Objective To establish a fluorescent recombinase-aided amplification (RAA) assay for detection of Strongyloides stercoralis nucleic acid and to preliminarily evaluate its performance. Methods Six sets of specific primers targeting S. stercoralis 18S ribosomal RNA (18S rRNA) gene and one fluorescent probe were designed and synthesized. The optimal primer-probe set was determined through systematic screening and optimization to establish the fluorescent RAA assay. The assay was evaluated using S. stercoralis genomic DNA at concentrations of 100, 10, and 1 pg/μL, and 100, 10, and 1 fg/μL, as well as recombinant pUC57 plasmids containing the target gene fragments at 1 × 10⁵, 1 × 10⁴, 1 × 10³, 1 × 10², 1 × 10¹, 1 × 10⁰ copies/reaction, to determine the analytical sensitivity. Genomic DNA from Ascaris lumbricoides, Ancylostoma duodenale, Enterobius vermicularis, Angiostrongylus cantonensis, Trichinella spiralis, Clonorchis sinensis, Schistosoma japonicum, and Taenia saginata was used to assess assay specificity. A total of 25 stool samples from patients suspected of S. stercoralis infection were tested by the modified Baermann funnel technique, PCR, and the established fluorescent RAA assay. The sensitivity, specificity, concordance rate and their 95% confidence intervals (CI) of these three techniques were estimated, and agreement between methods was evaluated using the Kappa coefficient. Results Exo-4 was identified as the optimal primer set screened from the six primer sets, and the best amplification performance was achieved when the final concentrations of the forward and reverse primers were 0.44 μmol/L and a probe concentration was 0.20 μmol/L. The limit of detection of the fluorescent RAA assay was 100 fg/μL for genomic DNA of S. stercoralis and 1 × 10⁰ copies/reaction for recombinant plasmids. Specific fluorescence signals were detected within 5 min, with no cross-reactivity observed with A. lumbricoides, A. duodenale, E. vermicularis, A. cantonensis, T. spiralis, C. sinensis, S. japonicum, or T. saginata. Among the 25 clinical stool samples from patients suspected of S. stercoralis infections, the modified Baermann funnel technique and fluorescent RAA assay detected 19 positives and 6 negatives, whereas PCR detected 18 positives and 7 negatives. The fluorescent RAA assay showed a sensitivity of 100.00% [95% CI: (82.35%, 100.00%)], specificity of 100.00% [95% CI: (54.07%, 100.00%)], concordance rate of 100.00% [95% CI: (86.28%, 100.00%)], and a Kappa coefficient of 1.00 [95% CI: (1.00, 1.00)] (P < 0.001) relative to the modified Baermann funnel technique, and a sensitivity of 100.00% [95% CI: (81.47%, 100.00%)], specificity of 85.71% [95% CI: (42.13%, 99.64%)], concordance rate of 96.00% [95% CI: (79.65%, 99.90%)], and a Kappa coefficient of 0.90 [95% CI: (0.70, 1.00)] (P < 0.001). Positive amplification products emitted green fluorescence under a portable blue-light device, enabling visual interpretation of results. Conclusions The fluorescent RAA assay established in this study is rapid, highly sensitive, and highly specific. It enables detection of S. stercoralis nucleic acid under isothermal conditions and allows visual interpretation of results, providing a novel tool for rapid clinical diagnosis and field screening of S. stercoralis infections.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tongmai Prescription in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and to investigate its effect on serum microRNA-126(miR-126).Methods Sixty patients with T2DM complicated with ASCVD of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type who admitted to the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Department of Geriatric Medicine of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2023 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.All patients in the two groups were required to take low-salt and low-fat diabetic diet and exercise for intervention,and were also given the conventional western medical treatment with hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,antihypertensive,anti-platelet aggregation agents.Additionally,the study group was treated with Bushen Tongmai Prescription.The course of treatment for the two groups covered eight weeks.Before and after treatments,the two groups were observed in the changes of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 1β(IL-1β),interleukin 6(IL-6),vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM1),miR-126,carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT),carotid plaque Crouse scores,and blood lipid indicators of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).After treatment,the therapeutic efficacy on carotid artery and drug safety in the two groups were evaluated.Results(1)After treatment,the serum miR-126 level in the study group was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P＜0.01),but the level in the control group only showed a rising trend and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the increase of serum miR-126 level in the study group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).(2)After treatment,the serum VCAM1 level in the study group was decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P＜0.01),but the level in the control group only showed a rising trend and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the decrease of serum VCAM1 level in the study group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P＜0.01).(3)After treatment,the serum CRP,IL-1 β,and IL-6 levels in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),and the decrease of serum IL-1β and IL-6 levels in the study group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).(4)After treatment,the TC,TG and LDL-C levels in the study group were decreased(P＜0.01)and the HDL-C level was increased compared with that before treatment(P＜0.01),but in the control group,the changes in the TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C levels were not significant(P＞0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the decrease of TC and LDL-C levels in the study group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).(5)After eight weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 90.00％(27/30),while that of the control group was 63.33％(19/30).The intergroup comparison(tested by chi-square test)showed that the therapeutic efficacy of the study group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P＜0.05).(6)During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions or toxic-side effects occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Bushen Tongmai Prescription combined with conventional western medicine treatment can up-regulate the level of miR-126,inhibit the expression of VCAM1,and decrease the levels of serum CRP,IL-1β,and IL-6,so as to inhibit inflammatory response and retard the progression of T2DM complicated with ASCVD.The combined therapy exerts certain clinical efficacy and higher safety in treating T2DM complicated with ASCVD.

ObjectiveTo observe ovarian microvascular damage in rats with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome and to explore the mechanism by which Liangfang Wenjing decoction improves this condition in rats. MethodsFifty SPF female SD rats were randomly divided into a blank group， a model group， low-dose （8.1 g·kg^-1） and high-dose groups （16.2 g·kg^-1） of Liangfang Wenjing decoction， and a 4-phenylbutyric acid （0.1 g·kg^-1） group， with 10 rats in each group. The ice-water bath method was employed to establish the rat model of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. Concurrent with modeling， Liangfang Wenjing decoction was administered continuously for 21 days， once daily. The rats' syndrome manifestations and estrous cycles were recorded. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect serum reproductive hormone levels and levels of endothelin-1 （ET-1）， nitric oxide （NO）， thrombomodulin （TM）， and von Willebrand factor （vWF） in ovarian tissue. Prothrombin time （PT）， activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）， thrombin time （TT）， and fibrinogen （FIB） were measured. The ovarian microcirculatory blood perfusion was detected by laser speckle contrast imaging. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining was performed to observe the ovarian histopathology， flow cytometry to detect ovarian apoptosis rate， and transmission electron microscopy to observe the ultrastructure of ovarian microvascular endothelial cells. Western blot was employed to detect the protein expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase （eNOS）， phosphorylated eNOS （p-eNOS）， Caspase-3， B-cell lymphoma-2 （Bcl-2）， Bcl-2-associated X protein （Bax）， glucose-regulated protein 78 （GRP78）， C/EBP homologous protein （CHOP）， inositol-requiring enzyme1α （IRE1α）， p-IRE1α， apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 （ASK1）， p-ASK1， c-Jun N-terminal kinase （JNK）， and p-JNK. Immunofluorescence was used to detect ovarian Bax and Bcl-2 expression in microvascular endothelial cells. ResultsCompared with the blank group， the model group showed signs of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome， prolonged estrus cycles， and reproductive hormone disorders. Histopathological results revealed a decrease in follicle counts at all stages and disorganized granulosa cell arrangement. Ovarian microcirculatory perfusion was significantly decreased （P<0.01）. PT， APTT， and TT were reduced （P<0.05， P<0.01）， while FIB levels were increased （P<0.05）. In ovarian tissue， NO content was decreased， while ET-1， vWF， and TM levels were increased significantly （P<0.01）. The apoptosis rate of ovarian cells was markedly increased （P<0.01）. Furthermore， p-eNOS/eNOS and Bcl-2 were decreased （P<0.05）， whereas Bax， cleaved-Caspase-3/Caspase-3， GRP78， CHOP， p-IRE1α/IRE1α， p-ASK1/ASK1， and p-JNK/JNK expression showed significant increases （P<0.05， P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， Liangfang Wenjing decoction intervention alleviated the symptoms of cold coagulation and blood stasis， gradually restored the estrus cycle， and improved ovarian histopathology and endothelial cell ultrastructure. Microcirculatory blood perfusion was significantly elevated （P<0.05）. NO content in ovarian tissue was elevated， while ET-1， vWF， and TM levels were significantly decreased （P<0.05， P<0.01）. The p-eNOS/eNOS ratio and Bcl-2 expression were significantly elevated （P<0.05）， while the expression of Bax， cleaved-Caspase-3/Caspase-3， GRP78， CHOP， p-IRE1α/IRE1α， p-ASK1/ASK1， and p-JNK/JNK was significantly decreased （P<0.05， P<0.01）. ConclusionLiangfang Wenjing decoction may regulate the IRE1α/ASK1/JNK signaling pathway to inhibit endoplasmic reticulum stress， attenuate apoptosis， and improve microvascular endothelial injury in ovaries of rats with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.

ObjectiveThis nested case-control study, based on the Shanghai Birth Cohort (SBC), aimed to explore the impact of early pregnancy exposure to organophosphorus flame retardants (OPFRs) on attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD)-like symptoms in 4-year-old children, so as to provide epidemiological evidence regarding the health effects of emerging contaminant OPFRs in children. MethodsStrengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) was used to assess ADHD like symptoms in 4-year-old children. Children with an SDQ hyperactivity subscale score ≥6 points were defined as cases, while those with a score <5 points were considered as controls. The case and control groups were matched at 1∶1 based on the child’s age (±6 months), sex, and parental or primary caregiver’s education level. A total of 105 cases and 112 controls were included eventually. Concentrations of eight OPFRs metabolites in early pregnancy urine samples were measured using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), including di-phenyl phosphate (DPHP), di-m-cresylphosphate (DmCP), di-o-cresylphosphate (DoCP), di-p-cresylphosphate (DpCP), di-n-butyl phosphate (DnBP), di-iso-butyl phosphate (DiBP), bis(2-butoxyethyl) phosphate (BBOEP), and bis(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (BEHP). Basic demographic information of mothers and children were collected through questionnaire surveys and medical records extraction. Binary logistic regression models were used to analyze the effect of individual OPFRs exposure during early pregnancy on ADHD-like symptoms, while a quantile g-computation (Qgcomp) regression model was employed to assess the effects of mixed OPFRs exposure (with detection rates >75%) on ADHD-like symptoms in 4-year-old children. ResultsIn this study, the detection rates of DPHP, DoCP, and the DmCP&DpCP in the urine of early pregnancy women were higher than 75%, with DPHP having the highest detection rate (86.18%). The median concentrations of DPHP were highest in both the case and control groups (0.396 μg·L^-1 and 0.305 μg·L^-1, respectively). Binary logistic regression analyses revealed that exposure to DPHP during early pregnancy increased the risk of ADHD-like symptoms in 4-year-old children (OR=1.262, 95%CI: 1.017‒1.565). The mixed exposure model analyses showed that early pregnancy co-exposure to OPFRs increased the risk of ADHD-like symptoms (OR=1.508, 95%CI: 1.012‒2.258), with DPHP being the primary contributor to the association. ConclusionEarly pregnancy exposure to DPHP is positively associated with an increased risk of ADHD-like symptoms in 4-year-old children. Additionally, DPHP contributed the most to the adverse effects of mixed OPFRs exposure on ADHD-like symptoms. However, these findings require further validation through other large-scale prospective cohort studies.

Objective To explore the mediating effect of empowerment ability between type D personality and self-management behavior of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of 738 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology of three tertiary hospitals in Hainan Province from December 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into Type D personality(Type D,n=104)group and T2DM group(n=634).The general data,biochemical indexes,scores of negative emotion(NA),social inhibition(SI),empowerment ability,and scale of DM self-management activities(SDSCA)were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between type D personality,empowerment ability and self-management ability was analyzed.The mediating effect model was used to analyze the mediating effect of empowerment ability on the four self-management behaviors of patients with type D personality,and the chain mediating effect model was used to analyze the relationship between type D personality,empowerment ability,self-management behaviors and HbA1c.Results Compared with the T2DM group,HbA1c,proportion of rural residence,proportion of complications≥3,proportion of education level of junior high school or above,proportion of monthly income<3000 yuan,and NA and SI scores were significantly higher in the Type D group(P<0.05).The empowerment ability and scores of healthy diet,regular exercise,blood glucose monitoring and medication compliance were lower in the Type D group than in the T2DM group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the empowerment ability score was positively correlated with the scores of healthy diet,regular exercise,blood glucose monitoring and medication compliance(P<0.05).NA and SI scores were negatively correlated with empowerment ability score,healthy diet,regular exercise,blood glucose monitoring and medication compliance(P<0.05).The results of model analysis with empowerment ability as the mediating variable showed that type D personality had direct,indirect and total effects on regular exercise,blood glucose monitoring,medication compliance and SDSCA total score(P<0.05),and indirect and total effects on regular diet score(P<0.05).The mediating effect of empowerment ability was significant(Bootstrap CI did not include 0).The chain mediating effect analysis showed that type D personality could indirectly affect HbA1c through empowerment ability,healthy diet(γ=0.389,95%CI 0.206～0.591),and medication compliance(γ=0.149,95%CI 0.040～0.265),and the effect proportion was 39.4%and 14.1%,respectively.Conclusions Type D personality can indirectly influence self-management behavior through the mediating effect of empowerment,and simultaneously affecting HbA1c through the chain effect of empowerment,diet,and medication behavior.

Background Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorder in children, often diagnosed during school age. The etiology of ADHD remains unclear; however, existing studies suggest that environmental factors, such as exposure to triclosan (TCS), may be associated with the occurrence of ADHD-like symptoms in offspring. Nevertheless, relevant research in China remains limited. Objective To investigate the impact of early pregnancy TCS exposure on ADHD-like symptoms in 7-year-old children. Methods This study was based on the Shanghai Birth Cohort (SBC) and included 662 mother-child pairs. TCS concentrations in early pregnancy urine samples were measured using high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Demographic information was collected via questionnaires and medical record abstraction. ADHD-like symptoms in 7-year-old children were first assessed using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). Further differentiation of ADHD-like symptom subtypes (inattentive and hyperactive/impulsive) was conducted using the SNAP-IV, a clinically validated ADHD screening tool. Negative binomial regression models were applied to evaluate the associations between prenatal TCS exposure and hyperactive behavior (SDQ assessment) as well as ADHD-like symptom subtypes (SNAP-IV assessment) in 7-year-old children. Results The positive rate of TCS in early pregnancy urine samples was 91.39%, with median concentrations of 0.69 μg·L⁻¹ and 0.63 μg·g⁻¹ before and after the creatinine adjustment, respectively. The modeling results indicated that prenatal TCS exposure was associated with an increased risk of hyperactive symptoms (SDQ assessment) in 7-year-old children (RR=1.04, 95%CI: 1.02, 1.06); the stratified analyses by children sex revealed similar effects for both boys (RR=1.04, 95%CI: 1.02, 1.07) and girls (RR=1.04, 95%CI: 1.01, 1.07). Further analysis of ADHD-like symptom subtypes showed that prenatal TCS exposure increased the risk of inattentive symptoms (RR=1.03, 95%CI: 1.00, 1.05); the sex-stratified analyses indicated associations between TCS exposure and inattentive symptoms (RR=1.03, 95%CI: 1.00, 1.07) as well as hyperactive/impulsive symptoms (RR=1.04, 95%CI: 1.01, 1.08) in girls. Conclusion Prenatal TCS exposure is associated with an increased risk of ADHD-like symptoms in 7-year-old children, primarily contributing to the risk of the inattention subtype. The impact is more pronounced in girls.

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of c-Myc on regulating the expression of immune-related ligands in Y subtype small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) characterized by high expression of immune-related molecules.Methods:The Y subtype SCLC cell line H196 was randomly divided into the control group, c-Myc inhibitor 10058-F4 group, histone deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) inhibitor pyroxamide group, and 10058-F4 plus pyroxamide group. The co-culture system with NK-92MI cells was used to determine the effect of H196 cells on the function of natural killer (NK) cells. Western Blotting and co-immunoprecipitation assays were used to detect the effect of c-Myc on class Ⅰ HDAC, and flow cytometry was used to detect the regulatory effect of c-Mycon CD47, programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1), and CD155, which are highly expressed immune checkpoints in Y subtype SCLC, and major histocompatibility complex classⅠ-related chains A and (MICA/B), which is a poorly expressed immune-activating ligand in SCLC, and the role of HDAC. Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assay and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) were used to determine the regulatory mechanism of c-Myc-HDAC1 on MICA/B expression.Results:Inhibition of c-Myc decreased the mortality of H196 cells in the co-culture system and down-regulated the expression of MICA/B. Compared with the NK+H196 group [(42.54±2.47)%], the proportion of cells killed by NK-92MI cells in the NK+H196+10058-F4 group was lower [(28.48±3.38)%, P＜0.001]. The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of MICA/B on the cells in the 10058-F4 group (36.40±0.82) was lower than that in the control group (91.23±8.60, P＜0.001). And c-Myc could bind to HDAC1, whose protein level was up-regulated by 10058-F4 while the mRNA level was not. Compared with the cells in the control group (90.10±4.91), the MFI of MICA/B on the cells in the pyroxamide group was significantly increased (145.70±5.86, P＜0.001), and the MFI of MICA/B on the cells in the 10058-F4+pyroxamide group (54.60±2.88) was significantly increased compared with the cells in the 10058-F4 group (35.97±1.60, P＜0.001). The percentage of MICA promoter gene fragments in the c-Myc antibody precipitation group (0.125±0.037) was significantly higher than that in the IgG group (0.000 8±0.000 3, P=0.004). MICB had a similar trend, suggesting that the c-Myc-HDAC1 complex could bind to the promoter region of MICA/B. The MFI of CD47 on the cells in the 10058-F4 group (60.07±0.21) was significantly lower than cells in the control group (70.27±1.37, P＜0.001), but the MFIs of PD-L1 (13.50±0.61) and CD155 (829.70±41.19) were significantly higher than those on the cells in the control group (9.23±0.94, P＜0.01; 496.00±4.36, P＜0.001, respectively). Conclusions:c-Myc may promote the expression of MICA/B and CD47 in Y subtype SCLC cells by binding and inhibiting HDAC1, while it may also be involved in inhibiting the expression of PD-L1 and CD155 in SCLC cells.

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,molecular genetics and gonadal pathol-ogy characteristics of patients with disorders of sex development(DSD),and to summarize the clinical experi-ence of identifying rare diseases from common symptoms.Methods The clinical data of 416 patients with DSD diagnosed and treated in the multidisciplinary center of DSD of Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Cen-ter from May 2018 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,summarized and discussed.Results Accord-ing to chromosome karyotype,416 cases of DSD were classified into three types:92 cases(22.1％)of abnormal sex chromosome karyotype,285 cases(68.5％)of 46,XY karyotype and 39 cases(9.4％)of 46,XX karyotype.Among the 92 patients with abnormal sex chromosome karyotype,59 cases were raised as males,18 cases(30.5％)complained of short penis with hypospadias and cryptorchidism.The most common karyotype was 45,X/46,XY(58 cases,63.0％).Among the 285 patients with 46,XY karyotype,238 cases were raised as males,and 63 cases(26.5％)complained of short penis and hypospadias;47 cases were raised as females,and 13 ca-ses(27.7％)complained of inguinal mass.A total of 216 patients with 46,XY karyotype were subjected to whole exome gene detection,and 155 cases(71.8％)were found to have molecular pathogenesis with the clinical phe-notype.Among the 39 patients with 46,XX karyotype,19 cases were raised as males,and 8 cases(42.1％)com-plained of short penis and hypospadias.In the 18 cases of gonad biopsy,17 cases showed testicular tissue in go-nads.Whole exome sequencing was performed in 14 cases.NR5A1 gene heterozygous mutation,SRY gene muta-tion and SOX3 gene mutation were found in 2 cases,respectively(14.3％).Twenty cases were raised as females,and 14 cases(70.0％)complained of clitoral hypertrophy.Gonad biopsy was performed in 8 cases,with 7 cases of ovotestis(87.5％)and 1 case of NR5A1 gene heterozygous mutation(14.3％).Conclusions The etiologies of DSD are complex and diverse,and the clinical manifestations are various,which can be manifested as hypospa-dias,micropenis,cryptorchidism and other common symptoms of the urinary system.Different etiologies have dif-ferent treatment options.Therefore,chromosome karyotype,molecular genetic testing and gonadal pathology can be used to clarify the cause of disease,especially for rare diseases,improve the detection rate,reduce the rate of missed diagnosis,and ensure reasonable treatment,especially sex selection.

Objective To invesigate the feasibility of low radiation dose and low contrast dosage in triple-rule-out computed tomo-graphy angiography(TRO-CTA)on the 320-row detector CT.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent CTA were prospec-tively selected.All patients were divided into control group(n=90)and experimental group(n=30).The control group employed standard-doses protocol of pulmonary CTA(120 kV tube voltage,45 mL contrast dosage),coronary CTA(120 kV,50-60 mL),and aortic CTA(120 kV,75 mL),while the experimental group received TRO-CTA with 100 kV and 70-80 mL.The peak time of contrast dosage at the pulmonary artery and aorta was measured by low-dose detection method in the experimental group,and the contrast examination was performed sequentially in the control group.Subjective scores and objective image quality of the pulmonary artery,coronary artery,and aorta in the experimental group and the control group were measured and compared,respectively.The effective dose(ED)between the two groups were recorded and compared.Independent samples t-test and Fisher exact probability were used to analyze the statistical differences between the above measures.Results There were no significant differences in CT values,con-trast-to-noise ratio(CNR),signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of pulmonary artery,coronary artery and aorta between the two groups(P＞0.05).The mean subjective scores of pulmonary artery,coronary artery and aorta segments in the two groups were not less than 3 points,meeting the requirement of clinical diagnosis.There was no statistical difference in subjective scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was statistically significant difference in ED between the two groups(P＜0.05).The ED of pulmonary artery,coronary artery,and aorta in the experimental group were 11.49％,13.33％,and 11.46％significantly lower than those in the control group,respec-tively.Conclusion It is feasible to obtain TRO-CTA images used by the low radiation dose and low contrast dosage on the 320-row detector CT,and radiation dose and contrast dosage can be reduced reasonably without alterations of TRO-CTA images quality in clinical practice.
