Sangjuyin， as a pungent and cooling agent with precise therapeutic effect， is a classic pungent formula for cooling relief of the epidermis， which is highly respected by medical practitioners. This formula is from the Wenbing Tiaobian written by WU Jutong in the Qing dynasty， on the basis of which subsequent medical practitioners have made additions and subtractions to apply it. The authors used the bibliometric method to systematically organize the medical books from the Qing dynasty and the Republic of China and modern literature to analyze the composition， concoction， decoction， efficacy， and previous and modern application of Sangjuyin. After examination， the drug base of this formula is basically clear. Armeniacae Semen Amarum is the dried mature seeds of Armeniaca vulgaris， family Rosaceae. Forsythiae Fructus is the dried fruit of Forsythia suspensa， family Mulleinaceae. Menthae Haplocalycis Herba is the dried above-ground part of Mentha haplocalyx， family Labiatae. Mori Folium is the dried leaves of Morus alba， family Moraceae. Chrysanthemi Flos is the dried head of Chrysanthemum morifolium， family Asteraceae. Platycodonis Radix is the dried root of Eryngium grandiflorum， family Eryngium. Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is the dried root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis of the Leguminosae family， and Phragmitis Rhizoma is the fresh or dried rhizome of Phragmites communis of the Gramineae family. It is recommended that the eight drugs be used in raw form as medicine. The dosage and method of decoction were converted into a modern single dosage of 7.46 g Armeniacae Semen Amarum， 5.60 g Forsythiae Fructus， 2.98 g Menthae Haplocalycis Herba， 9.33 g Mori Folium， 3.73 g Chrysanthemi Flos， 7.46 g Platycodonis Radix， 2.98 g Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， and 11.19 g Phragmitis Rhizoma， with 400 mL water added， and the solution was boiled to obtain 200 mL， taken twice a day. Sangjuyin has the efficacy of dispersing wind and clearing heat， promoting lung and relieving cough， and it is used for treating the initial onset of wind-warmth and the evidence of evil spirits in the lungs and collaterals. Modern research has shown that Sangjuyin is often used in the treatment of cough， pneumonia， rhinitis， and other respiratory diseases， and the results of this study provide a reference for the later development of Sangjuyin.

Sinisan is a classical prescription developed and applied by ancient medical experts and it is first recorded in the Treatise on Cold Damage written by ZHANG Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Later physicians have modified this prescription based on this original one. The bibliometrics methods were used to analyze the key information and research trend of Sinisan. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria， 69 pieces of effective data were extracted， involving 67 ancient traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） books. The results showed that the name， composition， and decocting methods of Sinisan in later generations were inherited from the original record in the Treatise on Cold Damage. The original plants of medicinal materials used in Sinisan are basically clear. We recommend Bupleuri Radix as the dried root of Bupleurem scorzonerifolium， Paeoniae Radix Alba as the dried root of Paeonia lactiflora， Aurantii Fructus as the dried fruit of Citrus aurantium， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma as the dry root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Raw materials of Bupleuri Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba， Aurantii Fructus stir-fried with bran， and stir-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma should be used for preparation of Sinisan. According to measurement system in the Han Dynasty， a bag of Sinisan is composed of 1.25 g Bupleuri Radix， 1.25 g Paeoniae Radix Alba， 1.25 g Aurantii Fructus， and 1.25 g Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. The materials should be grounded into coarse powder and taken with a proper amount of rice soup， 3 times a day. Sinisan has the effects of regulating qi movement and harmonizing the liver and spleen. It can be used for treating reversal cold in limbs and cold damage. In modern clinical practice， Sinisan can be used to treat chronic gastritis， irritable bowel syndrome， and dyspepsia. The above research results provide scientific reference for the future research and development of Sinisan.

Objective To investigate the expression of inositol polyphosphate 4-phosphatase type Ⅱ B(INPP4B)in colorectal cancer(CRC)and the relevant clinical significance,to determine the relationship between INPP4B and matrix metallopeptidase 7(MMP7)in CRC cells,and to make preliminary exploration of the effects of INPP4B on the proliferation and migration of CRC cells and mechanisms involved.Methods The TIMER2.0 and GEPIA2 databases were used to analyze the differences in INPP4B expression between cancer and para-cancerous tissues and the effects of such differences on the prognosis of CRC.The expression of INPP4B in 102 surgically resected CRC tumors was determined by immunohistochemistry(IHC),and the correlation between INPP4B and clinical pathological indicators was analyzed.In CRC cells with overexpressed/knocked-down INPP4B,the expression of INPP4B and MMP7 were examined by real time fluorogenic quantitative PCR,the protein expression of INPP4B was assessed by Western blot,cell proliferation was determined using the CellTiter 96? AQueous One assay,and cell migration and invasion were assessed using wound healing assay and real-time label-free dynamic cell analysis(RTCA).The LinkedOmics database was used to analyze signaling pathways related to INPP4B function,and the role of potential key molecules was validated at the cellular level.Results Analysis with the TIMER2.0 database and GEPIA2 database showed elevated INPP4B expression(colon adenocarcinoma[COAD]:2.30,rectal adenocarcinoma[READ]:2.33)in CRC compared to normal tissue(COAD:1.91,READ:1.89).IHC testing confirmed that INPP4B was upregulated in clinical CRC tissues and paracancerous tissues(P＜0.001).Cox regression model analysis showed that INPP4B(hazards ratio[HR]=1.457,95％confidence interval[CI]:1.003-2.115)affected the prognosis of CRC,and the Kaplan-Meier curve showed that patients with high INPP4B expression had shorter overall survival(P＜0.05).x2 test was performed to analyze the relationship between INPP4B expression and clinicopathological indexes,and it was found that high expression of INPP4B was correlated with lymph node metastasis(x2=3.997,P=0.046)and neural invasion(x2=8.511,P=0.004).In in vitro experiments,CRC cells overexpressing INPP4B showed a significantly increased cell proliferation and migration compared to the cells in the control group(P＜0.05).Analysis using the LinkedOmics database showed that INPP4B was correlated with extracellular matrix remodeling and cell migration.Pearson's correlation analysis showed that MMP7 was positively correlated with INPP4B(r=0.3782,P＜0.001).INPP4B overexpression or knockdown in vitro also led to the upregulation or the downregulation of MMP7 expression in CRC cells.Conclusion INPP4B is highly expressed in CRC tissues and significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,neural invasion,and patient prognosis.MMP7 may mediate the role of INPP4B in promoting CRC cell migration and invasion.

Objective To explore the operation indication of fracture of rib with fracture internal-fixation.Methods The clinical data of 103 cases with Fracture of rib,treated by fracture internal-fixation(n =49)and conservative treatment (n =54) respectively,were retrospectively analyzed.Results The hospital stay time,VAS scores and the healing time of surgical group were lower than that of non-surgical group.Fracture internal-fixation could significantly reduce the incidence of lung infection,deformities of chest and delayed hemathorax.Conclusions Internal fixation of fracture is much better than other routine therapies for fracture of ribs.The patients with indication of operation should operate actively.

ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility and effect of complete thoacoscopes and laparoscopes combination operation for thoracoabdominal injuries.MethodsFrom March 2007 to March 2011,the clinical data of 36 patients (observation group) with thoracoabdominal injuries who were performed with complete thoracoscopes and laparoscopes combination operation were analyzed retrospectively,and compared with 36 patients (control group) treated with traditional standard operation in the same period.The intraoperative and postoperative situation was compared between two groups.ResultsAll the patients in observation group were successfully performed by complete endoscopic surgery.There were no operative mortality and complications related to operation,such as diaphragmatic hernia,delayed hemopneumothorax.The operative time of observation group was (98 ±38 ) min,operative blood loss was ( 120±45 ) ml,drainage flow within 24 h was(230 ±55) ml,drainage tube duration was(5 ±2) d,postoperative pain vasual analogue scale (VAS) score was (3.31±0.87) scores,hospitalization cost was ( 1 2.3±7.6) thousand yuan,postoperative recovery time of intestinal function was (2.29±1.02) d,hospital stay was ( 10±3 ) d.Those values of control group were respectively ( 135±31 ) min,(220±30) ml,(400±160) ml,(9±3) d,(6.82±1.67) scores,(23.4±8.5) thousand yuan,(5.46 ±2.31 ) d and ( 16±2) d.There were significant differences between two groups(P ＜0.05).The occurrence rate of cardiopulmonary complication of observation group [ 11.1％(4/36) ] and control group [ 13.9％(5/36) ] had no significant difference (P＞0.05).ConclusionsComplete thoracoscopes and laparoscopes combination operation for thoracoabdominal injuries is a safe and mini-invasive treatment with quicker recovery,less cost and morereliable effect.Therefore,it deserves further clinical application.
