Objective: To analyze the HIV detection results through different detection routes in Jiading District, Shanghai Municipality from 2009 to 2023, so as to provide the reference for improving HIV detection measures. Methods: Data pertaining to HIV detection in Jiading District from 2009 to 2023 was collected through the HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Control System of Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System. The number of HIV detection and HIV positive rates through detection routes including voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) clinics, sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinics, pre-operation and blood transfusion (products), premarital and antenatal periods, other clinical outpatients and other populations were described. Results: A total of 1 729 347 HIV tests were conducted in Jiading District from 2009 to 2023, with an average annual growth rate of 7.55%. A total of 1 125 HIV positive cases were confirmed, with an HIV positive rate of 6.51/104. The number of HIV detection conducted in VCT clinics, STD clinics, pre-operation and blood transfusion (products), premarital and antenatal periods, other clinical outpatients and other populations were 11 516, 112 880, 692 609, 635 770, 196 315 and 80 257, respectively. The main detection routes were pre-operation and blood transfusion (products) as well as premarital and antenatal periods, accounting for 40.05% and 36.76%, respectively. The HIV positive rates in VCT clinics, STD clinics, pre-operation and blood transfusion (products), premarital and antenatal periods, other clinical outpatients and other populations were 336.05/104, 21.79/104, 2.93/104, 0.35/104, 10.95/104 and 6.48/104, respectively. The HIV positive rate in VCT clinics was higher than that in other detection routes (all P<0.001). Conclusions From 2009 to 2023, the number of HIV tests increased in Jiading District, mainly through pre-operation and blood transfusion (products) as well as premarital and antenatal periods. The HIV positive rate was the highest in VCT clinics.

Starting from the core principles of protecting patients, this paper explored the controversial issues of consciousness autonomy and medical autonomy principles in DBS practice, and discussed the ethical considerations in informed consent, patient inclusion, information collection, and cutting-edge scientific fields from the perspectives of patients, clinicians, and researchers.

Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on rats with premature ovary failure (POF) induced by triptergium wilfordii polyglycisidium (TWP).Methods Fifty female SPF rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:the normal group,the model group,the control group,the hormone replacement therapy (HRT) group and the HBO group,each consisiting of 10 animals.Except the normal group,all the other groups were given orally triptegium wilfordii polyglycisidium (TWP) to establish premature ovary failure model.Fourteen days after intragastric administration of TWP,serum samples from the normal and model groups were taken,then the animals were sacrificed and uterus and ovary were collected for detection.The animals in other groups were treated differently,and 40 days after establishment of the model,serum samples were taken,then the animals were also sacrificed and uterus and ovary were collected for the detection of related parameters.Serum estradiol (E2) level,changes in estrous cycle,uterine and ovarian weight,endometrial thickness and ovarian size were observed and analyzed.Results After intragastric administration of the drug,estrous cycle of rats was disturbed in various forms.Following treatment with HRT and HBO,estrous cycle all gradually recovered to a more or less extent,while estrous cycle of the rats in the control group still remained in a state of disorder.Serum E2 level,endometrial thickness and organ weight index in the model group were significantly lower than those of the normal group (P ＜ 0.05).Besides,follicular number in ovary unit area was significantly less than that of the normal group,while atretic follicular number was obviously more than that of the normal group (P ＜ 0.05).Ovary area in the model group was smaller than that of the normal group (P ＞ 0.05).Forty days after intervention,serum E2 level in the HBO group was higher than that of the control group and the HRT group (P ＜ 0.05).Endometrial thickness and uterus weight indexes in the HBO group and the HRT group were significantly higher,as compared with those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the levels of the HBO group were even higher than those of the HRT group (P ＜ 0.05).Ovary unit area and follicular number of the HRT group were either larger or greater than those of the HRT group and the control group,however,statistical significance could only be noted,when they compared with those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Atretic follicular number of the HBO group and the HRT group was significantly less than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions It was feasible to establish the rat model of POF by intragastric administration of TWP.HBO could improve the function of ovary in rats with premature ovary failure,elevate serum E2 level,increase uterus and ovary weight and endometrial thickness as well.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgical excision combined with iodine-125 implants intmcavitary radiotherapy for neumglioma Method After excision,27 patients with nenroglioma were implanted with the iodine-125 into the tumor bed or the residual tumor tissues.Results Of all cases,there were no operative mortality and no serious complication.The survival time of 25 cases exceeded 6 months and 1 glioblastoma recurrence,22 cases exceeded 12 months,3 glioblastoma and 1 astrocytoma Ⅲgrade recurrence.There were 19 cases exceeding 24 months,15 cases no recurrence,3 cases died for cere bral hernia because of giving.up further tremment,1 case surviving.Conclusions Surgical excision Combined with iodine-125 implants intracavitary radiotherapy can improve partial control rate,prolonged the survival time of patients with neuroglioma,and complications is rare.It is an efficient therapy for neu roglioma

Purpose:To explore the relationship between the expression of nm23mRNA,p16 and the oncogenesis,development and metastasis of lung cancer.Methods:Expressional level of nm23mRNA,p16 was detected in 72 human lung cancer samples and 23 normal tissues adjacent to cancer respectively,and their correlation with lymph node metastasis and the degree of cell differentiation was studied by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) methods on tissue microarray.Results:The positive expression for nm23mRNA in cancer samples,in human tissues adjacent to cancer and in primary cancer with lymph node metastasis was 55.6%(40/72),82.6%(19/23),25.0%(6/24) respectively.The positive expression for p16 was 45.8%(33/72),73.9%(17/23),25.0%(6/24) respectively.The expression level of nm23mRNA and p16 were closely related to the degree of cell differentiation( P 0.05).Conclusions:These results suggest that nm23 gene and p16 gene are closely related to the degree of cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.The lower expression level of nm23mRNA and p16 predicts the metastasis of lung cancer, and the two genes may be an index in monitoring the status and evaluating the prognosis of the lung cancer.
