Objective:To investigate the information demand level and its influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation in patients after PCI, in order to provide scientific basis for doctors and nurses to formulate cardiac rehabilitation intervention strategies. Methods:A total of 146 patients after PCI were investigated with general data questionnaire and Cardiac Rehabilitation Inventory in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from December 2019 to February 2020, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation information demand. Results:The average scores of each dimension of Cardiac Rehabilitation Inventory after PCI were autonomy, process anxiety and result anxiety from high to low. Multiple linear regression showed that occupational type was a significant predictor of autonomy of patients after PCI, which could explain 4.6% of the variation of autonomy, and autonomy of in-service patients after PCI was higher than that of retirees ( t=2.81, P<0.05). Sex and age were significant predictors of process anxiety of patients after PCI, which could explain the variation of 8.6% of process anxiety. The occupational type, the medical insurance type and whether they had received professional rehabilitation guidance during hospitalization were significant predictors of anxiety after PCI, which could explain the 15.2% variation of anxiety, and the anxiety of in-service patients after PCI was lower than that of retirees ( t=-3.76, P<0.05). Conclusions:The level of cardiac rehabilitation information needs of patients after PCI is worthy of attention. Medical staff can give targeted, personalized and different forms of cardiac rehabilitation in the process of cardiac rehabilitation, and emphasize the implementation of health education and guidance for their cardiac rehabilitation in order to meet their cardiac rehabilitation information needs, improve their autonomy and alleviate their anxiety.

Objective:To explore the clinical features of acute diquat (DQ) poisoning, and further improve the awareness of acute DQ poisoning. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of patients with acute DQ poisoning diagnosed in the emergency department of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021. The clinical data included age, gender, exposure routes, presence of pesticides (drugs) mixture poisoning, dosage of poison, the time from taking poisoning to admitting in the emergency department, clinical manifestations, laboratory data, treatment, hospital days, prognosis and survival days. Results:The number of cases who firstly complained of acute DQ poisoning in the past three years were 19 cases in 2019, 28 cases in 2020, and 51 cases in 2021. A total of 12 patients were excluded due to being diagnosed paraquat (PQ) poisoning by toxicology detection. Finally, 86 cases of acute DQ poisoning were included, including 80 cases of oral DQ poisoning, 1 case of intramuscular injection, 1 case of binocular contact and 4 cases of dermal exposure. In 80 cases of oral DQ poisoning, there were 70 cases of diquat poisoning alone (42 cases survived, 28 cases died) and 10 cases of pesticide mixture poisoning (6 cases survived, 4 cases died). The time from oral poisoning to admitting in the emergency department was 0.5-96.0 hours, with an average of (8.6±5.8) hours. The time of intramuscular injection poisoning to admitting in the emergency department was 3 hours. The time of dermal exposure to admitting in the emergency department was relatively long, with an average of 66.1 hours. The time from oral simple DQ poisoning to death was 12.0-108.0 hours, and the time from oral mixed DQ poisoning to death was 24.0-576.0 hours. A total of 70 patients with oral diquat poisoning alone presented various degrees of multiple organ injuries. All patients presented gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. Renal injury and central nervous system injury were the most significant and closely related to the prognosis. Conclusions:Acute oral DQ poisoning can cause to multiple organ injuries, and the clinical manifestations are related to the dose of the poison. In severe cases, acute renal failure and refractory circulatory failure occur within 24 hours after poisoning, and severe central nervous system injury with disturbance of consciousness as the primary manifestation occurs within 36 hours, followed by multiple organ failure until death.

Objective:To explore the influence of career decision-making self-efficacy and professional model of nursing undergraduate interns on professional identity. Methods:In December 2019, a total of 144 nursing undergraduate interns from a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital in Liaoning Province were selected as the research object by convenience sampling. All interns were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire, Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurses Students, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale and the Professional Model for Nursing Students. Statistical analysis was conducted with two independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, a total of 144 questionnaires were distributed, and 144 valid questionnaires were returned with the effective response rate of 100%. Results:Among 144 nursing undergraduate interns, the total scores of the Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurses Students, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale and Professional Model for Nursing Students were (60.82±10.86) , (138.85±22.53) and (76.56±12.31) respectively. Single factor analysis showed that whether or not they received scholarships and employment intentions during the school period were the influencing factors of the professional identity in nursing undergraduate interns ( t=2.540, F=8.129; P<0.05) . The total scores and scores of each dimension of the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale and Professional Model for Nursing Students were positively correlated with the total score of the Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurses Students [correlation coefficients ( r) was 0.446-0.623, P<0.01]. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that employment intentions, planning and professional model entering the regression equation could explain 46.7% of the variance in professional identity. Conclusions:The professional identity of nursing undergraduate interns is at a medium level and needs to be improved. Universities and practice hospitals can guide nursing students to formulate career plans through targeted measures, and improve the professional model role of clinical teachers so as to increase the professional identity of nursing undergraduate interns.
