Objective: To understand the use of condom among middle school students after outpatient abortion operation, so as to provide a basis for safe sex education and intervention. Methods: The questionnaire survey on condom use was conducted among the middle school students who had abortion operation in obstetric and gynecologic out patient clinic of Yuyao People s Hospital from 2016 to 2020. Group differences were compared by using Chi square test. Results: A total of 274 middle school students were investigated. The awareness rates on "AIDS can be transmitted through sexual contact" and "correct use of condoms can reduce the risk of AIDS through sexual transmission" were 93.80% and 91.24% respectively. The rate of condom s usage was 17.88% in the past 6 months, 5.47% of participants used condoms every time, 12.41% used condoms occasionally, and 82.12% never used condoms. About 18.37% of participants who used condoms every time or occasionally could use correctly. The top three reasons were "I don t think it s so coincidental to get pregnant once in a while" (16.44%), "I think it s very troublesome to use it" (14.67%), "I didn t expect to use it, let alone prevent diseases" (14.22%). Conclusion Yuyao City flow of students related AIDS knowledge awareness rate is high, and the condom utilization rate, the correct utilization rate is very low. According to the main reasons of not wearing condoms, do a good job of the correct use of condom publicity, through targeted sex education and intervention, to achieve the purpose of from "knowledge" to "faith" and ultimately to "practice".

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of neck-shaft angle in the treatment of proximal humerus fractures with locking plate.Methods A retrospective case-control study was done on 214 cases of proximal humerus fractures treated with locking plate in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2016.According to the presence of medial bone defects,the cases were divided into medial bone defect group (85 cases) and non-medial bone defect group (129 cases).In medial bone defect group,there were 35 males and 50 females,with an average age of 63.3 years old.In this group,the cases of Neer three-part fractures and Neer four-part fractures were 47 and 38,respectively.In non-medial bone defect group,there were 51 males and 78 females,with an average age of 65.9 years old.In this group,the cases of Neer three-part fractures and Neer four-part fractures were 57 and 72,respectively.The preoperative humeral neck-shaft angle of contralateral humerus,and the humeral neck-shaft angle with its changes on the second postoperative day as well as 1,3,6 and 12 months after surgery were evaluated by the X-ray film.The Constant scores of the shoulder function were also assessed.Results The follow-up time for the patients ranged from 12 to 42 months (mean 24.2 months).In medial bone defect group,the preoperative neck-shaft angle of contralateral humerus,as well as neck-shaft angles of fractured side at five follow-up visits were (133.4±4.0) °,(134.7 ±11.5) °,(120.8±4.0) °,(118.5 ±3.5) °,(117.9 ±10.4) °and (114.7 ±4.4)°,respectively.While in the other group,the corresponding parameters were (134.0±2.4)°,(133.8± 17.1)°,(135.6± 2.9)°,(132.7± 2.8) °,(131.5 ± 13.5) °,(135.2 ± 2.8) °,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups of the neck-shaft angle at 1,3,6 and 12 months (P ＜ 0.05).In the medial bone defect group,there were no significant differences between neck-shaft angle of contralateral humerus and the second postoperative day (P ＞0.05),but both of them are significantly greater than others(P ＜0.05).In the other group,except for the neck-shaft angles of postoperative 1 month and 6 months (P ＜ 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between the angles in different time points(P ＞ 0.05).The mean Constant scores of medial bone defect group and no medial bone defect group were (69.3 ± 14.6) and (75.2 ± 12.6),respectively.Conclusions After the recovery of neck shaft angle,there is still a need of attention to the losses of neck shaft angle after surgery.Neck-shaft angle could be a reference for the treatment strategy of proximal humerus fractures with locking plate,which could guide the anatomical reduction as well as be used to evaluate the effects after surgery.It could also be a reference for function exercise.Moreover,the losses of neck shaft angle will be influenced by supporting from internal side,which could have effects on the function recovery after surgery.

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of the combined antihistamine for the treatment of allergic pharyngitis.Methods In January 2015 to December 2016 during the hospital outpatient service received by irritating cough,50 patients with pharyngeal itching for the main symptoms as the object of study,summary and analysis on the clinical symptoms of all patients,in the conventional treatment on the basis of leukotriene receptor antagonist combined antihistamines treatment,close observation after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment in patients with symptoms improved after treatment.Results The clinical main characteristic of allergic pharyngitis is the irritating dry cough,and the first pharynx is a cough.After a week of treatment,the symptoms of the patient were significantly improved,and after two weeks of treatment,the symptoms of the patient continued to be improved and the results were significant.Conclusion In clinical patients with cough,is one of the most important causes of allergic pharyngitis,if the patient is not adopted in treatment of anti-allergic drugs,can lead to therapeutic effect,but the joint antihistamines leukotriene receptor antagonist treatment,can effectively eliminate the symptoms of allergic pharyngitis,obvious effect,effectively improve the patient's quality of life.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS:Irrational medication orders eval-uated by the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University during Oct. 2014 to Sep. 2015 were arrangemented,summarized and analyzed. RESULTS:A total of 515 inpatient medical records were reviewed and analyzed,among which there were 165 unrea-sonable medical records and 185 irrational medication orders. Irrational medical records of general surgery department were the most(38 items,accounting for 23.03%). Irrational drug use mainly included irrational usage and dosage(80.00%),drug use with-out indications or not suit indications (7.57%),inappropriate solvent selection (4.86%). Including 66.22% of single overdose, 18.92% of longer medication duration. CONCLUSIONS:There are many irrational medical orders which should be standardized in our hospital,especially overdose and longer medication duration,which increase financial burden of patient. Pharmacists should strengthen communication with clinicians,and hold rational drug use trainings regularly base on the types of the irrationality. These can help to improve rational drug use and guarantee the safety of drug use.

RESULTSWestern blotting showed a significantly increased STOML-2 expression in the transfected cells. Overexpression of STOML-2 obviously promoted the proliferation of Siha cells. The STOML-2-overexpressing cells exhibited an obvious resistance to IC50 Cisplatin-induced apoptosis as shown by both fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry and presented with decreased expressions of cleaved caspase-3, Bax, and cytosol Cyt C and increased expressions of caspase-3, Bcl-2, and mitochondrial Cyt C.

CONCLUSIONSOverexpression of STOML-2 can enhance the proliferation of Siha cells by inhibiting cell apoptosis possibly through the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway.

Objective To explore the effect of combination of telbivudine( LdT)and adefovir dipivoxil(ADV)on renal function in patients with chronic hepatitis B( CHB). Methods The CHB patients with renal injury due to lamivudine(LAM)resistance and combination with ADV,who visited in First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were enrolled into this study. The randomized controlled trial was performed in this study. The patients were divided into two groups by table of random number:the LAM + ADV group( original treatment was continued)and the LdT + ADV group (LAM was replaced with LdT). The levels of HBV DNA,alanine aminotransferase( ALT),serum creatinine(Scr),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),urinary beta 2-microspheres(Uβ2-MG), and serum creatine kinase(sCK)were compared between the 2 groups at baseline,24 and 48 weeks of treatments. Results A total of 79 patients were enrolled into the study. There were 41 patients in the LAM + ADV group and 38 in the LdT + ADV group. The differences of sex distribution,age,body weight and the basal level between the 2 groups were not statistically significant(all P > 0. 05). There were no HBV DNA breakthrough in patients during 48 weeks of treatment in both groups. The differences of ALT levels at different time points in patients in the 2 groups were not statistically significant(all P > 0. 05). In the LAM + ADV group,the Scr levels at 24 and 48 weeks of treatment were higher than those at baseline [(117 ± 11),(122 ± 12)μmol/ L vs.(113 ± 12)μmol/ L]. The difference between the baseline and 48 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusions The therapeutic regimen of telbivudine combination with adefovir dipivoxil can improve the renal function in patients with CHB. The change of sCK level should be monitor closely during the treatment.

Objective To assess the prognostic significance of pre-treatment hypercoagulable state in cervical cancer patients. Methods With retrospective analysis, pre-treatment coagulation indicators and platelets from 321 cervical cancer patients from stages I to IV were collected. The pre-treatment coagulation parameters were investigated along with tumor stage and survival data. Result Advanced tumor stage was associated with elevated fibrinogen (Fbg) and platelet (PLT) levels (P < 0.05). Patients with higher levels of Fgb, PTA and PLT suffered from higher risk of recurrence (P<0.05). Multivariate survival analyses showed that tumor stage, Fgb and PTA were independent prognostic factors for disease free survival. Conclusion Coagulation parameters can be served as useful tool for predicting recurrence of cervical cancer.
