Objective:To analyze the status of social support and the influencing factors of support utilization among general practitioners.Methods:An investigation on the status of social support and the influencing factors of support utilization was conducted among general practitioners (GPs) from 6 communities in Shanghai Minhang District selected by simple sampling method in February 2023. The investigation included a questionnaire survey containing basic information and intervention measures (emotional support, information support, tool support); and assessments of the Social Support Rate Scale (SSRS), Perceived Social Support Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, Quality of Work Life Scale, Trait Coping Style Scale, and Psychological Resilience Scale. The association of social support status with various characteristics of GPs and their perceived social support and trait coping style was analyzed, and the influencing factors of social support utilization were determined.Results:A total of 184 questionnaires were distributed and 184 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 100.00%. Among the 184 participants, 55 (29.89%) had a general level of social support, and 129 (70.11%) were satisfied with their social support. The total score of SSRS was (37.49±8.41), with the objective support dimension scoring (9.67±3.42), subjective support scoring (20.04±4.52), and support utilization scoring (7.77±2.09). Univariate analysis showed significant differences in social support levels among respondents with different marital status, number of children, emotional support, informational support, instrumental support, positive coping, negative coping, psychological resilience, compassion fatigue, general self-efficacy, and perceived social support status ( P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that marital status, family support, professional skills, positive coping, and negative coping were independent influencing factors of social support. Among these factors, being married, having family care support, professional titles and skills and positive coping had a positive impact on social support levels, while negative coping had a negative impact ( P<0.05). Further stepwise multiple linear regression analysis showed that friend support, positive coping and family care were positive influencing factors for support utilization, while negative coping was a negative influencing factor ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The levels of social support among GPs in Minghang district of Shanghai are relatively high. Marital status, family support, professional title and skills and positive coping are positive factors for social support; and friend support, positive coping and family support are positive factors for support utilization.

【Objective】 To investigate and summarize the clinical and imaging features of a few patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Lanzhou City. 【Methods】 We carried out a retrospective analysis of the epidemiological data, laboratory results and clinical imaging features of eight hospitalized patients with confirmed COVID-19 in The First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 23 to February 23, 2020. 【Results】 The sex ratio (men to women) of the 8 patients was 5∶3 while their age ranged from 24 to 57 years old. The incubation period was 1-10 days. Of the 8 patients, 7(87.5%) had COVID-19 brought in from other places in China and 1(12.5%) was a secondary infection case. The main clinical manifestations included cough in 6 cases (75%), fever in 4 cases (50%), expectoration in 3 cases (37.5%), and fatigue in 2 cases (25%). All the 8 cases indicated abnormal manifestations in blood routine examinations, 4 cases (50%) decreased in WBC, 7 cases (87.5%) decreased in Lym count, 5 cases (62.5%) increased in LDH, 1 case (12.5%) increased in CK, 1 case(12.5%) increased in CK-MB, 4 cases (50%) increased in CRP, 2 cases (25%) increased in PCT, and 1 case (12.5%) increased in D-dimer. Of the 2 patients examined by chest digital radiography (DR), one DR finding was not typical and the other one suggested increased bilateral lung markings. Six patients were examined by HRCT, of whom four (50%) showed multiple ground glass opacities on both lobes and two (25%) showed multiple ground glass opacities only on the right lobe; none of the 6 imaging findings suggested pleural effusion. Six patients were discharged from hospital after being cured and 1 patient still underwent treatment. 【Conclusion】 Most of these 8 patients had COVID-19 imported from outside the city, and the patients were relatively young with few underlying diseases. Their major symptoms were fever, cough, and expectoration. All of them exhibited abnormal findings in blood routine examinations; half of them suggested increased CRP while a few ones showed abnormal CK and Ddimer values. The imaging manifestations of most patients were multiple ground glass opacities near the peripheral pleura.

Objective To investigate the differences of multiple factors in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients with and without multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS),as well as in ACI patients in different MODS score groups.Methods One hundred and fifty-seven ACI patients were divided into non-MODS group( without concurrent MODS group)and MODS group.The MODS group patients were further divided into four subgroups according to the scores,including 1 -6points,7 - 12 points,13 - 18 points and points over 19.All patients were measured for procalcitonin(PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP).The National Institutes of Health stroke score( NHISS score),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation( APACHE Ⅱ score)and Watian water test score were calculated.The differences in age,gender,PCT,CRP,NHISS score,APACHE Ⅱ score,Watian water score,breathing support rate,eating rate and mortality rate between the two groups were compared.Results Non-MODS group,compared with the MODS group,was significantly younger( [72.11 ± 16.41 ] years vs.[ 77.88 ±17.67 ] years,t=2.451,P ＜ 0.05 ),and the difference in the ratio of male to female between groups was not significant (57/38 vs.34/28,x2 =0.414,P ＞ 0.05 ).Differed from MODS group,non-MODS group had significant lower PCT value ( 1.83 ± 0.51 vs.2.98 ± 0.71,P ＜ 0.01 ),CRP value ( [ 12.53 ± 7.12] mg/L vs.[69.89 ±43.83 ] mg/L,P ＜0.01 ),NHISS score(9.38 ±5.24 vs.21.35 ±7.47,P ＜0.01 ),APACHE Ⅱ score ( 11.63 ± 4.22 vs.30.92 ± 7.80,P ＜ 0.01 ),Watian water score ( 2.36 ± 0.98 vs.3.88 ± 1.09,P ＜ 0.01 ),breathing support rate ( 2.1％ vs.43.5％,P ＜ 0.01 ) and mortality rate ( 4.2％ vs.43.5％,P ＜ 0.01 ),but had remarkable higher eating rate(95.8％ vs.66.1％,P ＜0.01 ).Pairwised comparison among the four MODS score groups,the PCT,CRP,NHISS score,APACHE score,Watian water test,breathing support rate and mortality rate were significantly different(P ＜ 0.05) ;The differences in age between the 1 -6 points group and the other three groups was significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Age,PCT,CRP,NHISS score,APACHE score,Watian water test score,breathing support rate,mortality rate of the high-score MODS groups were higher than those of MODS groups with low-score in ACI patients,while eating rate was lower than that of the low-score groups.

BACKGROUND: Heal-all oral biofilm is a material utilized in repairing oral mucosa and soft tissues defects and characterized by degradation, easily preparation, long preserved duration, convenient transportation and good ossification, which has been widely used in dental implant as guided bone regeneration materials.OBJECTIVE: To check the clinical effective of Heal-all oral biofllm on guided bone regeneration in dental implant.METHODS: A total of 72 patients with bone defects in the implantation area were selected as subjects, who were divided into control group and experimental group at random. Bone defects around implants were repaired by guided bone regeneration technique with BME-10X medical collagen membrane and Heal-all oral biofilm respectively. X-ray and clinical examination were taken at 1 and 3 months after implantation. The amount of new.formed bone tissue was evaluated when stage Ⅱ operation was performed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In stage Ⅱ operation, osseointegration was formed between implants and bone tissue in all 72 patients. The average rate of bone formation was 92% in the experimental group while 91% in the control group. All implants were successfully repaired with implant denture. Occlusal function was restored successfully with all 72 implants during the follow-up period of 3-24 months after restoration. As an alternative option of BME-10X medical collagen membrane, Heal-all oral biofilm can be used in guided bone formation clinically.

The optimum decoction condition obtained was: adding water (12 times as much as medicine), decocting twice 1.5 hours each time, merging the filtrate, concentrating the merged filtrate into extract with a relative density of 1.20 (measured at 85℃), then adding alcohol slowly, and making the concentration of alcohol in the fluidextract come to 80%. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and feasible.

OBJECTIVE: To optimize the preparation process of Xiangsha Liujun Granule. METHODS: By the orthogonal design. taking the rates of recovery of volatile oil, Ginsenoside Re and qualified granules as the indexes, we optimized the oil extracting conditions, the decocting conditions and the conditions of granulation by spayer. RESULTS: The optimum oil ex- tracting conditions for four kinds of herbs(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae etc.) were that water was 30 times of herbs in weight, soaking time was 3 hours and extracting time 15 hours. The optimum decocting conditions for four kinds of herbs(Fuling etc.) were that water was 15 times of herbs in weight, soaking time was 3 hours and decocting time 4 hours, herbs were decocted twice. The optimum conditions of granulation by sprayer were that the fliud extract was 2 times of Dextrin in weight, the rel- ative density of the fliud extract was 1. 30(measured at 25℃), the voltage of sprayer was 120 volts, the period of shaking bag was 65 times(shaking bag back and forth twice in each period). CONCLUSION: The results of the experiment make it clear that the preparation process of Xiangsha Liu jun Granule is stable and feasible.
