Purpurolides D-F (1-3), three new polyoxygenated bergamotanes bearing a 6/4/5/5 tetracyclic ring system, were isolated from the endophytic fungus Penicillium purpurogenum IMM 003. Their structures were unambiguously elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data analyses, C NMR chemical shifts calculations coupled with the DP4+ probability method, and the calculated and experimental electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. Compounds 1-3 showed significant inhibitory activity against pancreatic lipase (PL). The result highlights that the presence of 3-hydroxylated decanoic acid moiety at C-14 is important for increasing the inhibition potency against PL.

OBJECTIVE:
To study the epidemiologic characteristics of human herpes virus (HHV) activated infection in the diseases of blood system and patients received allo-HSCT by statistically analyzing the screening results of 8 human herpes viruses (HHVs) of 4164 patients in Hebei Yanda LU Dao-Pei Hospital from 2012 to 2017.
METHODS:
PCR was used to screen 8 HHVs.
RESULTS:
Two thousand and fifty-two patients (49.28%) were HHV-positive among 4164 patients screened. Among these patients screened, the infection spectra of 8 human HHVs in hematological diseases as well as patients received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation of totally 2994 patients were summarized as follows: the positive rate of EBV (29.49%) was the highest, that of HCMV (23.15%), HHV-6 was 18.77% and HHV-7 was 17.64%, while the remaining 4 HHVs all≤2.1%. The rate of co-infection of various HHVs was significantly higher than that of single infection of HHV among all these disease groups except familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, for which single EBV infection was the most common. The differences of positive rates among these 8 human HHVs in hematological diseases as well as patients received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were statistically significant by Chi-square test of R*C tables (χ=54.99, P<0.05). For each HHV, the differences of positive rates among the above-mentioned disease groups were also statistically significant except HHV-8 (P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
The patients with various blood diseases have different activated infection spectra of HHVs. EBV, HCMV, HHV-6 and HHV-7 are most common in HHVs infection. Different HHVs infections correlate with different hematologion diseases.

200 µm, a circumference > 60 degrees, and a cap thickness < 450 µm. The percentage distributions of CT pixel attenuation ≤ 20, 30, 40, and 50 HU were calculated using quantitative histogram analysis.RESULTS: A total of 271 transverse sections were co-registered between CCTA and pathological analysis. Overall, 26 lipid cores and 16 fibrous plaques were identified by pathological analysis. There was no significant difference in median CT attenuation between the lipid and fibrous plaques (51 HU [interquartile range, 46–63] vs. 57 HU [interquartile range, 50–64], p = 0.659). The median percentage of CT pixel attenuation ≤ 30 HU accounted for 11% (5–17) of lipid-core plaques and 0% (0–2) of fibrous plaques (p < 0.001). The sensitivity and specificity of the method for diagnosing lipid plaques by the average CT pixel attenuation ≤ 30 HU were 80.8% and 87.5%, respectively. The area under the receiver operator characteristics curve was 0.898 (95% confidence interval: 0.765–0.970; 3.0% was the best cut-off value). The diagnostic performance was significantly higher than those of the average pixel CT attenuation percentages ≤ 20, 40, and 50 HU and the mean CT attenuation (p < 0.05).CONCLUSION: In in vivo conditions, with the pathological lipid core as the gold standard, quantification of the percentage of average CT pixel attenuation ≤ 30 HU in the histogram can be useful for accurate identification of lipid plaques.]]>

To explore the mechanism of obstructive sleep apnea(OSA) by assessing the association between human TWIK-related acid-sensitive K channel-1(TASK-1) gene and OSA. A total of 164 patients with severe OSA and 171 patients without OSA were recruited from the Hypertension Center of People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China, from April to December 2016.Two single nucleotide polymorphisms(rs1275988 and rs2586886) in the TASK-1 gene were selected and genotyped using a Kompetitive Allele Specific PCR genotyping system. In patients with blood potassium <3.95 mmol/L,the distribution of rs1275988 alleles(G .A)(=4.474,=0.034) and recessive model(GG+GA .AA)(=4.327,=0.038) showed significant differences between severe and non-OSA groups. The distribution of rs2586886 alleles(G .A)(=6.345,=0.012) and dominant model(AA+GA .GA)(=4.431,=0.035) showed significant differences between severe and non-OSA groups. The Logistic regression analysis showed that the GG genotype was a risk factor for OSA patients with blood potassium <3.95 mmol/L(=7.854,95% :1.710-36.000,=0.008;=8.849,95% :1.816-43.117,=0.007). Both the GG genotypes of rs1275988 and rs2586886 in the TASK-1 gene may be potential risk factors in severe OSA patients with blood potassium <3.95 mmol/L.Serum potassium>3.95 mmol/L in patients with TASK-1 GG genotype may be conducive to reducing the incidence of severe OSA.

Objective To analyze the association of the behaviors of playing mahjong and watching mobile phone with depression in rural women in Hubei Province, so as to provide suggestions for improving their physical and mental health. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1367 adult women in 8 administrative villages of 7 counties/cities in Hubei Province. The depression status was measured by the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale-10 (CESD-10) and the percentage conversion was carried out. The higher the score was, the lower the degree of depression was, and the better the mental health status was. Results The CESD-10 scores of 15-44 years old women(77.63±13.95)were higher than those of 45-64 years old (73.17+17.01) and over 65 years old (69.25+18.16) (P<0.001). The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a correlation between the time spent on mobile phone and depression in rural women (all P<0.05), in particular, there was a statistical significance on depression of women aged 45-64 (all P<0.05), and the longer the time spent on mobile phone, the higher the degree of depression was; there was no significant difference in the effect of mahjong on depression of women of all ages (all P>0.05). Conclusions There is a correlation between watching mobile phone and depression of rural women in Hubei Province, reducing the use of mobile phones by rural women, especially middle-aged women, is worthy of attention in the future work of health education and Women’s Federation.

Objective To investigate the sexual behavior types, condom use and influencing factors of gonorrhea patients in Yunnan Province, and to provide evidence for the adjustment of sexually transmitted disease (STD) prevention and control strategy. Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out to investigate gonorrhea patients in 14 STD clinics in 7 more prevalent prefectures (cities) of Yunnan Province. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the socio-demographic and sexual characteristics of the patients in a one-to-one way. Multiple Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of sexual behavior. Results A total of 179 cases of gonorrhea were investigated. The average age was (29.01±8.93) years old. 95.53% (171/179) patients were 40 years old and 88.27% were male patients (158/179). Unmarried patients accounted for 55.31% (99/179). Service and self-employed patients accounted for 34.64% (62/179) and 23.46% (42/179) respectively. The rate of sexual intercourse with opposite sex was 98.32% (176/179), the rate of men who have sex with men was 1.68% (3/179) and the rate of having more than two sexual partners was 27.93% (50/179). The rate of sexual intercourse between temporary partners, spouses/fixed partners and commercial partners were 53.07% (95/179), 37.99% (68/179) and 8.94% (16/179) respectively. Recent sexual activity had lower condom use rate, 17.89% (17/95), 19.12% (13/68) and 18.75% (3/16) respectively. The main ways for gonorrhea patients to make temporary partners were friend introductions or gatherings, accounting for 66.32% (63/95). Condom use in male patients was worse than that in female patients (OR=0.234, 95% CI: 0.084-0.656, P=0.006). Conclusions The patients with gonorrhea were mainly unmarried young adults. The main risk behaviors were unprotected behaviors between heterosexual temporary and spouse/fixed sexual partners. The condom use consciousness was generally low. The promotion of safe sex education for young adults should be further strengthened, with special attention to the use of condoms for temporary sexual behavior and spouse/fixed sexual intercourse.

Objective:
To compare the similarities and differences of four telemedicine diagnostic projects, for providing evidence-based policy-making advice for the development of telemedicine diagnostic projects in China.
Methods:
Four projects led by the government, close medical alliances, loose medical alliances and companies were selected from November 2018 to June 2019. Through semi-structured interviews with different leaders, the authors analyzed the characteristics, problems and difficulties of different projects from three dimensions of organizational system, working conditions and operational effects.
Results:
A total of 18 people were interviewed. Projects were different from each other in leaders, connection mechanism and effectiveness, participants and timeliness as well. The projects led by the government and close medical alliances had limited local participants with strong connection, clear but limited sources of diagnostic doctors and relatively large workload. While the projects led by loose medical alliances and companies had a wide range of participants, relatively weak connection efficiency and long response time.
Conclusions
Different types of telemedicine diagnostic projects have supplemented the manpower shortage of diagnosis physicians at primary medical institutions, introduced new service participants, as well as improved the medical service system.

Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2020;40(1):55-58
Objective:
To estimate the doses to patients from ERCP operation through experimental measurements.
Methods:
A retrospective analysis was made of 56 ERCP operations in three hospitals, and meanwhile, the tube voltage and current, fluoroscopy time, accumulated doses, DAPs (dose-area product) and photographic frames were also recorded for statistical analysis. Three cases of RECP operation that had led to high, medium and low DAP values were selected, respectively, as high, medium and low dose groups based on anthropomorphic phatom (AP). ERCP operation was simulated on AP on the basis of putting TLDs in it. The absorbed doses of organs were measured while effective doses while calculated.
Results:
The effective doses for high, medium and low groups were 2.69, 11.52 and 39.27 mSv, respectively. The effective dose was 14 times higher in high dose group than that in low group. The highest organ doses for three groups were all concentrated in the irradiation fields.
Conclusions
Organ doses from ERCP phantom experiments vary largely in different groups. Compared with phantom experiments of other interventional types, ERCP can be regarded as one of interventional means leading to high-dose. It is advisable to reasonably and safely use intervention diagnosis and therapy and in order optimize radiation doses to patients.
