Objective:To visually analyze the research literature on the analysis of TCM compounds; To explore the research hotspots and trends in this field.Methods:The literature related to the disassembly analysis of TCM compounds was retrieved from CNKI, Chongqing VIP, Wanfang Data, SinoMed, and China Medical Journal Full-text Database from January 1, 1981 to December 31, 2024. CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was used to visualize the number of articles, authors, institutions and keywords, and to draw the cooperation network diagram of authors and institutions, keyword co-occurrence, clustering, timeline and burst map.Results:A total of 1 728 Chinese articles were included, and the number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend. A comparatively high number of publications was in 2007 and 2016, followed by a slight decline but maintained at a high level. There is a trend of recovery in 2024. The author with the highest number of articles was Professor Fang Zhaoqin, and the institution with the highest number of articles was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. High frequency keywords included rats, compatibility, experimental research, cell apoptosis, TCM compound, and a total of 19 clusters and 25 emergent keywords were formed.Conclusions:The research contents and methods of the research on the disassembly of TCM compounds are relatively rich, and there are many explorations on classical prescriptions. The study of disassembled prescriptions has played a driving role in the modernization of TCM compounds. In the future, high-quality cooperation between regions, institutions, and authors, combination with modern medicine and scientific methods, will further improve the quality of research in this field.

BACKGROUND: The expression of programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) as a biomarker for immunotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is routinely detected in clinical pathology department. However, the spatial heterogeneity of PD-L1 expression in intrapulmonary tumors and extrapulmonary metastases is still a challenge for the clinical testing. This study aims to explore the differences of PD-L1 expression in test samples obtaining from different sites of NSCLC. This study may contribute to the detection strategy of PD-L1 in patients with advanced lung cancer. METHODS: One hundred and thirty-one cases of consecutively detected PD-L1 (22c3 assay, Dako) staining in metastatic NSCLC and 972 cases of non-paired intrapulmonary NSCLC were collected. The discrepancies of tumor proportion score (TPS) of PD-L1 expression in intrapulmonary samples and extrapulmonary metastatic samples of different sites were compared. RESULTS: The positive expression rate of PD-L1 in extrapulmonary metastatic NSCLC (TPS ≥ 1%) was 61.83%, and the TPS was significantly higher than that in intrapulmonary tumors (P=0.03). The PD-L1 scores of the specimens obtained from different sites were significantly different (P=0.007). The positive rates of PD-L1 in liver and adrenal metastases were 85.71% and 77.78% respectively, and their TPS were significantly higher than that of the intrapulmonary samples (P<0.05). The positive rates of PD-L1 in lymph node, bone, brain, soft tissue, and pleural metastases was 40.00%-66.67%, with no significant differences compared to intrapulmonary tumors. The analysis of histological subtype and sample type showed that the PD-L1 score of extrapulmonary samples of adenocarcinoma subtype or surgical specimen was significantly higher than that of intrapulmonary tumors. The analysis of clinicopathological parameters showed that the PD-L1 positive expression or high expression were significantly correlated with male patients, smoking history, and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) wild type. CONCLUSIONS The expression of PD-L1 in metastatic NSCLC is generally higher than that in intrapulmonary tumor, and the positive rate of PD-L1 expression was discrepant in different sites of specimen. The differences of PD-L1 score between extrapulmonary metastatic samples and intrapulmonary samples may be associated with different metastatic sites, histological subtype, and specimen type.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of rapamycin (RAPA) on concanavalin A (ConA)-induced acute autoimmune hepatitis in a mouse model and to analyze the possible mechanism.Methods Thirty eight-week-old female C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into three groups including control group,ConA model group and ConA + RAPA treatment group.The levels of alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum samples were measured after injection of mice with ConA for 24 hours for assessing the liver function.Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the hepatic pathological changes in mice.Splenocytes were harvested 24 h after ConA injection for the detection of the percentages of splenic DCs,CD4+T,CD8+T and CD4+ Foxp3+ Treg cells as well as the expression of co-stimulatory molecules (CD40,CD80 and CD86) on DCs by using flow cytometry.Results The levels of ALT and AST in mice from the RAPA treatment group were significantly lower than those of the ConA model group.Results of the HE staining assay showed that the liver damages in RAPA treated mice were less severe than those in mice from the ConA model group.Compared with mice form the ConA model group,those treated with RAPA showed decreased percentages of splenic CD4+ and CD8+ T cells,inhibited expression of CD80 and CD86 on splenic DCs,but increased percentages of splenic CD4+ Foxp3+ Treg cells.No statistically significant differences in the percentages of splenic DCs and the expression of CD40 were observed between the RAPA treatment group and the ConA model group.Conclusion The immunosuppressive effects of RAPA on mice with ConA-induced hepatitis might be achieved through the regulation of immune cells including DCs and T cells in spleen tissues.This study might pave the way for further investigation on the prevention and treatment of autoimmune hepatitis.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of training management applying character color theory in patients with peritoneal dialysis on the compliance and dialysis effect. Methods Of 95 patients undergoing catherization for peritoneal dialysis from January 2013 to May 2014 in the peritoneal dialysis center,72 patients accepted character color psychological questionnaire designed by Le Jia for character color analysis.72 patients were divided into matched control group and experimental group according to their choice with red, yellow, blue, green character color, 36 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional training way of accepting 7 days′training course teached by the professional nursers,one follow- up management each month. According to the difference of character color,the experimental group were given different education training courses, interactive learning, and follow- up time. After 6 months′follow- up, the two groups adopted peritoneal dialysis self management behavior questionnaire designed by Liu Pengfeng and self- efficacy scale designed by education research center for chronic disease in Amercian Stanford University. The score of self management ability and self- efficacy and the change of load capacity, blood pressure, dialysis adequacy and biochemical indicators of the two groups were analyzed. Results In the control group and experimental group,the score of self management ability and self- efficacy and the level of dialysis adequacy were statistically significant, respectively, (5.64±1.57) points vs. (6.75±1.32) points;(5.22±1.48) points vs. (6.69±1.43) points; 1.64±1.64 vs 1.85±0.13.Z and P values were respectively -2.969, -3.828, -6.361, and 0.003, 0.000, 0.000.Edema happened in the control group was 24 cases, and 11 cases in the experimental group. P and χ2 values were 0.013 and 10.017.Systolic blood pressure and di-astolic blood pressure were respectively (147.78±15.69) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) vs.(135.39±9.01) mmHg,(95.86±7.50) mmHg vs. (83.94±7.46) mmHg in the two groups. Z and P values were respectively -3.843, -5.666, and 0.000, 0.000.There was significant difference between the experimental group and control group. Conclusion The education and training applying character color feature in patients with peri-toneal dialysis can mobilize the initiative of self management, improve the patients' self- care competency and self-efficacy, enhance patients′compliance, that can improve the effect of peritoneal dialysis.

Objective To prepare a detective membrane strip for detection of food allergen-specific IgE in serum samples and estimate its clinical application value in allergic diseases. Methods The crude extracts of the food allergens were prepared. Nitrocellulose membrane as the solid support was selected and the coating and the detecting conditions were optimized. The membrane strips were used to detect serum samples in 210 patients with allergic diseases and the results were compared with German Allergy Screentesting system. Results The optima] experimental conditions were as follows: The NC membrane was adopted as the solid support. After being spotted, the food allergens were incubated for 2 hours at room temperature, followed by 2% PVA blocking for 1 hour. After serum samples were diluted (1: 10) and incubated for 2 hours at room temperature, the concentration of anti-human IgE was 2 μg/mL Compared with the German Allergy Screen-testing system, their positive detectical coincidence was 63.6%, and negative detectical coincidence was 94. 6%. The two methods had no difference in detecting the majority of food allergens such as egg white, milk, peanut, soybean, crab and shrimp (X2 2.53, 2.40, 2.08, 2.38, 0.17,1.13, P>0.05). Conclusions The advantages of our method for detecting allergic diseases are little serum needed, multiple detective allergens, simple manipulation and low cost. This method has obvious clinical application value, which should be a new detective method for the allergic diseases with broad perspectives.
