Objective:To explore the external treatment methods of hemorrhoids based on ancient books and documents; To guide clinical medication. Methods:The relevant articles on external treatment of hemorrhoids using Chinese materia medica included in Zhong Hua Yi Dian (5th edition) were retrieved. Excel 2021 was used to analyze the properties, tastes, meridian tropism, external treatment methods and drug efficacy of Chinese materia medica included in the prescriptions, and the relevant discussion contents were sorted out according to the classification of external treatment methods of hemorrhoids. Results:A total of 255 articles in ancient books were included, involving 165 prescriptions. 146 kinds of Chinese materia medica for external treatment of hemorrhoids were selected. The medicinal properties were mainly cold and warm, the main tastes were pungent, bitter and sweet, and the meridian tropism mainly involved the liver, spleen, stomach, heart, lung and large intestine meridians. Fumigation, application and application are the most widely used external treatment methods. Chinese materia medica efficacy mainly includes heat clearing drugs, surface relieving drugs, resuscitation drugs, astringent drugs, anti venom, anti insect and anti itching drugs, and tonic drugs. Conclusions:Ancient physicians treated hemorrhoids with both cold and heat, and paid equal attention to clearing heat and reducing fire, warming and activating blood circulation. They paid attention to the combination of local medication of lesions and the overall treatment of multiple meridians and multiple viscera, so as to achieve the simultaneous treatment of specimens. The treatment methods were rich, including fumigation and washing method to improve local microcirculation, application method using natural adhesive, coating method focusing on precise administration and ligation method of minimally invasive, forming a unique external treatment system, which can be used for modern clinical reference.
2.Study analgesic effect site of eupatorium odoratum L and its mechanism
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(3):312-314,317
Objective To study the analgesic effect of Eupatorium odoratum L and its mechanism .Methods Mice were random‐ly divided into 6 groups .Swinging tail method in spinal cord destroyed mouse ,hot‐plate and twisted body method in naloxone blocked mouse ,and formalin‐induce inflammatory pain method were done to investigate the analgesic effect of Eupatorium odoratum L .Each pain index under each experiment condition was determined after intra gastric administration of each group of mice .The concentration of NO and PGE2 in serum and brain were measured to study its mechanisms .Results High‐dose of Eupatorium odor‐atum L significantly enhanced pain threshold in either spinal cord destroyed or naloxone blocked mouse with pain induced by hot and acetic acid(P<0 .05) .High and middle dosage groups of Eupatorium odoratum L markedly reduced the first‐and second‐phase re‐sponses of formalin‐induced inflammatory pain mouse(P< 0 .05) ,and decreased the writhing times and licking rear feet times caused by twisted body method(P<0 .05) .The level of NO and PGE2 in serum and brain of mouse induced by formalin were both decreased(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Eupatorium odoratum L has notable analgesic effect ,which may be related to reduce the level of NO and PGE2 in central and peripheral site .

Objective To explore the effect of inferior hypothermy treatment on serum TNF and IL-6 in patients with severe cerebral trauma. Methods 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups:inferior hypothermy group(24 C88e8)and normal group(22 cases). There are the same basic treatments within the two groups,in the inferior hypothermy group we also sive them hypothermy treatment rectal temperature:32~34℃ which need to last for nearly 4~5 days,at the same time we give patients the lyric cocktail.the TNF,IL-6 and GCS grades on the lst and 14th day were tested. Results TNF and IL-6 as compared with normal group are higher than the inferior hypothermy group, the differences between the two groups are of statistical significance(P<0.01).The difference of GCS grades between the two groups are of stafictical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The inferior hypothermy tbempy which inhibits TNF and IL-6 releasing after severe cerebral trauma and the following damages plays a very important role in the cerebral trauma therapy.

Objective To elucidate the roles of TANK-binding kinase-1(TBKl)in hepatitis B virus (HBV)infection induced interferon antiviral immunity. Methods Peripheral blood monocytes were separated by CD14 magnetic microbeads from healthy volunteers(HV)and chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients.Purified mDCs were induced and proliferated in the culture medium with human granulocyte-macrophage concentration of 25 mg/L were stimulated. The mRNA expressions of TBK1,interferon regulatory factor (IRF)3 and interferon(IFN)-βwere quantified by real time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The levels of IFN-β in supernatants were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Reslllts The mRNA levels of TBK1,IRF3 and IFN-β did not change significantly at 0,12,24 and 48 h after the significantly at 0, 12, 24 and 48 h in CHB group, whereas, it was significantly up-regulated at 12 h in HV group. Conclusions Our results suggest that there may be some disorders in host antiviral signal transduction pathways downstream the binding between ligands and receptors on mDC surface. The insufficient IFN-β expression after HBV infection may result in persistent chronic infection.

OBJECTIVE To provide references for clinical diagnosis of catheter-related bloodstream infections(CRBSIs) and focus on studying the spectras of pathogenic bacteria and the drug sensitiveness. METHODS A total of 137 patients enrolled from Jan 2005 to Dec 2007 in our hospital with positive catheter cultures were admitted to our retrospective analysis.Pathogenic bacteria, contaminant bacteria and the drug sensitiveness of main pathogenic bacteria were analyzed. RESULTS From them 80 patients were diagnosed CRBSIs.Among 92 strains of pathogenic bacteria,43(46.7%) strains were Gram-positives,31(33.7%) coagulase negative staphylococci(CNS) strains,31(33.7%) Gram-negative bacilli strains and 18(19.6%) were Candida strains. CONCLUSIONS CNS are the most common bacteria of CRBSIs,and the second are Candida. The common pathogen show multi-drug resistance.
