Armeniacae Semen Amarum， the dried mature seeds of plants such as Prunus armeniaca var. ansu （Rosaceae）， have a long history for medicinal use. Modern research indicates that the core active compounds of Armeniacae Semen Amarum， such as amygdalin， fatty acids， and volatile oils， exhibit multiple pharmacological effects including antitussive， bronchodilatory， anti-inflammatory， antioxidant， antitumor， antifibrotic， and immunomodulatory effects. Consequently， their potential applications in treating respiratory diseases， tumors， tissue injury， and metabolic disorders have garnered significant attention. However， a systematic integrated analysis of the relationship between the traditional efficacy， modern pharmacology， key material basis， and multi-pathway mechanisms of Armeniacae Semen Amarum remains lacking. Using bibliometric methods combined with CiteSpace visualization technology， this study systematically summarizes the research hotspots on Armeniacae Semen Amarum and its representative component amygdalin， including the key roles in inflammation regulation， apoptosis induction， cell cycle arrest， oxidative stress balance， and fibrosis modulation. This article reviews the research progress in Armeniacae Semen Amarum across from four major dimensions—traditional applications， visualization analysis， material basis， and modern pharmacological studies， providing a reference for the further basic and clinical studies of Armeniacae Semen Amarum in respiratory diseases， oncology， and immune-related disorders.

Objective To explore the influences of long-chain noncoding RNA DHRS4-AS1 (lncRNA DHRS4-AS1) on the proliferation, invasion, migration, and apoptosis of thyroid cancer (TC) cells by regulating the microRNA-221-3p (miR-221-3p)/suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS3) signaling axis. Methods Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was applied to detect the expression of lncRNA DHRS4-AS1, miR-221-3p, and SOCS3 mRNA in TC cell lines, and the optimal cell line was selected for subsequent experiments. FTC-133 cells were divided into five groups: control group, pcDNA-NC group, DHRS4-AS1 group, DHRS4-AS1 combined with agomir NC group, and DHRS4-AS1 combined with miR-221-3p-agomir group. Transfection efficiency was assessed using qRT-PCR. Dual luciferase reporter assays were applied to verify the targeting interaction between lncRNA DHRS4-AS1, SOCS3, and miR-221-3p. Western blot analysis was used to detect the expression of SOCS3 in FTC-133 cells. EdU method was used to measure cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was applied to measure the apoptosis of FTC-133 cells. Scratch experiment was applied to measure the migration of FTC-133 cells. Transwell chamber was applied to detect the invasion of FTC-133 cells. Nude mouse transplantation tumor experiment was used to observe the effect of lncRNA DHRS4-AS1 on the growth of TC transplantation tumors. Results Dual luciferase reporter assays showed a targeting relationship between lncRNA DHRS4-AS1, miR-221-3p, and SOCS3. LncRNA DHRS4-AS1 and SOCS3 were downregulated and miR-221-3p was upregulated in FTC-133 cells. Overexpression of lncRNA DHRS4-AS1 inhibited proliferation, migration, and invasion of FTC-133 cells, while inducing apoptosis. Conversely, miR-221-3p overexpression reversed these inhibitory effects, and suppressed the apoptosis. Nude mouse transplantation experiment observed that overexpression of lncRNA DHRS4-AS1 resulted in a decrease in tumor tissue quality and volume, and a decrease in miR-221-3p expression and an increase in SOCS3 expression. Conclusion LncRNA DHRS4-AS1 is downregulated in FTC-133 cells. Overexpression of lncRNA DHRS4-AS1 can inhibit the proliferation, invasion, and migration of TC cells and induce apoptosis by regulating the miR-221-3p/SOCS3 signaling axis.

Objective To explore the latent classes and influencing factors of blood glucose trajectories after transplantation in lung transplantation patients,and provide references for identifying high-risk population of post-transplant diabetes mellitus.Methods 122 lung transplantation patients who were hospitalized in a tertiary A general hospital in Hangzhou from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected conveniently as survey subjects.Socio-demographic and disease-related data were collected,and fasting plasma glucose at 1 week before surgery(T0),1 week after surgery(T1),1 month after surgery(T2),3 months after surgery(T3),6 months after surgery(T4),1 year after surgery(T5)were collected.Growth mixture model was used to identify categories of blood glucose trajectories after lung transplantation,and binary Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors.Results A total of 109 lung transplantation patients were enrolled in the study,and 2 latent classes of blood glucose trajectories were identified:high risk(23.85％)and low risk(76.15％)of post-transplant diabetes mellitus.BMI,drinking history,afternoon blood glucose and tacrolimus trough concentration were the influencing factors of latent classes of blood glucose trajectories after lung transplantation(all P＜0.05).Conclusion There are 2 latent classes of blood glucose trajectories after lung transplantation,namely high risk and low risk of post-transplant diabetes mellitus.Medical staff should pay attention to diabetes screening and assessment of lung transplantation patients who are overweight or obese,have a drinking history before transplantation,have high afternoon blood glucose in early stage of transplantation and have high tacrolimus trough concentration in stable stage of transplantation,so as to formulate a comprehensive and individualized blood glucose management program.

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a pregnant woman with congenital heart disease who developed pulmonary artery hypertension crisis after cesarean section.Nursing key points:monitoring and management of inhaled nitric oxide therapy to reduce pulmonary hypertension;providing sequential respiratory support care and dynamically adjusting oxygen therapy regimen;precise volume regulation and alertness to serious complications;optimizing puerperal supervision strategy to reduce the risk of infection;preventing and controlling stress bleeding and implementing a stepped dietary management strategy;implementing phased rehabilitation training to accelerate the recovery process;carrying out personalized psychological care and health education.With comprehensive nursing care,the patient recovered well and was discharged smoothly after an 18-day hospital stay.

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of absorption effect postoperative ablation area after microwave ablation(MWA)for papillary thyroid microcarcinoma(PTMC).Methods:The clinical and ultrasound data of 101 patients with single PTMC who underwent microwave ablation in Beijing Friendship Hospital between April 2019 and July 2023 were collected.According to the endpoint event of whether the ablation area disappeared one year after MWA,they were divided into disappearance group(52 cases)and non-disappearance group(49 cases).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the factors of affecting the absorption effect of ablation area,and a regression model was constructed.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to test the predictive efficacy of the model.Results:There were significant differences in the age,coarse calcification in the nodule,ablation time,Hashimoto's thyroiditis between two groups(x2=4.708,12.180,19.497,8.457,P<0.05),respectively.There were also significant differences in maximum diameter of nodule,nodule volume,ablation energy between two groups(Z=-3.929,-3.969,-3.677,P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age≥50 years old,coarse calcification in the nodule,ablation time≥50s,and Hashimoto's thyroiditis were independent influencing factors for the non-disappearance of ablation area one year after MWA for PTMC(OR=4.464,3.733,10.063,4.173,P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve(AUC)of the regression model in predicting non-disappearance of ablation area after MWA for PTMC was 0.853(95%CI:0.777-0.929),and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of that were respectively 75.5%and 82.7%.Conclusion:The logistic regression model,that is constructed on the basis of clinical information,preoperative ultrasound features,and thermal ablation parameters,has high clinical application value in predicting the postoperative absorption of the ablation area in patients who undergo MWA for PTMC.

Pre-eruptive intra-coronal resorption is a rare intra-coronal dental disorder that typically emerges prior to tooth eruption. The radiological images show a well-demarcated low-density translucent area within the dentin adjacent to the enamel-dentin junction. This lesion is often accidentally discovered by radiological examinations. It may even progress to enamel and the dentin of the root. Currently, there is a considerable variation in the reported prevalence of this lesion. Its pathogenic mechanisms have not been fully revealed, and there is lack of systematic clinical management strategies. This article provides a comprehensive review of the pre-eruptive intra-coronal resorption, and aims as a reference for dentists to improve their understanding of this lesion, and to facilitate its early detection, early diagnosis and timely treatment.

Objective: To understand the prevalence of elevated blood pressure and its association with dietary patterns in children and adolescents in China, providing evidence for developing dietary intervention of hypertension in children and adolescents. Methods: Data were derived from the China Children s Nutrition and Health System Survey and Application Project(2019-2021). A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to include 7 933 participants from 28 survey sites in seven major regions of Northeast, North, Northwest, East, Central, South and Southwest China. Multivariate Logistic regression models were used to analyze associations between demographic characteristics, nutritional status and elevated blood pressure. Exploratory factor analysis identified dietary patterns, which were divided into three quartile groups (T3, T2, T1) based on factor scores (compliance for dietary pattern) from high to low, and multivariate Logistic regression model assessed the correlation between elevated blood pressure and dietary patterns. Results: The prevalence of elevated blood pressure was 15.4% among Chinese children aged 7-17 years. Significant differences were observed across nutritional status (reference: underweight; normal weight: OR =1.57; overweight: OR = 2.61 ; obesity: OR =3.85), urban/rural residence (reference: rural; urban: OR =0.86), and paternal education (reference: junior high school and below; bachelor degree or above: OR =0.68) ( P <0.05). The detection rates of high blood pressure in T3 group children and adolescents with four dietary patterns (staple food, animal based food, snacks, vegetables and fruits) were 15.7%, 14.6%, 16.8%, and 15.8%, respectively. After adjusting for residence, paternal education, and nutritional status, the "snack dietary pattern" (mainly candy, sugar sweetened beverages, and processed snacks) showed positive associations with elevated blood pressure in T2 ( OR =1.21) and T3 ( OR =1.19) tertiles ( P <0.05). Conclusions The snack dietary pattern is a related factor for elevated blood pressure in children and adolescents. Restricting unhealthy snack intake may promote cardiovascular health.

Objective To investigate the effects and underlying mechanisms of a spray prepared from exosomes derived from M2 macrophages induced by interleukin-4 （IL-4） and tantalum particles （Ta） on the healing of pressure ulcers. Methods Bone marrow-derived macrophages were polarized into M2 macrophages using IL-4 or Ta, and exosomes （Exo-IL-4/Exo-Ta） were extracted. The regulatory effects of Exo-IL-4/Exo-Ta on M1 macrophage phenotypes and fibroblast matrix secretion were evaluated in vitro. Proteomic analysis was conducted to explore the biological processes and regulatory networks associated with Exo-Ta. A rat pressure ulcer model was used to assess the effects of Exo-IL-4/Exo-Ta spray on wound healing rate, inflammatory cell infiltration, and collagen deposition. Results In vitro, Exo-IL-4/Exo-Ta induced the polarization of M1 macrophages to M2 macrophages, reduced the secretion of pro-inflammatory factors, and promoted the expression of anti-inflammatory substances. Additionally, Exo-IL-4/Exo-Ta enhanced the production of collagen and fibronectin in fibroblasts. Proteomic analysis revealed that Exo-Ta primarily participated in biological processes such as energy metabolism and macromolecule biosynthesis. In vivo, Exo-IL-4/Exo-Ta spray accelerated wound healing, reduced inflammatory infiltration, and improved tissue remodeling in the rat pressure ulcer model. Conclusion Exosome sprays derived from M2 macrophages could accelerate pressure ulcer healing by modulating inflammation and promoting tissue regeneration, which demonstrated excellent clinical application potential.

Autoimmune hepatitis （AIH） is a chronic inflammatory liver disease. The pathogenesis of AIH remains unclear， but it is mainly autoimmune injury caused by the breakdown of autoimmune tolerance due to the abnormal activation of the immune system， while the specific molecular mechanism remains unknown. Recent studies have shown that abnormal amino acid metabolism plays an important role in the development and progression of AIH. This article reviews the research advances in amino acid metabolic reprogramming in AIH， in order to provide a theoretical basis for amino acid metabolism as a new target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AIH.
