Objective:To assess the efficacy of non-pharmaceutical intervention on improving sleep quality in pregnant women by network Meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled clinical trials on non-pharmaceutical intervention to improve sleep quality in pregnant women were searched on Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, China Biology Medicine disc, CNKI and Wanfang Database by computer, and the search time limit was from the establishment of databases to December 2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies. Stata 14.0 software was used to conduct a network meta-analysis.Results:Finally, a total of 26 randomized controlled trial were included, including 2 363 patients and 7 non-pharmaceutical intervention measures. The best probability ranking results of network meta-analysis showed that in terms of total score evaluation of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, relaxation intervention, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, psychological intervention, exercise intervention, music therapy, sleep health education and routine nursing were ranked from high to low. In terms of dimensional evaluation of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, relaxation intervention, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, psychological intervention and music therapy had better effects. Conclusions:Current evidence suggests that relaxation intervention, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, psychological intervention and music therapy may be more effective interventions in improving the sleep quality of pregnant women.
3.Current status and influencing factors of parent reported outcomes of preschool children with asthma
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2021;27(5):656-659
Objective:To explore the current status of reporting outcomes by parents of preschool children with asthma and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:From October to December 2019, we selected parents of preschool children with asthma who came to the Respiratory Asthma Clinic of Children's Hospital Affiliated of Zhengzhou University. The General Information Questionnaire, Children Asthma Control Test (C-ACT) and Scale for Reporting Outcomes by Parents of Children with Asthma were used to investigate 382 children with asthma and their parents. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of the reporting outcomes by parents of children with asthma. A total of 382 questionnaires were issued, and 376 valid questionnaires were returned with the effective response rate of 98.4%.Results:Among 376 children, scores of asthma control and reporting outcomes by parents of children with asthma were (21.95±3.54) and (97.20±18.38) respectively. The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the reporting outcomes by parents of children in terms of the relationship with the children, parents' education level, family residence and family monthly income ( P<0.05) . Multiple linear regression analysis showed that parental education level, monthly family income and asthma control level were the influencing factors of the reporting outcomes by parents of children with asthma ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Outcomes reported by parents of preschool children with asthma are affected by education level, low family monthly income and asthma control level. Clinical medical and nursing staff should provide targeted and personalized interventions for children and their families in terms of home care, environment, diet and exercise, to help them manage their diseases and improve the level of asthma control in children.
4.Study on the application of alprostadil and benazepril in patients with diabetes and the effect on blood glucose fluctuation
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):167-169
Objective To analyze the effects of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetes and the effect on blood glucose fluctuation.MethodsEighty cases with diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with benazepril while the observation group was additionally treated with alprostadil. The treatment effects, the changes of blood glucose, blood lipids and renal function were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h plasma glucose (2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were reduced to the normal level but the volatility differences of FPG and 2hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) decreased while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased (P<0.05) but the differences between the two groups showed no statistical significance. After treatment, the improvement of renal function indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionThe application of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetes can reduce blood glucose fluctuation, improve renal function, and reduce the risk of diabetic nephropathy.

Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging characteristics of bilateral medial medullary infarction. Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with bilateral medial medullary infarction admitted to Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were analyzed retrospectively. The related literature was reviewed. Results Three patients in this group were all males. Their main clinical manifestations were quadriplegia, dysarthria, and paresthesia, and 1 of them complicated with respiratory failure. One patient was suspected of having Guillain-Barre syndrome. The hyperintensities of heart-shape,Y- shape, and V- shape were its imaging features of typical MRI diffusion weighted imaging. Conclusion Bilateral medial medullary infarction is a rare posterior circulation ischemic lesion in clinical practice. Its early symptoms are not typical and easy to be misdiagnosed and missed. MRI diffusion weighted imaging is its main imaging examination method.

Objective To evaluate the outcome of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients received different reperfusion therapies. Methods The 238 consecutive STEMI patients were enrolled from February 2012 to December 2012. According to the current guideline of PCI and the choice of patients, the patients were divided into the groups of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), ifbrinolysis, and conservative medication. The major adverse cardiac events (MACE) was analyzed in a follow up of 6 months. Results (1) The enrolled patients included the 210 patients received PCI (88.2%), 14 patients received fibrinolysis (5.9%) and 14 patients received conservative medication (5.9%).The Median time of D2B was 110minutes.(2) The rate of late stent thrombosis was signiifcant higher in BMS than DES (n=2, 2.8%vs 0, P < 0.05) . (3) The PCI group had a signiifcantly higher incidence of stroke than the ifbrinolysis group and the conservative medication group (1.0%vs 0, P < 0.05;1.0%vs 0, P<0.05). (4) The PCI group had a signiifcantly higher incidence of bleeding compared to the thrombolysis group and the medication group (1.0% vs 0, P < 0.05; 1.0% vs 0%, P < 0.05). Conclusions The majority of STEMI patients received PCI;The D2B time, which was required<90 minutes in guideline of PCI, was found delayed in our study;Compared to ifbrinolysis and conservative medication, PCI showed better clinical outcomes of STEMI patients.
