1.Systematic review of measurement properties of patient-reported outcome measures for transnasal endoscopic pituitary adenoma surgery

Objective To systematically evaluate the psychometric properties of specific self-reported outcome assessment tools for patients undergoing Endoscopic Transnasal Transsphenoidal Surgery(ETTS),with the aim of pro-viding clinical healthcare professionals with evidence to guide the selection of appropriate assessment tools.Methods A systematic search was performed across multiple databases,including the North American Skull Base Society,PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang database,and the China Biomedical Literature Database,for studies published from the inception of each database to January 9,2025,that are related to ETTS-specific symptom assessment tools.Totally 2 independent researchers screened the literature and extracted relevant data.The consensus-based health measurement tool selection bias risk checklist and quality standards were used to evaluate the methodological quality and psychometric properties of the included studies,which helped to form the development of recommendations.Results A total of 11 articles were included,covering 8 specific self-reported outcome assessment tools for patients undergoing endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Of these,the Pituitary Outcome Score and the Leiden Bother and Needs Questionnaire for patients with pituitary disease 2 tools were rated as Grade A recommendations,and 6 tools were rated as Grade B recommendations.Conclusion POS and LBNQ-Pituitary are recommended due to their relatively strong overall methodological quality and psychometric properties.However,further validation with larger sample sizes is necessary.
2.Application of molecular diagnostic technology in detecting variants of pathogens causing major infectious diseases

The variants of pathogens causing major infectious diseases have a significant impact on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of these diseases. Rapid identification and efficient treatment rely on the detection and identification technologies for these variants. Molecular diagnostic techniques have greatly improved the sensitivity, specificity, and speed of detecting variants of major infectious diseases. With the rapid advancement of sequencing technologies, both second-generation and third-generation sequencing have shown substantial potentials in identifying variants of major infectious diseases. This article reviews the research and application status of molecular diagnostic techniques for variants of severe acute respiratory coronavirus-2, mycobacterium tuberculosis, and human immunodeficiency virus, and prospects development directions in this field, aiming to provide references for the detection and identification of major infectious diseases variants.
3.A qualitative study on family fusion experience of breast cancer patients and inspiration for nursing care

Objective To explore the ways of breast cancer patients and family fusion and self-adjustment strategies,and to provide reference information for the adjustment of breast cancer patients and their families.Methods By purposive and theoretical sampling,we selected patients who sought medical treatment at a tertiary hospital from September 2020 to July 2023.The semi-structured interviews were conducted in the suspicion,diagnosis,treatment,and recovery periods,respectively.Charmaz's constructivist grounded theory was used for data analysis.Results The behavioural characteristics of breast cancer patients'fusion with their families throughout the disease trajectory were anxiety transmission,information sharing,emotional connection and experience review.The patient's fusion behaviour can bring dual psychological experiences to the patients,including a sense of relaxation and anxiety,a sense of trust and loss of control,a sense of intimacy and constraint,and a sense of meaning and burden.Self-adjustment strategies,such as staying calm,opening communication,setting boundaries and self-identification,can promote patients'and families'adaptation.Conclusion The adjustment model of breast cancer patients and family fusion suggests medical staff to pay attention to the identification of emotional reactions of patients and their families in family fusion according to the behavioural characteristics of patients and family integration,and timely apply self-adjustment strategies to improve patients'behavioural management ability,reduce negative emotions in the family system,and promote the adjustment of patients and families.

The Blow-Fill-Seal(BFS)technology is a highly automated aseptic manufacturing process that significantly reduces contamination risks by integrating container blowing,filling,and sealing operations.First,this article introduced the core technical features of BFS equipment and its advantages in aseptic production,followed by a comparative analysis of regulatory requirements for BFS technology across different jurisdictions.Finally,in light of pharmaceutical industry trends,it explored the future development prospects of BFS technology in intelligent manufacturing and high-barrier material applications,while examining its potential value in personalized medicine and specialized drug production.
5.Quality Research and Evaluation of Ketoconazole Lotion Based on National Drug Sampling and Testing

Objective To evaluate the quality of ketoconazole lotion produced by different domestic companies.Methods Legal standards and exploratory research were used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of 45 batches(40 batch numbers)of ketoconazole lotion for national drug sampling inspection in 2024,including related substances,antioxidant content,packaging oxygen permeability,in vitro permeation test,and viscosity,antibacterial efficacy,irritation,microstructure,etc.Results The legal standard inspection pass rate was 100.0%.Correlation analysis found that the main factors affecting the quality of this product are prescription technology and packaging.Conclusion It is recommended that manufacturers optimize the prescription process as soon as possible,and pay attention to choose suitable packaging materials,effectively improve the quality of ketoconazole lotion.
6.Standard Interpretation of General Testing Methods for Glass Materials and Containers for Pharmaceutical Use in the 2025 Edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia

Objective To introduce the general testing methods for glass materials and containers for pharmaceutical packaging within the packaging material standard system in the 2025 Edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,aiming to provide assistance for the implementation of these standards.Methods Introduce the general situation of the revision of general testing methods for glass materials and containers for pharmaceutical use.The improvement of new general testing method standards is summarized by contrasting the new version of the general testing methods for pharmaceutical glass materials and containers with the current standards.Results The general testing methods for pharmaceutical glass materials and containers in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2025 Edition are more scientific in structure,more rational and operational.Conclusion The 11 general testing methods will control the quality of pharmaceutical glass materials and containers,which could contribute to the enhancement of the quality and efficacy of drugs in our country.

Objective Interpret the method of determining the shading property for colored glass containers in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2025 edition)in detail,and provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the implementation of standards.Methods By summarizing and analyzing the related abroad standards for shading property of colored glass containers,combining with the results of experimental verification,the method for determining the shading property of colored glass containers was established in accordance with the requirements of the construction of the pharmaceutical packaging material system in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.An explanation was provided for the selection of instruments and equipment,the requirements for the preparation of the samples,and the way of expressing the results.Results The method of determining the shading property for colored glass containers,formulated in conjunction with international standards,proposed scientifically reasonable operational requirements based on solid experimental verification data,and solved the problem of having no"method"to follow in the domestic shading property measurement.Conclusion The proposal of the method for determining the shading property of colored glass containers filled the industry gap,improved the pharmaceutical packaging material standard system,standardized the method operation,and was conducive to promoting industrial development and ensuring the safety of formulations.
