OBJECTIVE To investigate the stability and compatibility of butorphanol, nicardipine, urapidil, and tirofiban. METHODS A micro-infusion pump was used to simulate the infusion process. Samples were collected in real time from the needle tip at 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 h after mixing of the four drugs. The appearance, pH, and number of insoluble particles were examined. The contents of butorphanol, nicardipine, urapidil, and tirofiban were determined using the ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography method. RESULTS Within 8 hours, all mixed solutions remained clear and transparent, with no visible turbidity, precipitation, color change, or gas generation. The pH fluctuation ranged from 0.02 to 0.09, both within 0.1 pH units. The number of insoluble particles ≥10 μm in size in each compatibility solution was ≤9, and the number of insoluble particles ≥25 μm was ≤2, meeting the requirements of the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Volume Ⅳ). The relative percentage contents of butorphanol, nicardipine, urapidil, and tirofiban at 8 hours after compatibility mixing ranged from 92.38% to 113.40%. CONCLUSIONS Within 8 hours under simulated clinical micro-infusion pump infusion conditions, the stability and compatibility of the mixed solution containing butorphanol, nicardipine, urapidil, and tirofiban were satisfactory.

OBJECTIVE To formulate Guidelines for the standardized implementation of pharmacist-managed clinics ( 2026 edition ) in response to the challenges faced by such clinics in China, including uneven development, large discrepancies in service specifications, insufficient patient awareness, and limited medical insurance coverage. METHODS Led by the Pharmaceutical Affairs Professional Committee of the Chinese Hospital Association, the Evidence-based Pharmacy Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, and the Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee of the Cross-strait Medical and Health Exchange Association, a total of 19 domestic hospital pharmacy experts were organized. Through a systematic review of national policies and literature research, current practical experience was summarized. Consensus on the contents of the guidelines was reached after in-depth discussions. RESULTS &CONCLUSIONS The guidelines covered five sections: definition and connotation of pharmacist-managed clinics, establishment requirements, implementation and management, post competency, and practical research. Firstly, the definition and connotation included three operational forms of pharmacist-managed clinics (independent mode, physician-pharmacist joint mode, and online pharmacist-managed clinic mode) and classified service modes (specialty-specific, drug-specific, and disease-specific pharmacist-managed clinics). The establishment requirements were further refined, covering system construction (pharmaceutical service management system, quality control and assessment mechanism), personnel qualifications (professional credentials, continuing education and professional training, etc), service recipients, as well as service venues and facilities. Subsequently, the implementation and management of pharmacist-managed clinics were proposed, involving service procedures, intervention measures, documentation and records, patient education and follow-up, humanistic care, as well as risk management and quality control. Finally, post competency encompassed the competency requirements for pharmacists providing services in pharmacist-managed clinics, as well as the suggestions on teaching methods; practical research encouraged the conduct of high-quality pharmaceutical practice in the setting of pharmacist-managed clinics. The guidelines provide valuable guidance for the standardized implementation of pharmacist-managed clinics in China in terms of establishment, management, teaching, and research, fill the guideline gap in this field, and can promote the high-quality development of pharmacist-managed clinics.

Obesity and its related metabolic diseases have become a major global public health threat, and its rising incidence significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and other complications. Pancreatic lipase is a key enzyme that converts food-borne lipids into triglycerides and fatty acids, and the effective inhibition of its activity has become an important strategy for the treatment of obesity. This paper discusses the screening methods of pancreatic lipase inhibitors, and summarizes and reviews the basic principles, advantages and disadvantages and application status of traditional screening methods, modern new screening methods and virtual screening methods. In view of the problems faced by the screening methods of pancreatic lipase inhibitors, future research urgently needs to move towards a collaborative innovation path of multi-technology integration, intelligent screening and complex systematization of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to open up new research paradigms.

Dermacentor abaensis(D.abaensis)is a tick species distributed only in Qinghai,Gansu, and other provinces of China. It is more harmful because it can carry pathogens such as Borrelia burgdorferi and Piroplasm. However, morphological descriptions and image data for this tick spe-cies are still insufficiently detailed, and data related to molecular markers such as COX 1 and ITS2 are still missing. The ticks were collected from the body surface of yaks in Diebu County,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province. The morphological characteristics of various parts of the ticks were carefully observed using a stereomicroscope ultra-depth-of-field system. At the same time, the total DNA of the tick body wall was extracted, then the primers for COX 1 and ITS2 genes were designed, and PCR amplification was performed before sequencing. The sequen-cing results were compared with related sequences in GenBank for homology analysis, and the phy-logenetic tree was constructed to provide a basis for accurate identification of this tick species. The results showed that the female ticks were subrounded. The basic capituli were rectangular in shape. The porose area was ovoid in shape, cornua short and blunt, palps thick and short, with a slightly pointed front end.A slightly rounded scutum, and the enamel color was slightly lighter towards the back. The cervial groove was short, and in deeply concave. The festoon was obvious. The peritreme was in comma-shaped.The trailing edge was slightly curved. The genital opening had a ala.The anus was located in the posterior quarter of the middle of the abdomen, and there is a semicircular anal groove surrounded.Male ticks were slightly elongated ovoid, with no porose area. The entire surface was covered with enamel color except the cornua. The genital opening was opposite to the coxall, and there is no ala.The anal groove was deeper, and the external spur of the coxa Ⅳ was narrower and longer. All other body characteristics are similar to those of female ticks.Based on the comparative analysis of COX 1 and ITS2 gene sequences and the construction of phylogenetic tree,it was found that D.abaensis is more closely related to Dermacentor nuttalli and Dermacentor marginatus than other Dermacentor spp.The results suggested that D.abaensis have unique mor-phological and molecular marker characteristics, and the combination of the two characteristics will make it easier to rapidly and accurately identify this tick species.

Ulcerative colitis (UC), a chronic, non-specific inflammatory bowel disease with typical symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and bloody stools, demonstrates a high relapse rate and difficulty in curing. Sishenwan, first recorded in Internal Medicine Abstract (Nei Ke Zhai Yao), are a classic prescription for treating diarrhea caused by deficiency of the spleen and kidney Yang. The core therapeutic principle of Sishenwan is warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney, and astringing the intestine and stopping diarrhea. In recent years, Sishenwan have demonstrated distinct advantages in the clinical treatment of UC. The pathogenesis of UC involves multiple factors, including immune dysregulation and gut microbiota imbalance. Although Western medicine is effective in the short term, its side effects, high relapse rate, and resistance associated with long-term use pose substantial challenges. Sishenwan have shown excellent clinical outcomes in the treatment of UC due to deficiency of the spleen and kidney Yang. Modern clinical studies indicate that Sishenwan, used alone or in combination with Western medicine or other Chinese medicine compound prescriptions, significantly improve the clinical efficacy in treating UC due to deficiency of the spleen and kidney Yang. Sishenwan effectively alleviate core symptoms such as mucus, pus, and blood in stools, and persistent abdominal pain, reduce Mayo scores and the relapse rate, and improve patients' quality of life. Research on the material basis reveals that Sishenwan contain multiple active ingredients such as psoralen, isopsoralen, and evodiamine. Mechanism studies indicate that Sishenwan inhibit the inflammatory cascade reactions by regulating the signal network through multiple targets. Sishenwan regulate cellular immunity and restore intestinal immune homeostasis. At the microecological level, Sishenwan promote the intestinal barrier repair through the "microbiota-metabolism-immunity" axis. The current research still needs to be deepened in aspects such as the mining of specific biomarkers for syndromes and the exploration of the collaborative mechanism of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. In the future, a full-chain system covering syndrome differentiation, targeting, and monitoring needs to be constructed for promoting the paradigm transformation of Sishenwan into precision drugs. This review systematically explains the treatment mechanism of Sishenwan regarding the combination of disease and syndrome and its multi-target regulatory characteristics, providing a theoretical basis and transformation direction for the treatment of UC with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
