Fangcang shelter hospitals are modular, rapidly deployable facilities that play a vital role in pandemic response by providing centralized isolation and basic medical care for large patient populations. Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to transform Fangcang shelter hospitals into intelligent, responsive systems that are capable of significantly improving emergency preparedness, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. Key application areas include site selection and design optimization, clinical decision support, AI-assisted clinical documentation and patient engagement, intelligent robotics, and operational management. However, realizing AI's full potential requires overcoming several challenges, including limited data accessibility, privacy and governance concerns, inadequate algorithmic adaptability in dynamic emergency settings, insufficient transparency and accountability in AI-driven decisions, fragmented system architectures due to proprietary formats, high costs disproportionate to the temporary nature of Fangcang shelter hospitals, and hardware reliability in austere environments. Addressing these challenges demands standardized data-sharing frameworks, development of explainable and robust AI algorithms, clear ethical and legal oversight, interoperable modular system designs, and active collaboration among multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Peri-implant keratinized mucosa (PIKM) augmentation refers to surgical procedures aimed at increasing the width of PIKM. Consensus reports emphasize the necessity of maintaining a minimum width of PIKM to ensure long-term peri-implant health. Currently, several surgical techniques have been validated for their effectiveness in increasing PIKM. However, the selection and application of PIKM augmentation methods may present challenges for dental practitioners due to heterogeneity in surgical techniques, variations in clinical scenarios, and anatomical differences. Therefore, clear guidelines and considerations for PIKM augmentation are needed. This expert consensus focuses on the commonly employed surgical techniques for PIKM augmentation and the factors influencing their selection at second-stage surgery. It aims to establish a standardized framework for assessing, planning, and executing PIKM augmentation procedures, with the goal of offering evidence-based guidance to enhance the predictability and success of PIKM augmentation.

Objective Evaluate the effects of different solvent extracts from Jujing Pills on improving retinal damage in kidney Yang deficiency aging mice and explore the underlying mechanism.Methods A composite modeling method of subcutaneous injection of D-galactose and hind limb injection of hydrocortisone was used to establish a kidney Yang deficiency type aging mouse model,and various solvent extract of Jujing Pills were given for intervention treatment.The improvement effect of different solvent extracts of Jujing Pills on aging mice with kidney Yang deficiency was evaluated by observing physical signs,measuring serum oxidative stress marker levels,and cyclic nucleotide levels.Optical coherence tomography(OCT)was used to detect the condition of the mouse retina,HE staining was used to detect the degree of retinal cell damage,TUNEL staining was used to detect retinal cell apoptosis,assay kit was used to detect oxidative stress factor expression,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression of ciliary neurotrophic factor(CNTF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the mouse eyeball,and Western blotting(WB)was used to quantitatively analyze the expression levels of apoptosis and neurotrophic pathway related proteins in the mouse retina tissue.Results Compared with the control group,the model group mice showed slow weight gain,reduced activity,decreased expression of antioxidant factors such as superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione(GSH)in serum(P<0.01),and decreased cAMP/cGMP ratio(P<0.01).Different solvent extracts of Jujing Pills significantly increased the expression of antioxidant factors such as SOD and GSH(P<0.05),reduced the production of oxidative product malondialdehyde(MDA)(P<0.01),and increased the cAMP/cGMP ratio(P<0.01);Significantly increased the retinal thickness of model mice(P<0.01),improved retinal damage and inhibited retinal cell apoptosis(P<0.01),and significantly downregulated the ratio expression levels of Cleaved Caspase-3 and Caspase-3(P<0.01);The expression of CNTF,BDNF,and NGF was upregulated by water extracted medicinal residue alcohol extract,water extracted alcohol sediment,and total extract(P<0.01).The phosphorylation levels of CREB and ERK in the eyeball were significantly upregulated by water extracted medicinal residue alcohol extract and total extract(P<0.05).Conclusion Different solvent extracts of Jujing Pills can exert different pharmacological effects on improving retinal damage in aging mice with kidney yang deficiency model.Its mechanism of action is related to improving retinal apoptosis caused by oxidative stress and increasing the expression of nutritional factors.

Objective:To explore the innovative measures of scientific and technological achievements transformation in hospital by taking the practical experience of scientific and technological achievements transformation of West China Hospital of Sichuan University (WCH).Methods:The data of patents and technological achievements transformation of WCH was analyzed.Results:WCH applied for 1 800 patents and granted 1 145 during January 2015 and December 2019. By 2019, the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements of WCH reached 14%.Conclusions:WCH has achieved remarkable results in promoting the scientific and technological achievements transformation through a series of innovative explorations and practices, including building professional technology transfer organizations and teams, establishing achievement transformation incentive policies, developing technology transformation standard process and regulations, creating a positive atmosphere of achievement transformation , as well as actively cultivating high-value patents.

Objective: To investigate the attitude to death, work engagement and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) in emergency nurses, and to analyze the relationships among them. Methods: Two hundred and fifty-one emergency nurses were investigated with Chinese version of Death Attitude Profile-Revised (DAP-R), the Medical Personnels Work Engagement questionnaire and Medical Staffs, Organizational Citizenship Behavior questionnaire. Results: The attitude to death in emergency nurses was relatively positive and the total score of DAP-R was 103.49±14.76.There were significant differences on the score of nursing ages, emergency working years and religious beliefs (F=4.584, 6.159, 5.251, P<0.01). The neutral acceptance to death was positively correlated with the work engagement (r=0.098, P<0.01) , the work engagement was negatively correlated with death avoidance (r=-0.177, P<0.01) .The neutral acceptance to death was positively correlated with the OCB, civic responsibility and responsible behavior (r=0.155, 0.161, 0.202, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The attitude to death has significant influence on work engagement and OCB in emergency nurses. Nursing administrators should through establishing an effective strategies to improve the positive attitude to death and OCB level. Ultimately, give full play to the role of the emergency department nurse in terminal care and quality of emergency medical care can be improved.

Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of copper and iron contents in brain tissue, body fluids and barriers of rats exposed to lead at different periods in order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the mechanism of lead nerve injury. Methods: Sixty-four healthy adult SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and lead exposure group, after one week of adaptive feeding, rats in the lead exposure group were treated with 250 mg/L lead acetate, and rats in control group were treated with ordinary drinking water, the experimental period was 12 weeks. After exposure for 3, 6, 9 and 12 weeks, the samples including blood, choroid plexus, cerebrospinal fluid, cortex, hippocampus, striatum, hypothalamus, amygdala, substantia nigra and cerebellum were obtained. Lead, copper and iron content in all kinds of samples were detected by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS). The measurement data were presented as Mean±SD, Comparison of metal contents in different tissues of rats at different time analyzed using repeated measurement analysis of variance, Two-variable correlation analysis using Spearman correlation test.The relationship between lead exposure experiod and copper and iron in samples was studied by using trend test. Results: After 12 weeks of lead exposure compared with the control group, lead contents in cortex, hippocampus, striatum, hypothalamus, amygdala, substantia nigra and cerebellum of rats were 2.21, 2.44, 2.95, 3.53, 4.01, 1.85 and 2.86 folds of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, lead content in blood, cerebrospinal fluid,choroid plexus, brain microvessels and bones increased. The increase rate in the amygdala and cerebrospinal fluid ranked first among brain tissue or barrier,which were 4.01 and 3.0 folds respectively. Compared with the control group, Compared with the control group, copper content in cortex,hippocampus, striatum, hypothalamus,amygdala, cerebellum,blood,cerebrospinal fluid,choroid plexus and cerebral microvasculature showed an increasing trend among rats following 3,6,9,12 weeks of lead exposure. Copper content change in the striatum was highest among all brain tissue. The increase rate of copper content in the striatum was at the top among brain tissues. After 12 weeks of lead exposure,copper content in brain microvessels was 4.98 folds higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After lead exposure at different periods,the iron content in the cortex, hippocampus, striatum,cerebrospinal fluid,choroid plexus and brain microvessels of experimental rats all increased(P<0.05). And the iron increase rate in the hypothalamus or cerebrospinal fluid increase ranked first among brain tissues or body fluid the most obviously. Conclusion With the increase of exposure time, lead exposure can changes in the contents of copper and iron in different brain tissues,body fluids and barriers in rats,among which, the contents of copper and iron in the amygdala,cerebrospinal fluid and brain microvessels increase significantly. This may be related to nerve damage from lead exposure.

Objective To investigate the differences in gene expression profiles of peripheral blood from patients with Keshan disease (KD) and the apoptosis mechanism in KD,to obtain diagnostic markers and establish diagnostic centroids plot for KD.Methods RNA was isolated from ten patients with KD diagnosed according to the clinical criteria for KD in China and ten health controls.The expression profiles were evaluated by Agilent 4 ×44K Whole Human Genome density oligonucleotide microarray analysis.The data were extracted by Agilent Feature Extraction Software t test,Pathway studio analysis and prediction analysis for microarray (PAM) were used to identify differently expressed genes,gene pathways,diagnostic markers and establish diagnostic centroids plot.Results Totally 1 570 up-regulated genes and 1 498 down-regulated genes were identified.Thirty-eight enrichment pathways were also identified,and the highest ranked by Pathway studio analysis was related to apoptosis.Six genes involved in apoptosis pathway were up-regulated in KD included ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM),cAMP-dependent protein kinase,protein kinase A (PKA),baculoviral IAP repeat-containing 2 (BIRC2),NLR family,apoptosis inhibitory protein (NAIP),BCL2-1ike 11 (Bim),BCL2-related protein A1 (BCL2A1) and down-regulated were 7 which included caspase 8 (CASP8),BCL2 binding component 3 (BBC3),BCL2--associated athanogene (BAG1),BCL2-associated X protein (BAX),BCL2-1ike 1 (BCL2L1),BCL2-related ovarian killer (BOK),and caspase 6 (CASP6).Forty-two diagnostic markers were obtained through PAM analysis.Conclusions Apoptosis related to genes and pathways might play an important role in the pathogenesis of KD.Forty-two markers could be used as molecular markers for the diagnosis of KD,which is important to the diagnosis of KD.

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of work engagement in emergency nurses, put forward a feasible strategy, improve the emergency department nurses work engagement for the emergency department to build effective human resource management to provide the reference. Methods A total 226 emergency nurses from 8 hospital of first-class in Tianjin city were recruited by the convenience sampling method and investigated with a self designed, the Medical Personnel′s Work Engagement Questionnaire. Results The total score of Medical Personnel′s Work Engagement Questionnaire was 111-166(137.32 ± 12.48) points and the scores were the highest in interpersonal concordance (4.20 ± 0.46) points and the lowest in work vigor (3.01 ± 0.61) points. Variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, employment category and number of years as an emergency nurses were the influencing factors of work engagement, which could explain 51.3%of the variance. Conclusions Work engagement emergency of nurses is at a relatively moderate-to-high level, through establishing an effective incentive mechanism, increasing social benefits, accelerating the construction of emergency specialist nurse training system and paying attention to occupational development, work engagement level and quality of emergency medical care can be improved.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and clinical significance of different subtypes (IgG,IgM and IgA) of anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL) and anti-β2-glycoprotein Ⅰ antibodies (aβ 2GP1),as well as lupus anticoagulant (LA) in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods IgG/IgM/IgA,IgG,IgM,IgA aCL and anti-β2GP1 were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 100 patients with SLE (42 patients were diagnosed as secondary antiphospholipid syndrome),44 healthy controls and 32 patients with other connective tissue diseases excluding SLE and antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).Meanwhile,LA was tested by modified Dilute Russell's viper venom time (dRVVT).The correlation between antiphospholipid antibodies and clinical manifestation was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis.The postiverate of antiphospholipid antibodies in SLE patients,health controls and patients with other connective tissue diseases were compared by chi square test.The concentrations of antiphospholipid antibodies in different groups were compared using independent sample Kruskal Wallis test.The diagnostic efficacy of antiphospholipid antibodies in SLE patients was analyzed by crosstable using clinical diagnosis of APS as gold standard.P ＜ 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The prevalence of IgG aCL (x2 =15.031,P ＜ 0.001),IgA/G/M (x2 =11.678,P =0.003) and IgA (x2 =6.17,P =0.036) antiβ2GP1 were significantly higher in patients with SLE than in the other two groups.IgA/G/M (r =0.207,P=0.039),IgG (r=0.230,P=0.021) and IgA (r=0.217,P=0.030) aCL,IgA/G/M (r=0.218,P=0.029) and IgA (r =0.255,P =0.01) anti-β2GP1,as well as LA (r =0.233,P =0.02) were associated with thrombotic events.IgA/G/M anti-β2GP1 (r =0.22,P =0.029) and LA (r =0.254,P =0.011) were associated with pathological pregnancy.23.1％ (6/26) aCL positive SLE patients were IgM and/or IgA aCL positive.53.6％ (15/28) anti-β2GP1 positive SLE patients were IgM and/or IgA antiβ2GP1 positive.In SLE patients,the specificity and sensitivity of IgA/G/M aCL for APS were 98.3％ and 26.2％,respectively.The specificity and sensitivity of IgA/G/M anti-β2GP1 were 84.5％ and 40.5％,respectively.The specificity of at least two isotypes positive for APS (both aCL and anti-β2GP1 were 98.3％),was higher than IgG aCL (94.8％) or anti-β2GP1 (93.1％).The sensitivity of at least one isotype of aCL (47.6％) or anti-β2GP1 (42.9％) positive for APS were higher than IgG aCL (40.5％)and anti-β2GP1 (21.4％).Conclusions IgG and IgM aCL together would be better than IgA/G/M aCL for APS screening.IgA/G/M anti-β2GP1 would be better for APS screen due to higher sensitivity and strong association with thromboembolic events and pathologic pregnance.IgA aCL or anti-β2GP1 was associated with thromboembolic events.IgA aCL or anti-β2GP1 would be useful for APS diagnosis in IgG and IgM aCL or anti-β2GPl negative patients.
