Background::Highly expressed in various human cancers, circular RNA Protein Kinase C Iota (circPRKCI) has been reported to play an important role in cancer development and progression. Herein, we sought to reveal the prognostic and clinical value of circPRKCI expression in diverse human cancers.Methods::We searched the Pubmed, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library databases from inception until May 16, 2021. The relationship between circPRKCI expression and cancer patients’ survival, including overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS), was assessed by pooled hazard ratios (HR) with corresponding 95% confidence interval (CI). The correlation between circPRKCI expression and clinical outcomes was evaluated using odds ratios (OR) with corresponding 95% CI. The data were analyzed by STATA software (version 12.0) or Review Manager (RevMan 5.3).Results::A total of 15 studies with 1109 patients were incorporated into our meta-analysis. The results demonstrated that high circPRKCI expression was significantly related to poor OS (HR = 1.96, 95% CI: 1.61, 2.39, P <0.001) when compared with low circPRKCI expression in diverse human cancers. However, elevated circPRKCI expression was not associated with DFS (HR = 1.34, 95% CI: 0.93, 1.95, P = 0.121). Furthermore, the patient with a higher circPRKCI expression was prone to have a larger tumor size, advanced clinical stage, and lymph node metastasis, but it was not significantly correlated with age, gender, and distant metastasis. Conclusion::Elevated circPRKCI expression was correlated with worse OS and unfavorable clinical features, suggesting a novel prognostic and predictive role of circPRKCI in diverse human cancers.

Objective:To evaluate the value of monitoring regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rSO 2) in the prognosis of comatose children in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). Methods:A total of 127 coma children who admitted to PICU at Henan Children′s Hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were collected and divided into mild[Glasgow coma score(GCS): 13-15], moderate(GCS: 9-12) and severe coma(GCS: 3-8) groups according to GCS.A cerebral oxygen monitor was used to monitor the rSO 2 of all children before treatment, and on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after treatment.The outcomes were assessed according to the pediatric cerebral performance category (PCPC), and the children were divided into recovery group(PCPC score: 1), disability group(PCPC score: 2-4) and poor prognosis group(PCPC score: 5-6). Multiple linear regression and receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve were used to analyze the correlation between rSO 2 and PCPC score. Results:rSO 2 in mild, moderate and severe coma groups before treatment were (78.06±3.21)%, (66.07±6.05)%, and (52.87±6.49)%, respectively ( F=209.263, P<0.05). rSO 2 before treatment was positively correlated with GCS( r=0.806, P<0.05). There were significant differences in rSO 2 among recovery group, disability group and poor prognosis group before treatment and that on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after treatment ( P<0.05). Notably, rSO 2 in recovery group was higher than that in disability group, and rSO 2 in disability group was higher than that in poor prognosis group.The rSO 2 of three groups showed an increasing trend over time ( P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that rSO 2 on the 7th and 14th day of treatment were independent prognostic factors ( OR -0.042, 95% CI -0.082~0.003, P<0.05; OR -0.047, 95% CI -0.094~0.000, P<0.05). ROC analysis showed that rSO 2 on the 7th day of treatment had a relatively higher prognostic value for children in coma, and the area under the ROC curve for predicting the prognosis of abnormal brain function and no wakefulness were 0.741 and 0.746, respectively. Conclusion:Monitoring rSO 2 has predictive value for the prognosis of brain function of coma children in PICU, in which the prognostic value of rSO 2 on the 7th day after treatment is relatively higher and can be used as a reference index for prognosis assessment of coma children in PICU.

ObjectiveTo investigate epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of non-suicidal self-injury （NSSI） behaviors among middle school students in Jiangmen. MethodsA total of 1 220 middle school students in Jiangmen were selected for the study through stratified random sampling from November to December 2020. The self-compiled general demographic questionnaire， Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students， Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire （BVQ）， Social Support Scale for Adolescents， and Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale （CES-D） were used for the assessment. Then binary Logistic regression analysis was performed to screen the factors influencing NSSI behaviors in students. ResultsA total of 204 middle school students （16.72%） were found to be engaged in NSSI behaviors， of whom 67 were male and 137 were female. There were statistically significant differences between the NSSI group and the non-NSSI group in terms of gender， school period， lodging， peer relationship and academic performance （χ²=22.162， 7.247， 6.541， 45.787， 25.097， P<0.05 or 0.01）. Compared with the non-NSSI group， the NSSI group scored higher on CES-D （t=-14.240） and BVQ （t=-5.952）， lower on Social Support Scale for Adolescents （t=9.238）. Within the Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students， NSSI group had lower problem-focused coping score （t=7.148） and higher emotion-focused coping score （t=-7.038） than those of non-NSSI group. The detection rates of school bullying， verbal and relational bullying were higher in NSSI group compared with non-NSSI group （χ²=34.215， 29.785，16.465）. The differences were statistically significant （P<0.01）. Binary Logistic regression showed that depression （OR=1.090， P<0.01） and school bullying （OR=1.492， P<0.05） entered into the regression model. ConclusionThe situation of NSSI behaviors of middle school students in Jiangmen is serious， and depression and school bullying are risk factors affecting NSSI behaviors in students.

Objective: To discuss the effect of self-efficacy on patients with coronary heart disease cured in general practice department based on Hospital-Community-Patient Integrated Nursing Mode. Methods: From January to April in 2018, 106 patients (51 males and 55 females) with coronary heart disease hospitalized in general practice of hospital were selected as subjects of study. Random number table method was used to divide the patients into control group and intervention group, 53 cases in each group. The intervention group adopted the hospital-community-patient integrated nursing model, while the control group adopted the traditional health education mode after discharge. Self-efficacy evaluation was conducted before intervention, 3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention. Results: The total score of self-efficacy in the two groups was higher than that before intervention, but the increase in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (F=34.681, P < 0.01). The total scores of self-efficacy in intervention group were(30.35±2.58), (33.59±2.68) points respectively 3 months and 6 months after intervention, which were higher than (28.95±2.42), (29.10±2.12) points in control group. The difference was significant (t = 3.702, 13.494, P < 0.01). Conclusion Hospital-community-patient integrated nursing model is superior to traditional health education model after discharge, which can significantly improve the self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease discharged from general practice department.

Objective To investigate the influence of WeChat + family centered health intervention on the self-efficacy of elderly hypertensive patients in General clinic. Methods A total of 102 elderly hypertensive patients aged≥60 years in General clinic from February 2017 to July 2017 were enrolled.They were divided into experimental group and control group with the table of random number, with 51 cases in each group. The experimental group used the WeChat+ family centered health intervention model,while the control group adopted the traditional health education model.The changes of blood pressure and self-efficacy were evaluated before intervention, 3 months and 6 months after intervention respectively. Results There were no statistic significant difference in blood pressure and self-efficacy total score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). At 3 months after intervention,the blood pressure(systolic pressure/diastolic pressure)of the patients were(144.20±4.60), (80.00±5.00)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)in the experimental group,those of which were(154.20±7.16), (87.00±3.81)mmHg in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=-2.628,-2.490,P<0.05).At 6 months after intervention,the blood pressure(systolic pressure/diastolic pressure)of the patients were(141.60±6.43),(76.00±4.85)mmHg in the experimental group,those of which were(151.60± 5.94),(85.40±4.56)mmHg in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=-2.555,-3.158,P<0.05).There were differences in systolic and diastolic pressure in patients with different groups at different time,and the differences were statistically significant(F=18.668,18.174,P<0.01).The total score of self-efficacy at 3 months and 6 months after intervention was(30.14±0.43),(32.56±0.23)points in the experimental group and (28.14 ± 0.15), (29.40 ± 0.19) points in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=9.736, 23.819, P<0.05). The differences in the total score of patients′self-efficacy in different groups at different time had statistically significance (F=2 631.551, P<0.01). Conclusions The WeChat+family centered health intervention model can significantly improve the self-efficacy of the elderly patients with high blood pressure in the General clinic.

Objective To study the relationship between exon10 region mutation of adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporters A3 (ABCA3) gene and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (RDS).Method From September 2014 to January 2018,neonates admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital were studied.Mongolian and Han Chinese newborns with RDS were assigned into Mongolian RDS group and Han RDS group.Mongolian and Han Chinese newborns without RDS were assigned into Mongolian control group and Han control group.The genotype frequencies and allele frequencies of ABCA3 exon10 in each group were compared.Result A total of 320 cases were studied,including 60 cases in Mongolian RDS group,100 cases in Han RDS group,60 cases in Mongolian control group,and 100 cases in Han control group.A single-base point mutation C ＞ T in the ABCA3 rs13332514 (F353F) locus was founded in both Mongolian and Han Chinese newborns.The mutation rates in Mongolian RDS group and Mongolian control group were 26.7％ and 18.3％,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =6.316,P =0.043);the mutation rates in Han RDS group and Han control group were 21.0％ and 13.0％,the difference was also statistically significant (x2 =7.426,P =0.009).No significant differences existed between Mongolian RDS group and Han RDS group,and between Mongolian control group and Han control group (P ＞ 0.05).The genotypes of CC,CT and TT were detected in both Mongolian and Han RDS groups,and the CC and CT genotypes were also detected in the control group.The T allele frequency was 18.3％ in Mongolian RDS group,and 9.2％ in Mongolian control group.The difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.251,P =0.039).The T allele frequency in Han RDS group was 15.0％,and 6.5％ in Han control group.The difference was also statistically significant (x2 =7.530,P =0.006).Conclusion A single-base point mutation C ＞T in the rs13332514 (F353F) locus of ABCA3 exonl0 may be related to the occurrence of RDS in Mongolian and Han newborns in Inner Mongolia.Allele T may be one of the susceptibility genes of RDS.

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 7 residual organic solvents including acetone,2,3 -dimethyl-pentane,3-methylhexane,n-heptane,2,2-dimethylhexane,o-xylene and 2,4,6-trimethylpyridine in Shengxuening tablets. Methods: A headspace gas chromatography method was adopted. The determination was performed on a DB-5MS capillary column ( 30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 25 μm) with programming temperature. Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas at the flow rate of 2. 5 ml·min-1 . The tem-perature of injector was 200℃,and a flame ionization detector was used as the temperature of 250℃. The containers of headspace in-jector were in equilibrium at 95℃ for 30min. DMF was used as the solvent and an external standard method was used for the determi-nation of the 7 residual solvents. The injection volume was 1 ml. Results:Under the chromatographic conditions, the 7 residual organic solvents could be well separated from each other . The concentration of each solvent showed a good linearity with the peak area within the investigated concentration range (r≥0. 994 4). The average recoveries were 98. 72%-99. 71% (RSD=0. 14%-0. 71%)(n=9). Conclusion:The established method is simple, rapid and sensitive, which can be used for the determination of multiple residual or-ganic solvents in Shengxuening tablets.

Objective To evaluate the injury of pulmonary function of children with idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis(IPH) and the changes after treatment,and to provide some guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of IPH.Methods Twenty-one children with IPH who were admiued at Children's Hospital of Fudan University between June 2012 and May 2016 were selected.The pulmonary function and clinical data of them were analyzed.Results The general pulmonary function of 21 children with IPH before treatment with glucocorticoid was reported that 4 cases (19.05％) were normal and 17 cases (80.95％) were abnormal,including 11 cases (52.38％) with restrictive ventilatory disorder,4 cases (19.05％) with mixed ventilatory disorder,1 case (4.76％) with obstructive ventilatory disorder,and 1 case (4.76％) with small airway dysfunction.Pulmonary function test was performed on 15 cases after 1-2 months of treatment with glucocorticoid.The results showed that maximal vital capacity (VCmax％) vs.the expected value was (77.91 ± 18.86)％ vs.(60.43 ± 23.70)％,forced vital capacity (FVC％) vs.the expected value was (78.96 ±19.24)％ vs.(61.03 ±24.62)％ and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1％) vs.the expected value was (86.03 ± 21.69) ％ vs.(65.17 ± 26.89) ％,which were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (t =-4.13,-4.01,-4.54,all P ＜ 0.05).Three cases were followed up for 18 to 40 months by detecting pulmonary function and the results of dynamic monitoring of pulmonary function showed a fluctuation in FVC％ [case 1:(69.6-84.2) ％;case 2:(56.1-73.7) ％;case 3:(40.4-70.2) ％].Conclusion The characteristic pulmonary function changes in children with IPH are restrictive ventilatory disorder.Pulmonary function test play a significant role in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of IPH.

Objective To study the association between the SP-B gene 1580 position polymorphisms and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) in the Mongol nationality from Inner Mongolia.To observe the frequency distribution of polymorphisms of SP-B gene 1580 position in the Mongol nationality newborns from Inner Mongolia.Methods The genotypes of SP-B gene 1580 position were detected by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragmnent length polymorphism assay and gene sequencing in 323 Mongol nationality newborns including the case group and the control group.The SP-B 1580C/T allele frequencies of the Mongol nationality newborns were compared with those of Han nationality from Wuhan city,German Caucasian,American Caucasian and Japanese.Results In the case group,the frequencies of TT,TC,CC at SP-B gene 1580 position were 19.9％,37.1％ and 43.0％,respectively;the frequency of the T allele was 38.4％ and C allele was 61.6％.In the control group,the frequencies of TT,TC,CC at SP-B gene 1580 position were 25.2％,39.7％ and 35.1％,respectively;the frequency of the T allele was 47.0％ and C allele was 53.0％.There were no significant differences between the case group and the control group (x2 =2.299,P =0.317).The allele frequencies of SP-B 1580 of the Mongol nationality newborns were significantly different from those of German-Caucasian and American-Caucasian (P ＜ 0.05),but were similar to those of Han nationality from Wuhan city and Japanese (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions SP-B 1580C/T gene polymorphism in the Mongol nationality newborns displays no significant correlation with sex,birth weight or gestational age.There is no obvious correlation between SP-B gene 1580 position polymorphisms,allele frequency and the Mongol nationality NRDS.There is heterogeneity in the frequencies of polymorphisms of SP-B 1580 among different ethnic genes.

Objective To summarize the causes,related factors and outcome of extremely premature infants and extremely low birth weight infants.Methods One hundred and three cases of extremely premature infants and extremely low birth weight infants were admired to First Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University between January 2009 and December 2015.The study was performed to analyze the clinical data of the 103 cases,included history of pregnancy,birth situation,treatment and prognosis.Results In these 103 cases,67 infants survived,36 infants died.The survival rate was 65.0％ (67/103).The extremely premature infants and extremely low birth weight infants were mainly associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension,infection,premature rupture of membranes.Factors that could affect the outcome of these cases included gestational age,sex,birth weight,pulmonary hemorrhage,bronchopulmonary dysplasia and necrotizing enterocolitis(P ＜0.05).The survival infants with long-term hospitalization often complicated with anemia.The top four causes of the death mostly were pulmonary hemorrhage,pneumonia,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,and necrotizing enterocolitis.Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of extremely premature infants and extremely low birth weight infants,improve the survival rate and infants quality of life,we should monitor the high-risk pregnant women closely during pregnancy period,prevent and treat all kinds of complications and prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
