Objective? To investigate the current status and influencing factors on career decision-making self-efficacy among near-employment internship nursing students. Methods? By convenience sampling, the near-employment internship nursing students who voluntarily participant in this research were selected from April to May of 2018 from a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital in Beijing. The Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale (CDMSE) was used in the study to investigate the participants. A total of 178 questionnaires were distributed with 170 valid ones retrieved. Results? The total score of CDMSE of 170 near employment internship nursing students was (137.62±2.240). The linear-regression analysis showed that gender and satisfaction on hospitals were the influencing factors of their career decision-making self-efficacy. Conclusions? The career decision-making self-efficacy of internship nursing students is at an intermediate level. Hospitals and schools can develop individualized training methods for them in order to improve their career decision-making self-efficacy.

Objective? To understand the psychological experience of nursing interns who underwent bedside rescue events. Methods? From September to December of 2018, 12 nursing interns who underwent bedside rescue events in Rescue Room of Emergency Department were interviewed and data was processed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results? Totally five themes were extracted: novelty and overwhelming, orderly rescue work caused the nursing interns to think about their own value, the sense of value due to professional identity, solid basic skills and reasonable teaching is the cornerstone of the rescue room internship, and the perception of sense of mission. Conclusions? Schools and hospitals should pay attention to the cultivation of soft skills of nursing interns, improve the familiarity of nursing interns with first-aid equipment, consolidate their basic skills, and establish a standardized first-aid process to improve the teaching work to foster first-aid awareness of nursing interns and promote nursing students to integrate into the rescue environment.

Objective To evaluate and analyze the prevalence of various diseases in Chinese civil aviation pilots, and to provide the basis of improving the fitness of pilots. Methods The information of physical examinations of civil aviation pilots up to June of 2016 was extracted from the literatures included by CBM,China Journal Fulltext Database,China Scientific Journal Database and Wanfang Data.Open Meta [Analyst] software was used to incorporate the single rate and the outcomes were expressed as prevalence and 95% CI,and to analyze the subgroups according to different characteristics of pilots.STATA software was used for publication bias. Results Twenty-six literatures were included for meta-analysis and 122 424 persons involved (aging from 16 to 73 yr).The diseases were mainly cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, eye diseases and abnormal blood biochemical indexes. The Meta-analysis showed that the prevalence of various diseases in Chinese civil aviation pilots were:hypertension 9.2% (95% CI was 7.1%-11.4%,I2 =98%),overweight and obesity42.2% (95% CI was 29.0%-55.5%,I2=100%),dyslipidemia 38.2% (95% CI was 24.1%-52.4 %,I2 =100 %),in which the prevalence of TG was 28.0 % (I2 =98 %),TC was 19.9 % (I2 =99%),HDL-C was 23.4% (I2 =97%),and LDL-C was 19.3% (I2 =98%).The prevalence of hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia was respectively 3.1% (95% CI was 0.7%-5.6%,I2 =95%) and 22.6% (95% CI was 18.5%-26.6%,I2 =79%).The prevalence ef fatty liver and gallbladder polyp was respectively 20.2% (95% CI was 10.4%-30.0%,I2 =98%) and 5.2% (95% CI was 4.7%-5.8%,I2 =0%).The prevalence of cataracts and poor vision was respectively 0.2% (95% CI was 0.1%-0.3%,I2=80%) and 9.4% (95% CI was 9.0%-9.7%,I2=0%).10.2% pilots were diagnosed as hearing loss (I2 =54 %).Pilots at different age had different prevalence of hypertension. Conclusions The high incidences of overweight/obesity,dyslipidemia,hyperuricemia,fatty liver and hypertension are found in Chinese civil aviation pilots, and these suggest the importance of countermeasures for improving their healthiness.

Object To study the inhibitory effect of Anti-EB Virus Liquor (AEVL) on EB (Epstein-Barr) virus antigen expression and its cytotoxicity. Methods The effect of AEVL on Raji cell early antigen (EA) expression and B 95-8 cell virus capsid antigen (VCA) expression was assayed by indirect fluorescent technique; the cytotoxicity on nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE 2 cells was determined by MTT method. Results At the non-toxic concentration, AEVL had markedly inhibitory effect on Raji cell EB-virus, IC 50 was 0.667 mg/mL and showed powerfully inhibitory effect on B 95-8 cell EB-virus VCA expression, IC 50 was 0.89 mg/mL; and it had strongly inhibitory effect on B 95-8 cell EB virus VCA expression stimulated by sodium n-butyric acid, IC 50 was 1.4 mg/mL. The IC 50 of AEVL on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE 2 cell was 7.57 mg/mL. Conclusion AEVL could inhibit EB virus antigen expression and have cytotoxicity on nasopharyngel carcinoma cells at high concentration.
