Objective To develop an ultra high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS)method for quantifying serum levels of norepinephrine(NE)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),and to monitor the dynamic changes in these neurotransmitters during the process of establishing a model of acute reserpine-induced depression-like mice.Methods By evaluating matrix effect,recovery,precision,and accuracy efficiency,an UPLC-MS method for determining the concentrations of NE and 5-HT in serum was established.Forty-eight C57 mice were randomly divided into normal control and model groups,which were intraperitoneally injected with physiological saline(10 mL/kg)and reserpine(2.5 mg/kg),respectively.At various time points after intraperitoneal injection,the degree of ptosis and decreases in body temperature of the mice were observed before orbital blood was sample for the determination of NE and 5-HT levels.Results The concentrations of NE and 5-HT showed good linearity within the range of 15.63 to 2000.00 ng/mL,with R2 values greater than 0.999.The results of methodological validation met the requirements for the analysis of biological samples,with a lower limit of quantification of 15.63 ng/mg.After intraperitoneal injection of reserpine,the model mice exhibited varying body temperature decreases and ptosis.At 1 and 2 h post-administration,the depression-like symptoms in the model group were significantly different from those of the normal control group(P＜0.01).The body temperature of mice in the model group was significantly lower than that of mice in the normal control group(P＜0.01),while the score of the eyelid ptosis was significantly higher(P＜0.001).The levels of NE and 5-HT in the serum of model mice were also significantly depleted,and were significantly different from those of the normal control group at 0.5,1 and 2 h(P＜0.05).Conclusion The study process of established a rapid and accurate method for dynamically observing the changes in NE and 5-HT levels during the process of establishing a model of acute reserpine-induced depression-like mice,which might contribute to the study of the pathogenesis of depression and the development of new antidepressant drugs.

Objective To explore the application effect of"personalized"video propaganda and educa-tion combined with AI technology in hyperbaric oxygen therapy of the patients.Methods A total of 208 new-ly admitted patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in this hospital from June to September 2023 were select-ed as the control group,and 215 newly admitted patients from October 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the experimental group.The control group adopted the oral propaganda and education combined with paper propaganda and education to explain the principle and function of hyperbaric oxygen,informed that electronic products and flammable and explosive materials should not be brought into the cabin,and reminded the items needing to be prepared during treatment and the precautions in the treatment process.On the basis of the con-trol group,the experimental group combined with AI to make the"personalized"propaganda and education video and the patient's signature confirmation method,and the plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle mode was used to continuously improve the quality of hyperbaric oxygen health propaganda and education.The correct answer situation of relevant knowledge,carrying prohibited items into the cabin,the implementation of pre-cautions,satisfaction and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)scores were compared between the two groups Re-sults The experimental group had better answers to hyperbaric oxygen related knowledge than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before entering the cabin,the proportion of carrying the prohibited items in the control group was 6.3％(13/208),which was higher than 0.9％(2/215)in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).During the whole process of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the complete implementation rate of precautions in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(68.8％vs.44.2％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.4％,which was higher than 46.6％of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The mild and moderate anxiety scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).The severe anxiety score had no statistical difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of"personalized"video propaganda and education combined with AI technology has a good effect in the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen patients,which could reduce the patients'anxiety,in-crease the patients'confidence,and improve the patients'knowledge awareness rate,treatment compliance and satisfaction on nursing work.

Objective To obtain the data of injury among children aged 0~6 years in Haidian area and Pinggu area of Beijing.Methods A total of 2970 children aged 0~6 years in Haidian District(city area) and 2558 in Pinggu District (rural area)were investigated by cluster sampling method.Results A total of 5528 children were investigated,the incidence of injury was 8.64%.The incidence rate of aged 0~6 years child injury in Haidian District was10.54%,which was much higher than that in Pinggu District (6.45%).The top five causes of injury were falls,animal bites,burn/scalds,injury by sharp articles and struck/hit by falling object in Pinggu District.The top five causes of injury were falls,animal bites,injury by sharp articles,burn/scalds and blunt in Haidian District.the sequences of injury were similar between the two districts.The incidence rate of burns/scalds was higher in Pinggu District than that in Haidian District.The types of injury were little different between children who lived at home and children who lived in kindergarten.The types of injury were not too different between genders.Falls was the leading cause of injury for all children(in cities or in countries,boys and girls,in different age group).Conclusion The incidence rates of injury and types of injury are different in different areas,genders and age groups.So the intervention of injury should be different.
