Purpose/Significance Based on the concepts of healthy cities and smart cities,the paper introduces a new concept-smart healthy cities.It explores the definition,scope,function,challenges,and strategic responses associated with the concept.Meth-od/Process Through literature review and case study analysis,the theoretical foundations,characteristics,objectives,and implementa-tion strategies of healthy cities and smart cities are compared,revealing differences and points of convergence,proposing the origins,def-initions,and delineations of smart healthy cities,and exploring the relationships among healthy cities,smart cities,and smart healthy cit-ies.Result/Conclusion Smart healthy cities enhance urban health governance and the well-being of residents through technological in-novation.Effective integration of advanced technologies with urban governance policies is essential,alongside the implementation of di-verse strategies to drive progress.Future urban development should focus more on the theoretical and practical collaborative development within the smart healthy cities framework.

Purpose/Significance To expound the development of the application of new generation intelligent technologies in the medi-cal field in China,and to provide ideas for the future development of intelligent medical technologies in China.Method/Process Literature related to the application of medical intelligence technology from 2000 to 2023 is searched and screened on CNKI,and the knowledge graph is drawn by descriptive statistical analysis and CiteSpace software for visualization analysis.Result/Conclusion The number of papers pub-lished in the application research field of domestic medical intelligence technology shows a trend of steady growth and then leveling off.The hot keywords mainly include smart medical care,health care,health management,etc.,forming 8 main cluster sets.Future research should strengthen cooperation and exchanges between researchers and organizations,and pay more attention to the challenges posed by the applica-tion of technology in terms of security and privacy,technology supervision,talent team construction and technological energy consumption.

4.Geometric Shape Validation of Knee Statistical Shape Model

Objective To obtain the range of anatomical parameters of healthy knee joints in Chinese males and validate a statistical shape model(SSM)based on the geometric shape of a healthy knee to provide references for the design of knee SSM-based prostheses.Methods Computed tomography(CT)images of knee joints from 112 healthy males were acquired to build three-dimensional(3D)knee joint models.Each model was the target model separately,and the remaining models were used as the training set for principal component analysis(PCA).The obtained knee SSM was fitted to the target model to predict the SSM.The exact anatomical measurement points were marked on the sample and SSM prediction models,and 17 linear and 3 angular parameters were derived.The values of the anatomical parameters were statistically tested using an independent samples t-test and Mann-Whitney U-test,and the validity of the SSM in terms of geometric shape was demonstrated if the resulting P-values were all greater than 0.05.Results Qualitative and quantitative comparative analyses of anatomical parameters showed that the mean deviation of linear parameters was less than 6 mm,and that of angular parameters was less than 2.5°.The results of statistical tests showed P>0.05 for all anatomical parameters,proving that the knee SSM prediction model was not statistically different from the true healthy model in terms of geometric shape.Conclusions This study derived a reference range of anatomical parameters for a healthy knee and demonstrated that the knee SSM model was consistent with the real healthy model in terms of shape.The results provide a reference for the design of knee SSM-based prostheses.
5.Hygiene risks and management advices for "Room Escape" venues

In recent years, the "Room Escape" industry in China is booming, and this real live game has become popular. However, health threatening events such as fire, trauma, coma, and lung infection in the game venues have been reported at home and abroad. If these venues are not supervised in time, there will be great potential public safety and health hazards. In this review, we summarized the hidden dangers of public safety and health in such venues, including fire and safety hazards, persistent stress state, indoor ventilation problems, risk of contagious infection, non-player characters’ health risk, special film effects of 4D cinemas, mosquito problems, light pollution and noise, and food safety. Meanwhile, health management recommendations for the game venues were proposed from the aspects of formulating health management standards, improving health security measures, and strengthening related health education to players, so as to improve the hygiene levels of such venues and protect players and staff from injuries or diseases.
6.Local recurrence pattern of pT 1-2N 1 breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy—a pooled-analysis of 5442 patients from 12 centers

Objective:To analyze locoregional recurrence (LRR) pattern of patients with pT 1-2N 1 breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy, with and without adjuvant radiotherapy (RT). Methods:A total of 5442 eligible patients with breast cancer from 12 Chinese centers were included. The LRR sites and the effect of RT at different sites on recurrence in patients with and without RT were analyzed. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the cumulative LRR rate, and the difference was compared by the log-rank test.Results:With a median follow-up time of 63.8 months for the entire cohort, 395 patients developed LRR. The chest wall and supraclavicular fossa were the most common LRR sites, regardless of RT or molecular subtypes. The 5-year chest wall recurrence rates for patients with and without chest wall irradiation were 2.5% and 3.8%( P=0.003); the 5-year supraclavicular lymph nodal recurrence rates for patients with and without supraclavicular fossa irradiation were 1.3% and 4.1%( P<0.001); the 5-year axillary recurrence-free rates for patients with and without axillary irradiation were 0.8% and 1.5%( HR=0.31, 95% CI: 0.04-2.23, P=0.219); and the 5-year internal mammary nodal recurrence-free rates for patients with and without internal mammary nodal irradiation were 0.8% and 1.5%( HR=0.45, 95% CI: 0.11-1.90, P=0.268). Conclusions:The chest wall and supraclavicular fossa are the most common LRR sites of patients with pT 1-2N 1 breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy, which is not affected by adjuvant RT or molecular subtypes. The chest wall and supraclavicular fossa irradiation significantly reduce the risk of recurrence in the corresponding area. However, axillary and internal mammary nodal irradiation has no impact on the risk of recurrence in the corresponding area.
7.Automated Pre-delineation of CTV in Patients with Cervical Cancer Using Dense V-Net.

We use a dense and fully connected convolutional network with good feature learning in small samples, to automatically pre-deline CTV of cervical cancer patients based on CT images and evaluate the effect. The CT data of stage IB and IIA postoperative cervical cancer with similar delineation scope were selected to be used to evaluate the pre-sketching accuracy from three aspects:sketching similarity, sketching offset and sketching volume difference. It has been proved that the 8 most representative parameters are superior to those with single network and reported internationally before. Dense V-Net can accurately predict CTV pre-delineation of cervical cancer patients, which can be used clinically after simple modification by doctors.

8. Distribution of the COVID-19 Epidemic and Correlation with Population Emigration from Wuhan, China

Background The ongoing new coronavirus pneumonia (Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19) outbreak is spreading in China, but it has not yet reached its peak. Five million people emigrated from Wuhan before lockdown, potentially representing a source of virus infection. Determining case distribution and its correlation with population emigration from Wuhan in the early stage of the epidemic is of great importance for early warning and for the prevention of future outbreaks. Methods The official case report on the COVID-19 epidemic was collected as of January 30, 2020. Time and location information on COVID-19 cases was extracted and analyzed using ArcGIS and WinBUGS software. Data on population migration from Wuhan City and Hubei province were extracted from Baidu Qianxi, and their correlation with the number of cases was analyzed. Results The COVID-19 confirmed and death cases in Hubei province accounted for 59.91% (5806/9692) and 95.77% (204/213) of the total cases in China respectively. Hot spot provinces included Sichuan and Yunnan, which are adjacent to Hubei. The time risk of Hubei province on the following day was 1.960 times that on the previous day. The number of cases in some cities was relatively low, but the time risk appeared to be continuously rising. The correlation coefficient between the provincial number of cases and emigration from Wuhan was up to 0.943. The lockdown of 17 cities in Hubei province and the implementation of nationwide control measures efficiently prevented an exponential growth in the number of cases. Conclusion The population that emigrated from Wuhan was the main infection source in other cities and provinces. Some cities with a low number of cases showed a rapid increase in case load. Owing to the upcoming Spring Festival return wave, understanding the risk trends in different regions is crucial to ensure preparedness at both the individual and organization levels and to prevent new outbreaks.
9. Clinical application analysis of inferior vena cava filter

Objective:
To explore the clinical application indications, filter selection and filter removal techniques of inferior vena cava filter.
Methods:
Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 108 cases of inferior vena cava filter implantation in the Department of Vascular Surgery, People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2018 to February 2019 was performed. One hundred and eight patients with inferior vena cava filter were eligible for filter placement, including 50 males and 58 females; the average age was 59 years, and the age ranged from 23 to 90 years. Different types of inferior vena cava filters were selected according to the patient's condition, the location of the thrombus, the type of surgery and the prognosis of the disease. In this study, lower extremity vascular ultrasound was performed by the outpatient in 2 weeks after the filter placement, 1 month after the operation, 2 months after the operation, and 3 months after the operation. The inferior vena cava filter was recovered by a catcher. Loop technology, Loop and biopsy forceps were used for patients with difficult filter recovery. After removal of the filter, the angiography confirmed the integrity of the inferior vena cava wall. Observe whether the filter was completed, deformed, broken and whether there was thrombus in the filter.
Results:
The removal of inferior vena cava filter was performed in patients with no free floating thrombus or fresh thrombus in popliteal, femoral, iliac and inferior vena cava confirmed by ultrasound. In this group, 108 patients with inferior vena cava filter implantation included 11 patients anticoagulant contraindications, 11 patients with pulmonary embolism, 5 patients with floating thrombosis in iliac vein, femoral vein or inferior vena cava, 35 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity received catheter-directed thrombolysis or percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy, 46 patients with abdominal, pelvic or lower extremity surgery for acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and high risk factors of pulmonary embolism. One hundred and three patients received retrievable inferior vena cava filters and 5 patients received temporary inferior vena cava filters. Ninety-two patients were followed up successfully in this group. In 74 patients, the filter trap was recovered using a catcher, and the inferior vena cava filter of 12 patients were successfully removed by Loop technology and Loop with biopsy forceps.The success rate of the filter removal was 93.5%. After removal of the filter, angiography of inferior vena cava showed smooth wall, blood flow patency and no extravasation of contrast agent. The removal filters have normal shape, no fracture and no deformation.
Conclusions
Operators should strictly observe the indication of inferior vena cava filter placement, master a variety of filter removal methods to improve the success rate of filter removal and maximize the benefit of patients with inferior vena cava filter implantation.
10.Changes in cytoskeleton and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in passaged articular chondrocytes

Objective To observe the changes in cytoskeleton (CSK) and glycosaminoglycan (GAG) synthesis following passage culture of articular chondrocytes and the correlation between CSK and GAG.Methods Eight male New Zealand White rabbits (8-month-old) were sacrificed by air embolism.After the chondrocytes from their knee joints were isolated by enzymolysis method,monolayer culture was performed.The chondrocytes of primary passage (P0) and passages 1 & 2 (P1,P2) were inoculated into 24-well plates with round cover slips put at the bottoms.Cell climbing slices were fixed after attachment of chondrocytes.The CSK proteins,actin,vimentin,tubulin and vinculin were stained by immuuofluorescence antibody on P0,P1 and P2 cell climbing slices,respectively.The CSK morphology was observed by laser confocal scanning microscopy and the fluorescence intensities of CSK proteins were detected by the fluorescence intensity software.The medium was changed for each generation after cell fusion and the GAG concentrations in the supernatants were measured at 24,36,48,60 h after medium change by alcian blue method.Results The intermediate filament networks became loosen and the dense distributions surrounding the nucleus decreased;more microtubule processes formed at the cell periphery with passage.The fluorescence intensity of actin of P1 chondrocytes was significantly increased than that of P0 (P < 0.05),but there were no such significant differences between P0 and P2 or between P1 and P2 (P > 0.05).The fluorescence intensities of vimentin and tubulin were significantly decreased with passage respectively,and there were such significant differences between any two of P0,P1 and P2 (P < 0.05).The GAG concentrations in the supernatants were significantly decreased with passage at each time point,and there were such significant differences between any two of P0,P1 and P2 (P < 0.05).Conclusions Passage culture of articular chondrocytes may lead to changes in morphology and protein expression intensity of the main components of CSK,and accordingly to decreased synthesis amount of GAG,one of the extracellular matrix of chondrocytes,indicating the changed characteristics of chondrocytes after passage and a certain correlation between CSK and GAG.
