Objective To investigate the effects of Echinococcus multilocularis infection on levels of memory T (Tm) cells and their subsets in lymph nodes of mice at different stages of infection, so as to provide new insights into immunotherapy for alveolarechinococcosis. MethodsTwenty-four C57BL/6J mice aged 6 to 9 weeks were randomly divided into the infection group and the control group, of 12 mice in each group. Mice in the infection group were administered with 3 000 E. multilocularis protoscoleces via portal venous injection, while animals in the control group were administered with an equal volume of physiological saline. Three mice from each group were sacrificed 4, 12 weeks and 24 weeks post-infection, and lymph nodes were sampled and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) to investigate the histopathological changes of mouse lymph nodes in the infection group. The expression and localization of T lymphocyte surface markers CD3, CD4, and CD8 were observed in mouse lymph nodes using immunohistochemical staining. In addition, lymphocyte suspensions were prepared from mouse lymph nodes in both groups at different time points post-infection, and the levels of Tm cell subsets and their secreted cytokines were detected using flow cytometry. Results HE staining showed diffuse structural alterations in the subcapsular cortical and paracortical regions of mouse lymph nodes in the infection group 4 weeks post-infection with E. multilocularis. Immunohistochemical staining detected CD3, CD4 and CD8 expression in mouse lymph nodes in both groups. Flow cytometry revealed higher proportions of CD4⁺ Tm cells [(55.3 ± 4.8)% vs. (38.8 ± 6.1)%; t = -4.259, P < 0.05] and CD4⁺ tissue-resident Tm (Trm) cells [(57.7 ± 3.7)% vs. (34.1 ± 11.2)%; t = -3.990, P < 0.05] in mouse lymph nodes in the infection group than in the control group 4 weeks post-infection, and higher proportions of CD4⁺ Tm cells [(34.6 ± 3.2)% vs. (23.3 ± 7.5)%; t = -2.764, P < 0.05] and CD4⁺ Trm cells [(44.0 ± 1.9)% vs. (31.2 ± 1.5)%; t = -4.039, P < 0.05] in mouse lymph nodes in the infection group than in the control group 24 weeks post-infection. The proportions of CD8⁺ Tm cells were higher in the infection group than in the control group 4 weeks [(56.8 ± 2.7)% vs. (43.9 ± 5.2)%; t = -4.416, P < 0.01] and 12 weeks post-infection [(25.4 ± 2.7)% vs. (12.0 ± 2.6)%; t = -2.552, P < 0.05], while the proportions of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α⁺ CD4⁺ T cells [(15.7 ± 5.0)% vs. (49.4 ± 6.4)%; t = 7.150, P < 0.01], TNF-α⁺CD8⁺ T cells [(20.7 ± 5.5)% vs. (57.5 ± 8.4)%; t = -6.694, P < 0.01], and TNF-α⁺ CD8⁺ Tm cells [7.0% (1.0%) vs. 31.0% (11.0%); Z = -2.236, P < 0.05] were lower in the infection group than in the control group 24 weeks post-infection. Conclusions Tm cells levels are consistently increased in lymph nodes of mice at different stages of E. multilocularis infection, with Trm cells as the predominantly elevated subset. The impaired capacity of CD8⁺ Tm cells to secrete the effector molecule TNF-α in mouse lymph nodes at the late-stage infection may facilitate chronic parasitism of E. multilocularis.

This paper explores the therapeutic approach for glaucoma based on the concept of "jueyin （厥阴） as the closing phase" from the perspectives of time and space. In traditional Chinese medicine， jueyin governs inward， converging aspect of qi， representing the crucial turning point between the end of yin and the emergence of yang， as well as the transformation between yin and yang. When the closing and descending function of jueyin operates smoothly， it promotes the inward convergence and smooth descent of qi， enabling the internal retention of blood， spirit， and emotions， which nourishes the internal organs and moistens the meridian-sinews. Conversely， dysfunction of this "closing" mechanism results in a disturbance of yin and yang， a mixture of cold and heat， and disharmony of qi and blood. It is proposed that "failure of jueyin to properly close and descend" is a core pathomechanism of glaucoma. From the perspective of spatiotemporal theory， clinical treatment should focus on "regulating the closing function of jueyin and harmonizing yin and yang". The modified Wumei Pill （乌梅丸） is recommended to adjust the ascending-descending and entering-exiting dynamics of jueyin qi transformation， thereby restoring its free flow， achieving yin and yang balance， and ensuring nourishment to the ocular system.

ObjectiveThis study aims to investigate the molecular mechanism by which Guizhi Fulingwan （GFW） inhibits ferroptosis in endometriosis （EMT） through the regulation of the hypoxia inducible factor-1α/heme oxygenase 1 （HIF-1α/HO-1） signaling pathway. MethodsMachine learning was employed to identify ferroptosis-related biomarkers associated with EMT. Network pharmacology was utilized to identify the active components of GFW and its potential therapeutic targets against EMT， including core targets. Functional enrichment analysis was conducted to explore the biological processes， molecular functions， cellular components， and signaling pathways associated with the potential targets. An EMT rat model was established via autologous transplantation. Thirty female Sprague-Dawley （SD） rats were randomly divided into five groups： sham-operated， model， positive control （dienogest at 0.2 mg·kg^-1）， low-dose GFW （2.5 g·kg^-1）， and high-dose GFW （5 g·kg^-1）. After modeling， the rats received their respective treatment by oral gavage for 28 consecutive days， while the sham and model groups received equal volumes of distilled water. Serum and ectopic endometrial tissues were collected. Hematoxylin and eosin （HE） staining was employed to evaluate morphological alterations in ectopic lesions. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction （Real-time PCR） and Western blot were conducted to assess mRNA and protein expression of HIF-1α， HO-1， glutathione peroxidase 4 （GPX4）， spermidine/spermine N1-acetyltransferase （SAT1）， and prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2 （PTGS2）. Tissue levels of malondialdehyde （MDA）， glutathione （GSH）， and ferrous iron （Fe²⁺） were quantified using commercial assay kits. Serum levels of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and transforming growth factor-β₁ （TGF-β₁） were measured via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. ResultsFive ferroptosis-related biomarkers in EMT were identified： ALOX12， CHAC1， SAT1， AST1， and HO-1. Network pharmacology analysis revealed 42 active components of GFW and 192 potential therapeutic target genes related to EMT treatment， with FOS， JUN， HO-1 identified as core targets. Functional enrichment analysis indicated that the potential targets were primarily involved in oxidative stress response and reactive oxygen species metabolism and were enriched in the HIF-1 signaling pathway. Compared to the sham-operated group， the model group exhibited significant increases in both mRNA and protein expression of HIF-1α， HO-1， and PTGS2， as well as elevated tissue levels of Fe²⁺ and MDA. Conversely， GSH levels and the expression of GPX4 and SAT1 were markedly reduced， and serum levels of IL-6 and TGF-β₁ levels were significantly higher （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， all GFW-treated groups showed significant downregulation of HIF-1α and HO-1， reduced Fe²⁺ levels， and downregulated expression of MDA， PTGS2， IL-6， and TGF-β₁. Meanwhile， GSH， GPX4， and SAT1 expression levels were significantly increased （P<0.05， P<0.01）， effectively ameliorating iron overload and oxidative stress， thereby demonstrating therapeutic efficacy in EMT， with the high-dose GFW demonstrating the most pronounced therapeutic effects. ConclusionGFW exerts therapeutic effects on endometriosis by regulating the HIF-1α/HO-1 signaling pathway to rectify iron metabolism disorders and attenuate free iron-induced oxidative damage. It upregulates the antioxidative defense system to inhibit lipid peroxidation cascades and modulates inflammatory cytokine networks. These effects collectively disrupt the pathological interaction between ferroptosis and chronic inflammation， providing a novel theoretical foundation for the clinical application of GFW in EMT treatment.

Objective: To examine the relationship among physical education core literacy, exercise self efficacy, physical self esteem and subjective exercise experience among middle school students, and to analyze the latent classes of exercise self efficacy, so as to provide evidence for enhancing adolescents subjective exercise experience. Methods: Using stratified cluster random sampling, 2 569 students from 12 provinces, autonomous regions or municipality directly under the central govement (Jiangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Guizhou, Henan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shandong, Hubei, Hebei) were surveyed from September to November in 2024 with Core Competency Scale of Physical Education, Subjective Exercise Experiences Scale, Exercise Self Efficacy Scale, and Physical Self esteem Scale. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to explore the relationships among physical education core literacy, exercise self efficacy, physical self esteem, and subjective exercise experience. Mediation models with Bootstrap testing were employed to examine the mediating roles of exercise self efficacy and physical self esteem in the relationship between physical education core literacy and subjective exercise experience. Latent profile analysis (LPA) of exercise self efficacy was performed using Mplus 8.3. Results: Pearson correlation analysis revealed positive associations between physical education core literacy and exercise self efficacy ( r =0.21), physical self esteem ( r =0.38), and subjective exercise experience ( r =0.40); exercise self efficacy was positively correlated with physical self esteem ( r =0.25) and subjective exercise experience ( r =0.45); and physical self esteem was positively correlated with subjective exercise experience ( r =0.34) (all P <0.01). Mediation analysis indicated that physical education core literacy positively predicted subjective exercise experience ( β =0.41, P <0.05), with exercise self efficacy and physical self esteem serving as partial mediators (effect size=0.14, P <0.01), accounting for 34% of the total effect. LPA identified three latent classes of exercise self efficacy:low (14.71%, n =378), moderate (65.51%, n =1 683), and high (19.78%, n =508) exercise self efficacy groups. Conclusion Adolescents exercise self efficacy demonstrates heterogeneity, and both exercise self efficacy and physical self esteem mediate the relationship between physical education core literacy and subjective exercise experience.

[摘 要] 目的：探究肺癌磷酸甘油酸变位酶1（PGAM1）对肺癌LLC细胞增殖和迁移的调控作用，以及PGAM1对肿瘤微环境中CD8+ T细胞功能和浸润的影响。方法：将shPGAM1及shNC慢病毒感染LLC细胞，筛选稳定细胞，分别命名为shPGAM1组和NC组，WB和qPCR法检测两组细胞中PGAM1蛋白和mRNA的表达水平。CCK-8法和实时细胞分析仪检测敲低PGAM1对LLC细胞增殖和迁移的影响；流式细胞术检测与两组细胞分别体外共培养后CD8+ T细胞功能性受体（TIM-3、PD-1、GrzmB、Ki67）表达的变化。构建小鼠肺癌LLC细胞皮下移植瘤模型，监测PGAM1表达对肿瘤生长的影响，通过流式细胞术检测敲低PGAM1对肿瘤微环境中CD8+ T细胞浸润的影响。结果：shPGAM1组细胞中PGAM1蛋白和mRNA表达水平较NC组均显著降低。敲低PGAM1可降低LLC细胞的增殖和迁移能力（Ρ < 0.000 1或Ρ < 0.05）。与shPGAM1组细胞共培养后，CD8+ T细胞的耗竭标志物（TIM-3、PD-1）表达均降低（Ρ < 0.000 1或Ρ < 0.01）。敲低PGAM1后肿瘤生长受到显著抑制，且肿瘤组织中CD8+ T细胞浸润增加（Ρ <0.000 1）。结论：靶向敲低PGAM1可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移，降低CD8⁺ T细胞耗竭标志物的表达及促进肿瘤内T细胞浸润，双重调控肿瘤生长与抗肿瘤免疫。

Objective: To understand the dynamic temporal evolution pathways of Internet addiction among university students and to identify the core driving nodes, so as to provide theoretical evidences for the precise implementation of targeted interventions. Methods: Using a convenient cluster sampling method, a total of 1 066 full time freshmen and sophomores were recruited from three universities in Guizhou, Jiangxi, and Guangdong Provinces for a follow up survey (T1:January-March 2024; T2:January-March 2025). The Revised Chen Internet Addiction Scale (CIAS-R) was employed to assess the status of Internet addiction among university students, and cross sectional as well as cross lagged panel network models were constructed to analyze Internet addiction and its multidimensional influencing factors. Results: The T1 network comprised 19 nodes and 114 non zero edges, while the T2 network comprised 19 nodes and 126 non zero edges. Cross sectional network analysis revealed the strongest association between "insufficient sleep" and "daytime fatigue"; the core nodes were "first thought upon waking for going online" and "feeling low after disconnection" (characteristics of psychological dependence) at T1, while the core nodes shifted to "impaired health" and "excitement when online" (characteristics of functional impairment and addictive psychodynamic features) at T2. Cross lagged network analysis further indicated that "reduced leisure" directly predicted "sleep compression", and a bidirectional relationship was observed between "needing more time to achieve satisfaction" and "academic decline". Conclusions Internet addiction among university students exhibits dynamic evolutionary characteristics. Stage specific targeted interventions focusing on core driving nodes are needed, integrating behavioral regulation and academic support to break the vicious cycle and enhancing the ability to cope with real life demands.

Objective: To explore the longitudinal relationship between regulatory emotional self-efficacy and the persistence of exercise, so as to provide a reference for promoting the development of exercise habits among college students. Methods: Using a cluster random sampling method, one undergraduate institution was selected from each of Jiangxi, Hunan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangdong, Anhui, and Fujian provinces. A total of 2 576 college students were recruited. The Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale and Exercise Persistence Scale were distributed to college students through the questionnaire star platform. Three rounds of questionnaire surveys were completed in September 2023 (T1), December 2023 (T2), and March 2024 (T3). Crosslagged analysis was employed to explore the relationship between regulatory emotional selfefficacy and the persistence of college students exercise. Results: Repeated measures analysis of variance indicated that the main effects of regulatory emotional self-efficacy on time and gender were statistically significant ( F =102.15, η 2=0.07; F =34.80, η 2=0.01), and the interaction effects between time and gender, as well as between time and academic stage, were also statistically significant ( F =3.81, η 2=0.00; F = 25.54 , η 2=0.02)( P ＜ 0.05). The main effect of exercise persistence on time was statistically significant ( F =111.28, η 2=0.05) and the interaction effect between time and academic stage was statistically significant ( F =27.13, η 2=0.02)( P <0.01). Cross lagged analysis revealed that regulatory emotional self-efficacy at T1 positively predicted exercise persistence at T2 ( β =0.068), and regulatory emotional self-efficacy at T2 positively predicted exercise persistence at T3 ( β =0.368)( P ＜0.01). Prior exercise persistence positively predicted subsequent exercise persistence, with path coefficients of 0.298 and 0.240 ( P <0.01). Exercise persistence at T1 negatively predicted regulatory emotional self-efficacy at T2 ( β =-0.068), and exercise persistence at T2 positively predicted regulatory emotional self-efficacy at T3 ( β =0.061) ( P <0.01). Prior regulatory emotional self-efficacy positively predicted subsequent regulatory emotional self-efficacy, with path coefficients of 0.271 and 0.639 ( P <0.01). Conclusions There is a longitudinal causal relationship between regulatory emotional self-efficacy and college students exercise persistence. In daily physical activities, the significant role of emotional factors in sports practices should be emphasized to promote exercise behaviors among college students.

OBJECTIVE To conduct rapid health technology assessment （HTA） of ulinastatin （UTI）， and to evaluate the efficacy， safety and cost-effectiveness of UTI in the treatment of acute pancreatitis （AP）. METHODS Retrieved from PubMed， Embase， the Cochrane Library， CNKI， Wanfang database， CBM and official websites of HTA institutions， the systematic review （SR）/meta-analysis， economic evaluation and HTA reports of UTI in the treatment of AP were collected from the inception to Apr. 2024. Two researchers independently conducted screening， quality evaluation and data extraction according to the admission and exclusion criteria， and descriptive analysis was adopted to analyze and summarize the data. RESULTS A total of 19 studies were included， involving 15 SR/meta-analysis and 4 economic studies， and no HTA report was retrieved. In the treatment of AP， UTI showed clear advantages over conventional treatment alone in terms of improving the overall effective rate， shortening the recovery time of amylase， reducing the time required to relieve abdominal pain and distension， lowering the mortality rate， and decreasing the average hospital stay. Compared to other positive drugs （carbendate mesylate， octreotide， somatostatin， etc.）， its efficacy is similar， with a favorable safety profile. As far as the current research was concerned， UTI had obvious economic advantages over other positive drugs. CONCLUSIONS UTI is safe and effective in the treatment of AP， and has economic advantages.

OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid analytical method to identify the chemical components in Xitong preparations for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled triple time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Triple-TOF-MS/MS). METHODS The analysis was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 (2.1 mm×150 mm, 1.8 μm) column with the mobile phase consisting of water containing 0.1% formic acid(A) and acetonitrile containing 0.1% formic acid(B) in gradient mode at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min−1. Data acquisition was carried out under positive and negative ion modes. The processed data was analyzed by Peakview software and compound database. The chemical components were determined by comparison with standard products, combining with the characteristic fragments in secondary MS, and those in the related literatures. RESULTS Seventy-eight compounds were identified including 20 phenylpropanoids, 33 terpenes, 19 flavonoids, 6 oxylipins, two of which might be new compounds. CONCLUSION The method can be used for rapid identification of chemical compositions in Xitong preparations, which provides basis for quality control and elucidation of phamarcodynamic material basis of Xitong pills and capsules .

OBJECTIVE To explore the regulatory mechanism of Danshen decoction on dyslipidemia in hyperlipidemia model rats. METHODS The experimental rats were divided into blank group （n＝9， no modeling）， model group （n＝8， modeling）， and Danshen decoction group （n＝9， modeling）. Starting from the 9th week of feeding with the high-fat diet， rats in the Danshen decoction group were given the corresponding medication solution （3.6 g/kg） intragastrically， while blank group and model group were given equal volume of normal saline， once a day， for 4 consecutive weeks. After 4 weeks of administration， the plasma levels of triglycerides （TG）， total cholesterol （TC）， low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）， and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） were measured in each group of rats； the pathological and morphological changes of liver tissue were observed； the differential proteins between samples were screened out by TMT quantitative proteomic analysis； the expression levels of the key differentially expressed proteins in the liver， including epoxide hydrolase 2 （EPHX2）， perilipin 2 （PLIN2）， peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ （PPAR γ） and glycogen synthase kinase-3β （GSK-3β）were detected. RESULTS Compared with the model group， the plasma levels of TC， TG and LDL-C in the Danshen decoction group were significantly reduced （P＜0.05）， while the level of HDL-C was significantly increased （P＜0.05）. The liver tissue of rats inmodel group showed uneven staining， disordered arrangement of liver plates， disappearance of liver sinusoids， nuclearcondensation or disappearance of some cells， swelling and fusion of cytoplasm， proliferation of connective tissue， and diffuse vacuolar-like fat droplet changes. The liver tissue of Danshen decoction group showed varying degrees of improvement in the above pathological and morphological. The results of differential protein analysis showed that the total number of differential proteins was 298 between the model group and the blank group； the total number of differential proteins was 139 between the model group and Danshen decoction group. Compared with the model group， the expression levels of EPHX2 and PLIN2 proteins in the liver tissue of rats in the Danshen decoction group were significantly reduced （P＜0.01）， while the expression levels of GSK-3β and PPARγ were significantly increased （P＜0.01）. CONCLUSIONS Danshen decoction has a significant improvement effect on the plasma lipid levels and the pathological and morphological of the liver tissue in hyperlipidemia model rats. Its regulatory mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of PPARγ and GSK-3β expression and down-regulation of EPHX2 and PLIN2 expression， and the signaling pathways involved may include PPAR-γ signal pathway.
