils. No perioperative death and procedure-related complication occurred. The average follow-up was 20.9 ± 2.3 months (range 18-24 months). One patient underwent intra-arterial thrombolysis due to stent thrombosis at 18 months after the procedure. All limbs were salvaged. Stent migration, deformation, or fracture was not found during the follow-up. CONCLUSION: Endovascular repair seems to be a viable approach for patients with blunt popliteal arterial injuries, especially on an emergency basis. Endovascular repair may be effective in the short-term. Further studies are required to evaluate the long-term efficacy of endovascular repair.

[Summary] Obesity has been a great threat to people ’ s health.It is a kind of disease which lead to various metabolic diseases.Besides, there are significant difference in psychological status between obese people and normal population .Obese people have more psychological disorders , such as depression and anxiety .Some studies have suggested that psychological disorders can influence the result of bariatric surgery .In addition, bariatric surgery may relieve patients ’ psychological disorders .In this review, we focused on the mental aspect of bariatric surgery .

Objective To explore the influence factors of hyperarousal,personality characteristics and coping strategies on the vulnerability to stress-related sleep disturbance.Methods A total of 345 sleep good healthy volunteers were recruited bypurposive sampling technique.Every participant completed an extensive survey that included the general condition questionnaire,Ford Insomnia Response to Stress Test (FIRST),PreSleep Arousal Scale (PSAS),NEO Personality Inventory-Revised (NEOPI-R),Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS) and Heart Rate Variability(HRV).All participants were classified as High risk group andLow risk group by using the FIRST criterion.Results The high risk group was younger than the low risk group (27.91±8.22 vs 24.82±7.73,P＜0.01),and had a higher percentage of females (34.7％ vs 53.4％,P＜0.05).The high risk group showed significantly higher scores in PSAS total (30.11±6.22),pesleep cognitive arousal (17.73± 4.51),presleep somatic arousal (12.78 ± 3.23),neuroticism (3.13 ± 0.51),emotion oriented (48.98 ± 10.54),but lower score in extraversion (2.96±0.54),then those indicators of the low risk group (28.52±5.82,16.32±4.32,11.41±2.75; 3.11±0.56,2.87±0.47,46.23±11.21,3.11±0.56,P＜0.01 or 0.05).There were significant difference between the two group in LF/HF (1.51 ±0.19 vs 1.17±0.11,P＜0.01),HF((311.21 ±72.32) ms2/Hz vs (490.43 ± 91.74)ms2/Hz,P＜0.01),LF((469.49±85.67)ms2/Hzvs (573.21±98.75) ms2/Hz,P＜0.01) in HRV.Results of linear regression analysis showed that gender,and scores of PSAS total,cognitive arousal,presleep cognitive arousal,presleep somatic arousal,neuroticism,emotion oriented and LF/HF were significant correlation with FIRST score (P＜0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion Presleep cognitive and somatic arousal,neurotic character may be the premorbid characteristics of stress-related sleep disturbance,and bad stress coping strategies are easy to promote the development of insomnia.

Objective To explore the effect and application value of percutaneous transhepatic various interventional technique for treatment of common bile duct stones.Methods 46 patients with common bile duct stones were treated.All patients were treated by percutaneous transhepatic cholangiopancreatography in order to confirm the number and location and size of the stones.Place me-chanical lithotripsy net according to the size of stones.Then percutaneous transhepatic balloon dilation.Postoperatively biliary tract was drained for 2 weeks.Results 45 operations were successful,The successful rate was 97.83%.Complete stone removal was obtained with one session in 41 patients and two sessions in 4 cases,respectively.There was no serious complications occurred during the operation. There was no perforation and bleeding,but hyperamylasemia occurred in 3 patients and acute pancreatitis occurred in 1 patient and bile perito-nitis occurred in 2 patients.Conclusion Percutaneous transhepatic various interventional technique can keep the function of papillary sphincter and is a valuable methed for patients suffering from common bile duct stones with a high successful rate and safety.
