Systems theory emphasizes the multidimensional interactions among elements within a system and their dynamic changes over time， to provide a crucial theoretical framework and analytical tools for investigating the onset and evolution of mental disorders. From a complex systems perspective， this review examines the influence of multi-factor interaction networks on the development of depressive and anxiety disorders， and reviews research progress on early-warning signals based on dynamical systems theory for symptom prediction. This study specifically examines two system-oriented psychological interventions： acceptance and commitment therapy （ACT） and mindfulness-based intervention for emotional distress （MIED）. Building upon their respective psychopathological models， this review elucidates the multifactorial interaction of depressive and anxiety disorders at a transdiagnostic level， and further analyzes the mechanism through which core intervention strategies adjust the key factors to achieve clinical improvement. ［Funded by General Projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China （number， 32371138）］

ObjectiveTo explore the possible mechanisms of Shujin Jiannao Formula （舒筋健脑方） for cerebral palsy. MethodsThirty 7-day-old SD rats were randomly divided into normal group， model group， and Shujin Jiannao Formula group， with 10 rats in each group. The model group and Shujin Jiannao Formula group established a cerebral palsy model by the classic Rice-Vannucci method. After successful modeling， rats in Shujin Jiannao Formula group were given Shujin Jiannao Formula 16 g/（kg·d） by gavage， while the normal group and model group were given normal saline 10 ml/（kg·d） by gavage once a day. After one week of intervention， the rats' body weight was measured， and Zea-Longa scores， the righting reflex test， and the hindlimb suspension test were conducted for assessment； hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining and Nissl staining were used to observe pathological changes in brain tissue， and the number of Nissl-positive neurons was counted； enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was employed to measure levels of inflammatory cytokines in the brain tissue， specifically interleukin-1β （IL-1β） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）； immunofluorescence was used to detect the expression levels of neurofilament protein 200 （NF200） and myelin basic protein （MBP） in brain tissue； Western Blot analysis was conducted to determine the protein levels of phosphoinositide 3-kinase （PI3K）， protein kinase B （Akt/PKB/Rac）， and mammalian target of rapamycin （mTOR） in brain tissue. ResultsCompared with the normal group， rats in the model group showed significantly higher Zea-Longa scores and lower scores in the hindlimb suspension test （P＜0.01）； pathological findings revealed loose structure in the cerebral cortex， hippocampal atrophy， and neuronal damage in brain tissue. Levels of IL-1β and TNF-α elevated， and the number of Nissl-stained positive neurons in the cortex and hippocampal CA1 region reduced， and immunofluorescence intensity of NF200 and MBP， as well as protein expression levels of PI3K and mTOR， significantly decreased （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Compared with the model group， rats in Shujin Jiannao Formula group showed decreased Zea-Longa scores and increased hindlimb suspension test scores （P＜0.05）； pathological damage in brain tissue alleviated， levels of IL-1β and TNF-α reduced， the number of Nissl-stained positive neurons in the cortex and hippocampal CA1 region increased， and the immunofluorescence intensity of NF200 and MBP， as well as the protein levels of PI3K and mTOR， significantly elevated （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. There were no statistically significant differences among the groups in body weight， body-turning time， or AKT protein levels in brain tissue （P＞0.05）. ConclusionShujin Jiannao Formula can improve the neurological function of rats with cerebral palsy， exert neurorestorative effects， and its mechanism of action may be related to the reduction of inflammatory response in brain tissue and the activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.

Threatened abortion is a common disease of obstetrics and gynecology and one of the diseases responding specifically to traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. The China Association of Chinese Medicine organized experts in TCM obstetrics and gynecology， Western medicine obstetrics and gynecology， and pharmacology to deeply discuss the advantages of TCM and integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment as well as the medication plans for threatened abortion. After discussion， the experts concluded that chromosome， endocrine， and immune abnormalities were the key factors for the occurrence of threatened abortion， and the Qi and blood disorders in thoroughfare and conception vessels were the core pathogenesis. In the treatment of threatened abortion， TCM has advantages in preventing miscarriages， alleviating clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes， relieving anxiety， regulating reproductive endocrine and immune abnormalities， personalized and diversified treatment， enhancing efficiency and reducing toxicity， and preventing the disease before occurrence. The difficulty in diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion with traditional Chinese and Western medicine lies in identifying the predictors of abortion caused by maternal factors and the treatment of thrombophilia. Recurrent abortion is the breakthrough point of treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. It is urgent to carry out high-quality evidence-based medicine research in the future to improve the modern diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion with TCM.

Objective To explore the application effect of new improved 3D printing individualized guidance(3D psi)in total knee arthroplasty(TKA)for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 100 patients with KOA in 920th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force,PLA from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,and were divided into 2 groups of 50 patients each using the randomized numerical table method.The control group was treated with conventional TKA,and the study group was treated with new improved 3D psi assisted TKA.The operation conditions,postoperative rehabilitation,complications,prosthesis component position deviation,knee range of motion(ROM),lower limb force line parameters[coronal distal femoral mechanical axis lateral angle(mldfa),lower limb mechanical axis angle(HKA)],gait parameters(percentage of support time,stride,pace),knee function(HSS score),quality of life(AIMS2 score)were observed.Results Com-pared with control group,the amount of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss and drainage volume 2 days after operation were less in the study group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter(P<0.05).The deviations of LTC Angle,FFC Angle,HKA Angle,LFC Angle and FTC Angle in the study group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery,the percentage of knee ROM,supporting time,stride length and walking speed of the research group were higher than those of the control group,while the coronal-position mLDFA and HKA were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of WBC and PMN in joint fluid at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The HSS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation,and the AIMS2 score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The new improved 3D PSI-assisted TKA treatment of KOA can optimize the surgical situation,improve operating accuracy,improve the patient's lower limb alignment,promote limb function recovery,help improve the quality of life,and has high safety.

The statement of"qi transformation leading to the removal of pathogenic dampness"was recorded in Wen Bing Tiao Bian(Analysis on Epidemic Febrile Diseases)written by the Qing Dynasty physician WU Ju-Tong.Dampness in the triple energizer is caused by the dysfunction of qi transformation,and the treatment of dampness must be based on the activation of qi movement and focused on the promotion of qi movement and the restoration of the qi transformation in the triple energizer.For the treatment of dampness attack in the upper energizer,therapies of dispersing lung to smooth qi and resolving dampness to relieve the obstruction are recommended.For the treatment of dampness obstruction in the middle energizer,therapy of activating spleen qi by strengthening spleen and moving qi is stressed for helping the removal of dampness and for the eradication of the source of dampness.For the treatment of dampness stagnation in the lower energizer,therapy of draining dampness with sweet-light medicines and activating yang can be used according to the illness status.The three methods of treating dampness,namely dispersing the upper energizer,activating the middle energizer and draining the lower energizer,all embody the mechanism of"qi transformation leading to the removal of pathogenic dampness",and the therapies of dispersing lung with light medicines,inducing perspiration by opening striated layer,eliminating dampness with aromatics and draining dampness with sweet-light medicines should be used in accordance with the syndromes.The elucidation of the academic thoughts of"qi transformation leading to the removal of pathogenic dampness"can provide theoretical reference for the fundamental research of dampness syndrome and clinical application of therapies for resolving dampness in Chinese medicine.

Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, as an emerging hallmark feature of cancer, has a considerable impact on cell proliferation, metastasis, invasion, and chemotherapy resistance. Ovarian cancer (OvCa) is one of the leading causes of cancer-related mortality across the world due to the late stage of disease at diagnosis. Studies have explored the influence of ER stress on OvCa in recent years, while the predictive role of ER stress-related genes in OvCa prognosis remains unexplored. Here, we enrolled 552 cases of ER stress-related genes involved in OvCa from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) cohorts for the screening of prognosis-related genes. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression was applied to establish an ER stress-related risk signature based on the TCGA cohort. A seven-gene signature revealed a favorable predictive efficacy for the TCGA, International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), and another GEO cohort (P<0.001, P<0.001, and P=0.04, respectively). Moreover, functional annotation indicated that this signature was enriched in cellular response and senescence, cytokines interaction, as well as multiple immune-associated terms. The immune infiltration profiles further delineated an immunologic unresponsive status in the high-risk group. In conclusion, ER stress-related genes are vital factors predicting the prognosis of OvCa, and possess great application potential in the clinic.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a new digital polymerase chain reaction (dPCR) system for the detection of BCR-ABL fusion gene in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), and explore its analytical performance and clinical applicability in the detection of BCR-ABL^p190/210/230. METHODS: A new dPCR system for detecting BCR-ABL^p190/210/230 was successfully developed, and its sensitivity difference with qPCR and improvement of drug side effects in patients with CML during drug reduction or withdrawal were compared. RESULTS: Among 176 samples, qPCR and dPCR showed high consistency in the sensitivity of detecting BCR-ABL (82.39%), and the positive rate of dPCR was about 5 times higher that of qPCR (20.45% vs 3.98%). During follow-up, blood routine (25% vs 10%), kidney/liver/stomach (25% vs 20%) and cardiac function (10% vs 0) were significantly improved after drug reduction or withdrawal in patients with initial dPCR negative compared with before drug reduction or withdrawal. CONCLUSIONS This new dPCR detection system can be applied to the detection of BCR-ABL^p190/210/230. It has better consistency and higher positive detection rate than qPCR. Drug withdrawal or dose reduction guided by dPCR has a certain effect on improving drug side effects.

OBJECTIVE: To explore effectiveness of positive support reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fractures. METHODS: A clinical data of 74 patients with femoral neck fractures treated with hollow screw internal fixation between September 2017 and September 2021 was retrospectively analyzed. Based on the quality of fracture reduction, they were divided into positive support reduction group (group A, n=25), negative support reduction group (group B, n=21), and anatomical reduction group (group C, n=28). There was no significant difference in baseline data such as gender, age, cause of injury, disease duration, fracture side, Garden classification, and fracture line position classification between groups (P>0.05). The occurrence of complications such as early fixation failure, femoral neck shortening, non-union of fractures, and femoral head necrosis in three groups, as well as the Harris score of the hip joint were recorded and compared. RESULTS: All patients had primary healing of incisions after operation and were followed up more than 12 months. The follow-up time for groups A, B, and C was (21.1±5.7), (22.6±4.3), and (21.9±4.1) months, respectively; there was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidences of non-union of fractures, early internal fixation failure, and the femoral head necrosis between groups (P>0.05). The incidence and length of femoral neck shortening, and the hip Harris score at last follow-up in groups A and C were all superior to those in the group B, with significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the above indicators between groups A and C (P>0.05). CONCLUSION Positive support reduction can provide a good biomechanical environment for the healing of femoral neck fractures, thereby achieving a higher fracture healing rate, reducing the occurrence of femoral neck shortening, minimizing the function of hip joint, and achieving effectiveness similar to anatomical reduction.

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of prescription about Lingnan Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) masters for Biqiu treatment based on data mining, so as to provide reference for the clinical practice and patent drug research and development of rhinorrhea in Lingnan district.Methods:By searching journal documents and medical records in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, Chinese BioMedical Database (SinoMed) and Duxiu Data Retrieval Platform, we selected the articles and famous TCM medical records that met the criteria on the TCM medical rules of treating Biqiu. We screened database in strict accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria and extracted prescription information from medical cases. The software Ancient and Modern Consilia Cloud Platform (V 1.5) was used for data mining analysis and medical case standardization, and SPSS Clementine 12.0 software were used to conduct frequency statistics, association analysis and cluster analysis of drugs in medical cases. Results:A total of 31 articles and 42 medical cases including 73 prescriptions were screened. The frequency results showed that there were 40 kinds of high frequency TCMs (frequency more than 5), mainly including drugs for benefiting the qi and strengthening the spleen, medicine to relieve cold and promote nasal passages, which was the same as the frequency statistics of the effects of herbal medicine. Seven drug groups were obtained by cluster analysis. The results of rule analysis showed that 16 association rules for drug pairs and 18 association rules for 3 TCMs pairs were obtained.Conclusions:While treating allergic rhinitis, Lingnan medical doctors focus on tonifying spleen qi, dispersing wind and cold, and promoting the nasal passages, which reflect the treatment theory of cultivating earth and generating gold, and attacking and tonifying. Lingnan medical doctors commonly used Guangdong medicinal herbs, which have distinct regional characteristics. The data mining methods can comprehensively summarize and explore the potential rules of Lingnan prominent practitioners' treatment of allergic rhinitis, and provide reference for guiding the treatment of congested nose and congested nose in TCM.

Surgical robots, as a new means for surgeons, have been gradually applied in orthopedics. Initially, the development of orthopedic robots was stagnant for a long time because of limited techniques available, clumsy equipment, high costs, and low market demands. The recent decade has witnessed rapid growth of artificial intelligence in all walks of life, increasing investment in research and development, reducing manufacture costs and expanding demands for precise and individualized medical treatment so that a wide variety of novel and ingenious robotic systems have been proposed, prototyped, and commercialized in most of the major procedures in orthopedic surgery, including knee and hip replacements, cruciate ligaments surgery, spine surgery, corrective osteotomy, bone tumor surgery, and trauma surgery. This review depicts the history of development and future prospects in application of surgical robots in the field of orthopedics.
