Objective:To use the spatiotemporal distribution model and INLA algorithm to study the spatiotemporal characteristics and influencing factors of tuberculosis in Shanghai and to provide a theoretical basis for formulating regional tuberculosis epidemic prevention and control measures. Methods:Based on the data of registered pulmonary tuberculosis cases in Shanghai during 2013-2020 derived from the tuberculosis management information system of China Disease Control and Prevention Information System, the hierarchical Bayesian model was adopted to fit the tuberculosis case data, identify the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of tuberculosis, and explore the potential socioeconomic characteristics and other factors related to health services and spatiotemporal characteristics. Results:From 2013 to 2020, 29 281 registered tuberculosis cases were reported in Shanghai, with an average annual incidence of 25.224/100 000. From 2013 to 2020, the incidence trend increased first and then decreased, the highest incidence was reported in 2014 (27.991/100 000). The incidence of tuberculosis in Shanghai is characterized by spatial clustering. Through the spatial characteristics and risk analysis of the reported incidence of tuberculosis, it is found that the high-risk area of tuberculosis in Shanghai is the suburban communities, whereas downtown communities are the low-risk areas. The incidence risk of pulmonary tuberculosis is associated with the gross domestic product per capita ( RR=0.48), the number of beds per 10 000 persons ( RR=0.56), the normalized vegetation index ( RR=0.50), and the night light index ( RR=0.80). Conclusions:With the steady progress of tuberculosis prevention and control in the central urban area of Shanghai, special attention should be paid to the prevention and control in the suburbs further to improve the social and economic level in the suburbs and increase the coverage rate of urban green space, to reduce the incidence of tuberculosis and reduce the disease burden of tuberculosis in Shanghai.

Objective: To analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in China, explore the association of socioeconomic, population and health services factors with the incidence of HFMD in China, and provide information for the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods: Bayesian spatiotemporal model was used to fit the data of HFMD, evaluate the spatiotemporal variation of HFMD, and identify the potential association between the risk of HFMD and social, economic, population and health services. Results: From 2011 to 2018, a total of 17 118 050 HFMD cases, including 2 283 deaths, were reported in China. The reported incidence showed a fluctuating increase trend from 2011 to 2014, and a fluctuating decrease trend from 2014 to 2018. Meanwhile, there was a fluctuating decrease trend of mortality rate. The incidence of HFMD had spatial clustering, with the highest incidence in southern China with hot spot and high risk areas, and the lowest incidence in northwestern China where cold spot and low risk areas were found. The risk for HFMD was associated with GDP per capita (RR=3.54), number of industrial enterprises above designated size of 10 000 people (RR=1.61), urbanization rate (RR=3.00), birth rate (RR=2.36), number of beds in medical institutions per 10 000 people (RR=3.40), and green area in parks per capita (RR=0.57). Conclusions: The hotspot area for HFMD prevention and control in China was in the southeast coastal provinces from 2011 to 2018. In order to reduce the incidence of HFMD, it is necessary to increase the green area in parks per capita while accelerating urbanization process.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2020;53(10):784-789
Objective:To investigate the clinical features of encephalocraniocutaneous lipomatosis (ECCL).Methods:The clinical characteristics, imaging manifestations and electroencephalogram changes of five patients with ECCL from Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital between December 2016 and February 2019 were collected and analyzed. Results:All five cases showed ocular, skin and central nervous system anomalies. Corneal anomalies were found in five cases, eyelid coloboma in three cases, calcification of the globe in two cases, and choristoma in one case. All five cases presented with naevus psiloliparis, three cases with small nodular skin tags on eyelids, and three cases with café-au-lait spots on the trunk. Dysplasia of the right cerebral hemisphere was observed in all five cases, four cases with enlargement of the right ventricle, three cases with arachnoid cysts, and one case with dysplasia of the corpus callosum. The onset of the seizures of five cases was found within one year old. Spasms were observed in five cases, partial seizure in three cases, and tonic seizure in one case. Five cases were drug-resistant epilepsy. Seizures decreased significantly after adrenocorticotropic hormone treatment in one case and seizures free after surgery in one case. One case had seizure free by corpus callosotomy, but had a relapse after four months. Three cases used ketogenic diet, including one case with epileptic seizure reduction, one case with development progress. All five cases had developmental delays. The exon gene sequencing of four cases was found normal. KRAS gene mutation was found in brain tissue of one patient. Conclusions:ECCL is a rare clinical disease that often involves the nervous system, skin and eyes. The seizures of the patients are often difficult to control and have development delays. Surgery may be necessary to control the seizures. ECCL is thought to be somatic mutations, which are hard to detect in the blood and can be found in affected tissues.

Aim To investigate the modeling of breast cancer in zebrafish embryos and its related protein expression. Methods 48hpf wild type AB/ TG(Transgenic) zebrafishs were micro-in-jected with breast cancer cell line: MCF-7,T-47D, MDA-MB-231 respectively, the relationship between the number of tumor and model application was investigated, and the number of sub-intestinal veins(SIVs) was detected under confocal microscope, as well as the metastasis of tumor cells in embryos; then the ze-brafish xenografts of MB-231 were co-cultured with tofacitinib/ptk787 for 48 h, optical density(OD) of the cell survival and subintestinal veins(SIVs) were evaluated under confocal micro-scope, and Western blot(WB) analysis was used to test micro-circumstances related protein. Results When the number of in-oculated cells was more than 200 per embryo, xenograft model rate woule be more than 0. 90;MB-231 xenografts showed metas-tasis feature in zebrafish, which could be inhibited by tofacitinib (P < 0. 01), while the number of xenograft MB-231 cells was reduced significantly(P < 0. 01); in another zebrafish xenografts SIVs assay, the tumor could promote the proliferation of SIVs, and 4 mg·L - 1 PTK787 showed inhibiton effect( P < 0. 01). Western blot showed 4d T-47D xenograft zebrafish got more HER2 expression than AB embryos; VEGFa expression in ze-brafish MB-231 model group was higher, and model zebrafish P53 expressi was higher after treated by tofacitinib. Conclusion A zebrafish xenograft model of human brest cancer can be es-tablished, which demonstrates applicability for screening com-pounds in drug discovery studies.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2016;44(6):835-841
Graphene oxide (GO) modified stationary phase for open tubular capillary (3 m × 25 μm i. d. ) of liquid chromatography ( OT-CLC) was fabricated by coating GO sheets onto poly ( vinylbenzyl chloride-divinylbenzene) porous composite layer via covalent coupling, which was prepared by in-situ polymerization. Scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy ( TEM) were used to characterize the structure of the stationary phase. The results demonstrated that poly(vinylbenzyl chloride-divinylbenzene) porous composite layer had decentralized globular structure, and the GO sheets covered on the porous layer homogenously. The phase ratio and sample capacity were greatly improved due to the spherical polymer layer and the coverage of GO. Thus, alkyl benzenes, neutral polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, acidic and basic compounds could be well separated by using acetonitrile-water as eluent, while four nucleobases were completely separated by using acetonitrile-0. 02 mol/ L ammonium acetate as mobile phase. The run-to-run, day-to-day, and column-to-column reproducibilities were evaluated by calculating the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n =6) of the retention time of o-phenylenediamine, aniline and 2, 4, 6-trifluoroaniline, respectively. These RSD values were all in the range of 0. 3% -2. 0% .

Aim To investigate the anti-angiogenesis and anti-xenograftes of UA in zebrafish larvaes. Meth-ods 24 hour post-fertilization ( hpf ) TG zebrafish was treated with different concentration of UA for 24h, and the number of intersegmental vessels( IVS) were detec-ted under fluorescent microscope respectively;then the models of AB/TG zebrafish xenografts were established by be micro-injected with SMMC-7721 or HT-29 cell at 48hpf respectively, and after cocultured with UA for 48h, optical density (OD) of the SMMC-7721 cell and subintestinal veins ( SIVs) induced by HT-29 were e-valuated under confocal microscope. Results ISV as-say showed that UA could cause IVS missing or disap-perance, inhibition ratio reaching 20. 25% and 26. 65%. UA blocked the spread of SMMC-7721 cells in zebrafish and OD value, and inhibition ratios at three concentrations were 38. 01%, 54. 69%, 61. 88%, re-spectively; in another SIVs assay induced by xeno-grafts, UA at concentration 10 and 15mg·L-1 showed that SIVs were inhibited (P<0. 01) obviously. Con-clusion UA could inhibit the angiogenesis and the growth of SMMC-7721/HT-29 xenografts, and the anti-tumor mechanism may be related with VEGFR2 expres-sion.

OBJECTIVETo quantitatively evaluate the effects of daily mean temperature on respiratory diseases.
METHODSBased on the data of daily hospital admissions for respiratory diseases, meteorological parameters and air pollution in Shanghai between January 2006 and December 2011, we used a generalized additive model (GAM) to explore the effects of daily mean temperature on hospital admissions on respiratory diseases adjusted for the secular trend, seasonal trend, day of week and other confounders.
RESULTSA J-shaped relationship was found between daily mean temperature and respiratory disease and the optimum temperature (OT) corresponding to low risk of respiratory hospital admissions was about 25 °C. For cold effects over lag 0-30 days, the overall excess risk (ER) of hospital admission associated with 1 °C below the OT was 3.00% (95% CI: 2.54%-3.45%), 3.00% (95% CI: 2.55%-3.45%) and 3.02% (95% CI:2.51%-3.49%) for overall, males and females, respectively. For hot effects over lag 0-30 days, the overall excess risk (ER) was 2.15% (95% CI: 0.67%-3.66%), 1.86% (95% CI: 0.39%-3.34%) and 2.57% (95% CI: 0.82%-4.36%) for overall, males and females, respectively. The optimum temperature between daily mean temperature and respiratory disease were 14 °C, 20 °C, 25 °C and 28 °C in different age groups. The effect of low temperature increased with age for the people above 45 years old; however the effect of high temperature was significant for the people under 65 years old.
CONCLUSIONSBoth of higher temperature and lower temperature resulted in ER of respiratory hospital admissions increase with lag effects. The effects of lower temperature lagged longer and stronger than higher temperature. Different age group and gender shows different effects.
