Objective To evaluate the efficacy, safety and economy of inclisiran in the treatment of dyslipidemia by rapid health technology assessment, and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical treatment. Methods PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,SinoMed databases, and official websites of health technology assessment(HTA)institutions were systematically searched to collect HTA reports, systematic reviews/Meta-analysis and pharmacoeconomic studies on inclisiran for the treatment of dyslipidemia from inception to December 31,2024.Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted information and performed quality assessment of the included literature, and then qualitative synthesis and analysis of the findings were conducted. Results A total of 8 studies were included, comprising 7 systematic reviews/Meta-analysis and 1 pharmacoeconomic study. In terms of efficacy, inclisiran significantly reduced low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein B,total cholesterol, triglycerides and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in patients with dyslipidemia compared to placebo. In terms of safety, the incidence of adverse drug reactions associated with inclisiran did not differ significantly from that of placebo, with the most common adverse drug reactions being mild injection site reactions. In terms of cost-effectiveness,the current price of inclisiran made its combination therapy with statins economically unfavorable compared to statin monotherapy. Conclusion The efficacy and safety of inclisiran in the treatment of dyslipidemia are good. However, due to its current pricing, the combination therapy of inclisiran with statins is not yet cost-advantageous compared to statin monotherapy in clinical practice.

Objective To mine and analyze the adverse drug event(ADE)signals of trastuzumab emtansine(T-DM1)and trastuzumab deruxtecan(T-DXd)using the Japanese Adverse Drug Event Reporting(JADER)database, and to provide reference for safe clinical use of the two drugs in Asian populations. Methods The ADEs reported for T-DM1 and T-DXd from the Japanese JADER database from January 2014 to June 2024 were mined and analyzed using the reporting odds ratio method,Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency method, and information component method. Results A total of 1 013 ADE reports were extracted for T-DM1,involving 733 patients.38 ADE signals were detected, and 18 ADE signals were not documented in package inserts in China.Similarly,1 224 ADE reports were obtained for T-DXd,involving 732 patients.A total of 25 ADE signals were detected, and 10 ADE signals not documented in package inserts in China. The ADE signals of T-DM1 were involved in the system organ class(SOC)with unique conditions such as cardiac disorders, nervous system disorders, and ocular organ diseases. The ADE signals of T-DXd were involved in the SOC with unique conditions such as infections and infestations, general disorders and administration site conditions. Conclusion T-DM1 and T-DXd exhibit differences in terms of high-frequency ADE,SOC distribution, and overall safety profiles. In clinical practice,it is important to enhance our understanding of the primary ADEs and differential ADEs associated with T-DM1 and T-DXd.Additionally,close monitoring of patients'parameters, including blood routine, pulmonary function, hepatic function, and cardiac function, should be carried out throughout the treatment period to enable timely intervention when necessary.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on improving the capacity load, nutritional status and quality of life of patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods A total of 200 patients underwent peritoneal dialysis were selected as study subjects.According to the different nursing methods, the patients were divided into control group (n=100) with routine nursing and intervention group (n=100) with comprehensive nursing intervention.Capacity load, nutritional status before and after care and quality of life were compared, and related complications after 6 months of discharge were analyzed. Results The blood pressure (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean pressure) and body mass of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the type and numbers of antihypertensive drugs between the intervention group and the control group (P>0.05);The scores of serum albumin, hemoglobin level and quality of life in the intervention group were higher, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care intervention for peritoneal dialysis patients can reduce its capacity load, prevent complications, improve quality of life and nutritional status.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer.MethodFrom 1993 to 2000, 86 female cases of stage ⅠⅡa breast cancer received breast conserving comprehensive therapy. Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsThe 5 year survival rate of this group was 96.5% and the 5 year recurrence rate was 5.2%.The postoperative contour of the breast was satisfactory.ConclusionBreast-conserving surgery is safe and effective therapy for early breast cancer, when strict indication and necessary safe margin of resection is obeyed by. Postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be properly arranged and the patients should be closely followed-up.
