ObjectiveTo determine the effects of tuina at "Weizhong （BL 40）" on mechanical pain hypersensitivity in a rat model of chronic dorsal root ganglion （CCD）， and to preliminarily explore the anatomical distribution characteristics of neural afferents associated with "Weizhong （BL 40）" acupoint and their central projections. MethodsThirty SD rats were randomly assigned to a sham operation group， a model group， and a tuina group， with 10 rats in each group. In the model group and the tuina group， a chronic compression of CCD model was established by implanting stainless-steel rods into the right L4/5 and L3/4 intervertebral foramina. Rats in the sham operation group underwent surgical exposure only. From day 4 to day 28 after modeling， rats in the tuina group received daily manipulation at the right "Weizhong （BL 40）" （pressure： 5 N； frequency： 2 Hz； duration： 10 min/session）. Rats in the sham operation group and the model group were subjected only to fixation. Mechanical withdrawal threshold （MWT） was assessed before modeling and on day 3， 7， 14， 21， and 28 after modeling. On day 29 after modeling， pseudorabies virus （PRV）， a retrograde trans-multisynaptic tracer， was injected into the right "Weizhong （BL 40）" acupoint in rats from the model group. After 120 h， rats were perfusion-fixed through the heart， and local tissues surrounding the "Weizhong （BL 40）" acupoint， corresponding lumbar dorsal root ganglia， lumbar spinal cord， and brain tissues were collected for fluorescence imaging of PRV-positive signals. ResultsCompared to the sham operation group， rats in the model group and the tuina group showed significantly reduced MWT on day 3， 7， 14， 21， and 28 after modeling （P＜0.05）. Compared to the model group， rats in the tuina group exhibited significantly increased MWT on day 21 and 28 after modeling （P＜0.05）. Fluorescence imaging revealed PRV-positive signals in the deep fascial layer of local muscle tissue at "Weizhong （BL 40）"， the L4 and L5 dorsal root ganglia， the dorsal horn and central canal region of the spinal cord， as well as the primary somatosensory cortex （S1）， secondary motor cortex （M2）， and anterior cingulate cortex （ACC）. Among the examined cortical regions， M2 contained the largest number of PRV-positive neurons. ConclusionTuina at "Weizhong （BL 40）" alleviates mechanical hyperalgesia in rats with the chronic compression of CCD model. A traceable neuroanatomical connection exists between the linking deep tissues within "Weizhong （BL 40）" region and the corresponding lumbar dorsal root ganglia， the spinal dorsal horn， and specific cortical areas.

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) ventilation and heated humidified high flow nasal cannula (HHHFNC) ventilation as initial respiratory support for premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS).Methods:From January 2019 to June 2021, premature infants [gestational age (GA) 28~35 weeks)] with grade Ⅰ to Ⅲ RDS admitted to Suining County People's Hospital were prospectively enrolled. The infants were randomly assigned into BiPAP group and HHHFNC group. The clinical characteristics, ventilation efficacy and complications were analyzed.Results:A total of 33 infants were in BiPAP group and 32 in HHHFNC group. No significant differences existed between the two groups in the following items: the frequency of apnea within 24 h of ventilation, FiO 2 and PaCO 2 at 24 h, the use of pulmonary surfactant (PS), the incidence of non-invasive ventilation failure within 72 h, non-invasive ventilation duration and the age achieving total enteral nutrition. HHHFNC group had lower score in premature infants pain profile (PIPP) than BiPAP group at 24 h of non-invasive ventilation [4 (3, 6) vs. 8 (6, 11), P<0.001]. No significant differences existed in nasal injury, pneumothorax, intraventricular hemorrhage, necrotizing enterocolitis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia and mortality rate between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:As the initial treatment for premature infants with grade Ⅰ to Ⅲ RDS, BiPAP and HHHFNC has similar rates of non-invasive ventilation failure within 72 h,non-invasive ventilation duration and adverse events. HHHFNC may ease the pain of the infants.

Abstract OBJECTIVE To explore the material basis and mechanism of Crataegi Fructus in improving metabolic hypertension(MH) by using network pharmacology and molecular docking technique.METHODS The components of Crataegi Fructus were collected by HERB, ETCM database and literature survey; screening all ingredients of Crataegi Fructus to improve MH targets through databases such as SwissTargetPrediction and GeneCards; build "active ingredient-target-disease" network of Crataegi Fructus with Cytoscape software; DAVID was used to analyze GO enrichment and KEGG pathway. The core components and core targets were verified by molecular docking with Autodock software. RESULTS The total of 89 active components were screened from Crataegi Fructus and acted on 84 targets. Among them, the core active components of Crataegi Fructus to improve MH were maslinic acid, fomefficinic acid B, linolenic acid, linoleic acid, methyl-n-nonylketone, apigenin, ursolic acid, etc. The core targets were CYP19A1, PPARA, ESR1, PTGS2, PPARG, NR3C1, MMP9, TNF, etc. The mechanism of action mainly involved multiple signaling pathways such as inflammation, glycolipid metabolism, and vascular endothelial function. Molecular docking showed that the core active ingredients of Crataegi Fructus had high affinity with core targets. CONCLUSION Crataegi Fructus may regulate multiple signaling pathways such as TNF, IL-17, AGE-RAGE, HIF-1, cGMP-PKG through multi-component regulation, thereby inhibiting inflammatory response, improving glucose and lipid metabolism abnormalities, and improving vascular endothelial function, so as to comprehensively exert the role of improving MH in various aspects.

Objective To investigate the scientific and objective quality management methods of ophthalmic nursing to improve the quality of ophthalmic clinical nursing. Methods According to the implemention details of review standards of tertiary special eye hospital (2011) and the management specification of clinical nursing of Guangdong province, combining with the characteristics of ophthalmic nursing to formulate the 21 indicators. The indicators had been applied in 12 wards to evaluate the nursing quality since 2013 each quarter. Using the Plato analysis method to analyze the data dynamically since 2013, then controlling and improving the nursing quality in view of the analysis result. The clinical nursing quality in the first half of 2013 was compared with the second half of 2013. Results The ophthalmic nursing indicators of 12 wards in the second half of 2013 were higher than the first half of 2013. Significant statistical difference was found in the implementation rate of periocular clean, cut fingernails preoperative, infusion system, identification, send medicine to the mouth, patients at high risk of falling drop of bed evaluation, wrist band awareness, patients′ satisfaction between two groups (χ2=4.115-12.308, P < 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions Establishing and implementing the nursing quality evaluation indicators system of ophthalmology can evaluate the clinical nursing quality objectively and promote the continuous improvement of clinical nursing quality.

Objective To investigate the features and neural mechanisms of sustained attention and executive function in patients with acute mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) by comparing and analyzing behavioral and event-related potentials of patients and healthy controls.Methods Seventeen patients with acute mTBI and seventeen healthy controls participated in a cued continuous performance test.Behavioral data and event-related potentials were collected and analyzed.Results 1.There were significant differences between the mTBI group and the control group in hitting number ((66.76±3.27), (69.12± 1.41)) ,reaction time((533.66±144.20) ms, (413.03±94.57) ms) and the number of errors of omission ((3.24±3.27), (0.88± 1.41)) (P＜0.05), but no significant differences in the number of false errors ((0.35±1.00), (0.53±0.87)) (P＞0.05).2.The amplitude of Go-N2 and Nogo-N2 were significantly smaller in mTBI group than that in control group (P＜0.05).The main effect of group was significant of N2 amplitude (P＜0.05), but main effect of condition and the interaction effect were not significant(P＞0.05).Group and condition had no significant main effect and interaction effect on the latency of N2 (P＞0.05).The amplitude of Go-P3 was significantly smaller in mTBI group than that in control group (P＜0.05),while not on the amplitude of Nogo-P3(P＞0.05).The main effect of group and condition were significant on P3 amplitude (P＜0.05),but the interaction effect was not significant(P＞0.05).Group and condition had no significant main effect and interaction effect on the amplitude of P3 (P＞0.05).Conclusion Patients with mTBI show impairments in sustained attention and conflict monitoring, but not in response inhibition.

Objective To explore the effect of health education combine with nursing intervention on improving the awareness of patients′ tuberculosis ( TB) knowledge effectiveness. Methods A total of 1 186 cases of TB from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected. According to accepted care measures, patients were divided into two groups, 593 cases received health education combined with nursing intervention were as the observation group, while another 593 cases received conventional care were as the control group. The questionnaires about TB knowledge, vital signs and prognosis of patient satisfaction outcomes were analyzed. Results Before accepting health education, the difference of knowledge of TB between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). After the health education combined with nursing intervention, 540 (91. 1%) patients in the observation group got a score of TB knowledge over 60, which was significantly higher than 402 patients (67. 8%) in the control group (P<0. 05). 402 (67. 8%) patients in the observation group got a score of TB knowledge over 80, which was significantly higher than 207 patients (34. 9%) in the control group (P<0. 05). The total score of quality of life in the observation group were (603. 6 ± 127. 4), which was significantly higher than (512. 9 ± 114. 9) in the control group (t =2. 59,P<0. 05). The rate of satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (Z=91. 3,P<0. 05). Conclusions Health education combined with nursing intervention can effectively improve the knowledge and awareness of TB patients. The psychological status and quality of life had significantly enhanced, thus it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy on the treatment of the low-middle frequency sudden hearing loss with postaurical injection of methylprednisolone. METHOD: The 80 cases of the low-middle frequency sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into postaurical injection and oral hormone groups. The postaurical injection group (42 cases) received the postaurical injection of methylprednisolone, 40 mg/2 d, combined with the treatment of Ginkgo dipyidamolum and Alprostadil for 14 d; The oral hormone group (38 cases) received the oral prednisone, 1 mg/kg/d, administrated once on the morning for 3 d, if effective, prolonging for another 2 d, as mentioned above for Ginkgo dipyidamolum and Alprostadil. RESULT: The total effective rate was 88.10% in postaurical injection group and 86. 4o%in oral hormone group. There was no significant difference between the twbogroups( P> 0. 5). CONCLUSION Postaurical injection of methylprednisolone for the low-middle frequency sudden hearing loss is effective, safe and simple, which may be an alternative for systemic administration of gulcocorticoid.

Objective To investigate the prevention measure of infections from the large number of cataract surgery at the Life- line Express. Methods From September to November 2013, a total of 1 069 cases (1 070 eyes) completed cataract surgery in Songyuan City of Jilin Province. A series of peri- operative prevention measures for nosocomial infection were established and implemented according to the characteristics of cataract surgery carried out in Life- line Express and local environment. Results The measures to prevent the nosocomial infection were fulfilled quite well, 1 069 patients had received cataract surgery successfully, no case occurred entophthalmia. Conclusions Effective prevention of the nosocomial infection can be achieved through establishing a sound system and measures, which can ensure the effect of surgery.

Objective To investigate the key nursing points during and after phacoemulsification and intraocular implantation of multiple focus lens.Method Pre-and post-operative nursing was done to the patients undergoing cataract surgery for 42 eyes of 42 patients.Result All surgeries were well done without complication.The patients’visual acuity had significant improvement after operation as compared to the pre-operation(P<0.05).Conclusions Intraocular implantation with a multiple focus lens can markedly improve the patients’vision and enhance their life quality.It is important for a nurse to conduct mental care,health education and complete preoperative examination. After surgery,the disease conditions should be carefully monitored and instructs on eye protection should be done to the patients for the purpose of promoting their recovery.
