This study was aimed at exploring the epidemic characteristics and spatio-temporal evolution patterns of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)in Henan Province from 2011 to 2022,to provide a reference for prevention and control ef-forts.Data on SFTS in Henan Province from 2011 to 2022 were collected from the Information Management System for Infectious Dis-ease Reporting,and epidemiological characteristics and spatio-temporal evolution patterns were investigated through spatial autocorre-lation analysis,standard deviation ellipse analysis,and spatial-centered transfer curves,on a district-county basis.From 2011 to 2022,a total of 5 471 SFTS cases associated with 81 deaths were reported in Henan Province.The incidence rate showed an increasing trend(χ2trend=23.24,P<0.001),and the average annual incidence was 0.4 677/100 000.The case-fatality rate showed a decreasing trend from 2011 to 2019(χ2trend=8.86,P=0.003),but an increasing trend from 2020 to 2022(χ2trend=12.93,P<0.001).The average an-nual case-fatality rate was 1.48%.The peak incidence period was from May to July;this period accounted for 58.75%of the total cases.Females(59.39%),individuals 60-80 years old(55.40%),and farmers(96.64%)were the high prevalence groups.The disease was distributed primarily in Xinyang City,and Shangcheng County had the highest incidence rate(27.411 8/100 000).Spatial aggregation was observed in the southeastern region(Moran's I>0,P<0.001),and the disease centers were all located in Guangshan County,Xin-yang City,and showed southeast-northwest-southeast-northwest-southeast-northeast-southwest movement during the 12-year pe-riod.In conclusion,from 2011 to 2022,SFTS in Henan Province had a high incidence in May to July,and females,older people,and farmers were the high-risk groups.Spatial aggregation was observed in the southeastern region,along with spread to surrounding areas.Xinyang City is therefore a key area for the prevention and control of SFTS.

Objective To explore and compare the clinical effects of pregnant women with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis in cesarean section between general anesthesia and single spinal anesthesia.Methods Clinical data of pregnant women of 35,including compensated cirrhosis 26 cases,decompensated cirrhosis 9 cases,aged 24-45 years,weighing 55-98 kg,falling into ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ,were divided into group A (general anesthesia group,n=15) and B (single spinal group,n=20).In patients of group A,propofol were infused at 1.5 mg/kg till the time for fetal delivery,after intubation,followed by infusion of remifentanil at a rate of 0.2 μg·kg-1·min-1 TCL combined with propofol until the end of operation.In group B,the puncture was performed at L3-4 interspace,following by intrathecal injection of ropivacaine 10~15 mg and within 10 seconds.With liver cirrhosis after hepatitis were collected and analyzed,retrospectively.Preoperative general status,blood loss and time of operation,Apgar score of neonates compared and analyzed in groups A and B.And the changes of hepatic function and coagulation function of the body under different anesthesia methods were also studied.The influential factors of postoperative elevation of hepatic function were analyzed by non-conditional logistic regression models.Results Blood loss and time of operation,Apgar score of neonates and postoperative hospital stay had no significant differences between the two groups.Postoperative albumin of group A was higher than that of preoperative,with a statistical significance (P<0.05).Alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase of postoperative of group B were increased,with a statistical significance (P<0.01).Logistic analysis showed that the type of anesthesia was the possible influencing factor of postoperative elevation of total bilirubin (OR=12.04,95%CI 1.14-127.45).Conclusion The negative effect of single spinal anesthesia on hepatic function more than that of general anesthesia in pregnant women with liver cirrhosis in cesarean section.

Objective To understand the current situation of the learning motivation of continuing nursing education in the clinical nurses in order to provide the reference for improving the quality of continuing nursing education .Methods Three hundred and seventy-eight nurses were surveyed by the questionnaire about Chinese Education Participation Scale in one grade a tertiary general hospital in Changchun .Results The average score of the learning motivation in nurses was (3.08 ±0.69), and the score of professional development dimension was highest (3.58 ±0.77), and the score of escape/stimulation dimension was lowest (2.44 ± 0.80).The differences in the learning motivation were found in the different age , degree, title, position, marriage, working time ( t =2.946, 5.515, 6.918, 2.025, 3.548, 5.797, respectively;P <0.05 ). Conclusions The learning motivation of continuing nursing education in the clinical nurses is at medium level . The management should carry out the targeted continuing nursing education according to the different nurses ’ characteristic , and stimulate the enthusiasm of learning so as to improve the quality of continuing nursing education .

To investigate molecular epidemiology of DuCV in Cherry Valley ducks in China,the complete genomes of six DuCV strains,which were detected from Cherry Valley ducks in China between 2007 and 2008,were sequenced.Sequence and phylogenetic analysis were carried out to compare these six strains with another 27DuCV strains from Mulard duck,Muscovy duck,Pekin ducks and Mule duck.The analysis showed that the six DuCV strains exhibited typical genetic features of the family of DuCV,such as a stem-loop structure,three major open reading frames (Rep,Cap and ORF3),four intergenic repeats and the conserved motifs for rolling circle replication and for the dNTP binding domain located in the Rep protein.Phylogenetic analysis of the nucleotide sequences of the complete genome and Cap gene of these strains together with those that have been previously published demonstrated two distinct DuCV genotypes.The DuCV strains with complete genomes containing 1988and 1989 nucleotides clustered in genotype A,whereas the strains with complete genomes containing 1991,1992,1995 and 1996 nucleotides lay in genotype B.The six DuCV strains from Cherry Valley ducks were divided into the two groups.The results of the study provides some insight into the variation of DuCVs in Cherry Valley ducks.

The duck circovirus (DuCV) infection in sick ducks from Fujian Province was investigated. The liver samples of 43 sick Muscovy ducks with infectious serositis were collected from 12 duck farms in Fujian Province.Based on the published sequences of DuCV, two primers were designed for the detection of DuCV and four pairs of primers were designed to amplify four overlapping fragments that cover the complete genome of DuCV. The specific PCR products were amplified from positive samples. The fragments were then cloned into pMD18-T vector and sequenced, and the full length genomic sequence of the FJ0601 isolate of DuCV was obtained. PCR analysis showed that the proportion of ducks which were positive for circovirus was 79% and 10 out of the 12 farms were positive. Sequence analysis showed that the complete genome of DuCV-FJ0601 was 1988 bp and possessed features common to the family Circoviridae which included a stem-loop structure and the Rep protein motifs. Homology analysis showed that FJ0601 isolate of DuCV had 97.3%～97.5% nucleotide sequence identity to all the four Taiwan isolates (TC1/2002, TC2/2002, TC3/2002, TC4/2002), 82.9% identity to the America (33753-52) isolate and 82.3% identity to the Germany isolate. Phylogenetic analysis with Clustal W, however,showed that FJ0601 isolate of DuCV was on a common branch with Taiwan isolates, and Germany and America isolates belonged to the other branch.

Objective To observe the effect of Weiyanyin on Substance P(SP) in gastric mucosa of experiment bile reflux gastritis rats. Methods The model of experiment bile reflux gastritis was established by gavage of reflux liquid. Compared with Domperidone, the effect of Weiyanyin on pathological histological features and the mucosal SP content of bile reflux gastritis rats was observed. Results The gastric mucosa of rats in model group was damaged, and alopecia of gastric mucosa, and infiltration of a large number of inflammatory cells could be seen.In most of the rats in the model group, atypical hyperplasia and intestinal metaplasia were present.
