A porous composite scaffold is prepared through freeze-drying method using sodium alginate as the matrix and calcium citrate double salt as the functional enhancer.To thoroughly investigate the structure and properties of the composite scaffold,advanced instruments including Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,and thermogravimetric analyzer are utilized for comprehensive structural characterization.Meanwhile,key properties such as porosity,mechanical performance,swelling ratio,gel fraction,and in vitro degradation rate are systematically tested and analyzed.The results show that the composite of sodium alginate and calcium citrate double salt is a physical complex.The porosity of the scaffold mainly ranges from 200 to 600 μm,and as the addition of double salt increases,the pore size firstly increases and then slightly decreases,while the pore distribution become more uneven.In terms of mechanical properties,with the gradual increase of the content of double salt in the scaffold,the mechanical properties of the scaffold are significantly improved.However,its swelling ratio and gel fraction exhibit decreasing trends.Additionally,the degradation rate of the alginate scaffold is relatively fast,while the addition of calcium citrate double salt does not significantly improve the degradation rate.This study not only provides valuable insights into the preparation and property research of porous composite scaffold composed of sodium alginate/calcium citrate double salt,but also offers important reference for their potential applications in biomedicine.

Objective:This paper analyzes the factors influencing the development of discipline construction in a tertiary specialized hospital, explores discipline improvement measures, so as to provide possible references for other medical institutions.Methods:Taking Henan Eye Hospital as an example, we analyze the current status of discipline construction, review the managing practice for the development in recent years, find out the factors influencing the development of disciplines and new challenges, and puts forward improvement measures.Results:The managing practice showed that the affecting factors of discipline construction included discipline orientation, talent teams, original innovation, medical level, academic exchanges and research platforms. Facing to the new problems under the further goal, to figure out the novel way is a guarantee for the smooth development of the medical institute.Conclusions:These measures may foster the development of discipline construction, which include focusing on discipline direction, strengthening the construction of talents, encouraging scientific and technological innovation, developing medical services, deepening the domestic and international cooperation and exchange and constructing platforms. It is important to achieve high-quality development of high-level specialized medical institutions for reaching the goal of health for all citizens.

Establishing a stable resin-dentin hybrid layer is an effective method to improve the adhesion durability of the restoration. The biomodification of dentin by cross-linkers can enhance the mechanical properties of collagen and resistance to enzymatic hydrolysis while, inhibiting the process of demineralization and promoting the remineralization of dentin, which has the potential clinical applicability of preventing dental caries and improving adhesive property. This review summarizes the biomodification of dentin type Ⅰ collagen by different cross-linkers.

Objective: To observe the effect of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) phosphorylation on type Ⅰ collagen mineralization and explore the role of small molecule compound ATP in biomimetic mineralization. Methods: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to analyze the phosphorylation of collagen molecules by different concentrations (0, 25, 50, 100 mmol/L) of ATP. The concentration of 50 mmol/L ATP was chosen to construct the phosphorylated collagen mineralization model. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to observed the ultrastructure of mineralized collagen and the collagen mineralization rate was further calculated by ImageJ software. The surface morphology of the collagen gel ATP group and the control group was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the elemental analysis was performed by using an X-ray energy spectrometer. The artificial demineralized dentin samples were mineralized for 2 days and 4 days to compare the effect of ATP on dentin remineralization by SEM. Results: FT-IR analysis showed that the formation of new peaks at wavenumbers of 642, 818, and 902 cm^-1 indicated that ATP can phosphorylate type Ⅰ collagen. Through TEM and SEM observation, the mineralization degree of type Ⅰ collagen and demineralized dentin pretreated with 50 mmol/L ATP were significantly higher than that of the control group. Compared with the control group [(31.65±1.62)%], the mineralization rate of collagen in the ATP group [(100±0)%] was significantly increased after 2 days of mineralization (P<0.05). Conclusions ATP phosphorylation can effectively promote the mineralization process of type Ⅰ collagen.

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures undergone supercapsular percutaneously assisted total hip (SuperPATH) arthroplasty.Methods A retrospective cohort analysis was made on 30 patients treated by total hip arthroplasty through the SuperPATH approach from January 2016 to July 2016.There were seven males and 23 females,aged 75-91 years (mean,77 years).Nursing methods contained application of pluralistic education before operation,application of body position management,psychologic support joint pain and sleep multidimensional strengthening nursing intervention and dislocation nursing after operation,and recovery training.Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating scale of sleep (SRSS),Barthel index and Harris hip score were used to compare clinical manifestations before and after treatment.Results SAS score was 42.5-66.3 points [(50.0 ± 6.2) points] one day before operation,compared to 33.8-53.8 points [(41.5 ± 5.2) points] five day after operation (P ＜ 0.05).SRSS score was 24-37 points [(29.9 ±3.1) points] one day before operation,compared to 14-34 points [(23.2 ± 5.3) points] five day after operation (P ＜ 0.05).Barthel index was 20-40 points [(38.5 ± 4.4) points] one day before operation,was 35-55 points [(49.7 ± 6.3)points] two day after operation and was 55-70 points [(63.5 ± 5.1)] points five day after operation,showing significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Harris hip score was 4-25 points [(14.8 ±4.2)points] one day after operation,was 59-75 points[(67.3 ± 5.1) points] two day after operation and was 66-85 points [(79.2 ± 4.3) points] two weeks after operation,showing significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).All incision healed primarily.No complications occurred.Conclusion Perioperative rehabilitation nursing of minimally invasive SuperPATH arthroplasty is effective in alleviating patients' anxiety,improving sleep status and self-care ability,enhancing postoperative rehabilitation effect and reducing risk of in-hospital complications.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.1% and 0.03% tacrolimus ointment in patients aged 18 to 65 years with atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods Treatment was given twice daily to all affected areas for 3 weeks in a multicentre, randomized, double blind, parallel, and vehicle-controlled study. Follow-up visits were scheduled on day 1(baseline), and 1, 2 and 3 weeks post-treatment. The therapeutic effect and safety were evaluated. Results A total of 211 adults with moderate to severe AD in 6 study centres were enrolled in the efficacy evaluation. The efficacy rates were 88.4%, 77.8% and 30.0% in patients treated with 0.1%, 0.03% tacrolimus ointment, and the vehicle, respectively (P
