Objective:To investigate the recognition advantage of metaphorical micro-counseling dialogue texts in mental health contexts, and to explore a potential explanatory role of insight. Methods:A total of 104 col-lege students, recruited through a network announcement, were randomly assigned to three groups. In the learning phase, participants read negative cognitions paired with metaphorical or literal solutions and rated the insightfulness of each solution. In the recognition phase, previously unseen solutions were intermixed, and participants judged whether each item had been presented before and rated their confidence.Recognition was assessed after 15 minutes(n=37),1 day(n=33),or 7 days(n=34).Reaction time was recorded, and recognition sensitivity and criterion was calculated using signal detection theory. Results:At three intervals, the scores of insightfulness, recognition sen-sitivity,recognition criterion, and recognition confidence of metaphorical solutions were both higher than those of literal solutions(Ps<0.001),and the recognition reaction time of metaphorical solutions were all shorter than those of literal solutions(P<0.001).The insightfulness scores of the solutions were positively correlated with the scores of recognition sensitivity, recognition criterion, recognition confidence, and recognition reaction time(β=0.67,0.13,0.18,-0.39).Conclusion:This study suggests that the use of metaphors in mental health contexts may en-hance long-term memory, with insight playing a significant mediating role in this process.

Objective:To investigate the effect of metaphorical acceptance-based intervention on alleviating negative emotions in college students. Methods:Totally 112 college students were assigned to the metaphorical in-tervention group(n=40),the non-metaphorical intervention group(n=36),and the control group(n=36).Both intervention groups received online group intervention once a week for 2 weeks, while the control group received no intervention. The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition(AAQ-Ⅱ),and a self-report acceptance item were used to assess participants'anxiety, depression, experiential avoidance, and acceptance at baseline,2-week post-intervention,1-week follow-up,and 3-week follow-up.Results:After 2-week interventions, the scores of GAD-7,PHQ-9,and AAQ-Ⅱ in the meta-phorical group were lower than that at baseline, and the scores of self-report acceptance were higher than that at baseline(Ps<0.01).In the non-metaphorical group, the scores of GAD-7 at 1-week follow-up,the scores of PHQ-9 at 2-week post-intervention and 1-week follow-up,and the scores of AAQ-Ⅱ after 2-week post-intervention were all lower than that at baseline(Ps<0.05).The scores of self-report acceptance after 2 weeks post-intervention were all higher than baseline(Ps<0.001).The decrease of scores of AAQ-Ⅱ only mediated the reduction of scores of GAD-7(95%CI=-2.39--0.38)and PHQ-9(95%CI=-2.65--0.44)caused by metaphorical acceptance-based intervention. Conclusion:Online metaphorical acceptance-based intervention may have larger efficacy than non-metaphorical intervention in continuously alleviating anxiety, and the reduction of experiential avoidance plays an important role in alleviating anxiety and depression in metaphorical acceptance-based intervention.

Objective To isolate a Acinetobacter baumannii(Ab)phage from underground sewage, study its prop-erties,and to provide a theoretical basis for phage treatment of Ab infection. Methods Double-layer agar tech-nique was used to isolate phages by using Ab GY-6 as the host strain.Biological characterization and therapeutic effect of the phage was tested.Genetic information of the phage was analyzed. Results Ab phage Abgy202162 was isolated.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)analysis showed that the morphology of Abgy202162 exhibited an icosahedral structure.Biological characteristic analysis showed that the optimal multiplicity of infection was 1,the latent period was 5 min,and the burst size was approximately 520 PFU per cell.In addition,Abgy202162 re-mained stable at different concentrations of chloroform,pH,and temperatures.Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacryl-amide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)analysis showed that it contained 10 proteins with molecular weights ran-ging from 15 to 100 ku.The double-stranded(ds)DNA genome of Abgy202162 consisted of 40 889 bp and its G+C content was 38.85%.It contained 47 open reading frames(ORFs),of which 26 had specific functions, but no virulence related genes or antibiotic resistance genes were found.Phylogenetic analysis showed that Abgy202162 was a new phage in the Autographiviridae family,Beijerinkvirinae subfamily, and Friunavirus genus.Abgy202162 showed the ability to prevent Ab infection in the Galleria mellonella in vivo model. Conclusion The phage Ab-gy202162 has strong environmental tolerance and high safety, indicating its potential as an antibiotic alternative used in the treatment of infections caused by Ab.

Periarticular fracture of the shoulder is a common type of fractures in the elderly. Postoperative adverse events such as internal fixation failure, humeral head ischemic necrosis and upper limb dysfunction occur frequently, which seriously endangers the exercise and health of the elderly. Compared with the fracture with normal bone mass, the osteoporotic periarticular fracture of the shoulder is complicated with slow healing and poor rehabilitation, so the clinical management becomes more difficult. At present, there is no targeted guideline or consensus for this type of fracture in China. In such context, experts from Youth Osteoporosis Group of Chinese Orthopedic Association, Orthopedic Expert Committee of Geriatrics Branch of Chinese Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics, Osteoporosis Group of Youth Committee of Chinese Association of Orthopedic Surgeons and Osteoporosis Committee of Shanghai Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine developed the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporotic periarticular fracture of the shoulder in the elderly ( version 2023). Nine recommendations were put forward from the aspects of diagnosis, treatment strategies and rehabilitation of osteoporotic periarticular fracture of the shoulder, hoping to promote the standardized, systematic and personalized diagnosis and treatment concept and improve functional outcomes and quality of life in elderly patients with osteoporotic periarticular fracture of the shoulder.

Chemotherapy as a routine method for clinical treatment of cancer has disadvantages such as significant toxicity and strong resistance. In order to improve the efficacy of the drugs and reduce the by-effects, we tried to combine static magnetic field (SMF) with cisplatin or adriamycin. The growth of Hepa1-6 cells treated with the static magnetic field (SMF) combined with cisplatin or adriamycin was significantly inhibited, as detected with MTT (3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide) test. Combined treatment group cells underwent significant morphological changes as observed by HE (Hematoxylin and eosin) staining under optical microscope. Cell cycle analysis indicated that SMF increased the ratio of cells arrested in G2/M phase caused by cisplatin, and when treated with SMF combined with adriamycin, cells were almost arrested in G1 and G2/M phase. SCGE test showed that SMF can enhance the ability of cisplatin or adriamycin to promote cell DNA damage. Atomic force microscope observation found that the combination of antitumor drugs and magnetic field treatment induced larger and deeper holes on the cell membrane, and surface structure damage is serious. The combination of antitumor drugs and magnetic field technology effectively inhibits the growth of tumor cells, and reduces drug doses. The results implicate this method as potential cancer therapy.
