Surgical robot(SR),which integrates mechanical control,multimodal image navigation and artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms,is reshaping modern surgical paradigm with its advantages of minimally invasive operation,high precision and intelligent capabilities.The evolution,classification and representative commercial platforms of SR both domestically and internationally were systematically reviewed in this article,mainly focused on in-depth comparison of core parameters and key technological breakthroughs across different manufacturers and future development trends toward semi-autonomous and fully autonomous surgical systems.

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum leptin level and body mass index(BMI)in in-fants with cyanosis congenital heart disease,and the relationship between leptin and Ob gene receptor(Ob-R)and hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)in myocardium.Methods A total of 52 children under 6 months of age with congenital heart disease who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Congenital Heart Surgery,Fuwai Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were included in this study.According to the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)of 90 mmHg,they were divided into cyanotic group(n=30)and acyanotic group(n=22).Their height and weight were collected to calculate BMI.The serum leptin level was measured by ELISA.The ex-pressions of HIF-1α and Ob-R in myocardial tissue were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.In animal mod-el,SD rats were divided into normoxia group and hypoxia intervention group,which were subjected to continuous hypoxia(10％ O2)for 4 weeks.The hypoxia intervention group received intraperitoneal injection of HIF-1α in-hibitor digoxin(2 mg/kg)daily from the 14 th to 21st day of hypoxia,respectively.The body weight of rats was recorded,and the expressions of HIF-1α and Ob-R were detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot.Results Com-pared with the acyanosis group,the cyanosis group had a significantly lower BMI(P<0.05)and a lower leptin/BMI ratio(leptin/BMI)(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis confirmed that serum leptin in the circulatory system was positively correlated with BMI(P<0.05).In the cyanosis group,the expression of Ob-R increased with the upregulation of HIF-1α,showing a positive correlation.In animal model,with the down-regulation of HIF-1α expression in digoxin injection,the Ob-R level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the trend of weight loss was significantly inhibited(P<0.05).The right ventricular hypertrophy in-dex was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions HIF-1α regulates the expres-sion of Ob-R in myocardial tissue,and the mechanism of its association with leptin and Ob-R may help to find new therapeutic target for improving the prognosis of infants with congenital heart disease.

There is accumulating evidence that microRNAs are emerging as pivotal regulators in the development and progression of neuropathic pain. MicroRNA-15a/16 (miR-15a/16) have been reported to play an important role in various diseases and inflammation response processes. However, whether miR-15a/16 participates in the regulation of neuroinflammation and neuropathic pain development remains unknown. In this study, we established a mouse model of neuropathic pain by chronic constriction injury (CCI) of the sciatic nerves. Our results showed that both miR-15a and miR-16 expression was significantly upregulated in the spinal cord of CCI rats. Downregulation of the expression of miR-15a and miR-16 by intrathecal injection of a specific inhibitor significantly attenuated the mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia of CCI rats. Furthermore, inhibition of miR-15a and miR-16 downregulated the expression of interleukin-1β and tumor-necrosis factor-α in the spinal cord of CCI rats. Bioinformatic analysis predicted that G protein-coupled receptor kinase 2 (GRK2), an important regulator in neuropathic pain and inflammation, was a potential target gene of miR-15a and miR-16. Inhibition of miR-15a and miR-16 markedly increased the expression of GRK2 while downregulating the activation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase and NF-κB in CCI rats. Notably, the silencing of GRK2 significantly reversed the inhibitory effects of miR-15a/16 inhibition in neuropathic pain. In conclusion, our results suggest that inhibition of miR-15a/16 expression alleviates neuropathic pain development by targeting GRK2. These findings provide novel insights into the molecular pathogenesis of neuropathic pain and suggest potential therapeutic targets for preventing neuropathic pain development.

Objective To analyze the role of telehealth?based dialysis registration systems in real?time and dynamic reflection of renal anemia in hemodialysis (HD) patients, and discuss the prospect of its application in dialysis registration management. Methods The Red China project was to build up a dialysis registration system based on the WeChat mobile terminal platform. Demographic and baseline laboratory parameters such as age, gender, primary disease, dialysis age, creatinine were recorded in this system. Hemoglobin (Hb) level was monthly recorded. The platform generated Hb statistics report for each HD center monthly, including the detection rate, target rate and the distribution level of Hb, and released it to physicians through the WeChat terminal of mobile phone. After that, physicians could change the treatment of anemia individually on basis of this report. Here the demographic and baseline laboratory parameters, the detection rate, target rate, the average level and the distribution of Hb from June 2015 to October 2017 after the project launched were analyzed. Results From June 2015 to October 2017, 8392 maintenance HD patients from 28 HD centers in Shanghai were enrolled, of whom 5059(60.3％) were male.The average rate age was (60.5 ± 13.7) years old. Baseline average Hb was (108.3±16.0) g/L. Baseline detection rate and target rate were 54.2％and 47.5％, respectively. After 28 months follow?up, the detection rate of Hb increased from 54.2％ to 73.6％ (P<0.001), the target rate of Hb increased from 47.5％ to 56.1％ (P<0.001), and the level of average Hb rose from (108.3±16.0) g/L to (110.7±16.0) g/L. The difference between average Hb in two consecutive months was less than 1.3 g/L. Conclusions The telehealth?based dialysis registration system can timely report the anemia situation of HD patients, which may improve the awareness rate of anemia, the degree of attention and the compliance of anemia monitoring, so as to improve the detection rate and target rate of Hb and reduce the fluctuation of Hb, which helps to maintain the HD patients to correct anemia in a timely, stable and long?term way. The telehealth?based dialysis registration system, as an improved mode of dialysis registration is a promising way for long?term management of renal anemia in dialysis patients.

Objective To study the inhibitive effects of salinomycin in combination with arsenic trioxide(As2O3)on the growth of vitro human breast cancer cell line MCF-7.Methods The inhibitive effects of single drug and combined medication on the cell line MCF-7 were detected by using MTT method.The interactions of the 2 drugs were assessed by using median-effect principle, and the effects of the 2 drugs on cell proliferation and migration were observed by colony and scarification tests,and the effects of single drug medication and combined drug medication on the morphology of MCF-7 apoptosis were observed by Hoechst 33258 staining.Results The effects of single drug medication and combined drug medication increased with the dosage of the drugs.When fa was lower than 0.827 55 and CI was lower than 1,the combined effects of the 2 drugs were synergistic.Conclusion Combined medication of the 2 drugs at low dosage could synergistically inhibit the growth of MCF-7 and could further promote apoptosis.

Objective: Two kits for detecting anti-HAV antibody produced by Abbott Laboratories are evaluated for their performance in order to use in the anti-HAV antibodies detections. Methods: Serially diluted standard reference serum were detected 4 times with HAVAb2.0 kit and HAV-IgG kit , then fit standard curves and calculated Interclass correlation coefficient (ICC). 120 serum that have different levels of anti-HAV antibodies were chosen to be detected by two kits and calculated sensitivity and specificity, receive operation characteristic (ROC) curve and area under curve (AUC) while the results of HAV-IgG were used as golden standard. Results: R² and ICC for HAV-IgG were 0.9977 and 0.999, respectively, higher than 0.9893 and 0.995(P>0.05) for HAVAb2.0. Sensitivity and specificity for HAVAb2.0 were 93.15% and 100% and AUC was 0.994 when kit HAV-IgG was chosen as golden standard. Conclusion There is little difference in performance between HAV-IgG and HAVAb2.0, both of them can be used in anti-HAV antibodies detection.

Objective To explore the applicability of the childhood autism spectrum test (CAST) of children in Mainland China according to autism screening,in order to provide the effective reference for the identification and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders of children.Methods Two hundreds and fifty-two typical developing children,and 61 autistic children who were confirmed by psychological clinic of Child Healthcare Clinic,Shenzhen Luohu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital who were conformed with diagnosis standards of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition(DSM-5) by using CAST Chinese version were assessed,and the reliability and validity analysis were made on the CAST scale.The receiver operating characteristic curve was drew to determine the optimal threshold value,and the sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value were calculated.Results CAST Chinese version had good reliability,Cronbach's α was 0.880.Split-half reliability coefficient r was 0.821,and the whole scale calibration reliability coefficient was 0.902.There was statistically significant difference between items and the total score(P＜0.05).The consistency between the CAST ≥4 years old children and diagnosis standards of DSM-5 reached 0.884(P=0.000).The consistency 3-＜4 years old children and diagnosis standards of DSM-5 reached 0.867 (P=0.000).Among the screening of the children who were ≥4 years old,the cut off was 15 scores that the sensitivity and specificity were best.With the children of 3-＜4 years old,a designated cut-point should be 17 scores.Conclusions There are good reliability and validity of CAST,which can be used to mainland China,as well as to screen autistic children more than 3 years old.
