Objective Analysis of the effects of relaxation training combined with exercise intervention in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy,aiming to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.Methods Using a convenience sampling method,80 colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in the oncology ward of a tertiary A hospital in Changzhou,Jiangsu Province from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as study subjects.Patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The experimental group received relaxation training combined with exercise interventionin addition to routine care provided to the control group.The control group received routine care.Differences in 6-minute walking distance,anxiety,depression and quality of life scores before and after six chemotherapy cycles were compared between the 2 groups.Results Finally,70 patients completed the intervention,with 35 patients in each group.After the intervention,there were differences in 6-minute walking distance,anxiety scores,depression scores,and overall health status scores between the 2 groups were all statistically significant(P＜0.001).Conclusion Relaxation training combined with exercise intervention can maintain exercise endurance in colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and alleviate anxiety and depression to some extent,helping to improve patients' quality of life.

Objective:According to the international cooperation project of Peking University Cancer Hospital on human genetic resource management practices, combined with the development direction of human genetic resource management laws and regulations, and propose reference suggestions for medical institutions to strengthen human genetic resource management.Methods:Sort out the projects that Peking University Cancer Hospital obtained international cooperation approval on the government platform of the Ministry of Science and Technology from July 2019 to June 2023, analyze the current situation of human genetic resource management in the hospital, summarize the challenges brought by the implementation of new regulations on human genetic resource management in medical institutions, and propose corresponding suggestions.Results:A total of 1276 international cooperation projects on human genetic resources have been approved, including 345 initial declarations and 931 change declarations. Involving 453 studies, including 286 clinical trials of drugs or devices on the market, accounting for 63.13%, and 100 clinical trials of Phase I drugs, accounting for 34.97% of the market studies. On average, there are 3.14 changes per project for listed research, and 1.56 changes per project for non listed research.Conclusions:Regulations on the Management of Human Genetic Resources ( short for Rules) limit the management scope of international cooperation projects involving human genetic resources and delegate management authority to medical institutions. Adjusting the scope of application for international cooperative clinical trial filing may result in some administrative approval projects being transferred to filing. The approval process for international cooperative scientific research projects on human genetic resources has been adjusted. Suggest medical institutions to strengthen the management of samples and intellectual property outside the scope of application of Rules.Strengthen the entire process management of international cooperation in scientific research. Pay attention to and timely communicate the dynamics of human genetic resource management.

Objective:To evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of comprehensive detumescence treatment of lower limb lymphedema in patients with gynecological malignant tumors, and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical intervention of comprehensive detumescence treatment of lymphedema.Methods:This study was an evidence - based nursing research. Databases such as BMJ Best Practice, UpToDate, PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang and other domestic and foreign databases, as well as websites such as the Australian Lymphology Society, the International Lymphedema, and the European Clinical Oncology Association were searched for relevant evidence and evaluation of comprehensive treatment of gynecological malignant tumor-related lower limb lymphedema. The search time was from the establishment of the database to April 1, 2022.Results:A total of 18 articles were included, including 2 guidelines, 5 systematic reviews, 4 expert consensus, 2 evidence summaries, 4 randomized controlled trials and 1 best practice. Twenty-eight evidence were summarized from 7 aspects : treatment cycle and edema stage, free-hand lymphatic drainage, graduated compression stockings, skin care, elastic socks, functional exercise and health education.Conclusions:The evidence summarized in this study can provide reference for clinical medical staff to formulate comprehensive treatment plans for lower limb lymphedema. Evidence-based practice should consider the individual status of patients and clinical scenarios, and provide personalized comprehensive treatment plans for patients with lower limb lymphedema of gynecological malignant tumors as soon as possible to improve the quality of life of patients.

Objective To study the clinical,electrophysiological,athological and genomic features of hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies (HNPP) and increase the understanding and diagnostic level of this disease.Methods Eleven patients with HNPP,met Gouider diagnostic criteria and admitted to our hospital from March 1999 to December 2014,accepted detailed clinical examinations,electromyogram,sural nerve biopsies.Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification was used to detect peripheral myelinprotein 22(PMP22) gene deletion on chromosome 17P11.2.Results Eight patients came from two families and it was consistent with automsomal dominant inheritance.Age at onset was on teen-agers.Clinical manifestations were characterized by recurrent mononeruopathies.Symptoms often disappeared spontaneously after a few days or a few months.Nerve conduction studies showed a sensori-motor demyelinating polyneuropathy with conduction abnormalities preferentially localized at common entrapment sites.The nerve biopsy showed the presence of some large thickened myelinated fibers,but the axons were normal.Gene mutation analysis showed that two patients had large fragment tandem deletions containing PMP22.Conclusions Although HNPP is concerned with heredity,there are also some sporadic cases to be found.Electrophysiologic examination is an important screen method.The definitive diagnosis is dependent on PMP22 mutation detection.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced spiral CT after low tension and drinking water in papillary carcinoma of ampulla. Methods CT manifestations of papillary carcinoma of ampulla comfirmed pathologically in 20 cases were analysed retrospectively emphasized in artery phase on contrast CT which was performed after injecting 654-2 20 mg and drinking 300~500 ml water.Results Of all the cases , only 2 cases showed tumor filling defect in the descending part of duedenum nearby pancreas on routine CT, but all the cases showed more or less tumor filling defect on contrast-enhanced spiral CT . The diameters of the tumor were between 0.8 to 2.6 cm,2 cases with head of pancreas affected,the diameters of the tumor were between 2.4 to 2.6 cm.There were 2 cases with lymph node metastasis nearby duedenum.All the cases showed expansion of gallbladder ,intrahepatic duct and choledochus expanding in the liver. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced spiral CT after low tension and drinking water is superior to routine CT in determining the size and morphosis of tumor.

Objective To study the changes of platelet, endothelial functions and fibrinolytic activity of coronary artery disease (CAD) patients before and after PTCA Methods 26 negative patients of coronary angiocardiography (CAG) serving as negative control and 16 positive ones of CAG but unsuitable for PTCA as positive control, we observed the dynamic changes of plasma P selectin? thrombomodulin and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 of 24 CAD patients before and after PTCA Results In PTCA group, the levels of plasma Ps and TM were higher 5 min after PTCA than those before PTCA ( P
