Objective To investigate the efficacy of preprocedural intracoronary injections of adenosine and sodium nitroprusside in patients with intravascular ultrasound-attenuated plaques(AP).Methods In total,200 patients with AP detected using intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)at Shijiazhuang People's Hospital from January 1,2022,to January 1,2024,were selected and randomly divided into conventional treatment and pretreatment groups, with 100 patients in each group. The conventional treatment group underwent standard percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)procedures, whereas the pretreatment group underwent intracoronary injection of sodium nitro-prusside and adenosine through a guiding catheter prior to PCI.The observation parameters included intraoperative no-reflow(NR)inci-dence,post-PCI TIMI myocardial perfusion frame count(TMPFC),perioperative myocardial infarction(PMN),and 6-month major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events(MACCE).Results The pretreatment group exhibited a significantly lower intraoperative NR inci-dence,reduced postoperative TMPFC,and attenuated PMN severity than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-procedural intracoronary administration of adenosine and sodium nitroprusside through a guiding catheter can effectively reduce PCI-re-lated NR occurrence, improve post-PCI TMPFC,and mitigate PMN in patients with AP,although no significant improvement in MACCE incidence can be observed at the 6-month follow-up.

Objective To investigate the differences of gut microbiota in patients with schizophrenia between onset and remission. Methods Twelve patients with schizophrenia in the stage of onset were selected as the episode group. Thirteen gender-, age-and BMI-matched patients with schizophrenia during the remission period were selected as the control group. The fecal specimens of the two groups were collected for high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene, and the gut microbiota differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results The chao index and ace index of gut microbiota was lower in the episode group than in the control group (t=2.385,P=0.026; t=3.068,P=0.005). The relative abundance of Bacteroides was higher and the relative abundance of Prevotella was lower in the episodes group than in the control group (Z=-2.013, P =0.044; Z=-3.427, P=0.001). The relative abundance of the Prevotella was negatively correlated with the PANSS score (r=-0.577, P=0.003). Conclusion Schizophrenia in the stage of acute episode have altered gut microbiota compared with those in the stage of remission and the gut microbiota is significantly corrected with mental symptoms.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the technology of supercritical CO2 extraction from Zingiberis rhizoma. METHODS:With the comprehensive score of the contents of 6-ginger phenol,8-ginger phenol and 10-ginger phenol and the extraction rate of the oil from Z. rhizoma as the index, uniform design method was adopted to investigate the effects of extraction pressure,extrac-tion temperature and extraction duration on the extraction result;verification tests were conducted. RESULTS:The optimal condi-tions were as follows as the extraction pressure of 25 MPa,extraction temperature of 30 ℃ and extraction duration of 2 h. In the verification tests, the average extraction rate of the oil from Z. rhizoma was 3.2%(n=3),and the comprehensive score was 1.874 2 (RSD=0.65%,n=3),with the relative deviation of 0.6% between the measured value and the predicted value. CONCLUSIONS:The optimal extraction technology is stable and feasible, with the advantages of low temperature, short duration.
