Objective:To describe the prevalence of anxiety disorders and its distribution in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to explore the relevant factors of anxiety disorders.Methods:From June 2019 to Decem-ber 2019,representative multi-stage disproportionate stratified sampling procedure was used to sample in residents aged 18 and over in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.All respondents were face-to-face interviewed by trained interviewers.Composite International Diagnostic Interview-3.0(CIDI-3.0)was used to diagnose anxiety disorders according to the criteria and definition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition(DSM-Ⅳ).Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used for statistical anal-ysis.Results:Totally 12 315 people were interviewed in the survey.The weighted 12-mouth prevalence rate of any anxiety disorder was 4.64％,and the lifetime prevalence rate was 6.25％.The weighted 12-month prevalence rate of anxiety disorders was higher in female than that in male(5.38％vs.3.92％).The rate was higher in rural resi-dents than that in urban residents(5.67％vs.3.95％).The rate was higher in people with chronic diseases than that in people without chronic diseases(6.81％vs.2.29％).Logistic regression analysis showed that unmarried(OR=2.32,95％CI:1.31-4.10),separated/divorced(OR=2.49,95％CI:1.33-4.67),in debt(OR=1.55,95％CI:1.04-2.32),chronic disease(OR=2.22,95％CI:1.39-3.53),family history of anxiety disorders(OR=12.05,95％CI:8.78-16.53),poor sleep(OR=2.64,95％CI:1.97-3.54)were risk factors of occurrence of anxiety disorders,while junior high school(OR=0.65,95％CI:0.44-0.96)was protective factor of anxiety disor-ders.Conclusion:Adults with chronic diseases,poor sleep,unmarried or separated/divorced,family history of anxi-ety disorders,and financial debt are at higher risk groups of anxiety disorder in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Re-gion.

Objective:To describe the prevalence and distributions of mood disorder in Inner Mongolia Au-tonomous Region,and analyze the related risk factors.Methods:The multistage stratified sampling method with un-equal probability was used to select permanent residents aged 18 years and over in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Re-gion.The Composite International Diagnostic Interview 3.0 was used as a diagnostic tool.Mood disorders were di-agnosed according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fourth Edition(DSM-Ⅳ).Single and multivariate analyses were used to investigate the related factors of mood disorders.Results:Totally,12 315 community residents were interviewed in the survey.The weighted 12-month prevalence and lifetime prevalence of mood disorder were 5.4％and 8.7％,respectively.Weighted 12-month prevalence of depressive disorder was 4.9％,and that of bipolar disorder was 0.3％.Among all subtypes of mood disorder,the 12-month prevalence rate of major depressive disorder(3.1％)was the highest.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female,unmarried,separated or divorced,unemployment,family history,other mental disorders,sleep disorders and chronic diseases(OR=1.56,2.80,2.07,1.42,13.46,7.97,3.23,2.13)were risk factors of mood disorder,while aged 65 years and over(OR=0.44)was protective factor of mood disorders.The lifetime consultation rate in patients with mood disorders was 15.5％,the rate of psychiatric consultation was 3.7％,the rate of medication was 1.8％.Con-clusion:It indicates that female residents and people who are unmarried,separated and divorced,unemployed,with family history,suffering from other mental disorders,suffering from sleep disorders,and suffering from chronic dis-eases may be high risk groups of mood disorders,and the utilization rate of health services is rather low in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Objective:To describe the current situation of mental health service utilization of community pa-tients with five mental disorders in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and provide reference for health education and formulating relevant policies.Methods:The multistage stratified sampling method with unequal probability was used to select a total of 12 315 community residents aged 18 and over in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Using Composite International Diagnostic Interview,mood disorders,anxiety disorders,substance use disorders,intermit-tent explosive disorders,and eating disorders,and health service utilization were investigated.Descriptive statistics was completed by single factor analysis method.Results:The lifetime rates of consultation and treatment of any mental disorder were 18.7％and 10.2％,respectively.The highest proportion of patients received treatment by non-medical professionals was 31.4％,followed by psychiatrists in psychiatric hospital or psychologists in general hospitals.Among the patients,1.1％of them received medication,and 2.5％received psychotherapy.Conclusion:The utilization rate of mental health services in community patients with five mental disorders is relatively low.It is necessary to conduct health education for medical help seeking properly.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of paeoniflorin(PF) on cardiac dysfunction and myocardial cell injury induced by cisplatin(CDDP) in rats. METHODS SD male rats were randomly divided into control group, CPPD group, and CDDP PF+low-dose, high-dose group. PowerLab multifunctional recorder was used to detect the related indexes of cardiac function: the changes of left ventricular peak pressure(LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and left ventricular pressure change rate(±dp/dt). Serum levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were measured in each group. Myocardial tissue was stained to observe the changes of tissue structure. H9c2 cardiomyocytes were divided into control group, CDDP group, PF group and CDDP+PF group. The activity of H9c2 cardiomyocytes was measured by CCK-8. The apoptosis of cardiomyocytes in each group was detected by flow cytometry. The expressions of MAPK signaling pathway related proteins p38, ERK, JNK and their phosphorylated proteins and apoptosis-related proteins Bax, Bcl-2, Casp3, Cl-casp3 were detected in cardiomyocytes by Western blotting. RESULTS Compared with the control group, LVSP and ±dp/dt decreased, LVEDP increased in rats of CDDP group(P<0.01). Compared with CDDP group, both CDDP+low-dose and high-dose PF pretreatment increased LVSP and ±dp/dt value(P<0.05 or P<0.01), decreased LVEDP(P<0.01), and could decrease the serum inflammatory factor TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6(P<0.01). Cell level results showed that compared with control group, in CDDP group, the cell activity decreased, the apoptosis-related protein Bax, Cl-casp3 increased(P<0.01), expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 decreased(P<0.01), and the expression of p38 and ERK phosphorylation also increased(P<0.01). Compared with CDDP group, PF could restore cell activit, down-regulate apoptosis-related protein Bax, Cl-casp3(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and increase anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 expression(P<0.01), inhibit MAPK pathway p38 and ERK phosphorylation expression(P<0.01). CONCLUSION PF can restore cardiac dysfunction and myocardial cell injury induced by cisplatin in rats, which may be related to inhibiting inflammation and apoptosis by regulating ERK/p38 MAPK signal expression.

Objective:To conduct a network meta-analysis comparing the efficacy and safety of various drug injections for treating keloids.Methods:The search terms of "triamcinolone acetonide, 5-fluorouracil, verapamil, botulinum toxin, platelet rich plasma, keloid, scar, drug injection" were retrieved in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI and Wanfang database to obtain the publicly published randomized controlled trials comparing single or combined drug injection for treating keloid from January 2010 to February 2023. The outcome index was the effective proportion of treatment, incidence proportion of adverse reactions, and recurrence proportion. NoteExpress, RevMan 5.4, and Stata 16.0 statistical software were utilized to perform a network meta-analysis of eligible studies that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results:A total of 1 679 patients were enrolled in 21 studies that evaluated nine treatment modalities: triamcinolone (TAC), 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), botulinum toxin type A (BTA), platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Verapamil, BTA+ 5-FU, TAC+ 5-FU, TAC+ BTA, and TAC+ PRP. The network diagram revealed that there were 36 pairwise comparisons among the 9 treatment measures, with direct comparisons in 13 of them. The funnel plot demonstrated a symmetrical distribution of effect size points, and both Beggs test and Eggers test yielded P values greater than 0.05, indicating a low likelihood of publication bias. Nine treatment measures formed five closed loops with good consistency. The result of the network meta-analysis indicated that BTA+ 5-FU was more effective than TAC, 5-FU, or PRP alone; TAC+ 5-FU was more effective than TAC, 5-FU, or PRP alone; TAC+ BTA was more effective than TAC, 5-FU, BTA, or PRP alone; Verapamil was more effective than 5-FU and BTA was more effective than 5-FU. All result were found to be statistically significant ( P<0.05). A surface under the cumulative ranking area (SUCRA) map was generated, displaying the efficacy ranking and corresponding SUCRA values for each treatment: BTA+ 5-FU (85.6%)>TAC+ 5-FU (84.8%)>BTA+ TAC (76.7%)>Verapamil (48.9%)>BTA (45.0%)>TAC+ PRP (43.8%)>PRP (32.1%)>TAC (24.7%)>5-FU(8.3%). In terms of recurrence rate, the incidence of recurrence was higher with 5-FU compared to BTA or TAC+ 5-FU, and the incidence of recurrence was higher with TAC compared to TAC+ 5-FU; these differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). A SUCRA map was generated with the ranking and SUCRA value for each treatment as follows: 5-FU (80.4%)>TAC (73.5%)>Verapamil (65.7%)>TAC+ BTA (52.5%)>PRP (34.8%)>BTA+ 5-FU (33.7%)>TAC+ 5-FU (30.2%)>BTA (29.3%). The qualitative analysis revealed a significantly lower incidence of systemic and local adverse reactions following combined drug injection compared to single drug injection. Conclusion:In the treatment of keloids using drug injection, combination therapy utilizing multiple drugs has demonstrated superior efficacy, lower recurrence rates, and fewer adverse reactions in comparison to single-drug therapy. Notably, the utilization of BAT, 5-FU, and TAC in combination may yield the most favorable outcomes.

Objective:To learn about the levels of 5-methylcytosine (5-mC) and 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5-hmC) in bone tissue of rats with different types of skeletal fluorosis and analyze their correlation.Methods:Thirty 4-week-old SPF grade healthy SD rats were selected. After adaptive feeding for 1 week, the rats were divided into control group (4 ml·kg -1·bw deionized water + standard maintenance diet), osteosclerosis group [20 mg·kg -1·bw sodium fluoride (NaF) + standard maintenance diet], and osteoporosis/osteomalacia group (20 mg·kg -1·bw NaF + low-calcium and low-protein partial diet) according to their body weight (100 - 120 g) by random number table method, with 10 rats in each group, half male and half female; gavaged 6 days each week and the experimental period was 5 months. At the end of the experiment, samples of rat heart blood and lower limb femur were collected. The contents of serum methyl donor S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) and its metabolite S-adenosylhomocysteine (SAH) in serum, and the levels of 5-mC and 5-hmC in bone tissue were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Western blot was used to determine the expression of DNA methyltransferase (DNMTs) and DNA hydroxymethylase (TETs) in bone tissue of rats. The correlation between serum SAM content, SAM/SAH ratio and bone tissue 5-mC level, and between the bone tissue 5-mC level and 5-hmC level was analyzed. Results:Serum SAM [11.03 (7.06, 18.63), 3.96 (2.32, 9.09), 3.91 (2.35, 4.46) nmol/L], SAH content [(4.69 ± 0.55), (5.41 ± 1.13), (13.90 ± 1.09) ng/L], SAM/SAH ratio [2.58 (1.54, 4.12), 0.62 (0.52, 1.69), 0.14 (0.13, 0.15)] and bone tissue 5-mC [103.39 (97.37, 109.35), 52.50 (50.19, 68.13), 55.03 (49.97, 59.57) ng/L], 5-hmC levels [(32.61 ± 8.84), (56.96 ± 8.48), (20.34 ± 6.22) ng/L] in the control group, osteosclerosis group and osteoporosis/osteomalacia group were compared, and the differences were statistically significant beween three groups ( H/ F = 12.81, 284.24, 21.85, 19.37, 55.23, P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, the content of SAM, the ratio of SAM/SAH, the level of 5-mC in the osteosclerosis group and osteoporosis/osteomalacia group, and the level of 5-hmC in the osteoporosis/osteomalacia group were lower ( P < 0.05), while the content of SAH in the osteoporosis/osteomalacia group and the level of 5-hmC in the osteosclerosis group were higher ( P < 0.05). Compared with the osteosclerosis group, the content of SAH in the osteoporosis/osteomalacia group was higher, while the ratio of SAM/SAH and the level of 5-hmC were lower ( P < 0.05). Western blot showed that there were statistically significant differences in the expression levels of DNMT1, DNMT3A, DNMT3B, TET1 and TET2 protein in bone tissue of rats in the control group, osteosclerosis group, and osteoporosis/osteomalacia group ( F = 285.45, 345.58, 239.83, 311.52, 318.24, P < 0.001). Among them, the expression levels of DNMT1, DNMT3A and DNMT3B protein in the osteosclerosis group and osteoporosis/osteomalacia group were lower than those in the control group, and the expression levels of DNMT1, DNMT3A and DNMT3B protein in the osteosclerosis/osteomalacia group were lower than those in the osteosclerosis group ( P < 0.05); the expression levels of TET1 and TET2 protein in osteosclerosis group were higher than those in the control group and osteoporosis/osteomalacia group, and the expression levels of TET1 and TET2 protein in the osteoporosis/osteomalacia group were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05). The results of Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the content of SAM and the ratio of SAM/SAH in the control group, osteosclerosis group and osteoporosis/osteomalacia group were positively correlated with the level of 5-mC in bone tissue ( rs = 0.89, 0.92, 0.81, 0.73, 0.87, 0.73, P < 0.05). The levels of 5-mC and 5-hmC in bone tissue of rats in each group were negatively correlated ( rs = - 0.69, - 0.68, - 0.72, P < 0.05). Conclusions:The level of 5-mC in bone tissue of osteosclerotic fluorosis rats is low, and the level of 5-hmC is high, while those of osteoporosis/osteomalacia fluorosis rats are lower. The difference of 5-mC level in bone tissue of rats with different types of skeletal fluorosis is not significant, which may be related to the difference of 5-hmC level in bone tissue.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation of procalcitonin (PCT), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and antithrombin III (AT III) with the severity of sepsis, and to compare the predictive value of the above indicators alone or in combination. METHODS: A retrospective cohort study was conducted. Eighty-five patients with sepsis admitted to the department of intensive care medicine of Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from April 2021 to September 2022 were enrolled. General information, sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II (APACHE II) score within 24 hours of admission, inflammatory indicators [PCT, IL-6, serum amyloid A (SAA), neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and C-reactive protein (CRP)] and coagulation indicators (D-dimer and AT III) levels at admission, and 28-day prognosis were collected. The differences of the above indicators were compared among patients with different prognosis at 28 days and different severity of sepsis. The correlation between PCT, IL-6, AT III and the severity of sepsis was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation method. Receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC curve) was drawn to evaluate the predictive value of PCT, IL-6 and AT III alone or in combination on the 28-day death of patients with sepsis. RESULTS: Eighty-five patients were enrolled finally, 67 cases survived and 18 cases died at 28 days. The mortality was 21.2%. There were no statistical significant differences in gender, age and other general data between the two groups. The patients in the death group were more serious than those in the survival group, and PCT, IL-6, and CRP levels were significantly higher than those in the survival group [PCT (μg/L): 4.34 (1.99, 14.42) vs. 1.17 (0.31, 3.94), IL-6 (ng/L): 332.40 (50.08, 590.18) vs. 61.95 (31.64, 194.20), CRP (mg/L): 149.28 (75.34, 218.60) vs. 83.23 (48.22, 174.96), all P < 0.05], and AT III activity was significantly lower than that in the survival group [(53.67±28.57)% vs. (80.96±24.18)%, P < 0.01]. However, there were no significant differences in D-dimer, NLR and SAA between the two groups. Among the 85 patients, 36 had sepsis with single organ dysfunction, 29 had sepsis with multiple organ dysfunction, and 20 had septic shock with multiple organ dysfunction. With the increase of the severity of sepsis, PCT and IL-6 levels gradually increased [PCT (μg/L): 0.36 (0.19, 1.10), 3.00 (1.22, 9.94), 4.34 (2.18, 8.86); IL-6 (ng/L): 43.99 (20.73, 111.13), 100.00 (45.37, 273.00), 332.40 (124.4, 693.65)], and the activity of AT III decreased gradually [(89.81±21.42)%, (71.97±24.88)%, and (53.50±25.41)%], all with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.01). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that PCT and IL-6 levels in sepsis patients were significantly positively correlated with the severity of the disease (r values were 0.562 and 0.517, respectively, both P < 0.01), and AT III activity was significantly negatively correlated with the severity of the disease (r = -0.523, P < 0.01). ROC curve analysis showed that PCT, IL-6, and AT III alone or in combination had some predictive value for the death of sepsis patients at 28 days. The area under the ROC curve (AUC) of the above three indicators in combination was higher than that of the individual tests (0.818 vs. 0.722, 0.725, and 0.770), with a sensitivity of 83.3% and a specificity of 73.1%. CONCLUSIONS PCT, IL-6, and AT III were significantly correlated with the severity of sepsis patients. The combined assay of the above three indicators can effectively improve the prediction of the prognosis of sepsis patients.
