Objective:To establish the evaluation criteria for the quality of nursing care in orthopaedic trauma specialties, and to provide a basis for scientific evaluation of the quality of nursing care in orthopaedic trauma specialties. Methods:From February to October 2023, John Hopkinson evidence-based method was used to synthesize the evidence, clinical investigation and semi-structured interview were used to draw up the "quality standard of nursing care in orthopaedic trauma specialty", and two rounds of Delphi method of expert inquiry were used to screen, demonstrate and calibrate the evaluation standard of nursing quality in orthopaedic trauma specialty. Results:The questionnaire recovery rate of 2 rounds of expert consultation was 100.00%, the coefficient of familiarity and authority of 2 rounds of expert consultation were 0.92 and 0.93. Through 2 rounds of expert letter consultation, the quality evaluation criteria of orthopaedic trauma specialist care were established, including 3 first-level indicators (structural quality, process quality and outcome quality), 22 second-level indicators and 85 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The process of constructing the evaluation standard of nursing quality in orthopaedic trauma specialty is scientific and reliable, which can provide standard guidance for clinical practice and is conducive to the development of specialized nursing.

【Objective】 To analyze the position of the feeding artery entering the renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with 3D Slicer software, so as to explore the distribution pattern of the tumor artery and to provide an anatomical basis for the accurate surgical resection. 【Methods】 The clinical data of RCC patients who underwent partial nephrectomy in the Department of Urology, The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University during Jan.2021 and Jun.2022 were collected. The preoperative renal artery CT angiography data were imported into 3D Slicer software in DICOM format to construct the relative positions of tumor-feeding artery from horizontal, sagittal and coronary planes. The number and distribution of tumor feeding arteries in each plane were analyzed. 【Results】 A total of 112 patients (59 male and 53 female) with single tumor were involved.RENAL score was 4-10.The tumor stages were T1a in 58 cases, T1b in 48 cases, and T2a in 6 cases.Among them, 38 cases (33.93%) had 1 tumor artery, 53 cases (47.32%) had 2 tumor arteries, and 21 cases (18.75%) had 3 tumor arteries.Of these 207 tumor arteries, 22 (10.63%) entered the tumor through the superficial part of the tumor bed, and 185 (89.37%) through the deep part. 【Conclusion】 In localized RCC, nearly 90% of the feeding arteries enter the tumor from deep part of the tumor bed, which provides an anatomical basis for accurate tumor resection and wound suture in partial nephrectomy.

Objective:To construct a remote screening network for breast cancer based on automated breast ultrasound (ABUS) and explore the value of ABUS with remote reading for breast cancer screening. Methods:We constructed a remote breast cancer screening network including one remote reading center and 48 image-acquisition centers. We recruited women to participate in breast cancer screening at one of these image-acquisition centers from January 2021 to January 2023. The technicians collected the whole breast images using the ABUS. The images were then sent to the reading center through the PVBUS System and interpreted independently by two radiologists using the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS). BI-RADS categories 1 and 2 indicate negative screening results, and women diagnosed with these categories were recommended for annual breast ultrasound screening. BI-RADS categories 3, 4, and 5 indicate positive results. Women with BI-RADS category 3 lesions were recommended for follow-up examinations every 6 months using ABUS or handheld ultrasound, while those with BI-RADS 4 and 5 lesions were suggested to undergo pathological examinations. Results:In our study, we enrolled 10 344 women who completed the ABUS screening and were followed up for more than 12 months. After remote reading, 6 164 women were diagnosed with BI-RADS category 1 and 2 626 woman were within BI-RADS category 2. In contrast, 1 404 women were within BI-RADS category 3, a total of 135 women were within BI-RADS category 4, and 15 women were within BI-RADS category 5. The positive screening rate of ABUS was 15.0% (1 554/10 344). The ABUS with remote reading had a detection rate of 3.7/1 000 (38/10 344) for breast cancer screening, with a sensitivity of 97.4% (38/39) and a specificity of 85.3% (8 789/10 305). Among the 38 breast cancer cases detected, 92.1% (35/38) were invasive carcinomas, and 63.2% (24/38) were stage 0 or Ⅰ breast cancers. Conclusions:Breast cancer screening based on ABUS with remote reading provided an efficient and feasible solution to the problem of unevenly distributed medical resources and medical staff levels in various regions of China, enabling the decentralization of high-quality medical resources and improving the accessibility of high-quality screening services. It has provided an alternative for breast cancer screening in China.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of endovascular stent-graft exclusion in the treatment of acute Stanford B-type aortic dissection(AD)with distal left subclavian artery(LSA)rupture accompanied by arch intramural hematoma. Methods A total of 12 patients with acute AD treated by the endovascular stent-graft exclusion alone were retrospectively selected. All patients had primary rupture at the distal end of LSA with arch intramural hematoma and received endovascular treatment after 2 to 3 weeks of conservative treatment. The technique success rate and related complications were observed.Postoperative computed tomography angiography(CTA)of the aorta was reviewed to evaluate the remodeling of the true and false lumen, the absorption of the arch intramural hematoma,to observe whether there was a new rupture and endoleak, and to understand the position and shape of the stent and the blood supply of the branch arteries. Results All patients completed the operation with a technical success rate of 100%.Two patients partially blocked the opening of LSA,and one patient had type Ⅰ internal leakage after the operation, but the amount of internal leakage was small and was not treated.Other patients did not had serious complications such as aortic rupture, new rupture, paraplegia, stent displacement, stroke, upper limb ischemia or vertebral artery ischemia, internal leakage, and abdominal organ ischemia during and after the operation. The patients were followed up for 19 to 66 months, with an average follow-up of(36.7±13.9)months.During the follow-up period,no patient died. The aortic remodeling was satisfactory in all patients, the arch intramural hematoma was absorbed, and there were no new rupture, internal leakage, upper limb ischemia or vertebral artery ischemia,or other serious complications. One patient with type Ⅰ internal leakage showed no significant change in internal leakage after regular postoperative reexamination. Conclusion Endovascular stent-graft exclusion is safe and feasible in the treatment of acute AD patients with distal LSA rupture accompanied by arch intramural hematoma, and it is worth promoting and applying clinically.

Purpose/Significance To explore the application and predictive accuracy of various models in predicting the risk of ather-osclerosis in diabetic patients.Method/Process Based on the biochemical data table from the"Diabetes Complications Warning Dataset"provided by the National Population Health Science Data Center,MATLAB software is used to construct risk prediction models for diabe-tes-induced atherosclerosis. The models are built by using k-nearest neighbors(KNN),decision trees, backpropagation(BP)neural networks, and Naive Bayes algorithms, and which are subjected to comparative analysis.Result/Conclusion In terms of effectiveness, the predictive accuracy of Naive Bayes algorithm is the highest(61.6%),followed by the decision tree model(58.2%),the KNN mod-el(57.7%),and the BP neural network model(55.9%).The results of the confusion matrix and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve indicate that the Naive Bayes model performs best. When comparing the models in terms of effectiveness, performance and stability, the Naive Bayes model is superior.
