Objective:To summarize the risk factors for and outcomes of financial toxicity in heart failure patients, to identify populations at risk for financial toxicity and the consequent health impacts, so as to provide evidence for subsequent intervention study.Methods:Relevant studies on economic toxicity factors and outcomes of patients with heart failure were searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure, China Biomedical Literature Database, VIP database, Wanfang Database, PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science and Scopus. The search period was from establish to August 23, 2024. The included literatures were screened and summarized.Results:A total of 5 955 articles were retrieved, including 9 studies from 6 countries. The risk factors included socioeconomic, demographic, disease and treatment, psychological and cognitive factors. The outcomes caused by economic toxicity include physical changes, psychological changes, behavioral responses and clinical outcomes.Conclusions:The influencing factors of economic toxicity in patients with heart failure are complex, and there are many adverse outcomes. Therefore, it is necessary to develop specific assessment tools and construct intervention strategies based on multiple levels and perspectives, in order to reduce economic toxicity and adverse effects in patients with heart failure.

Objective:To analyze the early family diet nursing guidance needs of patients with gastrointestinal polyps resection based on Kano model, further screen the needs and optimize nursing strategies.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study. A total of 215 patients who underwent gastrointestinal polypectomy in Yingtan 184 Hospital of China Rongtong Group Healthcare Co. Ltd from January 2022 to June 2024 were prospectively selected using the purposive sampling method. The Kano model combined with Delphi expert consultation method was used to design a questionnaire on the family dietary nursing guidance needs of patients with gastrointestinal polypectomy. The Kano model needs attribute classification, Better-Worse coefficient analysis and two-dimensional matrix analysis were used to determine the information needs attributes, and the most sensitive and most needed factors were screened out for strategy optimization.Results:In this study, 232 questionnaires were distributed, and 215 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective return rate of 92.67%. The 215 patients ranged in age from 20 to 72 years, with a mean age of 40.92 ± 10.06 years, including 163 males and 52 females. Among the 16 items in the survey questionnaire, 15 items need to be improved first. These include 1 attractive demand, 7 basic demands and 7 expected demands. The top 3 most sensitive needs were the formulation of an early home diet plan, the evaluation of the current diet structure, and the avoidance of exacerbating negative emotions, with sensitivities of 0.380, 0.370 and 0.328, respectively.Conclusions:The follow-up recommendations focus on providing support for family diet nursing, strengthening education on healthy diet, helping patients build a reasonable diet structure and habits, preventing malnutrition in the process, so as to meet the needs of early family diet nursing guidance for such patients.

Objective:To survey the relationship among parents'rearing style,family conformity and obsess-ive-compulsive symptoms in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods:Totally 216 patients di-agnosed with OCD were recruited(59 cases of mild obsessive-compulsive symptoms,121 cases of moderate obsess-ive-compulsive symptoms,36 cases of severe obsessive-compulsive symptoms).They were assessed with the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Scale(Y-BOCS),Egma Minnen av Bardndosna Uppforstran(EMBU),and Family Accommodation Scale for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder-Patient Version(FAS-PV).Results:The severe obsessive-compulsive symptom group had the lowest positive parenting style scores.Conversely,they had the high-est negative parental rearing scores and total FAS-PV scores(Ps＜0.01).The ordered logistic regression results showed that male patients had less severe obsessive-compulsive symptoms(OR=0.22).Patients with lower years of education(OR=0.87)and positive parental rearing scores(OR=0.98,0.97)had more severe obsessive-com-pulsive symptoms.Conversely,higher negative paternal rearing scores(OR=1.02)and total FAS-PV scores(OR=1.04)were associated with more severe obsessive-compulsive symptoms.Conclusion:This study suggests that the severity of obsessive-compulsive symptoms is related to parental rearing style and family accommodation.Patients with severe obsessive-compulsive symptoms are more likely to feel negative paternal rearing style and higher level of family compliance,and less likely to feel positive parental rearing style.

Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of the quality of inpatient medical record home page information in public hospitals under the background of the reform of diagnosis related groups(DRG)-based payment system and their mechanisms of action, so as to provide references for continuous improvement of the quality of medical record home page information.Methods:From July to August 2024, semi-structured interviews were conducted with clinical physicians and personnel engaged in the filling, quality control, review, and management of inpatient medical record home pages in public hospitals in Hangzhou, using purposeful sampling. The interview data were qualitatively analyzed based on the grounded theory to identify the influencing factors of the quality of medical record home page information and construct a theoretical model of the mechanisms of action of these factors.Results:Through open coding of the 17 interview materials, 53 initial concepts and 13 categories were identified. Further induction through axial coding led to the extraction of four main categories: external environment, organizational resources, person-job fit, and work ecology. The theoretical model of the mechanisms of action of the influencing factors on the quality of medical record home page information was as follows: external environmental factors such as policies and regulations played a macroscopic guiding role in the quality of medical record home pages; organizational resource factors such as the hospital′s information construction played a mesoscopic regulating role in the quality of medical record home pages; person-job fit factors such as the professional skills of clinical physicians and medical record-related staff played a direct driving role in the quality of medical record home pages; and work ecology factors such as the workload of clinical physicians and medical record-related staff played an external modulating role in the quality of medical record home pages.Conclusions:Under the background of DRG reform, the quality of inpatient medical record home page information was influenced by multiple factors. To systematically improve the quality of medical record home page information, it is necessary for multiple parties to work together. Relevant government departments should improve the top-level design and optimize the external environment, guide and assist medical institutions in building quality control systems, and strengthen resource allocation. Medical institutions should focus on enhancing the job competence and person-job fit of relevant personnel and also use intelligent means to optimize work processes to reduce workload.

Objective To investigate the current situation of the attitude and practical ability of hospice care in the terti-ary cancer hospital of Zhejiang Province,so as to provide reference for managers to explore more effective hospice care support.Methods Using convenience sampling selected 278 clinical nurses from Zhejiang Cancer Hospital.From June to August 2024,the general data questionnaire,hospice care attitude scale and self-assessment practice scale of hospice care were used to survey nurses with questionnaires,and the related factors affecting practical ability and the correlation between attitudes and practical a-bility were analyzed.Results The hospice attitude score of 278 nurses in the hospice co-photography mode was(88.43±12.01),and the average score of entries was(3.54±0.48).The total score of the hospice Practical ability scale was(61.87±12.42),and the average score of the items was(3.64±0.73).Nurses'age,education background,previous experience in ca-ring for end-stage patients and their families,and self-assessment of competence in hospice care were the main influencing factors of nurses'practical ability score(all P＜0.05).There was a positive correlation between clinical nurses'practice ability score and hospice attitude score,the correlation coefficient r=0.176,P＜0.05.Conclusion Under the mode of hospice co-care,the attitude of nurses in Zhejiang Province is above the middle level,and the practical ability of nurses needs to be further improved,the higher the attitude of nurses,and the nurses'practical ability of hospice care is strong.Nursing managers should carry out professional training to promote the attitude of nursing staff,so as to improve the practical ability of nurses in hospice care.

Objective:To systematically evaluate predictive models for stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in pregnant and postpartum women, providing a reference for model development, application, and promotion.Methods:A comprehensive literature search was conducted in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, and China Biology Medicine disc for studies on SUI predictive models in pregnant and postpartum women. The search period was from database inception to September 30, 2024. Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The risk of bias in the predictive models was assessed using the prediction model risk of bias assessment tool.Results:A total of 23 studies were included, covering 31 predictive models for SUI, with a combined sample size of 14 473 women. Among them, six models focused on predicting SUI in pregnant women, while 25 models were developed for postpartum SUI. The predictive factors identified in these models were categorized into nine groups, including: general information for pregnant and postpartum women, delivery data, neonatal data, past history, abortion history, lifestyle data, pelvic floor muscle screening results, 2D and 3D ultrasound data, and serological indicators. Among these, age, mode of delivery, parity, body mass index, history of SUI, and neonatal weight were widely recognized as key predictive factors. External validation was performed in five studies. Five studies showed good applicability and low bias risk, except for one study that had limitations in both bias risk and applicability, and the remaining studies exhibited a high risk of bias but demonstrated good applicability.Conclusions:The methodological quality of SUI predictive models for pregnant and postpartum women needs further improvement. External validation remains insufficient. Future model development should be based on large-sample, prospective studies, incorporating appropriate predictive factors and stratifying SUI risk in different populations to enhance clinical applicability.

Objective:To explore the impact of general self-efficacy on the work immersion experience and the mediating effect of resilience in intern nursing students, so as to provide a basis for the development of interventions.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 210 intern nursing students in the Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from January to September 2024 for the study. Nursing students were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire, Work Immersion Experience Scale, Medical Staff Resilience Scale, and General Self-Efficacy Scale. The mediating effects test was performed using the Process plug-in in SPSS 26.0.Results:A total of 210 questionnaires were distributed and 204 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 97.14%. The total scores of the Work Immersion Experience Scale, Medical Staff Resilience Scale, and General Self-Efficacy Scale were (107.33±17.06) , (63.12±12.96) and (25.65±4.60) , respectively. General self-efficacy was a positive predictor of the work immersion experience ( β=0.321) of intern nursing students. Resilience partially mediated the effect between general self-efficacy and the work immersion experience of intern nursing students, with an effect size of 0.126 and a 95% confidence interval of (0.050, 0.211) , which accounted for 28.19% (0.126/0.447) of the total effect. Conclusions:Intern nursing students with high general self-efficacy have good work immersion experiences, and resilience partially mediates the effect between self-efficacy and work immersion experiences. Nursing educators and administrators can improve the work immersion experience of intern nursing students by designing targeted training courses, providing adequate practice opportunities, and conducting psychotherapy to enhance their self-efficacy and resilience.

Objective:To investigate the current status of attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help in patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery and to analyze their influencing factors.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 153 patients who underwent surgery at the Gastrointestinal Tumor Center of Peking University Cancer Hospital as study subjects. General Information Questionnaire, Chinese version of Attitude Seeking Professional Psychological Help Scale-Short Form (ATSPPH-SF) , Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used to conduct the survey. Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help and coping styles and self-efficacy in patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery. Multiple linear regression was used to explore the factors influencing attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help in patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery. A total of 153 questionnaires were distributed and 149 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 97.39% (149/153) .Results:The total ATSPPH-SF score of 149 patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery was [16.00 (13.00, 19.00) ]. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that work status, seeking professional psychological help, and coping styles were the influencing factors on the attitude toward seeking professional psychological help in patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The level of attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help in patients after gastrointestinal tumor surgery is low and is influenced by a number of factors. Healthcare professionals can carry out individualized interventions for different patients, enhance absentee patients' disease knowledge, sense of self-worth, and encourage them to carry out professional psychological counseling and establish a positive coping style, so as to increase the initiative of patients to seek professional psychological help.

Objective:To search, evaluate, and summarize evidence regarding strategies to promote pelvic floor muscle contraction (PFMC) function in postpartum women, providing a basis for clinical practice.Methods:A comprehensive search was conducted in computer decision support systems, guideline websites, relevant professional association websites, and English and Chinese databases for evidence related to strategies to promote PFMC function in postpartum women. The sources included guidelines, expert consensus, evidence summaries, systematic reviews, and original studies, with the search period from June 2014 to January 2025. Two researchers independently assessed the quality of the included articles and extracted data for the evidence summary.Results:A total of 24 articles were included: nine guidelines, five expert consensus, three evidence summaries, two systematic reviews, and five original studies. The evidence was summarized across four domains: screening and assessment, team building, intervention strategies, and outcome evaluation, resulting in 25 key pieces of evidence.Conclusions:This study summarizes the best evidence for strategies to promote PFMC function in postpartum women, providing scientific and rigorous evidence for clinical practice. It supports the development of effective training programs to enhance postpartum women's quality of life.

Objective:To quantitatively summarize the catechol-O-methyltransferase ( COMT) gene Val158Met polymorphism and the risk of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Methods:We searched databases including PubMed, Embase, Weipu and Wanfang for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) investigating the association between COMT gene polymorphisms and OCD up to November 1, 2023. Studies that reported genotype frequencies for both OCD patients and general healthy controls were included. Stata11 software was used to calculate pooled odds ratios ( OR) with 95% CI, perform heterogeneity test, and assess publication bias. Results:19 studies with 2, 393 OCD patients and 4, 134 healthy controls were included. The overall results showed that the Val158Met polymorphism was associated with OCD patients (allele model: OR=1.10, 95% CI: 1.02-1.20, P=0.016; homozygote model: OR=1.25, 95% CI:1.05-1.49, P=0.014; recessive model: OR=1.18, 95% CI:1.01-1.37, P=0.040). In the ethnic-stratified analysis, this significant association was mainly observed in Caucasians (allele model: OR=1.17, 95% CI:1.06-1.30, P=0.003; homozygote model: OR=1.35, 95% CI: 1.08-1.67, P=0.008; recessive model: OR=1.21, 95% CI: 1.01-1.44, P=0.041; dominant: OR=1.20, 95% CI: 1.01-1.43 P=0.040), but not in Asians. In gender-stratified analysis, Met-homozygote was associated with male OCD ( OR=1.75, 95% CI: 1.00-3.04, P=0.049). Moreover, the additional analysis found that the risk of OCD was significantly increased in Caucasian males (allele model: OR=1.48, 95% CI: 1.08-2.03, P=0.014; heterozygote model: OR=1.41, 95% CI: 1.03-1.93, P=0.030; dominant model: OR=1.60, 95% CI:1.08-2.38, P=0.020). Conclusion:This meta-analysis suggests that the COMT gene Val158Met polymorphism is associated with an increased risk of OCD in males, particularly in Caucasian males.
