OBJECTIVE: To develop an original-mirror alignment associated deep learning algorithm for intelligent registration of three-dimensional maxillofacial point cloud data, by utilizing a dynamic graph-based registration network model (maxillofacial dynamic graph registration network, MDGR-Net), and to provide a valuable reference for digital design and analysis in clinical dental applications. METHODS: Four hundred clinical patients without significant deformities were recruited from Peking University School of Stomatology from October 2018 to October 2022. Through data augmentation, a total of 2 000 three-dimensional maxillofacial datasets were generated for training and testing the MDGR-Net algorithm. These were divided into a training set (1 400 cases), a validation set (200 cases), and an internal test set (200 cases). The MDGR-Net model constructed feature vectors for key points in both original and mirror point clouds (X, Y), established correspondences between key points in the X and Y point clouds based on these feature vectors, and calculated rotation and translation matrices using singular value decomposition (SVD). Utilizing the MDGR-Net model, intelligent registration of the original and mirror point clouds were achieved, resulting in a combined point cloud. The principal component analysis (PCA) algorithm was applied to this combined point cloud to obtain the symmetry reference plane associated with the MDGR-Net methodology. Model evaluation for the translation and rotation matrices on the test set was performed using the coefficient of determination (R²). Angle error evaluations for the three-dimensional maxillofacial symmetry reference planes were constructed using the MDGR-Net-associated method and the "ground truth" iterative closest point (ICP)-associated method were conducted on 200 cases in the internal test set and 40 cases in an external test set. RESULTS: Based on testing with the three-dimensional maxillofacial data from the 200-case internal test set, the MDGR-Net model achieved an R² value of 0.91 for the rotation matrix and 0.98 for the translation matrix. The average angle error on the internal and external test sets were 0.84°±0.55° and 0.58°±0.43°, respectively. The construction of the three-dimensional maxillofacial symmetry reference plane for 40 clinical cases took only 3 seconds, with the model performing optimally in the patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion, high angle cases, and Angle Class Ⅲ orthodontic patients. CONCLUSION This study proposed the MDGR-Net association method based on intelligent point cloud registration as a novel solution for constructing three-dimensional maxillofacial symmetry reference planes in clinical dental applications, which can significantly enhance diagnostic and therapeutic efficiency and outcomes, while reduce expert dependence.

Objective To investigate the application of the Health Effective Data and Information System(HEDIS)-based phased health education in infertile patients treated with assisted reproductive technology(ART).Methods A total of 120 infertile patients who were admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from March 2023 to September 2023 were consecutively selected and randomly assigned to observation group or control group at a ratio of 1:1 using a random number table.During the ART treatment period,the control group was given conventional nursing care,while the observation group was given HEDIS based phased health education for nursing intervention.The negative emotion score,shame score,self-management ability score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,and self-rating scale(ISS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The HEDIS-based phased health education can alleviate the negative emotions of anxiety and depression,reduce the sense of shame,and enhance nursing satisfaction in infertile patients during ART treatment.

As an important element of medical and health sector innovation, the translation of scientific and technological achievements plays a key role in promoting their clinical application and meeting the medical needs of the people. The authors sorted out the problems in such translation at these affiliated hospitals in terms of " people", " finance", " material", and " system". Starting from 2017, the Tenth People′s Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University has explored such practices as establishing hospital-led clinical medical science and technology innovation parks and technology service limited companies. These practices aimed to address the issues of insufficient hospital scientific and technological innovation capabilities and the gap between the hospital′s operation mechanism to translate its scientific and technological achievements and the enterprises and the market. The clinical medical science and technology innovation park integrating administration, industry, education, research, medicine and application, has taken multiple measures to attract excellent research talents and projects from within and beyond the hospital, promote the implementation of innovative scientific research projects. The hospital also established a health industry mode with engagement of social capital from large enterprises. The Technology Services Co., Ltd. was based on the incubation and translation of hospital achievements, combining market and clinical needs, promoting multi-party cooperation between hospitals and external enterprises, improving the chain operation mechanism of hospital scientific and technological achievements translation work, and alleviating the problem of insufficient research pilot funds and productibility funds by means of hospital-led fundraising. The number of patent authorizations of hospitals had increased from 23 cases in 2018 to 105 in 2022, and the amount of patent conversion had increased from 2 million yuan in 2020 to 11 million yuan in 2022. It is recommended that affiliated hospitals of universities further improve the organizational structure of achievement translation, strengthen their professional talent teams, improve their operation mechanism of achievement translation, build a platform for medical school-enterprise cooperation, and improve the evaluation mechanism of translation assessment, in order to promote a virtuous cycle of hospital′s scientific and technological achievement translation work.

Objective:To establish an intelligent registration algorithm under the framework of original-mirror alignment algorithm to construct three-dimensional (3D) facial midsagittal plane automatically. Dynamic Graph Registration Network (DGRNet) was established to realize the intelligent registration, in order to provide a reference for clinical digital design and analysis.Methods:Two hundred clinical patients without significant facial deformities were collected from October 2020 to October 2022 at Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology. The DGRNet consists of constructing the feature vectors of key points in point original and mirror point clouds (X, Y), obtaining the correspondence of key points, and calculating the rotation and translation by singular value decomposition. Original and mirror point clouds were registrated and united. The principal component analysis (PCA) algorithm was used to obtain the DGRNet alignment midsagittal plane. The model was evaluated based on the coefficient of determination (R 2) index for the translation and rotation matrix of test set. The angle error was evaluated on the 3D facial midsagittal plane constructed by the DGRNet alignment midsagittal plane and the iterative closet point (ICP) alignment midsagittal plane for 50 cases of clinical facial data. Results:The average angle error of the DGRNet alignment midsagittal plane and ICP alignment midsagittal plane was 1.05°±0.56°, and the minimum angle error was only 0.13°. The successful detection rate was 78% (39/50) within 1.50° and 90% (45/50) within 2.00°.Conclusions:This study proposes a new solution for the construction of 3D facial midsagittal plane based on the DGRNet alignment method with intelligent registration, which can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment to some extent.

Objective: To explore the application and effect of the cancer case management led by cancer case managers in the whole processing management of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients. Methods: A randomized controlled study was designed. 510 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (255 cases) and the control group (255 cases). The observation group adopted the case management led by cancer case managers, and the control group adopted the cancer case management. To evaluate the rate of seeing a doctor, the implementation rate of the treatment plan and the rate of the first follow-up visit between the two groups. M.D. Anderson symptom Inventory-head-neck (MDASI-H&N) was used to evaluate the symptom disturbance (the day of hospitalization, the period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, 1 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge). Results: The treatment rate was 90.2% (230/255) in the observation group, 78.04% (199/255) in the control group, The rate of implementation of established treatment plans 99.57% (229/230) in the observation group and 90.95% (181/199) in the control group. The first follow-up rate was 98.70% (227/230) in the observation group and 84.42% (168/199) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (Z=19.768, 15.207, 7.042, P < 0.01). In the observation group, the average value of symptom disturbance, the average severity of symptom distress and the average degree of symptom disturbance in 3 times (the period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, 1 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge) were (3.00±0.95) , (2.43±0.16) , (2.03±0.34) , (2.95±0.97) , (2.46±0.12) , (2.11±0.16) , (2.89±0.46) , (2.41±0.33) , (1.99±0.16) ; Significantly lower than the control group (3.69±1.51) , (2.82±0.23) , (2.42±0.13) , (3.88±1.39) , (2.87±0.34) , (2.54±0.22) , (3.61±0.75) , (2.72±0.42) , (2.38±0.17) , the difference has the statistical significance (t=-21.152—10.372, P < 0.01). Conclusion The case management led by cancer case manager can effectively improve the rate of seeing a doctor, the rate of completion of the plan and the rate of the first visit, and ensure the patients to receive effective, standard and full treatment in time. In addition, the case management can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and promote their early return to the community.

Objective To investigate the effects of controlled hypotension (CH) combined with tranexamic acid (TA) on peri-operative blood loss and coagulation function in patients undergoing brain tumor surgery. Methods Forty patients undergoing brain tumor surgery were randomly allocated into group A and group B with 20 patients in each group. Patients in group A received CH alone, while patients in group B received CH combined with TA. Coagulation factors and d-dimer levels were measured 24 hours before and after surgery. Amount of blood loss, intravenous fluid transfused, urine output and postoperative drainage were recorded. Results D-dimer levels of 24 hours after surgery increased compared with that of 24 hours before surgery. In group B, the d-dimer level increased more than that of group A (P < 0.05). No significant difference was found in coagulation factor levels between group A and group B. Amount of blood loss, intravenous fluid transfused and postoperative drainage flows of patients in group B were lower than that in group A (P < 0.05). There were no significant changes in urine output and fluid infusion volume between two groups. Conclusion CH compared with TA can reduce perioperative blood loss in patients undergoing brain tumor surgery , with no obvious coagulant function abnormality. Collectively, it should be a safe and reliable method for clinical application.

Objective To determine the optimum harvest time of Scutellaria barbata D.Don with flavonoids contents as the index. Methods The content of total flavonoids in Scutellaria barbata D. Don was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry with scutellarin as standard control, and scutellarin and cosmosiin in Scutellaria barbata D. Don were determined by HPLC. Results The contents of total flavonoids and scutellarin in Scutellaria barbata D.Don of different harvest time were complied with the quality standards in the China Pharma Copoeia, and reached the peakin blossom . The contents of total flavonoids, scutellarin and cosmosiin were (45.74±0.95) ,(5.58±0.16 ) and (17.39±0.42) mg?g-1 , respectively. Conclusion The Scutellaria Barbata D.Don may be collected at the flowering time with luxuriant foliage.

Objective To build the access standard and role function of cancer case manager which is suitable for China.Methods The draft indicators of access standard and role function of cancer case manager were formulated based on literature review,group discussion and Delphi method.All the indicators were appraised by using two-round Delphi method.Results Round 1 consulting experts 43,and round 2 consulting experts 41.The experts showed high degree on the access standard and role function of cancer case manager during the two rounds of expert advice (two advisory Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.300,0.358 and 0.375,0.358,P ＜ 0.01).The access standard of cancer case manager included 4 first-level indicators and 34 secondary indicators,and the system of role functions included 7 first-level indicators,35 secondary indicators.Conclusions It indicates that the outcome is high reliability.The finding provide scientific basis for the selection of cancer case manager as well as clear identify of role functions which are significant for improving their work efficiency.

Objective To study the effect of acute non-isovolemic hemodilution (ANIH) plus tranexamic acid on bleeding and coagulation factors. Methods Forty-two patients with brain tumor under general anesthesia were randomly divided into group N and group T with 21 patients in each group. Group N was given ANIH , while group T was given tranexamic acid and ANIH. Bleeding, transfusion, urine volume were recorded. Coagulation factors and D-dimer were detected one day before and after surgery. Hemoglobin was recorded before and after ANIH and after auto-blood was transfused. Results There was less bleeding in group T. Hemoglobin in group T was higher after transfusion. No significant difference was found in Group T and group N in terms of urine volume and transfusion rate. Both the two groups had no difference on variation of coagulation factors. Conclusion ANIH with tranexamic acid has no significant effect on coagulation but produces synergetic effect on decreasing bleeding. They can be applied in surgery of brain tumor safely.

Objective To investigate the relationship between levels of psychological resilience and coping styles of the patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal neoplasms during hospitalization,in order to provide scientific data about the clinical psychological intervention.Methods A total of 240 cases of hospitalized patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal neoplasms were selected and measured with general information questionnaire which was self-designed,resilience scale (CD-RISC) and coping scale.Results Resilience average score of patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal neoplasms was (53.22 ± 12.09) points,the level of resilience was positively correlated with positive coping and avoidance coping,P＜0.05,and negatively correlated with the yield coping,P＜0.05.Conclusions The resilience levels in patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal neoplasms is below the medium level,resilience have a significant impact on patients' coping styles,and coping styles is affecting the level of resilience.In clinical work,health care workers should take effective measures to improve the resilience of patients so that patients take positive coping with disease.
