Objective To introduce the causes of accidents and the diagnosis and treatment of two patients with radiation-induced skin injury admitted to our hospital in 2023, and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of subsequent radiation-induced skin injury. Methods The clinical treatment process of two patients with acute skin injury caused by external radiation exposure were summarized and analyzed. Results The exposure history of the two patients was reconstructed, the flaw detection scenario was simulated, the biological dose and hand skin exposure dose were estimated, and the infrared thermal imaging device was used for dynamic monitoring. A comprehensive analysis was conducted based on clinical manifestations and other data. The diagnosis of “Xie” was excessive exposure combined with acute radiation-induced skin injury on both hands (Grade IV for the right hand palm, index finger, and middle finger and Grade II for the left hand little finger). The diagnosis of “Hao” was acute radiation-induced skin injury on both hands (Grade I). The two patients received different clinical treatment measures: “Xie” was treated with both local and systemic therapies, while “Hao” was mainly treated with systemic therapy. Conclusion After systematic and effective treatment, the radiation-induced skin injuries healed in both patients.

Based on commonly used acupoints in the clinical acupuncture treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD）， this study systematically analyzes the therapeutic differences and synergistic effects between local and distal point selection. It also examines the suitability of primary acupoint selection for different FD subtypes， postprandial distress syndrome （PDS） and epigastric pain syndrome （EPS）. The findings suggest that a combination of local and distal acupoints may be more appropriate as primary points for PDS， whereas local acupoints alone may be more suitable for EPS. Additionally， the study explores the impact of various factors， such as stimulation techniques， needling order， intensity or stimulation parameters， and depth， on the efficacy of acupuncture. It concludes that the intrinsic properties of acupoints are the primary determinants of therapeutic direction. Other factors mainly influence the magnitude rather than the direction of the effect. Future research may further investigate how different acupoint combinations， local versus distal， affect the treatment outcomes of FD subtypes， providing new insights for clinical acupuncture prescriptions.

Objective: To explore the value of nomogram based on DCE-MRI radiomics combined with clinical-ra- diological features in predicting HR status in breast cancer with Her-2 low expression． Methods: A total of 198 pa- tients of Her-2 low expression breast cancer who underwent standardized breast MRI in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2025 were retrospectively analyzed．Patients were divided into HR ( + ) group ( n = 137) and HR ( －) group ( n = 61) ．The cases were divided into a training set ( 138 cases) and a testing set ( 60 cases) in a 7 ∶ 3 ratio．Clinical-radiological model was based on clinical and traditional radiological features，radiomics model was based on DCE-MRI，and combined model was constructed，respectively．The nomogram was drawn，and re- ceiver operating characteristic curve was used to compare the performance of different models in predicting HR sta- tus． Results: The DCE-MRI radiomics score ( Radscore) between the HR ( + ) group and the HR ( －) group showed statistical differences in both the training and testing sets ( both P＜0. 001) ．The AUC of the clinical-radio- logical model based on lesion mobility，Ki67，TIC type，enhancement pattern and maximum diameter for predicting HR status in the training set and testing set were 0. 643 and 0. 616，respectively．The AUC of the DEC-MRI ra- diomics model in the training set and testing set were 0. 897 and 0. 860，respectively．The nomogram drawn by combining clinical-radiological features and Radscore showed better predictive performance in both the training set ( AUC = 0. 913) and testing set ( AUC = 0. 898) than the clinical-radiological model ( all P＜0. 05) ． Conclusion The nomogram combined by DCE-MRI radiomics and clinical-radiological features can effectively predict HR sta-tus of breast cancer with low Her-2 expression，which is helpful to the building of individualized treatment plan for breast cancer patients．

Purpose/Significance Based on the concepts of healthy cities and smart cities,the paper introduces a new concept-smart healthy cities.It explores the definition,scope,function,challenges,and strategic responses associated with the concept.Meth-od/Process Through literature review and case study analysis,the theoretical foundations,characteristics,objectives,and implementa-tion strategies of healthy cities and smart cities are compared,revealing differences and points of convergence,proposing the origins,def-initions,and delineations of smart healthy cities,and exploring the relationships among healthy cities,smart cities,and smart healthy cit-ies.Result/Conclusion Smart healthy cities enhance urban health governance and the well-being of residents through technological in-novation.Effective integration of advanced technologies with urban governance policies is essential,alongside the implementation of di-verse strategies to drive progress.Future urban development should focus more on the theoretical and practical collaborative development within the smart healthy cities framework.

Purpose/Significance Based on the digital health community reference architecture,the technical framework for smart and healthy city is constructed to support the research and development of smart and healthy city.Method/Processs According to the ar-chitecture,combined with the needs and practices of the digitalization of the health industry,the"1+1+3+N"technical framework re-presenting the digital infrastructure and smart hub of the smart and healthy city is derived,namely,the one network,unified digital health foundation,three service platforms and N intelligent applications,application analysis is conducted.Result/Conclusion The framework can be used to crack the information interoperability problem,significantly release the value of medical and health data,and support in-dustry users and industry partners to hammer out scenario-based solutions for different business areas,and provide references for the top-level planning,construction and development of smart and healthy cities around the country.

Objective To analyze kinematic characteristics of children with spastic cerebral palsy during walking based on the method of gait analysis. Methods The gait of 14 children with spastic cerebral palsy and 16 healthy children, who were required to walk back and forth on level ground at normal speed, was tested using portable gait analyzer. The gait differences between diseased side and healthy side of lower limbs for children with spastic cerebral palsy, as well as the gait differences between children with spastic cerebral palsy children and healthy children were compared. Results For children with spastic cerebral palsy, single step time, swing time and toe-off time of diseased side were significantly longer than those of healthy side (P＜0.05), while step frequency, velocity and terminal stance were significantly shorter than those of healthy side (P＜0.05). Compared with healthy children, gait cycle time, single step time, stance time, swing time, percentage of stance phase, mid stance phase, pre-swing stage and toe-off time for diseased side of children with spastic cerebral palsy were significantly longer (P＜0.05). Stride, velocity, step frequency and terminal stance of the children with spastic cerebral palsy were significantly lower than those of healthy children (P＜0.05). Pulling acceleration for children with spastic cerebral palsy also decreased compared with healthy children (P=0.05). Conclusions The stability of children with spastic cerebral palsy decreased during walking, and their single step time, swing time, toe-off time and pulling acceleration might be considered as the sensitive indicators.

BACKGROUND: Treatment of large bone defects is an important problem faced by orthopedic physicians. Allogeneic bone transplantation is a classic method, but it has many restrictions. The membrane guided bone regeneration technique has become an important method for the research nowadays.OBJECTIVE:To compare the effects of self-made high strength biodegradable nano-hydroxyapatite/multi(amino acid) copolymer (n-HA/MACP) guided bone regeneration membrane tube and allograft bone graft segment in the repair of large segmental bone defect in goats. METHODS: The model of 30 mm large segment bone defect in the middle section of the femur in 32 adult goats was established. Experimental group used self-made n-HA/MACP tube to bridge defects following bone plate fixation. The control group was treated with allograft bone graft bone segments combined with plate fixation. The animals were sacrificed at 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks after operation, and the bone callus growth was observed in the specimens. The X-ray and histological observations were performed at the same time. Biomechanical measurement of plate fixation of allograft cortical bone segment was done at 12 and 16 weeks after operation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) After 4 to 16 weeks, gross and pathological results showed fibrous callus growth inside and outside of the membrane tube, and the fibrous callus gradually hardened into a bony callus. Additionally, the callus was larger in the experimental group than in the control group. X-ray films showed significantly increased lateral callus density in the experimental group as compared with the control group. (2) Maximum bending strength was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group at 16 weeks (P < 0.05). Overall, the n-HA/MACP membrane tube used for bridging large segment bone defects in goats can obtain similar repair effects to the allograft cortical bone, and further achieve the better mechanical strength of the new bone segment than the allograft bone.

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of the carbon ion radiotherapy for stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods We searched multiple electronic bibliographic databases,including the Cochrane library,PubMed,EMBASE,China Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Biomedical Database,and the Wanfang Database to assemble the available studies of carbon ion radiotherapy for stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer.MetaAnalyst Beta 3.13 and STATA 12.0 software were used to combine the extracted data.Results Ten studies (seven trials) were included.The overall survival rates of 1,3 and 5 years were 95.1％,68.5％ and 45.9％,respectively.The local control rates of 1,3 and 5 years were 90.2％,76.7％ and 81.2％,respectively.The cause specific survival rate of 1,3 and 5 years were 82.9％,58.5％ and 57.3％,respectively.The rate of primary recurrence and total recurrence were 45.8％ and 11％,respectively.The rates of total death and death from lung cancer were 52.4％ and 28.3％,respectively.There were differences observed between T1 stage and T2 stage in regards to five year overall survival rate,total recurrence,lung cancer death,and grade 1 and grade 2 skin toxicities.Conclusions Available data demonstrate that carbon ion radiotherapy,in general,is a safe and feasible treatment modality for stage Ⅰ NSCLC.Although current results are promising,more evidence is required before carbon ion radiotherapy can become the international standard treatment for lung cancer patients.

BACKGROUND:Bisphosphonates that can suppress osteoclast activity strongly is a powerful inhibitor for bone resorption, which has been reported to have good effects in the treatment of fibrous dysplasia.
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effect of surgical treatment combined with bisphosphonate therapy in the treatment of fibrous dysplasia.
METHODS: Fifteen patients with fibrous dysplasia of the long bone were subjected to surgical treatment and oral bisphosphonate therapy postoperatively. Limb pain, limb function, local X-ray manifestations and blood alkaline phosphatase activity were observed before and at 3, 6, 12, 24 months after treatment. The therapeutic effects were evaluated using modified Macnab standards.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the 15 patients were folowed up for more than 24 months, and their pain symptoms were significantly relieved after the combined treatment of surgery and bisphosphonates, excelent in 12 cases and effective in 1 case, and the total efficiency was 100%. X-ray films showed that the density slightly decreased in operation areas after 3 months, but at 6 months after treatment, the cortical bone was thickened and the marrow cavity density increased in the operation areas, and non-focal zone was continuously enlarged. No fractures and recurrence were found in al patients. At 6 months after treatment, the serum alkaline phosphatase activity decreased significantly (P < 0.05). The results suggest that surgical operation with bisphosphonate treatment for bone fibrous dysplasia can effectively inhibit the bone resorption, promote bone formation, increase the intensity of the lesion, reduce fractures and recurrence rate, so as to achieve a better therapeutic effect in clinic.
