Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the detection of food-specific IgE(fsIgE)and IgG4(fsIgG4)antibod-ies in the diagnosis and treatment of children's allergic diseases.Methods A total of 641 children with allergic diseases visited Hang-zhou Women's Hospital during November 2022 and November 2023 and 100 healthy children during the same period were selected,and the levels of fsIgE and fsIgG4 in their serum samples were detected.Results The total positive rates of fsIgE and fsIgG4 in children with allergic diseases were 37.44%and 90.48%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the 11.00%and 61.00%of healthy children(P＜0.05).The main food allergens in children were milk and eggs.The intensity of fsIgE was concentrated in the 1-2 level and the positive result for a single food was more common.The intensity of fsIgG4 was concentrated in Grade 3 and the positive results for multiple foods were more common.The comparison of the detection results of sIgE and sIgG4 to the same food showed that the posi-tive rate of sIgG4 was significantly higher than that of sIgE(P＜0.05),and the consistency between them was poor(κ＜0.4).There were no significant differences in the positive rates of fsIgE and fsIgG4 between different genders(P＞0.05).The highest positive rate of fsIgE was seen in the infant group and the highest positive rate of fsIgG4 was seen in the childhood group(P＜0.05).The positive rates of sIgE to egg protein,shrimp,crab,and cashew were mainly seen in children with skin diseases(P＜0.05).The positive rates of sIgG4 to egg and milk were mainly seen in children with respiratory diseases(P＜0.05).The positive rates of sIgG4 to shrimp and wheat were mainly seen in children with skin diseases(P＜0.05).Analysis of allergen components showed that the β-lactoglobulin,α-whey protein,and casein in milk and mucin in eggs were important allergenic components.Conclusion Food allergy is an important factor leading to children's allergic diseases.The combined detection of fsIgE and fsIgG4 can provide experimental basis for clinical di-agnosis and treatment as well as personalized dietary guidance of children.

OBJECTIVE To establish the correlation evaluation and quality evaluation method of HPLC fingerprint grade of color sorting Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, and provide technical basis for the grade standard of color sorting Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. METHODS The chromatographic column was SVEA C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)- 0.2% formic acid aqueous solution(B); gradient elution; injection volume was 10 μL; detection wave length was 245 nm; volume flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1; column temperature was 38 ℃. The common peak determination and similarity evaluation of HPLC chromatogram data were carried out by using the Similarity Evaluation System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprints(Version 2012); the color sorting grade evaluation was carried out by CA, PCA and PLS-DA. The first part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition was used to measure the quality control indicators, and the data were analyzed comprehensively. RESULTS A total of 28 common peaks were identified in the fingerprints, and 7 components were identified. The similarity of 24 batches of color sorting grade samples was 0.936-0.968. CA and PCA divided 28 batches of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos samples into 4 categories, which were basically consistent with the classification of color sorting, and PLS-DA achieved a discrimination result that was very consistent with the classification of color sorting. The color sorting grade was negatively correlated with the diameter, flowering rate, damage rate, and luteolin content of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. The color sorting grade was positively correlated with chlorogenic acid, 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid and 4,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid. There was a clear correlation between the color sorting of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and established fingerprint overall. There were differences in the quality of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos in the color sorting grade. Based on the sensory indicators of diameter, flowering rate, and damage rate, the content, diameter, flowering rate, and damage rate of luteolin showed a trend from high to low, ranging from third grade>second grade>first grade>special grade. The content of three phenolic acids showed a trend from high to low, ranging from special grade>first grade>second grade>third grade. Among the special grade, the content of three phenolic acids was the highest. CONCLUSION Combining the content of luteolin and phenolic acids as evaluation and control indicators for color selection grade is feasible and scientific, which can achieve intelligent color sorting grade production of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos grade.

OBJECTIVE：To establish the method for content determination of 17 kinds of amino acids in Sargassum and its adulterants，and to carry out cluster analysis ，so as to provide reference for quality control of Sargassum. METHODS ：Totally of 18 batches of sample （S1-S6 as certified product ，S7-S18 as adulterants ）were collected. After acid hydrolysis ，amino acids contents were detected by using automatic amino acid analyzer. The separation was performed on LCAK 06/Na sulfonic acid cation exchange resin column with mobile phase consisted of buffer-regeneration system （gradient elution ）at the flow rate of 0.45 mL/min （elution pump ）and 0.25 mL/min（derivative pump ）. The detection wavelengths were set at 440 nm（proline）and 570 nm（other amino acids ），and the sample size volume was 50 μL. PASW Statistics 18.0 software was used ，and cluster analysis was conducted by using group connection method of cluster analysis with “square Euclidean distance ”as the measurement standard. RESULTS ：17 kinds of amino acids were well separated without interference from blank sample. The linear relationship between mass concentration and peak area was good （all r were over 0.998），and the upper and lower limits of the linear range were 48.06 μg/L （cystine）and 1.501 μg/L（glycine），respectively；RSDs of precision ，reproducibility and stability tests were lower than 2％. The average recoveries were between 90.60％-101.56％（RSDs were 0.88％-2.15％，n＝6）. 17 kinds of amino acids were detected in Sargassum and its adulterants ，among which the contents of glutamic acid ，aspartic acid ，leucine，alanine，glycine and valine were relatively high . Results of cluster analysis showed that 18 batches of sample were clustered into 4 categories，i.e. S 1-S6 into one category；S7-S9 into one category ；S10-S12，S16-S18 into one category ；S13-S15 into one category ；which was consistent with the identification result of Sargassum and its adulterants . CONCLUSIONS ：The method is simple ， rapid， accurate and reproducible，and can be used for the quantitative analysis and identification of amino acids in Sargassum and adulterants.

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for promoting large-scale， standardized and high-quality planting of Chinese medicinal materials. METHODS： Through the communication by phone with the agriculture bureau of each district and county， the contact with the relevant township government and the field visit investigation during Jun. 2013-Dec. 2018 by Lanzhou institute for food and drug control， variety， area， yield and output value， cultivation techniques and processing methods of Chinese medicinal materials in the planting area of Lanzhou were investigated and statistically analyzed. The advantages and problems were analyzed， and reasonable suggestions for planting Chinese medicinal materials were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS： In 2018， artificial planting of Chinese medicinal materials in lanzhou has a certain scale， with 21 artificial planting varieties， a total planting area of about 510 000 mu， an annual output of 170 000 tons， an annual production value of over 1.7 billion yuan. Cultivation techniques mainly include seedling transplanting， mulching or direct seeding， while drying is the main processing method. Artificial planting of Chinese medicinal materials in Lanzhou has a certain scale and prominent characteristic varieties； authenticity is guaranteed， and the combination of Chinese medicinal materials planting and tourism drives economic development. However， there are still some problems， such as a certain distance from the development of industrialization， variety degradation， backward basic research， serious natural disasters. It is suggested to strengthen its propaganda and expand its advantages， at the same time， enhance government support， develop and construct planting bases of Chinese medicinal materials， strengthen the awareness of good agricultural practice （GAP）， strengthen scientific research strengeh， explore breeding techniques of fine varieties of Chinese medicinal materials， develop insurance of Chinese medicinal materials， and guarantee the development of planting industry so as to promote large-scale， standardized and high-quality planting of Chinese medicinal materials.

OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 27 kinds of heavy metals and trace elements in Halloysitum album from different origins. METHODS： The sample was dissolved by wet digestion. Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS）， carrier gas was argon and collision gas was helium； plasma gas flow rate was 15.0 L/min；   flow rate of carrier gas was 1.17 L/min and collision gas flow rate was 5.0 mL/min； atomizer was Barbinton， and sampling depth was 8.0 mm； atomizing chamber temperature was 2 ℃； radio frequency power was 1.3 kW； peristaltic pump revolutions was 30 r/min. In full quantitative analysis model， the number of test points was 3， the analysis time was 0.1 s， the repetition was 3 times， clustering analysis was conducted by using PASW Statistics 18.0 software. RESULTS： The linear range of 27 kinds of heavy metals and trace elements were 0-200 μg/L（r≥0.996 5）； the quantitative limit was 0.003 41-75.485 μg/L and the detection limit was      0.001 1-24.350 0 μg/L. RSDs of precision， stability and repeatability tests were all less than 7％； average recovery was 72.3％- 129.1％ （RSD was 0.9％-9.4％， n＝6）. The content of Al was 0.01-123 220.20 mg/kg， and Al was the element with the highest content. Li， Na， Mg， K， Ca， V， Mn， Fe， Co， Ni， Zn， Ga， Se， Rb， Sr， Ba and U were the principal components of trace elements and could be used as characteristic elements； 26 batches of Halloysitum Album samples could be grouped into 4 categories. CONCLUSIONS： The established method is simple， fast and highly sensitive， can improve the precision and accuracy of test results， and it is suitable for the determination of heavy metals and trace elements in Halloysitum album.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) combined with bevacizumab for brain metastases in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.MethodsThe clinical data of 95 patients with brain metastases of lung adenocarcinoma were retrospectively analyzed, including 36 patients treated with SRT and bevacizumab (bevacizumab group) and 59 patients treated with SRT, corticosteroids, and mannitol (traditional drug group).The tumor response rate, peritumoral edema control rate, improvement in Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS) score, and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Compared with the traditional drug group, the bevacizumab group had significantly higher tumor response rate (P=0.033) and peritumoral edema control rate (P=0.000) at 1-4 weeks after treatment, as well as an obvious improvement in KPS score and reduced doses of corticosteroids and mannitol.In addition, the adverse reactions in the bevacizumab group were mild and controllable.Conclusions SRT combined with bevacizumab for brain metastases in patients with lung adenocarcinoma can achieve higher short-term tumor response rate and peritumoral edema control rate and improve patients' quality of life.

Objective To evaluate the preliminary clinical efficacy of bevacizumab for cerebral radiation necrosis (CRN). Methods Nineteen patients with CRN for whom the treatment with steroids and mannitol failed were retrospectively analyzed with a total of 22 lesions. Except for 5 lesions confirmed by pathological evidence, all lesions were confirmed by the following imaging evidence:1. computed tomography (CT)?or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)?enhanced lesions showed loss of tension and were accompanied by substantial edema;2. CT?or MRI?enhanced lesions had a low perfusion pressure;3. magnetic resonance spectroscopy indicated that the enhanced areas had a decreased choline peak; 4. positron emission tomography showed that the fluorodeoxyglucose uptake was substantially reduced in the enhanced areas. All patients were given 5 mg/ kg bevacizumab at an interval of 14 days for 2?6 cycles. MRI examination was performed in each cycle before treatment, and the enhanced lesions on T1?weighted images ( T1 WI) and edema on T2?weighted images (T2 WI) were compared before and after treatment. The clinical symptoms, Karnofsky Performance Status ( KPS), and adverse reactions in all patients were evaluated. Comparison before and after treatment was performed by paired t test. Results All 19 patients completed the treatment successfully and there were no severe adverse reactions. The clinical symptoms of patients were substantially improved after the second cycle of treatment, and the KPS score increased by 26?? 8 on average. The visible volume of enhanced lesions on MRI T1 WI was significantly reduced by 54?? 8% after treatment (P= 0?? 000), while the visible volume of edema on MRI T2 WI was reduced by 80?? 7% after treatment (P= 0?? 000). The follow?up time ranged from 3 to 12 months with a mean value of 5?? 6 months. Eleven patients kept clinical improvement in CRN, four patients had recurrence, and four patients died from tumor progression. Conclusions Bevacizumab is preliminarily confirmed to substantially improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with CRN.
