Based on the theory of "emotional factors causing atrophy" and latent pathogen from the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor （《黄帝内经》）， the theory of latent emotional pathogens is introduced into the study on the pathoge-nesis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis （ALS）. It is believed that internal emotional injury can lurk in the body， gradually accumulating into momentum and becoming the internal driving force in the evolution of ALS. The pathogenesis can be summarized into four stages of "latent， accumulation， transformation， and manifestation"， revealing the evolutionary process of the disease from emotional internal injuries， through qi mechanism imbalance and qi transformation disorder， to essence depletion and physical damage. Based on this， an early identification approach guided by "observing the mechanism to recognize the disease" and a staged differentiation and treatment strategy are proposed. During the initial stage， it is recommended to regulate the spirit， soothe the liver， regulate qi， and harmonize the center. During the latent stage， the focus is put on soothing the liver and fortifying the spleen， supplementing qi， resolving phlegm， and promoting blood circulation. During the evolution stage， the method of tonifying the spleen and kidney， replenishing essence and nourishing blood， resolving phlegm and unblocking collaterals can be used. During the active stage， it is advised to supplement qi and raise the sunken， tonify the spleen and kidney， while taking into account lung qi and collaterals.

Objective:To investigate serum C-reactive protein (CRP) , procalcitonin (PCT) and neutrophil CD64 in predicting early infection after internal fixation of limb fractures.Methods:A total of 2 572 patients with limb fractures undergoing internal fixation in Taishun County People’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2022 were enrolled. Postoperative infection occurred in 121 cases (infected group) and did not occur in 2 451 cases (uninfected group). Serum levels of PCT, CRP and CD64 were tested at admission and d1, d3, d5 and d7 after operation. Repeated measurement analysis of variance was used to compare the serum levels of PCT, CRP and CD64 at different time points between two groups, the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to evaluate the predictive value of each index or in combination for early infection after internal fixation of limbs fractures.Results:The early infection rate after internal fixation was 4.70% (121/2 572). The levels of PCT, CRP and CD64 in the infection group began to rise after operation and decreased on d7; there were significant differences in PCT, CRP and CD64 levels between the two groups on d3, d5 and d7 after operation (PCT: Ftime=678.607, Fintergroup=2 218.323, Finteraction=653.150; CRP: Ftime=392.724, Fintergroup=1 812.502, FInteraction =379.577; CD64: Ftime=373.686, Fintergroup=4 817.438, Finteraction=528.353, all P< 0.001) . The area under the ROC curve of combined detection of PCT, CPR, and CD64 for predicting early infection was 0.856; the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were 69.2% and 94.7%, respectively. The combined detection of three indicators showed better prediction values than PCT, CRP and CD64 alone ( Z=6.176, 3.838 and 2.431, P<0.01 or <0.05), and also better than combined detection of PCT and CRP ( Z=2.875, P=0.019). Conclusions:The combined detection of CD64, PCT and CRP is of value in prediction of postoperative infection after internal fixation of limb fractures, which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of the active compounds in Banxia Houpo Decoction treating tension type headache through network pharmacology and molecular docking.Methods:The potentially effective components and targets of Banxia Houpo Decoction were screened by TCMSP, and the action targets of tension type headache were obtained by GeneCards, PharmGKB, TTD, Drugbank and OMIM. The intersection target of "Banxia Houpo Decoction - tension type headache" was obtained by Perl software. The protein interaction network was uploaded to STRING database and topological analysis was carried out. With the help of Cytoscape 3.8.0 software, the visualization network of "Banxia Houpo Decoction - medicine ingredient-Target-tension type headache" was constructed, and the GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the intersection targets were carried out by using R 4.1.0 language and related programs. The AutoDockTools-1.5.6 software was used to complete the molecular docking analysis.Results:There were 33 intersection targets in Banxia Houpo Decoction and tension type headache. Topological attribute analysis suggested that MAPK1, TP53, ESR1, PTGS2, MYC, CYP1A2, CYP3A4 and GSTP1 might be important potential targets of Banxia Houpo Decoction in the prevention and treatment of tension type headache. GO enrichment analysis showed 516 cell biological processes (BP), 62 cell components (CC) and 149 molecular functions (MF). KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that there were 94 related signal pathways, such as cGMP-PKG signaling pathway, Cholinergicsynapse, Serotonergic synapse and TNF signaling pathway.Conclusions:Banxia Houpo Decoction has multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway characteristics in the prevention and treatment of tension-type headache. It mainly acts on 5-HT synaptic pathway, TNF signal pathway, cholinergic synaptic pathway, G protein coupled receptor pathway and other pathways through ESR1, TP53, PGTS2 and other multi target.

Objective:To compare the modeling effects of anhydrous ethanol chemical injury method and uterine curettage combine uterine lipopolysaccharide indwelling double injury method, and to explore the stability of the models.Methods:Totally 110 SD female rats were randomly divided into normal group ( n=30), dual injury group ( n=40) and alcohol group ( n=40) by using a random number table. In the alcohol group, 95% absolute ethanol was injected into the uterine cavity to damage the endometrium, and in the dual injury group, lipopolysaccharide cotton thread was retained in the uterine cavity for 2 d after uterine curettage, and sham operation was performed in the normal group. After retrieval of the uteri on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th weeks post-procedure, they were embedded in paraffin, serially sectioned at 5 μm thickness and routinely stained with hematoxylin and eosin and masson stains. The sections obtained from the samples collected from the above were also used to detect the expression of CD31 (a vascular marker) on the uterine tissues by immunohistochemistry staining. Results:1) Two weeks after operation, the endometrial thickness of the two models were smaller than that of the normal group, and tended to be stable. The thickness of endometrium in alcohol group decreased more significantly than that in dual injury group (all P<0.05). 2) One week post-procedure, the number of endometrial glands in the two models was significantly less than that in the normal group, and it was more obvious in the alcohol group than that in the dual injury group (all P<0.05). 3) The area of endometrial interstitial fibrosis in the model groups were both higher than that in the normal group from one week after operation (all P<0.05), but the fibrosis area in the alcohol group decreased from the 8th week. 4) One week post-procedure, the expression of CD31 in the endometrial stroma of the two models were significantly lower than that in the normal group ( P<0.05), and the decrease in the alcohol group was more obvious than that in the dual injury group (all P<0.05). 5) The comparison of the pregnancy ability and the number of fetal mice between 2-week and 12-week model mice showed that the fertility of the model mice was affected, and the fertility of the alcohol group was more affected than that of the dual injury model group. Conclusion:The two methods can both induce uterine adhesion. Alcohol injury method is simple and economical, but the stability of fibrosis is poor, and the thickness of endometrium, the number of glands and the changes of blood vessels accord with the pathological changes of thin endometrium, which is more suitable for the study of thin endometrial diseases. The dual injury model is close to the clinical injury method, and the model is more stable, which can meet the needs of uterine adhesion related research.

[Conclusion] The emerging treatment of music therapy is to be carried forward, as a kind of special treatment, has been accepted by more and more people, the five kinds of TCM psychological disorder states in detail dividing the specific psychological insomnia, has played a guiding role to the design of the music prescription.
