Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.

Objective To assess the imaging characteristics of 18F-Alfalide II in different tumorbearing mice and pharmacokinetics in Beagle dogs. Methods BALB/c nude mice(n-24)were used for subcutaneous tumor models(A549 and U87MG),orthotopic lung cancer models(A549)and orthotopic breast cancer models(MDA-MB-231)(n=6 in each group).18F-Alfatide II and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)microPET/CT images were compared in the 4 types of tumor-bearing nude mice models.18F-Alfatide II blocking experiment, biodistribution experiment and imaging studies in tumors of different growth cycles were performed in A549 subcutaneous tumor-bearing nude mice models.Pharmacokinetic experiments were carried out in Beagle dogs(n = 6)and CD-1 mice(n = 9).Two-sample t test was used to analyze the data. Results Compared with 18F-FDG,18F-Alfatide II microPET/CT images showed better imaging quality and contrast in subcutaneous A549,U87MG tumors and orthotopic A549(tumor/heart:4.50±1.17 vs 0.95±0.31;t = 4.125,P<0.01),orthotopic MDA-MB-231(tumor/muscle:6.60±1.53 vs 0.92±0.43;t = 3.984,P<0.01)transplantation nude mice models.18F-Alfatide II could specifically target A549 tumors, and the tumor uptake of 18F-Alfatide II was reduced by about 75% after pre-injection with cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Tyr-Lys)(c(RGDyk)).18F-Alfatide II was rapidly cleared from the blood of Beagle dogs(T1/2 was(57.34±11.69)min).It was cleared in the form of prototype drug and(69.24±6.82)% of cumulative dose was excreted through the urine within 4 h after administration. Conclusions 18F-Alfatide II shows a higher target/non-target ratio than,18F-FDG in the imaging of A549,MDA-MB-231 and U87MG tumor-bearing nude mice models, which is more conducive to the diagnosis of tumor.18F-Alfatide II has excellent pharmacokinetic properties.

Objective:
To investigate the pathogenic characteristics of viral encephalitis in children living in Hebei province.
Methods:
We randomly collected cerebrospinal fluid specimens from a total of 399 children diagnosed with viral encephalitis in Hebei Children′s Hospital from May to December 2017. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Sanger sequencing were used to detect viral nucleic acids in cerebrospinal fluid by an automatic laboratory station. Statistical analysis was performed on the experimental data using SPSS 21.0 software and the clinical data were analyzed. Comparison of infection rates of EV encephalitis in different months, using line × column chi-square test. The MRI and EEG positive rates of different viral encephalitis and viral encephalitis patients not infected with the virus were analyzed by Fisher′s exact probability test. The positive rate of infection with different viruses and non-virus agents was analyzed by Fisher′s exact probability test.
Results:
The result showed that 80 of 399 samples were positive, and the positive rate was 20.05%. It included 22 cases of enterovirus, 4 cases of influenza A virus, 3 cases of mumps virus, 2 cases of herpes simplex virus type 1, 1 case of herpes simplex virus type 2, 4 cases of EB virus, 7 cases of cytomegalovirus, 7 cases of herpes zoster virus, 8 cases of adenovirus, 14 cases of human herpesvirus type 6. Eight cases had combined viral infection. Eight cases had concurrent infections: 3 cases had enterovirus and herpesvirus type 6 concurrent infection, 1 case had enterovirus and Japanese encephalitis virus concurrent infection and 1 case had herpes simplex virus type 2 and adenovirus, 1 case had influenza A virus herpesvirus type 6, 1 case had mumps virus and herpesvirus type 6, 1 case had mumps virus and herpesvirus type 6, 1 case had herpes simplex virus type 1 and herpes zoster virus concurrent infections. Children with EV viral encephalitis in Hebei Province were highly prevalent in May and June (

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2019;36(2):213-222
Based on the biomechanical simulation curve of OpenSim, an open source software of biomechanical model, a spherical exoskeleton parallel mechanism with two degrees of freedom for hip joint is proposed in this paper for the rehabilitation therapy of patients with impaired leg motor function or elderly people with walking dysfunction. Firstly, the parallel mechanism is modeled and the position inverse solution of the parallel mechanism is obtained using inverse kinematics analysis. The velocity analysis expression of the mechanism is derived by deriving the inverse kinematics solution. The model is imported into the mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS and matrix processing analysis software MATLAB to carry out simulation experiments. The correctness of the velocity analysis is verified by comparing the velocity simulation results of the two methods. Then, three singular types of the mechanism are analyzed according to the obtained Jacobian matrix. According to the inverse solution of the mechanism, the reachable workspace of the mechanism is obtained by programming in MATLAB with given mechanism parameters and restriction conditions. Finally, the prototype platform is built. The experimental results show that the exoskeleton hip joint using this parallel mechanism can satisfy the requirement of rotation angle of human hip joint movement, but also can be good to assist patients with leg flexion-extension movement and adduction-abduction movement, and it is helpful to carry out corresponding rehabilitation training. It also has theoretical significance and application value for the research work of human hip exoskeleton parallel mechanism.

Objective To establish a fast and accurate technique of identifying the pachytene spermatocytes, round spermatids and elongating and condensing spermatids during STA-PUT velocity sedimentation. Methods Using STA-PUT velocity sedimentation method to isolate the pachytene spermatocytes, round spermatids and elongating and condensing spermatids from mouse testes. To determine the cell populations` distribution, each tube of cell fraction was then partially transfered to the 96 plate well, and each well was added with acridine orange dye. Then each well was analyzed using fluorescence microscopy. Results Three types of spermatogenic cells can be identified quickly and accurately by it`s specific cytoplasm/nucleus character using the acridine orange dye staining under fluorescence detection. Conclusions A rubust method to quickly and accurately determine the pachytene spermatocytes, round spermatids and elongating and condensing spermatids during STA-PUT velocity sedimentation is successfully developed.
