Objective: To investigate the status and influencing factors of nutritional health knowledge awareness among primary and middle school students in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, so as to provide a basis for carrying out targeted nutrition health education for students. Methods: The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select students from 48 schools across 12 counties (cities and districts) in Wenzhou City as survey subjects from October 2023 to February 2024. Basic information, parental information, and nutritional health knowledge were collected using the Questionnaire on nutritional health knowledge for School-Age Children. The awareness rate of nutritional health knowledge was analyzed. Multivariable logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for nutritional health knowledge awareness among primary and middle school students. Results: The survey included 4 405 boys, accounting for 51.42%, and 4 161 girls, accounting for 48.58%. The sample consisted of 2 497 pupils in Grades 1-3 (29.15%), 2 591 pupils in Grades 4-6 (30.25%), 1 739 junior high school students (20.30%), and 1 739 senior high school students (20.30%). The median score of nutrition health knowledge was 75.00 (interquartile range, 19.00), and the awareness rate was 4 524 (52.81%). Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that girls (OR=1.317, 95%CI: 1.198-1.447), primary school students (Grades 1-3, OR=7.830, 95%CI: 6.444-9.513; Grades 4-6, OR=1.276, 95%CI: 1.066-1.528), and those whose mothers had an educational level above junior high school (senior high school/technical secondary school/technical school/junior college, OR=1.188, 95%CI: 1.044-1.352; bachelor' s degree or above, OR=1.194, 95%CI: 1.024-1.392) had a higher likelihood of nutrition and health knowledge awareness. Conversely, students who were overweight or obese (OR=0.798, 95%CI: 0.671-0.950), lived in school (OR=0.763, 95%CI: 0.650-0.895), and had a daily outdoor activity duration of <30 minutes (OR=0.641, 95%CI: 0.570-0.721) had a lower likelihood of nutritional health knowledge awareness. Conclusions The awareness rate of nutritional health knowledge among primary and middle school students in Wenzhou City needs to be improved, and is mainly influenced by gender, educational stage, body mass index, mother' s educational level, and outdoor activity duration. It is recommended to implement differentiated health education strategies and build a "family-school-community" linkage mechanism to improve students' nutrition health literacy.

ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemiological status, serotypes, and drug resistance characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in foodborne disease surveillance in Wenzhou from 2016 to 2024, and to provide scientific evidence and data support for the prevention and control of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infections. MethodsA total of 45 980 stool or anal swab samples were collected from patients with vomiting and diarrhea as the main symptoms and a history of consuming suspicious food at medical institutions at all levels in Wenzhou from 2016 to 2024. Isolation, identification, and drug susceptibility testing were performed. Case information was collected through the National Foodborne Disease Surveillance Reporting System. The Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel (CMH) chi-square test was used to analyze the detection rates among groups. ResultsAmong the 45 980 suspected samples, 2 821 were positive for Vibrio parahaemolyticus, with an overall detection rate of 6.14%. A comparison of detection rates across different population groups revealed that the highest rates were found among adults aged 20‒39 (8.57%,1 603/18 697) and among farmers and workers (7.93%, 994/12 537). A comparison of detection rates across different seasons revealed that the detection rates were higher from June to October (5.12%, 9.04%, 15.04%, 14.68%, and 7.80%, respectively), peaking in August. Analyses of the sampling results for suspect foodstuffs revealed that aquatic products and their derivatives accounted for the highest proportion (42.86%). Regarding the setting of food consumption, the household accounted for 44.53% (1 257/2 821). From 2016 to 2020, the predominant serotype was O3:K6 (28.82%, 813/2 821), followed by O10:K4 (28.25%, 797/2 821) and O4:KUT (23.61%, 666/2 821). In terms of drug resistance, the resistance rate to cefazolin was the highest at 84.15% (393/467), and the multi-drug resistance rate was 6.21% (29/467). ConclusionFrom 2016 to 2024, patients with suspected foodborne illnesses in Wenzhou City experienced a peak in Vibrio parahaemolyticus infections during the summer and autumn months (June to October). Young adults aged 20‒39, as well as farmers and manual workers, were the key target groups for the prevention and control of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infections. The predominant serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus shifted from O3:K6 to O10:K4. Vibrio parahaemolyticus exhibited a high level of resistance to cefazolin. It is essential to strengthen surveillance of the epidemiological trends of the predominant serotype, monitor changes in the antibiotic resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, enhance health education for key populations, and intensify regulatory inspections of high-risk foods such as aquatic products and their derivatives.

OBJECTIVE To comprehensively evaluate the quality of adverse drug reaction （ADR） reports in clinical departments or ward （hereinafter referred to as “department”） based on game theory combinatorial weighting-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution （TOPSIS）-rank-sum ratio （RSR） method， providing a reference for the further standardization of ADR reporting. METHODS Based on relevant documents and scoring criteria， the ADR report quality evaluation standards previously developed by our team were modified. Using game theory principles， the fusion of subjective and objective weights for each indicator was determined. A game theory combinatorial weighting-TOPSIS-RSR model was developed to evaluate and categorize the quality of raw ADR reports submitted by departments to the pharmacy department at Bozhou Hospital of Anhui Medical University. RESULTS A total of 222 ADR reports from 23 departments were included. The game theory combinatorial weighting method identifies weak points in management， such as ADR symptoms and signs， the description of underlying diseases， timing of ADR， by optimizing the weightings of the indicators. The TOPSIS-RSR method calculates that the mean relative closeness of the departments was 0.401 7， indicating that the overall report quality ranged from moderate to substandard. 20095） Three departments， including neurosurgery， demonstrated medium reporting quality [estinate closeness （Ĉ）i ≥0.506]， while two departments， such as the respiratory department，were rated as unqualified （Ĉi＜0.278）. The remaining departments were all deemed qualified （0.278≤ Ĉi＜0.506）. CONCLUSIONS The developed game theory combinatorial weighting-TOPSIS-RSR method provides an effective approach for the quality evaluation of ADR reports， which not only balances subjective and objective weights but also facilitates comparisons among different departments. There is still room for improvement in the ADR report quality at the hospital.

Objective To explore the current situation of medication safety behavior of elderly cancer patients and the path relationship of various influencing factors for improving medication safety behavior.Methods A total of 340 elderly cancer patients were investigated by a demographic questionnaire,the Medication Safety Behavior Scale,the Medication Literacy Scale,the Family Care Index Questionnaire,and the Chinese version of the Empowerment Scale for Cancer Patients from August to December 2024.The multiple linear regression analysis was applied to analyze influencing factors,and data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 to construct a partial least squares structural equation model with path analysis.Results A total of 307 valid questionnaires were collected.The mean medication safety behavior score was 31.89±5.38.Residential area,drug literacy,family care,and health empowerment are factors that affect medication safety in elderly cancer patients,accounting for 37.3％of the total variation.The path analysis results indicated that health empowerment(β=0.480),medication literacy(β=0.154),and family care(β=0.227)positively correlate with medication safety behavior.Health empowerment played a partial mediating role between family care and medication safety behavior,as well as between medication literacy and medication safety behavior.The mediating effects are 0.125 and 0.332(P＜0.001),accounting for 35.51％and 68.31％of the total effect,respectively.Conclusion Medication safety behaviors among elderly cancer patients are at a median level and influenced by multiple factors.By improving their levels of health empowerment,healthcare professionals can motivate patients to take an active role in medication safety management.Further,promoting education on medication knowledge and teaching relevant medical skills,and together with guiding patients to perceive family care and support,can collectively improve their overall medication safety behaviors.

BACKGROUND:Oleic acid can regulate inflammation and immune responses,and has the potential to repair skin wounds.Oleic acid has a short retention time at the lesion.It is prone to self oxidation and deterioration in the air,and suitable drug carriers are needed to fully exert the therapeutic effect of oleic acid. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of oleic acid-liposome gel in the treatment of chronic burn wounds. METHODS:Oleic acid liposome solution was prepared by thin film dispersion method,and then dissolved in Poloxamer gel matrix to prepare oleic acid-liposome gel.(1)In vitro experiment:Oleic acid-liposome gel solution was prepared by adding different volumes of oleic acid-liposome gel into cell medium(volume ratio:1:3,1:9,1:27,respectively).Alma-blue reagent was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of oleic acid-liposome gel on the proliferation of human keratinocytes and human fibroblasts.Crystal violet staining was used to observe cell morphology.(2)In vivo experiment:The animal model of chronic burn wounds was established by using full-thickness burn of SD rat back skin combined with local subcutaneous injection of epirubicin.The 30 successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into five groups with six rats in each group.The wounds of oleic acid liposome gel group,oleic acid group,liposome gel group,positive control group and negative control group were applied with gauze of oleic acid liposome gel,oleic acid,liposome gel,recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel and normal saline.The dressing was changed once every other day.A total of 16 doses were administered.The wound healing was observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)In vitro experiments:Alma-blue reagent detection and crystal violet staining showed that oleic acid liposome gel solution with volume ratio of 1:9 could promote the proliferation of human keratinocytes and human fibroblasts.(2)In vivo experiment:The wound healing time of the oleic acid liposome gel group was shorter than that of the other four groups(P＜0.01),and the wound healing rate at 4,8,12,16,and 20 days was higher than that of the other four groups(P＜0.01).After administration,hematoxylin-eosin staining showed epithelialization and healing of wounds in all five groups,and the epidermal thickness of oleic acid liposome gel group was the closest to normal skin and better than the other four groups.Immunohistochemical staining showed that the expressions of cytokeratin 10,tumor protein 63,α-smooth muscle actin,collagen I,tumor necrosis factor α,interleukin 6,malonaldehyde,and superoxide dismutase in oleic acid liposome gel group were closest to those in normal skin,and superior to those in other four groups.On days 12 and 32 of administration,the expressions of tumor necrosis factor α,interleukin 6,malondialdehyde,and superoxide dismutase in wound homogenate supernatant in oleic acid liposome gel group were closest to those in normal skin,and superior to those in other four groups.(3)The results showed that oleic acid liposome gel could promote the proliferation of keratinocytes and fibroblasts,reduce inflammation and oxidative stress injury,and promote the healing of chronic burn wounds.

Objective To explore the application effect of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea in postoperative esophageal cancer patients.Methods Based on literature search and expert meeting,a management process for enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea in postoperative esophageal cancer patients was constructed.A convenience sampling method was used to select a total of 68 patients with enteral nutrition-related diarrhea after esophageal cancer surgery admitted to the thoracic surgery department of a tertiary A cancer hospital in Jiangsu Province.Among them,patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 were set as an experimental group.The experimental group was implemented the management process for enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea in postoperative esophageal cancer patients.Those admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were set as a control group with routine nursing.Then,the time of stopping diarrhea,the King's of Stool Chart(KSC-Tr)diarrhea score,and abnormal incidence of nutrition-related indexes,electrolytes abnormalities(low sodium,low potassium,and low calcium)were compared between 2 groups.Results The time of stopping diarrhea,KSC diarrhea score after 3 days of intervention and the time to achieve target feeding volume of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in hemoglobin,albumin,prealbumin after 3 days of intervention,the incidence of electrolyte abnormalities(low sodium,low potassium,and low calcium)after 3 days of intervention,and the BMI index after 7 days of intervention between 2 groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The management process for enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea in postoperative esophageal cancer patients can reduce the time of diarrhea,improve the severity of diarrhea,and shorten the time to achieve the target feeding,but has no significant change in the incidence of electrolyte abnormalities.

Objective:To explore the correlation between lateral violence, leadership empowering, psychological capital and work alienation among nurses in Oncology Department.Methods:From July to September 2022, a survey was conducted on 327 nurses of Oncology Department in Jiangsu Province using the Nurse Lateral Violence Scale, Chinese version of Empowering Leadership Scale, Chinese version of Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Nurse Work Alienation Questionnaire. The PROCESS program was used to analyze the moderated mediation model.Results:The lateral violence of nurses in Oncology Department had a positive predictive effect on work alienation, and the difference was statistically significant (β=0.339, P<0.01) . Leadership empowering had a partial mediating effect on the correlation between lateral violence and work alienation with a statistical difference, the effect value was 0.071, accounting for 20.94% of the total effect. Psychological capital had a moderating effect on the second half of the mediating effect of leadership empowering, and the difference was statistically significant (β=-0.360, P<0.01) , and the impact of lateral violence on work alienation increased with the increase of psychological capital level. Conclusions:The lateral violence among nurses in Oncology Department can affect work alienation through leadership empowering. The mediating model of psychological capital regulating the correlation between leadership empowering and work alienation is established.

Objective : To investigate the pathogenic factors and clinical manifestations of contact stomatitis, and to provide references for its clinical diagnosis and prevention. Methods: The data of 55 subjects with contact stomatitis were analyzed retrospectively, including age, gender, pathogenic factors, type of lesions and site of occurrence. Results: Among the 55 patients, contact stomatitis occurred at all ages, 19 were male, 36 were female, and the ratio of males to females was 1∶1.89. Among 55 patients, 78.18% (43/55) were caused by oral mucosal contact with dental materials: amalgam fillings accounted for 52.73% (29/55), metal crowns accounted for 9.09% (5/55), removable denture plastic bases accounted for 9.09% (5/55), resin fillings accounted for 5.45% (3/55), and alginate impression materials accounted for 1.82% (1/55); 21.82% (12/55) were caused by oral mucosal contact with food and daily necessities. The clinical manifestations of contact stomatitis include lichenoid reaction, erythema and erosion. The most common site of contact stomatitis was the cheek, followed by the tongue, and the lips, and the gingival and palatal areas were relatively rare. In the buccal mucosa, the incidence of lichenoid reaction was 55% (22/40), which was higher than that of erosion (20%) and erythema (25%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). For tongue, lip, gingiva and palate, there was no significant difference in the incidence of the three lesion types（P > 0.05）. Conclusion Contact stomatitis occurred at all ages, and there are more female patients than males with contact stomatitis. Dental materials, especially metal and acrylic materials (such as the plastic base of removable dentures, resin fillings, adhesives, and self-setting plastics), are the main pathogenic factors. In buccal mucosa, the incidence of lichenoid reaction is higher.

A lot of evidence have proved that low level of cardiopulmonary fitness (i.e.functional capacity ) is related to high risk of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) ,high all‐cause mortality and high mortality of cancer .Cardiopulmonary fitness low level combined traditional risk factors can improve risk prediction for CVD .The present article aimed at reviewing cur‐rent knowledge about correlation among CVD ,other diseases and cardiopulmonary fitness ,improving people＇s consciousness for impact of cardiopulmonary fitness on risk prediction in order to optimize prevention and treatment of diseases .
