Objective:To understand the coverage and information consistency rate of National Immunization Program (NIP) vaccines among children born during 2020-2021 in Zhejiang Province, Chongqing City, and Shanxi Province (3 provinces) of China .Methods:A simple random sampling method was used to randomly select 3 counties (districts) from each of the 3 provinces, 5 townships from each county (district), and 5 villages from each township. Vaccination information for seven NIP vaccines was collected for children born between 2020 and 2021 in each village. The vaccination coverage, timely coverage, and consistency rates between the survey data and the Immunization Planning Information System data were analyzed.Results:A total of 1 117 children were investigated. The vaccination coverage for each dose of NIP vaccine ranged from 99.10% to 100.00%, with those in Zhejiang Province, Chongqing City, and Shanxi Province ranging from 99.19% to 100.00%, 98.92% to 100.00%, and 99.20% to 100.00%, respectively. The timely coverage of each dose of NIP vaccine ranged from 89.79% to 99.82%, with those in Zhejiang Province, Chongqing City, and Shanxi Province ranging from 94.09% to 99.73%, 89.52% to 99.73%, and 78.55% to 100.00%, respectively. The consistency rate of information on each dose of NIP vaccine ranged from 94.36% to 99.91%, with those in Zhejiang Province, Chongqing City, and Shanxi Province ranging from 97.85% to 99.73%, 98.92% to 100.00%, and 86.06% to 100.00%, respectively.Conclusions:Coverage of NIP vaccines was generally high among children born during 2020-2021 in the 3 provinces of China, but there were regional differences in the timely coverage of some vaccine doses and the vaccination information consistency rate. It is necessary to strengthen the timely vaccination of children's vaccine booster doses and optimize the management of vaccination services.

However，the critical mechanisms initiating stone formation and the early pathophysiological processes remain incompletely elucidated，constituting the core impasse in current preventive strategies. This review systematically synthesizes classical theories and cutting-edge advancements in urolithiasis etiology research，emphasizing the urgent need to integrate emerging technologies，including high-dimensional omics，advanced imaging modalities，and artificial intelligence，to dissect pivotal pathological nodes in early stone formation. Such interdisciplinary efforts are essential to overcome cognitive bottlenecks and ultimately achieve personalized，precision-based prevention strategies.

Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)is a critical disease that endangers the health of the Chinese pop-ulation.At present,there are still many deficiencies in the diagnosis and treatment of RA in China.The 2024 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis addresses 10 important clinical issues in the diagnosis and treatment of RA,and provides evidence-based recommendations based on the latest domes-tic and international literature,with consideration of the actual situation of RA diagnosis and treatment in China.The guidelines comprehensively cover the diagnosis of RA,imaging examinations,treatment goals,follow-up monitoring,initial treatment plans,treatment adjustments,the application of glucocorticoids,drug tapering,and health education.They will promote the RA diagnosis and treatment levels and improve the prog-nosis of RA patients in China.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a highly heterogeneous systemic autoimmune disease characterized by multi-organ involvement, recurrent flares, and chronic progression. With advances in diagnostics and therapeutics, SLE management is shifting from disease control toward long-term remission and organ protection. Incorporating recent global evidence and characteristics of the Chinese population, the National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases and the Chinese SLE Treatment and Research Group (CSTAR) have developed the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (2025 edition). Centered on a treat-to-target strategy, the guidelines prioritize clinical remission and low disease activity as primary goals, optimizing the use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, biologics, and novel therapies. Key updates include individualized management recommendations for lupus nephritis, multi-organ involvement, and antiphospholipid syndrome, alongside first-ever evidence-based recommendations on vaccination in SLE patients. By integrating large-scale domestic cohort studies and real-world data, this edition provides more precise and actionable guidance, offering significant value for standardizing and improving SLE diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management in China.
