Background Staff in tertiary hospitals are a high-risk group for occupational burnout. Timely identification and precise intervention are crucial for improving healthcare service quality. However, comparative studies on perceived stress and occupational burnout among hospital staff in different positions are lacking. Objective To describe the status of perceived stress and occupational burnout among hospital staff in different positions and compare the differences, explore the relationship between perceived stress and occupational burnout, and identify the influencing factors of occupational burnout. Methods In May 2022, 1526 hospital staff members were selected by convenience sampling from six tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou. Data were collected using a general information questionnaire, the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS), and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) to assess demographic characteristics, perceived stress, and occupational burnout. Chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used to compare differences in perceived stress and occupational burnout among staff in different positions. Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore possible correlation between perceived stress and occupational burnout. Multiple linear regression was conducted to identify influencing factors of occupational burnout. Results A total of 1388 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 90.96%. Among them, 437 nurses (57.0%), 273 physicians (58.6%), 24 pharmacists (57.1%), and 62 administrators (54.9%) reported positive perceived health risk stress (P=0.892). Additionally, 392 nurses (51.1%), 213 physicians (45.7%), 19 pharmacists (45.2%), and 53 administrators (46.9%) reported positive occupational burnout (P=0.005). Perceived stress was positively correlated with occupational burnout among nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and administrators (r=0.5973, 0.5687, 0.5464, and 0.5276, respectively; P＜0.01). The multiple linear regression identified perceived stress (b=1.4587, P＜0.001), job satisfaction (b=−7.4195, P＜0.001), self-rated health (b=−2.0428, P＜0.001), working years (b=−0.1135, P=0.016), and being a nurse (compared with an administrators) (b=3.2435, P=0.045) as significant factors for occupational burnout (P<0.001). Conclusion Perceived health risk stress and occupational burnout are common among hospital staff, with nurses experiencing significantly higher levels of occupational burnout compared to other positions. Hospital managers should pay more attention to staff with higher perceived stress, lower job satisfaction, poorer self-rated health, and shorter working years, particularly nurses.

Background The prevalence of low back pain among workers using vibrating tools in the automobile manufacturing industry is high; however, research on associated risk factors remains limited. Objective To investigate the association between use of vibrating tools and low back pain among automobile manufacturing workers, and to estimate related population attributable risk percentage (PAR%). Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the Chinese Musculoskeletal Disorders Questionnaire among workers with over one year of service in an automobile manufacturing enterprise. Workers were categorized into an exposed group (vibrating tool users) and a control group (non-users) based on their use of vibrating tools during work. The variables showing statistically significant differences between the two groups were selected as covariates for matching by 1∶2 nearest-neighbor propensity score. Chi-square test was used to compare the prevalence of low back pain between the matched exposed and control groups. Log-binomial regression model was employed to calculate the prevalence ratio (PR), and the PAR% of low back pain attributable to vibrating tool use was subsequently determined. Results A total of 6973 valid questionnaires were collected, comprising 5676 males and 1297 females, with an overall low back pain prevalence of 40.3% (2809/6973). The exposed group included 1255 workers (1134 males, 121 females), with a mean age of (44.2 ± 8.7) years and a mean tenure in the current position of (23.5 ± 9.9) years; the matching control group consisted of 2510 workers (2279 males, 231 females), with a mean age of (44.7 ± 8.6) years and a mean tenure in the current position of (24.0 ± 10.0) years. The prevalence of low back pain was 76.7% (963/1255) in the exposed group, significantly higher than the 29.9% (750/2510) in the control group (P<0.001). The log-binomial regression analysis showed a PR of 2.57 (95%CI: 2.28, 2.90) for the exposed group, with a PAR% of 22.03%. Conclusion The use of vibrating tools among automobile manufacturing workers is positively associated with reporting low back pain. Implementing effective measures to mitigate vibration hazards is crucial for reducing the burden of low back pain in this population.

ObjectiveThis study aims to investigate the therapeutic effects of Wenweishu granule （WWSG） on functional dyspepsia （FD） with spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome in rats by integrating network pharmacology， molecular docking， and animal experiments. MethodsActive components and corresponding targets of WWSG were collected from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform （TCMSP） and the Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine （BATMAN-TCM）. Disease-related targets for FD with spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome were screened using GeneCards and the Integrative Pharmacology-based Research Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCMIP）. Core therapeutic targets were identified via Cytoscape and validated by molecular docking. A rat model of FD with spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome was established using vinegar gavage combined with tail-clamping. The rats were randomly divided into a model group， low-， medium-， and high-dose WWSG groups （2.0， 4.0， 8.0 g·kg^-1）， a domperidone group （3.0 mg·kg^-1）， a Fuzi Lizhong pillwan （0.8 g·kg^-1）， and a normal control group （n=10 per group）. Drugs were administered once daily by gavage for 14 consecutive days. After treatment， body weight， symptom scores， and gastrointestinal motility indices were recorded. Gastric and duodenal pathologies changes were observed via hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining. Brain-gut peptides were measured in serum and tissue using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were performed to assess stem cell factor （SCF） and receptor tyrosine kinase （c-Kit） protein expression in gastric tissues. ResultsA total of 305 drug targets， 1 140 disease targets， and 116 overlapping targets were identified. Cytoscape analysis revealed 104 core targets. Enrichment analysis indicated that the SCF/c-Kit signaling pathway was the key mechanism. Molecular docking confirmed a strong binding affinity between active components of WWSG and SCF/c-Kit proteins （binding energy<-5.1 kcal·mol^-1）. Compared with the normal group， model rats exhibited slower weight gain （P<0.05）， reduced gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion （P<0.01）， mild gastric mucosal shedding， duodenal inflammatory cell infiltration， decreased levels of gastrin （GAS）， 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT）， and vasoactive intestinal peptide （VIP） （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and elevated somatostatin （SS） expression （P<0.05， P<0.01）. WWSG treatment ameliorated weight gain， symptom scores， and low-grade inflammation in gastric/duodenal tissues. High-dose WWSG significantly improved gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion， upregulated GAS， 5-HT， and VIP， and downregulated SS expression in serum and tissues （P<0.05， P<0.01）. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot demonstrated that SCF and c-Kit protein expression was decreased in the model group （P<0.05， P<0.01）， which was reversed by WWSG intervention （P<0.05）. ConclusionWWSG exerts therapeutic effects on FD with spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome in rats， potentially by regulating the SCF/c-Kit signaling pathway to enhance gastrointestinal motility.

Objective To evaluate the practice effect of medical record writing training based on standardized patients and explore its application in prosthodontics practice.Methods Seventy-one undergraduate interns were randomly divided into two groups.At the first week of clinical practice,the test group(n=35)adopted the SP-based medical record writing training,and after the training,the students'evaluation of the teaching effect was investigated by questionnaire.And the control group(n=36)received traditional lectured medical record writing training.One week later,the same medical record writing exam was performed in the two groups.The scores of medical record writing of different teaching model were compared,and the evaluation of the teaching effect in the test group was carried out.Results The exam score of medical record writing of the test group(88.80±4.60)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.92±5.51),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).88.57％of the students in the test group were satisfied with the SP-based medical record writing training.The satisfaction score was 8.94.Conclusion Medical record writing training is a long-term clinical practice.SP-based medical record writing training is helpful to improve the medical record writing quality of medical students.

Objective:To investigate the combined application of cytology, cell block histology and immunohistochemistry to improve the diagnostic accuracy of solid pancreatic lesions in endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) samples.Methods:The pathological data of EUS-FNA in 311 cases of solid pancreatic lesions submitted to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, Shijiazhuang, China from May 2019 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The cases included pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC, 172 cases), solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN, 12 cases), neuroendocrine tumors (PNET, 14 cases) and chronic pancreatitis (113 cases). The cytological features of smears, the histology of cell block sections and the diagnostic markers in PDAC, SPN and PNET were analyzed. The diagnostic accuracies of cytology, cell block histology/immunohistochemistry and combination of the two methods for classifying these pancreatic solid lesions were evaluated.Results:Irregular arrangement of atypical (cancer) cells, anisonucleosis and nuclear atypia were the typical cytological features of PDAC, while presence of pseudopapillae with a myxoid/hyalinized fibrovascular core and low adhesion/salt-and-pepper chromatin were diagnostic features of SPN and NET, respectively. Immunohistochemical results showed that CK7 and CK19 were the most sensitive markers of pancreatic ductal epithelia, and the diffuse strong expression of S-100P (102/111, 91.9%) and aberrant expression of p53 (80/111, 72.1%) were important immunophenotypic markers of PDAC. Various degrees of CDX2 expression could be found in 66.4% PDAC. The expression of CD10, PR, vimentin, CD99 and cyclinD1 and the aberrant expression of β-catenin were the immunophenotypic features of SPN, while the expression of CgA, Syn and CD56 were indispensable immunemarkers for the diagnosis of PNET. Overall, cytology had higher sensitivity than cell block histology (93.9% versus 82.8%) and lower specificity (92.9% versus 99.1%), while the combination of the two methods significantly improved the sensitivity to 96.9% in solid pancreatic lesions. The combination of cytology and cell block histology could significantly improve the diagnostic efficacy of EUS-FNA in PDAC.Conclusions:Integrated diagnosis based on cytology (including rapid on-site evaluation), cell block histology and immunohistochemical findings could significantly improve the diagnostic yield of EUS-FNA in classifying solid pancreatic lesions.

Objective:To explore the relationship between depressive symptoms and stressors among post-graduates and the role of coping styles and psychological suzhi between them.Methods:A total of 775 postgradu-ates were recruited.They were assessed with the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),Psychological Stressors Scale of Postgraduates(PSSP),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),and Col-lege Students Psychological Suzhi Brief Mental Health Version(CSPS-B-MH).Results:The detection rate of de-pression among postgraduates was 52.0％.Postgraduate stressors were positively associated with depression(β=0.47).Coping styles played a partial mediating role in the relationship between stressors and depression in postgrad-uates,with the mediation effect accounting for 24.76％of the total effect.Psychological suzhi was shown to moder-ate the effect of stressors on depression(β=-0.07)and positive coping on depression(β=-0.05).Conclusion:Postgraduate stressors could affect depression through the mediating role of coping styles and the moderating role of psychological suzhi.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of botulinum toxin type A（BTX-A）bladder injection in the treatment of neurogenic detrusor overactivity（NDO）with autonomic dysreflexia（AD）.Methods:The patients with spinal cord injury at or above T6，who were treated at Guangdong Provincial Work Injury Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022，were included in this study prospectively. Inclusion criteria：①chronic spinal cord injury patients over 18 years old（with no progression of neurological symptoms within 3 months）；② presence of NDO and AD；③ inadequate response or intolerance to oral antimuscarinic agent（M-receptor antagonists or β 3-receptor agonists）④ perform clean intermittent catheterization to empty the bladder. Exclusion criteria：① primary disease in the acute or progressive phase；② previous surgeries that would affect lower urinary tract function，such as transurethral sphincterotomy，bladder neck resection，prostatectomy，or bladder surgery；③ allergy to BTX-A or its adjuvants，or those with allergic predisposition ④ patients who were pregnant，breastfeeding，or planning for pregnancy in the near future；⑤ patients did not accept or were unable to perform intermittent catheterization. Before treatment，all patients were required to maintain 3-5 day urine diary，along with urodynamic studies（UDS），incontinence specific quality of life instrument（I-QOL）and AD symptom severity assessment，and blood pressure monitored. Key UDS parameters recorded included maximum bladder capacity，maximum detrusor pressure during filling phase，changes in maximum systolic blood pressure（SBP）relative to baseline（ΔSBP）during UDS examination，and the frequency of 24-hour blood pressure exceeding baseline by 20 mmHg. After general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia，BTX-A（200 U）was injected into the bladder at 30 points（including the triangle）under the cystoscope using a special injection needle，6.7 U per injection，and then the catheter was kept for 3-5 days after treatment. Three months later，relevant indicators were collected and compared with pre-treatment data. Results:A total of 43 patients were included in this study，including 34 males and 9 females. The age was（39.23±13.17）years old and the disease course was（2.69±3.27）years old. There were 33 cervical and 10 thoracic cases. The American Spinal Injury Association Injury Scale score distribution was as follows：26（60%）A，4（9%）B，9（21%）C，and 4（9%）D. The presence of AD was confirmed in all patients during urodynamic examination（UDS），that was the systolic blood pressure（SBP）suddenly increased and exceeded 20 mmHg（1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa）. Before treatment，The AD symptoms severity score（consist of headache，sweating，goose bumps，anxiety and palpitation）were（14.53±2.51），Bladder-related AD frequency was 10.67 episodes/day. Baseline SBP was（103.51±9.64）mmHg，the maximum SBP was（150.40±22.75）mmHg，and the change in SBP（ΔSBP）from maximum to baseline SBP during UDS examination was（43.83±21.01）mmHg. The UDS indicated that the maximum detrusor pressure during storage phase was（54.95±24.68）cmH 2O，and the bladder capacity was（131.70±75.29）ml. Bladder diary showed the volume of catheterization each time from was（181.16±49.86）ml，and The I-QOL score was（44.07±8.60）. Three months after treatment，the AD symptoms severity score（consist of headache，sweating，goose bumps，anxiety and palpitation）were（11.37±2.39）. The frequency of bladder-related AD episodes was（7.51±2.37）episodes/day，showing statistically significant differences compared to pre-treatment（ P<0.05）.The SBP before UDS examination was（102.12±10.28）mmHg，with no statistically significant difference from baseline（ P = 0.518）. The maximum SBP in perfusion phase and the ΔSBP were（132.84±16.30）mmHg and（28.72 ± 14.02）mmHg，respectively，both demonstrating statistically significant differences（ P < 0.05）. The UDS examination revealed that the maximum detrusor pressure during the storage phase was（29.77±13.72）cmH 2O，showed a significant decrease，and the bladder capacity was（272.63±79.75）ml，which were both statistically different before and after surgery. Bladder diary showed the volume of catheterization each time was（326.74±63.71）ml；I-QOL score was（71.86±11.45），both were significant different after treatment（ P < 0.01）. Conclusion:BTX-A intravesical injection in the treatment of NDO can also alleviate the severity and frequency of bladder related AD.

The in-depth research of artificial intelligence in the medical field has greatly improved the workflow and diagnostic ability of diagnostic radiology.This article focuses on artificial intelligence technology in the field of interventional medicine,and enumerates its potential application scenarios,including improving image analysis capabilities to assist diagnosis and predict treatment response.It also describes the challenges that need to be overcome for practical application.Finally,with the continuous development of artificial intelligence in interventional medicine,artificial intelligence will further optimize the channels of interventional medicine and bring revolutionary changes to the clinical practice of interventional medicine.

The pharmaceutical industry faces challenges in quality digitization for complex multi-stage processes, especially in small-sample systems. Here, an intelligent quality prediction and diagnostic (IQPD) framework was developed and applied to Tong Ren Tang's Niuhuang Qingxin Pills, utilizing four years of data collected from four production units, covering the entire process from raw materials to finished products. In this framework, a novel path-enhanced double ensemble quality prediction model (PeDGAT) is proposed, which combines a graph attention network and path information to encode inter-unit long-range and sequential dependencies. Additionally, the double ensemble strategy enhances model stability in small samples. Compared to global traditional models, PeDGAT achieves state-of-the-art results, with an average improvement of 13.18% and 87.67% in prediction accuracy and stability on three indicators. Additionally, a more in-depth diagnostic model leveraging grey correlation analysis and expert knowledge reduces reliance on large samples, offering a panoramic view of attribute relationships across units and improving process transparency. Finally, the IQPD framework integrates into a Human-Cyber-Physical system, enabling faster decision-making and real-time quality adjustments for Tong Ren Tang's Niuhuang Qingxin Pills, a product with annual sales exceeding 100 million CNY. This facilitates the transition from experience-driven to data-driven manufacturing.
